"Castle do you hear me?" Captain Anderson responded with Castle having to be in and out of it right now.
He had done his best with placing something around the wounds to stop the bleeding. While Ryan and Esposito had been talking to the victim Flowers with getting her statement as to what had been going on with the coroner Doctor Syndey Perlmutter arriving at to prepare the body for transport back to his autopsy bay.
Castle started to moan slightly with coming around a little. "I tried to stop him." he will cry out before passing out again as the EMS technicians finally arrived with their medical equipment.
Captain Anderson had gotten up to speak with them explaining the story to them before they had gone to work on Castle in order to get the writer ready for transport to the Manhattan medical center hospital, even though there was the Bronx medical center a few blocks away.
Ryan came over to the captain while they placed Castle on to the transport. While the technician had been in contact with a doctor at Manhattan medical center emergency room with giving orders.
"How's he doing Captain?" Kevin Ryan asks with being concerned for the writer. "Has anyone bothered to call Captain Beckett about her husband?" Ryan shrugged his shoulders watching the technician placing a tube into his arm to be adding the antibiotics, pain medication, and blood plasma.
"It doesn't look good Ryan and to answer your other question. Beckett hasn't been notified as yet. I will call her once they take Castle out of here." he sighs briefly to see them moving Castle out of the apartment. &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& Kate Beckett restless in bed moved up from the bed reaching for her cell phone having heard it loudly ringing. She had forgotten that she had left it like that instead of vibrate. Looking at the name on the screen. All of a sudden her heart had started to beat quicker thinking why he is calling her at 4 a.m. in the morning. Sleepy still. "Captain what do I deserve this call at this hour?" she was being somewhat defensive with the question. "Kate, I need for you to get dressed to head for Manhattan Medical Center. Castle has been shot twice by the same man responsible for killing all of the Nexus club members. He was on his own with trying to capture the man and getting him. However, Joey Madison's maintenance for the club shot him twice in the shoulder and right leg." he takes in a deep breath. "I will be there as soon as possible Captain. I just don't understand as to why Castle was doing this in the first place?" she instructed with her response moving up with hanging up the phone. Martha was upstairs and she needed to advise her of the situation before leaving...
