Chapter 4
The organizer of the shows for the Nexus sex club was getting worried as to why Bunny hasn't come out of her quarters, while the rest of the girls were walking onto the stage to loosen up behind the curtain.
Jerry Anders age 54 years old was standing in front of her quarters with the door slightly ajar. He was beginning to wonder just what the hell was going on with the woman.
Pushing the door opened having to be hard to open. He looked inside to see the sight of her body on the floor with the metallic rope around her neck along with the pool of blood from her back area. "OMG!" he cried out with pulling out his cell to call for security along with the police.
He had to sit down somewhere with his hands shaking when the CEO Billy Norrisnof the club came over to him asking what had been going on.
He looks up into the face of Norris to say the following. "I really don't know sir. I was told to come here to let her know that she needed to be on stage getting ready for the next show." he takes in a deep breath to release the tension he was feeling.
"The police will be here soon as with the coroner. This is the third woman to be killed during the past few months. I need to speak with the police to have them search for the killer or else I am going to be shutting down from lack of interest on the public part." he said with anger in his demeanor.
Captain Kate Beckett just after the meeting was over. She had sent off a text message to her husband. Since she is supposed to be watching his interview at some point.
She didn't expect to receive a message back...
"Kate, I don't want you to be working the undercover operation. It's too dangerous once you're able to find out the truth of the matter. Yours truly, Rick.
Reading the text message for the second time. She was in a load of trouble with her marriage or if she said no to the commissioner. She had no choice but to do this in the first place.
Her cell phone was going off seeing Ryan's name on the screen. "Beckett what's up Ryan?" she had to say to him.
"I am sorry to be bothering you, Captain. We have another body?" he cried out with his response.
"Where is Ryan?" she needed to know.
"Nexus sex club in the Bronx a female exotic dance was found the same way the body down by the Broadwalk with the metallic rope and a switchblade into her back. She goes by the name of Bunny." Ryan replied with a deep sigh with standing in her quarters.
"I am coming now, Ryan. Has the coroner showed up as yet?" she will say with the question.
"Doctor Perlmutter has just arrived and is not in the best of moods. Even the Metro police are here as well with Captain Jack Webster is here looking for answers as with the press," he noted...
Ceo Billy Norris was rather upset that the police were here and including the detectives. Doctor Perlmutter was telling him that the woman never even knew what was coming with her own murder.
"I am afraid to say this Mr. Norris the killer was a real bastard having done this to her, along with cutting other parts of her body." Doctor Perlmutter needed to cry out with his response.
"OMG! I just can't believe this!" when he saw a woman with a badge coming over to the group.
"I am Captain Kate Beckett in charge of the investigation. Can you tell me the last time you spoke with her?" She was watching his body language.
"Earlier to let her know that the ladies were getting ready on stage. She was a little bit nervous otherwise she was okay in my eyes." Norris had to say with his lie.
"Okay, if you're able to come up with something else just let me know." Beckett snapped back with a deep breath.
She headed on over to Doctor Perlmutter with a discussed look on his face as his assistant placed the body on the stretcher on what was left of her.
"What do you have Doctor?" Beckett was able to see all of the blood on the floor moving over to the body to lift up the black covering.
Perlmutter had stopped her hand. "I wouldn't if I was you, Captain. She's a real mess with this monster after what he had done to her this time. " Perlmutter was genuinely upset telling the captain with his emotion.
"I will read your report when it's ready Doctor." she will say with her hand shaking slightly.
She was able to talk with Ryan and Esposito telling them that she was heading for the precinct. Ryan watched her leave for outside.
He faces Esposito just finishing to the rest of the employees at the time of finding the body. "She seems to be rather upset about something?" he barked back at him.
"I noticed. Maybe it has something to do with the meeting involving the police commissioner?" Javi will say to his partner finishing up with this part of the investigation.
