Chapter 2 New friends?
A.N Hey Jones man here to tell you when I was working on this story on watt-pad it somehow deleted itself and it won't let me re-post it, so it's not on there anymore so if anyone is looking for it that's why sorry. P.S this chapter contains mention/implied abuse.
And to ranjira1988 I used what others did in the other Harry potter and RWBY stories and had the silver eyes hurt them. And with them being transported to another universe you would think they get some upgrades and With that all out of the way, enjoy.

Weiss's pov
'Earth this is not good'. I thought looking back at my friends plus Neo with a worried look
"Excuse me but I have questions here?" Harry asks loudly
"In a moment Mr. Potter." I said as I turned back to the others
"What are we going to do, how are we going to get back?" Jaune whispers
"We will think of a way to Jaune." Ruby said to Jaune as she place a hand on his arm.
"Hey can someone tell me what the bloody hell is going on here!" Harry yell
"Mr. Potter will you, what is with the stick?" I ask as Harry pointed the stick at them
"Now I have questions and you are going to answer them or if you don't I'm going to start hexing. He said
Harry's pov
" Ha Ha what are you going to do with a stick kid, poke us with it." Weiss huff
" Weiss, he can apparently do magic with it." Ruby said Weiss rolled her eyes at the word magic
"If he can do magic why a stick of all things they are easily breakable. Why not blades or jewelry."Blake said Weiss stair at Blake given her a 'really' look
'I have no idea. That's a question more for Hermione.' I thought "Hey wait a minute I'm the one that's supposed to be asking the questions here." Before I can ask, I noticed on top of Blake's head there are a pair of cat-like ears "What's with the cat ears? Did you have a transmutation accident?" As I said transmutation, those ears perk up like when a cat got angry.
"Excuse me! Do you have a problem with my looks? And for your information I was born like this." Blake hissed. before she could do anything Yang placed a hand on Blake's shoulder to calm her down. while they gave me a glare.
"Easy he may not have it meant like that for all we know Faunus may not be around here." Ruby said trying to defuse the situation before a fight could break out.
Faunus? Great good going Potter made yourself sound prejudiced. "sorry I didn't mean to offend you. But I will get too the point. Did Voldemort send you here?" I said but they all looked at me confused and a cute head till from Ruby
"Who? Never heard of him. But it sounds like if this guy has mold on his mole he should call a doctor to look at it." Yang joked
'Mold on his mole?!' I snorted Ok I am sure they don't work for him now as I lowered my wand heard a sound from behind 'Great now what?' I thought as I pointed my wand to face what was coming but it was just Mrs. Figg walking over
"Don't put your wand away boy they might." before she can finish "What happened here!" Figg said as she stared at the petrified Dementor that was current pinning my unconscious cousin by the neck As Yang walked over to them
"Hey young man can you hear me?" she said to Dudley before she grabbed the Dementor Yang hissed "Get out of here you!" then proceeding to grabbed it's arm that was holding my cousin down and snapped it before throwing the rest of it aside as the Dementor hit the ground CRASH it's body shattered to dust leaving only the head as it rolled by Mrs. Figg then she proceed to look Dudley over for injuries
"Wait, how did you, which one of you." before she can continue I interrupted
"Wait what are you doing here Mrs. Figg"
"Oh Dumbledore sent me here to keep watch over you here. When I felt the cold I came here as fast as I can. now who turned the Dementor into stone?" Figg asks as Ruby came over
"It was nothing, it is basically our job as hunters to protect people from monsters." she explained with a face as red as her cape
I turned to her in awe 'she basically destroys two Dementors with literally a glance. who is she.' I thought
" But how did you do it?" Figg Ask Ruby before Ruby can answered
" Does it really matter? These things attacked these boys and they have been lucky we were around." Weiss interrupted as Yang reported my cousin's condition
" looks like he only has a few bruises and out cold, otherwise this one will live."she nodded towards my cousin
Blake called out "Hey fellas, what is this stuff? Blake asks, Kneeling on the side of some of the black goo.
"No idea but it came out of here." I said as I move the cloth off my head to show them my scar.
"Anything special about it. beside its shape. Blake ask
"have you not heard my story." I said surprised that there were people have not heard it.
