The next twenty minutes was hard on Richard Castle using muscles that he didn't that hurt so much from non-use from over the years.

She had been pushing him for the past twenty minutes when there was a knock on the door to be Beckett deciding to come hereafter talking with certain people about the latest killing of Angela Martine. "Okay, considerating that I am completely out of shape after all of these years." he will say with drying off his arms, neck, and most of all his face.
"Anything else?" she says with the therapist telling Castle that she was going to be back tomorrow. She walks out with the both of them watching. "The plan is working really well Castle. However, there is another suspect working for the club as well that I am as with others will be keeping an eye out on him." Beckett says.
"Just be careful Kate," he says with using her first name. "By the way how Martha through all this nonsense?" Castle will respond to his wife.
"She pissed as hell at me for acting like a total jerk for when it comes to you, Rick." Beckett will pause for a moment.
"After this is over I will be needing to make it up to her and you for the most part?" Castle will exclaim with his muscles hurting right now with needing another dose of pain medication.
"Rick, maybe we should consider taking a few weeks vacation with taking the children with us to somewhere special as she kissed him coming over to his chapped lips and slipping a hand under his hospital gown to massage his penis growing at leaps and bounds.
