Sorry it's been so long! Here's a short drabble for the holiday. Happy Halloween, ya'll be safe out there!

I do not own Sailor moon or anything therein...

Pumpkins -

Word count: 250

The first day of fall had passed weeks ago and she had just begun setting up Halloween. Every house on their street was decorated. Pumpkins, ghosts, spider webbing, and tombstones adorned the yards and porches in various designs. She sighed, so much to do, maybe I should pass this year.

Arms wrapped around from behind her, "I know you are discouraged but we have had a lot going on these past couple months. We can get this all done today; together." Soft gentle kisses pressed against her cheek.

He always knew exactly what to say to make her feel better. It was almost like he could read her mind. "Thank you, Darien."

She stepped forward and hung the first ghost on a low branch. He stepped around her and grabbed more ghosts from the box, handing her some and hanging the others higher in the tree. They moved around the yard almost in sync, placing a tomb stone here and there and scattering loose skeletal bones to signify each 'grave'.

"Let's go pumpkin picking." Darien pulled her to the side away from the decorations.

"You don't think it is too late?" She stuck out her bottom lip in a little pout.

"It's never too late." He smiled, leaning down until their lips met, "Come on, we can go get some cakes afterwards."

She was in the house grabbing her purse before he could finish his sentence, leaving him on the lawn laughing and holding his belly.