"Well we're not from around here." Jaune explained So I told them about an evil wizard named Voldemort that started a war in Britain saying that wizards and witches with magic that called themselves pure-bloods should rule and anyone who isn't should be wiped out. And he killed anyone that opposed him and with help from a rat named Peter Pettigrew he sold out my parents to Voldemort and that he was the only survivor. Then I told them about the tournament on how I got forced into it and that I have to do three possible deadly tasks and on the last one I was used for a ritual to bring the evil wizard back and the rat killed a fellow student
"Now he's back and no one wants to believe it." I explained as I lost the feeling to my knees as I hit the ground I felt some arms was placed around a my neck I looked up at Ruby as she pulled me into a hug
"It looked like you needed it." she said with a smile and I was smiling with her then we noticed how close our faces were. We jumped back, blushing red as her cloak
'Come on Potter she is a super powered monster hunter with a heart of gold. She is clearly out of your league.' I thought
"Wait hold on did you say you were hit with a spell that apparently no one but you survived. I nod. "Did you even receive medical help?" Weiss ask
"Obviously not Weiss he clearly had an infection. the question is how did they missed it?" Blake said
" I don't know, maybe when I got it, but didn't see the need to as it only caused me problems when Voldemort was close." I said
"Weiss, do you have any empty or spare Dust tubes on you? " Blake ask As Weiss searched herself and found one
"Got one here. Why do you need one for?" she said Black took it and scoop up some of the goo.
"I want a sample of this stuff. I just got this feeling that it is more than it seems." Blake explains
"Harry it is getting late, I should be getting you two home now." Figg interrupted
"ma'am you Don't need to worry yourself, we will get them home safely." Ruby said to Figg who seems to be think of something before nodding to Ruby
"Ok team, myself Yang and Neo will drop Harry and his cousin to their home, Blake you Jaune and Weiss three head back to that park. we will you meet you three there " Ruby said as Weiss walked up to her
" Ruby, are you sure you'll be alright with her." Weiss said nodding her head at Neo
"We'll be fine Weiss and I'll keep an eye on her. We will see you soon." Ruby said to Weiss as she walk over to me
"Yang be careful will you I don't want to lose you again." Blake said, looking down before Yang lifts her face up. "Blake, we will be fine, it will be a short trip." Yang said before walking over to my cousin
'It looks like these girls are good friends, some more than others.' I thought about looking over at Yang and Blake "
"Hey Yang, do you need help? ''But she effortlessly tossed Dudley over her shoulder. 'I take that as no.' I thought
As the group separated unknown to them decided to report to Dumbledore about What happened today, grabbing the Dementor's head she left to an unknown location.
Sirius's pov
'Here I am in another order meeting where most likely nothing is gonna be done. In my childhood home no less were my pure-blood supremacists family who supported the dark lord and his follower's cause. If I had my way this place would have been ashes by now. The only thing stopping me is that mangy little rat Wormtail.' I thought about it with venom 'who is still out there and I'm stuck here. That traitorous rat framed me for betraying my brother in all but blood James & his wife Lilly. I would rather eat the killing curse than betray them. Also thanks to him that their son and my godson are trapped with Lilly's sister and her family and what Lilly told me about them.' I shuttered. I Tried to get Dumbledore to bring Harry here but no "the wards are safer" he said
'Its all Voldemort's fault. If it wasn't for him Harry would still have his parents and be happy at once. He won't have to worry about a madman coming after him. only have to worry about is sports and finding love or if he is like his dog father a few.' I thought
I was interrupted from my thoughts by someone calling "Dumbledore Dumbledore where in Merlin's beard are you?!"
as Ms. Figg entered the room "What are you doing here, aren't you supposed to be watching." Before Moody could finish Figg said the one word that made everyone panic "DEMENTORS!" After that word questions start flying "where? Is Harry all right?" along with several other questions.
"QUIET! Mr. Potter is find, everything has been taken care of." Figg said
" What do you mean women?" Moody said
Figg reached into her robes, pulled out a big rock and placed it on the table on a close expression it look like a Dementor's head!
