Daddy, My Brothers and Sisters?

Summary: Months after Naruto's heat, Sasuke came home to an empty nest. Wait, what? I'm having brothers? And sisters? It appears that his omega isn't infertile after all. Is Sasuke ready for fatherhood? Err Brotherhood? SasuNaru Mpreg, Omegaverse. Follow up to Daddy Worship

Sasuke frowned at the empty nest. He knows that his omega had taken the day off. Naruto haven't been feeling well all week and have taken the day off today. His omega have been up all night, vomiting, waking the alpha up to a sweat soaked bed and while he had been reluctant in leaving his omega this morning, Naruto insisted that he have go to school; since his graduation is fast approaching and the omega doesn't want his son falling behind his school work.

And while Sasuke had been adamant, insistent in staying home, Naruto placated his worries by promising that he'd stay in the house, which was enough for the alpha to acquiesce. He was about to fish his phone out of his pocket to call his missing omega when a knock was heard on the door.

Groaning, the alpha opened the door and his eyebrow raised at the silver-haired man in front of him. And usually, Sasuke would treat others more respectfully, but the desperation in his chest at his missing omega, and the annoyance of the unexpected visitor caused anger to bubble at the pit of his stomach, causing him to throw whatever manners and dignity he had.

"Who the hell are you?" The alpha growled, gritting his teeth as the man just nonchalantly entered their apartment. "I didn't say, you can enter, yet!"

"Awww, don't be like that, Sasuke." The man just smiled. "Don't tell me you've forgotten me already? I took care of you back at the orphanage, remember? You wound me, chibi." Kakashi looked up to Sasuke, marveling just how much the little boy has grown. Even for an alpha, Sasuke is tall. Kakashi considered himself a pretty big alpha, and even he's only up to Sasuke's chest.

The younger alpha scoffed and sat opposite to the man. "Yeah I remember you, Kakashi. I just don't care, ero-cyclops! Now why are you here? I'm preoccupied at the moment. Don't you have your perverted books to read? Or a certain dolphin to attend to?"

Kakashi's eyes widened. Shocked. The Sasuke he remembered was definitely not this talkative before. He pondered his new nickname and had to repress a chuckle. Apparently, Sasuke learned a thing or two from his hyperactive, loudmouthed adoptive father after all.

"Is Naruto here?"

"No, he's not. And I don't see how that's any of your business."

Kakashi flinched, seeing Sasuke's biceps, big enough to swallow Kakashi's head twitched, clawed hand ready to swipe at any moment. Sasuke is definitely anxious… and very defensive this time.

"You were much nicer when you were a lot less talkative, Sasuke. In any event, I'm not here to reminisce. I'm here to talk about your inheritance. You're old enough to receive it."

"I have no family but Naruto, Kakashi. What are you talking about?"

Kakashi frowned. So Sasuke have grown dangerously attached to Naruto after all, even to the point of completely wiping his original family's memories. This might be more difficult than he originally thought.

Naruto's eyes widened as he looked at the screen in front of him. Is it real? He had to rub his eyes a few times as he looked at the six small dots. They're barely noticeable, but Tsunade helped point them out for him. He was initially skeptical. They had to do a blood test and a urine test and even then, he remained in disbelief; unconvinced of his pregnancy, to the point where the poor doctor had to do the ultrasound test just to prove that there's life growing inside him now.

"It can't be…"

"Tell me, haven't you been using protection with your alpha? You haven't been taking any pills at all knowing that you're sexually active?"

Naruto swallowed. "I'm… I thought I was infertile. I had six alphas before. I never took any. Never got pregnant. So I didn't see the need. Am I… Am I dreaming?"

The golden eyed woman's look softened, recognizing the melancholic smell from the omega before her.

"You're definitely not. And while I'd normally chastise you for being so irresponsible, I understand why you didn't use protection. So I'll let you off easily. However, you're not dreaming. This is real. You're pregnant and you better believe it. Now… I believe congratulations are in order." Tsunade smiled, attempting to cheer up the omega before her.

"So I'm really pregnant? This is… I still can't believe it. But I'm already 32 years old, granny, will it even—ow!"

Tsunade whacked him on the head. "Who you're calling granny, gaki! Honestly. You only ever call me when you're in trouble. And you're not that much younger than me, you know. At any rate, you should show this to your alpha and have him over next time so I can counsel him as well."

