When the last of the static and the start of a stinging headache dulled Asteria opened her eyes to see that both she and her brother, HER BROTHER(HE FINALLY CAME FOR HER SHE IS BURSTING WITH EXCITEMENT! but what if he realizes he doesn't like her either...? Just like the Dursley's, then what is she to do), Toby was in a dark, foggy forest on a dirt path that you can barely see in the day, nevermind in the dark. With calm confidence (and a crack of his neck which made Asteria slightly flinch and look at him with concern) Toby with great ease walked the path for what felt too young Asteria a very long time until suddenly he left the path altogether and walked for an even longer time until eventually, they came to a house.
Okay, what her Uncle James had called a house, but her Aunt Lily and Mama would have called a 'Bloody mansion James' for crying out loud! Rich people..' and sigh in expiration. The Mansion looked run down and old, The walls were black and peeling, some of the windows were either missing or smashed in or looked completely yellow, it looked to be about seven stories high, had about five stone chimneys(the stones looking like they are about to crumble and look like they need fifty washes before they would be clean), the old, wooden stairs leading up and into the mansion looked like putting even a little bit of weight on them will make it break and the front gate was practically hanging on its henges.
Altogether a place that would give that horrid woman Petunia a heart attack or five possibly even more if the inside is close to what the outside looks like. Asteria immediately fell in love with the house. It was everything that the Dursleys hated and hopefully, the people inside would be everything that the Dursleys despise in living beings.
As they approached the grey peeling door, Asteria got a bit nervous but excited as well.. maybe she can finally have friends and hopefully a family again and she hopes this family doesn't get taken from her, not like her Mama, Aunt Lily, Uncle James, Uncle Paddy, and her Uncle Moony were. (AN: Just wanted to say that to Asteria she wouldn't know that Remus and Sirius are alive because to her why would she be with the Dursleys if they are alive. Also, I'm gonna make her DESPISE Wormtail because she has Eidetic memory she knows that he is the traitor).
Once the door was opened (Toby put down her belongings 'cause no way in hell is he letting go of his baby sister) the first thing Asteria noticed was tall, and she means TALL, thin humanoid creature with long, thin tentacle-like arms that reached to his knees, he had no facial appearance at all, was completely white as though he was drained of all the blood in his body (which she honestly thought to do to the Dursleys a few times but never got around to do it), 'they' (she wasn't going to assume it's gender thank you very much) was in a back suit with a dark grey tie. She tilted her head in curiosity as she looked 'them' in the face "Hello, I'm Astowia Calwpso Ann-Pottew." She shyly said as she gave the being a small, tiny wave while trying to bury her head into her brother's shoulder.
The young 5-year-old girl felt something ancient entering her mind with an ear screeching sound of static, she then heard a deep voice echoing inside her head. "Hello Child, I am known as Slenderman by you mortals. While I talk with My Proxy, you may stay in the guestroom." (AN: I have no idea what it is actually called sorry), after slowly nodding her consent her brother picked up her things and carried both her and her things to the guest room and gently settled her on the slightly battered and bloody coach and put her things on her left on the floor "N-n-ow t-try t-t-t-to be-h-h-h-have, o-o-kay?" Toby told her, she nodded. Then both her older brother and what she thinks might be his... boss..? left the room and closed the door she looked at the interior of the room.
The room was big and spacious, some parts of the wallpaper were peeled off and it was covered in either some grime or blood, there were two small square old fashioned mirrors that you could barely see your reflection in and had speckles of blood on it standing side by side behind the coach Asteria was sitting on, on the right was an oval archway with high doors painted the same colours as the front door with a small little window on top, on the floor, there was a dark red (that she suspected was blood) fur rug covered with small patches of white, in the middle of the rug was a small round coffee table made with cherry wood.

Toby twitched and cracked his neck nervously as he waited for his 'boss' (more like master) to speak. "Tobias, do you mind explaining yourself as well as explaining who that young girl is and why you have brought her to the Mansion." Slender's deep voice boomed into Toby's mind causing a slight migraine to form. With slight annoyance at his full first name being spoken, Toby started to explain as much of the situation as he could. By the end of the explanation, Slenderman let out a hum or what sounded like one as he thought over the entire situation that Toby has found himself in. "I see... Very well she may stay after all it has been quite a long time since one of her kind has been here or one of us in their world. But Tobias she will mainly be your responsibility, am I understood?".
"Ye-ess S-sir" Toby quickly spoke as he nodded, relief flooding his system knowing that his baby sister could stay. With a sharp nod, Slender teleported out as he sensed someone new in his forest.
Toby quickly started walking back to the room where both of them left his sister, hoping that none of the others have stumbled across her.

Astoria was swinging her tiny, bruised legs around as she was sitting, waiting for her big brother to return. Just as she was starting to become bored she heard one of the doors open slightly. With a small turn of her head, she saw a dog-like creature that looked very similar to a Siberian Husky, its fur was black and red (possibly blood), the muzzle of the creature was reputedly split into a wide grin revealing two rows of sparkling white, very straight and very sharp human-looking teeth. Both herself and the 'dog' tilted their heads as they looked at one another, with some curiosity Astoria cautiously and carefully got off the couch and slowly started walking towards the 'dog'.
The 'dog' like creature slowly started to wander over to her. Once they were both only a few feet apart from the other, Astoria carefully and slowly reached towards the 'dog' with her small, bruised delicate hand and pet it. Soft bell-like giggles fell from her mouth as a small but happy smile appeared on her face "H-hello, what's your name?" She curiously inquired as she slightly tilted her head trying to see if there was a collar on the creature, while gently petting the 'animal'.
"OI! SMILE WHERE ARE YA!?" Shouted a deep, raspy voice. Both young Astoria and the 'dog' were startled by the shout and swiftly turned their heads to the door as quiet footsteps, that Astoria had to strain her ears to hear, slowly grew closer.