"What is this? is this a joke?" I ask as Moody and Snape wave their wands over the rock
"It seems to be one of those abominations." Said Moody
"Whatever caused this it couldn't have been Potter, it is above his power grade." Snape said
'Oh yeah well you didn't see him fight off a hundred of them' I thought
"The signature of this is similar to the Patronus charm but It is far more powerful." Moody said sounded a little impressed
"If Harry Didn't do this then who or What did?" I ask
"Albus I don't know where did you find those kids at but if they weren't there Potter might have been kissed by those demons." said Figg
'Wait What!?' I Thought "Kids!?" Everyone said
"What are you talking about dear, all the children are here." Mrs. Weasley said
" Hold on if they're not with you, Then who are they with?" Figg ask
Before anyone could continue there was a loud beeping sound from Dumbledore as he pulled out a pocket watch and opened it "The wards!" He said 'Harry!' I thought
Ruby's pov a few moments ago
While Yang was carrying Harry's cousin I had Neo in front of us so we could keep an eye on her in case she pulled a fast one on us. While Harry and I are walking side by side with each other. I swear I caught him staring at me a few times, not that I blame him. I have grown since Beacon and I would be a hypocrite If I didn't look as well, with that black bird's nest of hair and emerald green eyes and that accent. Other girls I knew would kill to hang out with Someone like him
"Over here the one with the four on it." Harry said As we approached the house was quite bland beside the number. It looks like the other houses on the street. Harry cut ahead to open the door as we noticed on the inside look nice and There were a bunch of pictures of Harry's cousin but no Harry him self.
As Yang placed Dudley on a couch in the living room a chubby man and a tall woman came in as soon as they saw the Harry's cousin "Dudders!" they yell
"Sir, ma'am you have to calm down as you can see your boys are alright." I said
"What happened to my Dudders?" the woman said
"They were attacked by some type of creature. Dudley has some bruises around his neck, but as you see Harry here has a head injury." Yang said " do you happen to have a first-aid kit?" she ask
The fat man looked like he was going to say something rude but the women stopped him. "in the Kitchen third shelf to the right of the sink." she said reluctantly as Yang went to get it
"Oh Yang!" Harry call out to Yang before she can leave for the kitchen "You might want to grab some chocolate, it helps with the Dementor's exposure.'' He said to Yang who smiles and nods before walking off.
"So Harry, what can you tell me about these Dementors?" I ask looking over at Neo who is standing by the doorway with her arms crossed. Before moving her head over where Yang was going I told her to go on. before turning back to Harry
"Oh sorry Harry you were saying." I apologize
"No, you look like you were having a silent conversation with your friend. Where did she go by the way? " Harry ask
"She went to help Yang and she is not really a friend, more like an associate of ours." I said
"So you ask what are Dementors, well they are the nastiest creatures that walk this earth they leave nothing but decay and despair, get too close to one it would seem every happy moment you ever had is gone. That's not even the worst of it they have a power call the kiss which they use to suck out your soul and leave you nothing more than a vegetative state." Harry said
Shocked " Well, why didn't anyone get rid of them?" I ask
"Well until recently we thought it was impossible to kill them. The only known defense is the Patronus charm a shield formed by happy memories. And they live in Azkaban, the ministry of magic uses it as a prison. I explain
"So you were attacked by some soul eating prison guards? What sicko would send something like that to an innocent person!" I said
A Pink Toad's pov
So far my spies in the improper use of magic office reported no magic in little whinging so the Potter brat must've been kissed, he should've known better, this is what happens to those that speak out against the ministry. Then again the Dementors have not returned yet. Did they decide to have a snack, oh well not my problem so what a few muggles got kissed not like anyone important will care. But just in case if Dumbledore and any of his band of fools come sniffing around I have any evidence pointing to some half blood in the creatures department. 'Next stop Hogwarts.' I thought
Neo's pov
As I walked into the kitchen not to assist Blondie but not to be overheard by the hippo & horse. 'Something is fishy in this house, for one I noticed Potter seems agitated about this place. For two his relatives didn't seem to care about him being injured while their son only had some bruises.' I thought
As I entered I saw some chocolate on the table while Blondie was looking through the kitchen drawers for the first aid kit. as she found it she looked over and saw me shocked
"Neo? what are you!" Before she can finish I shush her
( Will you keep it down blonde? I got a bad feeling about this place.) I thought out
" What do you mean?" Yang ask
(Have you not noticed potter looked agitated to come here and there's no pictures of him.) I thought out
"Ah, you've been with us for a few hours and you've grown a conscience already." Yang said
( It's not like. I don't care for Potter.) I lied (It is because I am more watchful of these things. Did you know it is a big no no to hurt kids in the criminal underworld.) I thought but blonde gave me a look
"Didn't you try to turn Oscar into a shish kebab?" Yang sneered at me
( Ok one You hunters are always get yourself in danger all the time. And two Oscar? Isn't he the one that's hosting your old headmaster's soul and the one that has a crush on your sister? So yeah You gotta ask yourself Blondie, do you want Red possibly dating someone that has an old man's soul acting like a third wheel?) as I told her before grabbing the chocolate from the table and walking out.