Naruto's eyes widened at the thought. What will Sasuke think? Sasuke is still 18 years old, barely a pup himself. They never discussed the prospects of children either. How would the alpha take it? Will Sasuke even want the responsibility of rearing six kids? He has his whole life ahead of him, his journey just starting as a young adult. Will Naruto really drag him down because he got pregnant?

"Hey, hey…" Tsunade placed a comforting arm on his shoulders.

"I'm sure your alpha would love them."

Naruto raised an eyebrow. "How do you-"

"How do I know what's going on in that pretty little head of yours?" Tsunade smirked and Naruto nodded in return. "Brat. Don't underestimate me. I've been doing this for decades. This is a common concern for most omega. But you don't have to worry, Naruto. Most alpha are generally accepting of their children. No alpha has rejected his pups so far, not in my long years, at least."

Naruto's eyes darkened. Well, she say that now, but what will she say if his alpha is literally his son. "Right, you're old. You're an expert, I get it." The omega quipped, trying to lighten his own mood. This earned him a glare from the golden haired doctor.

"Be thankful you're pregnant brat, or your face will have met the floor already." Naruto just smiled nervously, seeing the woman cracking her knuckles in annoyance. Tsunade is like a mother to him and while he knew that some of her words are spoken in jest, there are cases when she's serious. And that dangerous gleam in her eyes clued him in that she's definitely not joking this time.

"How far along am I?" He said, in an attempt to change the subject.

"Two months. You better start shopping, kid, with six pups you'll start showing way earlier than most omega. Your ridiculously tight jeans and shirts won't fit you soon." Naruto sweatdropped. Tsunade still sees him as a kid despite his age, apparently. "I must say, to knock you up with six pups, your alpha must have a very strong seed. You picked a good one, kid."

Naruto just blushed, remembering the strong scent of Sasuke on him and how his coworkers reacted when he first showed up at work after they mated.

"How do you suppose I break it to him, granny?"

"Well, you can always give it to him straight. Subtlety has never worked on you, Naruto."

Naruto stood up, gears on his head turning. And while he still has his doubts, he knows that the only way to do this is to be honest and upfront. He took care of Sasuke on his own, anyway. What's six more pups anyway? So even if Sasuke wants out, he can and will be able to take care of them, just as he was able to to take care of his adopted son on his own.

"Thanks, granny."

Tsunade smiled. "Congrats again on your incoming litter, kid. Return next week for a follow-up check-up, yeah?"

"Will do, granny."

Sasuke stared at the closed door before him. While Kakashi was long gone, he was still stuck processing what he just heard. On auto-pilot, he started preparing dinner, not knowing how else to calm himself. He received a text from Naruto that he's coming home soon and he need not worry, so Sasuke busied himself with a little treat for his omega. He trusts Naruto enough and so he decided that he'll confront his omega for leaving without warning later. Right now, he's still processing what Kakashi has told him.

And despite his earlier annoyance of his omega's sudden disappearance, Sasuke prepared a special ramen for his beloved. After fishing out the shrimp tempura from the pot, he started setting the table. Now he only have to grill the fish in the oven and he's done.

As he was finalizing the table spread, he heard the door click, and the familiar footsteps of his omega reached his ears. He savored the rosy scent that immediately accompanied the omega's entrance, overpowering the strong scent of ramen in the kitchen and soon after, he felt his omega's head on the back of his waist, his omega's small arms snaking from behind and hugging his thighs from his back.

"Hey…" Naruto's voice was a bit better now than this morning, to Sasuke's relief.

"Hey to you, too, Naruto. Where have you been?"

"Something smells good in here…" Sasuke's eyes narrowed, noticing the omega changing the subject. Well, if Naruto's not ready to tell him yet, he's not pushing him. Maybe eating will get him to talk. So Sasuke turned around, lifted the smaller man. Naruto gave a small yelp before he was gently placed on his usual chair.

"You hungry, baby?" Sasuke asked, his voice gentle as he kissed the omega's neck.

"Don't call me that Sasuke. It's creepy." Naruto managed a smile, and the tension in his body has all but disappeared as he saw his alpha smile back.

"What? You want me to call you daddy, hmmm? Naruto?"

"Ugghhh. Stop it, Sasuke. I mean it." Naruto shuddered and Sasuke just gave a low laugh as he placed a glass of orange juice in front of his omega. "Drink up, while I finish dinner. It should be ready soon."

