Richard Castle had been doing so much better since the surgery. He was sitting up in bed reading the newspaper that was given to him by the aid checking in with him.
However, there was a knock on his door when his daughter Alexis walked in with a get-well card and box of chocolate for her father. She was away for a few days with her husband Sergeant William Anderson had been working on the Nexus Sex club case.
He looks up to see his daughter. "Hey! What's going on with yourself?" she will say with kissing her father on his cheek.
"The usual daddy visiting friends upstate. William was telling me about Beckett and what she had been doing on the undercover case?" she will pull up a chair to sit down with placing the card and box of chocolate onto the table for him.
Castle was exasperated with the question and the shake of his head..." I am finally done with her Alexis. What she did at the club was just too much for even for my distasteful mouth?" he cried out...
"That bad I assume?" Alexis makes mention with Castle to open up the get well card that was really nice.
"Very!" he sighed for the moment.
"Listen, Alexis, I just was damn blind with the woman over the years leading me to believe that she did love me for who I was inside and out. However unfortunately it had taken me years to see her bad side finally and I am just simply finished with the woman." Castle alluded.
"Daddy do what is important to you and the children?" Alexis advised with bending down to kiss her father on the cheek.
"I highly appreciate it. But do me a favor with heading on over to the P.I. office to get Hayley into the newest murder of the woman Flowers from the Nexus club in spite of the fact that the first killer I killed in the hotel room." Castle will say to his eldest daughter.
"I will daddy." she croaked out to turned and leave him to head out of the hospital.