"Hey wait what do you mean." Yang call after grabbing the first aid kit before she following me
As we were heading to the others when I heard Potter's relatives talking, Told Blondie to stop and listen in.
"I don't care what that crack pot says. The boy is not staying here any more." the uncle said
"But Vernon, he said as long as we keep the boy here these wards will keep us safe." the aunt said
" Well Petunia they been saying that this dark freak whoever he is, he is back so we might be in danger." Vernon said but he was interrupted by Petunia "Listen when those…"
as we listen to what they were saying I saw Blondie's eyes turn red and hair start to smoke on what they called red I grabbed her and push her into the hallway
( Easy Blondie as much as I would like for you to turn those two into real life Rock'em sock'em paladins. Now is not the time.) I thought out
"But you heard what they called us and it proved you were right." Yang said
(It's not that easy people like these guys know how to hide it. Look around they obviously have the money so they probably have enough to keep people quiet. And in most cases unless the perps are caught red handed they are sometimes looked over.) I thought out bitterly as Yang left
'Why am I getting worked up about this? Because you were in the same place once' I thought as I was breathing in and out to stop myself from gutting pieces of filth. Then I caught a faint smell coming from a closet under the staircase.
Harry's pov
As I told Ruby What attacked my cousin and I. She then asked who could send something like that. I was thinking of Voldemort but then again he seemed like the type of person to do it yourself. Looking over at my relatives coming back in the room probably 'as soon as the girls leave. My time is going to be miserable then.' I thought Saw Yang came in with a few bars of chocolate and the kit as she came in she stare at my relatives giving them a glare for some reason
"Hey sis!" Ruby call to Yang "Apparently the creatures that attacked Harry and Dudley were soul socking prison guards." Ruby said
"Ruby we fight monsters that want to exterminate humanity all the time so that's nothing new." yang said to her sister rolling her eyes "But did you say they were prison guards?" Yang ask me
"Yes." I answered as Ruby took the kit and looked through it.
"So It seems like someone high up might've send them on you." said Yang before turning to my relatives
Ruby found some pads and bandage wrappings before sitting next to me trying to get me to lean back "You know I can do this myself right." I said to her, but Then those silver orbs looked disappointed "fine you can help." I said, getting relaxed as I gave into the angel in red. As Ruby gets to work on patching me up. I look over at Yang still glaring at my relatives
"You know by the sound of these creatures your boys are lucky to be alive. Usually parents say thank you when someone helps their kids." Yang said to Vernon
who was turning a shade of purple "Thank you for saving my son." he grumbled out "And Harry." Yang ask
"Yes my wife's sister's son he's a bit of a troubled child, constantly causing trouble and a bit disturbed if I say." Petunia said with a sneer at me Ruby looking at her shocked at someone insulted their own family
"Well he seems like a fine young man to me." Ruby said sticking up to Harry. "he's just gone through a lot. If any what he has been through happen to me I would need my family more than ever." Ruby said to Petunia
before Petunia could respond someone called out (So an excuse, Not sure if I should be impressed with the originality or disgusted because someone like you uses it. Usually People like you use oh he just fell down the stairs or he's always clumsy blah blah blah the usual crud.) Neo said as she walk through the door
"What are you talking about girl? We are upstanding citizens, nice and normal people.' Vernon said turning red
Neo who simply snorted (Yeah right then what is with the old mattresses that is in the closet under the stairs. the one that has a few stains that might cause some questions to rise if it got out.) she said somehow not moving her lips.