"I know. I can't wait to dig in." Naruto slurped the small amount drool that gathered at the corner of his mouth, already salivating at the thought of tasting his mate's cooking; eyeing the luxurious feast on the table. This seemed to satisfy his mate. As Sasuke sat himself in front of his mate, they ate in silence for a while, with the alpha occasionally feeding his mate with tempura.

Then, in the middle of their meal, something just seemed to click. And they both placed their chopsticks on the table in unison.

"I have something to tell you, Sasuke/Naruto." They said at the same time.

"Oh… you go first." They said at the same time again… before they burst out laughing.

"You go first, omega. Ladies first." Sasuke playfully waggled his eyebrows.

"I'm not a damn woman, teme!" Sasuke raised an eyebrow. Well… that's a new one. His father has always used respectful language around him but when they became mates, Naruto's mouth seemed to have lost more and more of its filter and Sasuke was elated to know how his father is seeing him more as an equal over the weeks, rather than his mere son.

"Sorry daadddyyy…" Sasuke drawled batting his eyelashes playfully at his omega, earning him a glare from the omega. "I said stop that. It's creepy." Sasuke just chuckled. But Naruto looked serious this time. He studied his alpha for a while, contemplating how to break his news. Well, if Sasuke's in a playful mood, he might as well approach this Uzumaki-style.

He stood up abruptly slamming his palms on the table; surprising the alpha in front of him.

"Alright, teme. I really had a hard time thinking about how to break this to you. But, I'm just saying it outright."

Naruto sighed deeply as he stared intently at his alpha.

"Sasuke… you're going to be a brother!" Naruto then reached into his coat pocket before tossing a small brown envelop to his confused alpha. Sasuke opened it reluctantly. "What?"

"You heard me. You're going to be a brother. Meet your future little brothers… or sisters." Naruto announced as Sasuke stared at the photo in his hand. The room went silent for a while before Naruto sighed once more.

"I know… You probably aren't ready for them just yet. And know that whatever you will decide, I'm keeping them whether you like it or not. I'm sorry if this is all so sudden, Sasuke. And I totally understand if you want out of this. And and and… And I won't force you to be a father to them… And I can raise them on my own. You don't have to worry about them. You can think of them as your little brothers and sisters. And and…" Naruto's nervous rant was cut off with a kiss and his alpha hoisted him up to his chest, his obsidian eyes glistening with life, with unbridled joy as his held on to his omega possessively.

Naruto closed his eyes as his alpha kissed him, warm tongue already exploring his mouth. When they would part for air, Sasuke was looking at him with indescribable emotion.

"They're mine, Naruto. I won't be a brother to them!" He growled, indignant, as if the thought of being treated like a sibling to his pups was so offensive to him. "I'm their father and I will act like it! I am NOT their damn brother, you hear me, Uzumaki!"

Naruto looked at him, relieved.

"You mean it? Really?"

"Tsk. As if I'd ever let you raise them alone."

"Hey, I raised you on my own, Sasuke. Don't forget."

"Yes. And you're a wonderful father, Naruto. But you were MINE, you will only be a father to ONE and that's ME. Not theirs. You're their mother." Sasuke smirked, seeing his omega gaped in disbelief.

"Mother? Mother!? I'm a guy, Sasuke!"

"And carrying MY PUPS." Sasuke touched their noses together, his gigantic hand cupping his omega's chin lovingly. "How is this possible though. I thought you said you were infertile?"

"Well…" Naruto blushed. "Tsunade told me that it might be something to do with your…. With your strong seed." Sasuke's smirk widened causing Naruto to scowl.

"Smug bastard." Naruto whispered but smiled shyly, relieved that Sasuke accepted the pups…THEIR pups that's growing within him.

"She said that did she?" Sasuke retorted, but there's pride shining in his dark eyes as his hand moved down to caress his omega's stomach.

"We need to start thinking names, Naruto. I want Shisui! If it's a girl… Sarada would be nice… Or how about…" Sasuke said, suddenly excited at the thought of his pups.

"Settle down hot shot." Naruto interrupted him. "We won't know their sexes until the fourth month. And don't think you get to name them all. I want naming privileges too… I want one with Boruto… Or… Menma… yeah… Just like that ramen ingredient! I love ramen!"

"We are NOT naming our pup after a ramen ingredient Naruto!"

"I can and we will. I'm carrying them I reserve the right, Sasuke!"

"Alright, alright. Fine. But don't blame me, if he ended up hating you."