"Boy!" Vernon exploded "how dare you bring more freaks in this house Why I !
You do what!?" Yang interrupts Vernon. getting in between him and I
As I looked over at Yang and saw her eyes turn red and her hair start to glowing, saw her left hand make a fist and her bracelets turn into some type of gauntlet "Go on tell us what are you going to do. You practically confessed to abusing Harry and add the mattress you are done. Just tell the Truth already!" Yang yelled. but when she said "truth" her eyes flash gold briefly then noticed Vernon's eyes flash the same color. as well
"The brat deserves it." Vernon said in a Vocoder voice We tried beating he's freaky powers out of him but that didn't work. The only reason we moved him out of the cupboard was so the older freaks won't catch on now and cause us trouble. Now this Dark lord who ever he is wants to kill the boy. Well he can have him. kill all of the freaks like his." Before he can finish he was stop when Yang host him up by the throat with her flesh arm
"My my do you sir are hilarious now let me show you the punchline." Yang said, ready to slam her metal fist into his face.
"Yang leave him, he's not worth let the local authorities can deal with him" Rudy said with a cold look.
"You're lucky my sister has a heart or you be missing your jaw punk. And I don't want to get Ember Celica here dirty." Yang spat out before throwing him across the room. She then turned to my aunt " What about you. Why didn't you stop him from hurting your own nephew?" Yang ask
" I have nothing to say to you bruits." Petunia spat out
" Yang asked her to be honest. using your semblance. Ruby said
" Be Honest now!" Yang said as the same thing happened to my uncle is happening to her
" I didn't see the need to, he's not mine kid. I lost my sister a long time ago ever since she met that boy in the park and told her what she had. After her Fifth year apparently that same boy that introduced her to their word used a slur word for people like her, it broke her heart took me forever to get her out of it but she went back and got herself killed." Petunia said then she look at me
"For all i'm concerned is that poison that runs in your veins boy, it took my sister away from me and almost took my son. Now as long as you have it You will never be family to me!" she yelled
When she said that there was a crackly like ice breaking before a BOOM and a sound like glass shattering outside when Ruby and I got up to look out, we saw there was a burn like mark around the house right up to the door. Realizing the protection just broke before anything could be do a suddenly smack echoed from behind turned around and saw Neo with her parasail in hand standing above Vernon realizing he tried to charge at us. Neo turn to us
(Red you go help your boyfriend pack. because he is not staying here. We will keep a eye on these two. Oh and Harry take what you need to survive only) Neo thought out
"We are not dating! Ruby and I said at the same time Realizing what happened we both turned red as her cloak before running upstairs
"Don't stay up there too long you love birds" Yang teases as i rush to my room.
Before I got in the room I though I heard Ruby mumble "whose side are you on sis."
When I got to my room, I grabbed one of my cousin's old book bags to pack a few things, grabbed a cap for myself and a beanie for Blake to use. I was interrupted by a hoot from Hedwig Looking over to see what was she fussing about and saw she was staring at Ruby when amber met silver the owl flew over to Ruby and landed on her shoulder. Ruby looking nervous as I was about to start going over there to separate them but stop As Hedwig just started to preen Ruby's hair making her laugh contagiously
then I remember Hagrid saying 'Animals have a good judgment of character if they don't like someone don't trust them.' or I think he said something like that.
I looked over at my desk and thought it might be a good idea to send a letter to someone so I send one to Sirius { pat-foot I am aright can't stay here. made new friends. I trust them, Harry talk later.} I wrote to him quickly. With that done I fold it up and separated Hedwig from Ruby and gave the note to the owl, and send on her way as she flew off saw some human like shadows across the street
As soon as I saw them I grabbed my bag and Ruby's hand "We Got to go now!" I said as we hurried down stairs as we get close to Yang and Neo the front door doorknob glowed as it opening slowly
"If you're here for the boy, come in, just leave us normal people alone, you can have him." my uncle said
As he said that felt Ruby grab my arm and her sister by the shoulder then my vision went red and felt a speeding feeling.