"No, he won't. Menma is a beloved ramen ingredient, Sas! And people will drool after him. He'll thank me when he comes. Not naming one after ramen ingredient would be the real tragedy." Naruto retorted while Sasuke just snorted, not really wanting to argue with his omega when they're both happy.

"Say… what was that… uhmm.. you said you have something to say earlier, Sasuke?"

"Right…"

Naruto noticed the alpha was quiet for a while. "Sasuke?"

"Earlier today… Kakashi visited me."

Naruto looked up to his alpha. And it didn't escape his notice the repressed sadness in those dark obsidian eyes.

"And-?"

"Speaking of which…. I want you to quit your job Naruto." Sasuke suddenly changed the subject.

"Ehhh? What? Why? In case you haven't been paying attention, we're having six pups Sasuke. And you are just about to graduate high school. You seriously want us all to starve?"

"About that… Kakashi came earlier…"

"Yes… You already told me that."

"And I'm thinking… I am your alpha."

"That's obvious, too, teme. Now just what—"

"We talked about my… inheritance."

Naruto's eyes widened, remembering suddenly the circumstances of how he had come to adopt Sasuke.

"It turned out that my family owned a lot of companies. Properties. Assets. You name it. Kakashi discussed it with me at length. It's time that I act like the proper alpha that I am. They will be managed by a third party for now, but Kakashi already arranged that part of its income will be sent to me. And once I graduate college, I'll be taking them all…"

Naruto was silent, processing Sasuke's information. "You won't have to work a single day in your life, Naruto. You're my omega. And I'm your alpha. You're the mother of my pups. Of course I'll take care of you."

"Teme…. I told you I'm not a woman." Sasuke smiled. "Yeah. But you took care of me too. That should be enough yeah? It's time you're treated like the proper omega that you are. Besides… six kids aren't enough for me. I want more. And we can't do that if you're busy working."

Naruto reddened at his alpha's implication. "Wait wait wait… Six isn't enough for you?"

"Yes. So be prepared, Uzumaki Naruto. Because after this batch, we'll start working on another immediately!"

And before his omega could even protest, Sasuke already carried him upstairs, ignoring their unfinished dinner as he brought his omega to their nest. "Now let's start practicing."

And Naruto surrendered to his alpha for a long night of loving.

It had been close to midnight when Sasuke was satisfied, and Naruto had a silly grin on his face. Sasuke made love to him repeatedly after that and the omega have long lost count of just how much his orgasmed; their room was filled their scents, every sheets nearly soaked with him or Sasuke's liquid. As his small figure laid on the alpha's chest, eyes still half-lidded from the afterglow of their lovemaking, Naruto suddenly looked up to his tired but smiling alpha.

"Hey… I have another name idea. I want Saruto!"

His alpha raised an eyebrow. "Huh? Where did that come from all of the sudden?"

"See? It came from us, silly. Sasuke and Naruto equals-?"

"Saruto." Sasuke groaned at his omega's thought process. But he smiled nonetheless, giving a small kiss to his omega's temple.

"How about Himawari, Naru? You'd like that yeah?"

"What does that even mean?"

"Sunflower… Because you, and the pups you carry are my sun… my world… my family. It only makes sense that one will always look up to you right? My world… our world will be so much brighter with my sun… and my sunflower in it. And Himawari will always look up to you, the sun that lights up our very existence. Don't you agree, Naruto? Would you like that, love?"

Naruto buried his face in his alpha's broad strong neck.

"You're a big sap, Sasuke…" Sasuke just laughed before pulling his omega up to his face. "Maybe… But I'm your sap. And there's nowhere else in this world, I'd rather be. You've given me so much, Naruto. That I promise… I promise that I'll give you everything in turn. You are my family, the love of my life, my dad, my lover, the mother of my children. No one will ever take you from me."

Naruto's breathing hitched, his eyes tearing up as he met his alpha's possessive ones, crimson eyes met glistening sapphires, before his alpha captured his lips for a kiss once more.

Naruto can't barely believe his luck. Six failed relationships. Decades spent feeling unwanted, unloved and unattractive. Yet here he is, in the arms of a man who loves him completely. Butterflies started partying in his chest, tickling his stomach as he responded to his alpha's kiss.

"I love you Sasuke."

"I love you, too Naruto. Be mine forever?"

"Always, Sasuke. Now and forever. Thank you… Thank you so much for having me." His alpha just held him tighter. "Don't be stupid. It's me who should be thankful, Naruto. I am nothing without you. You're my omega. I'm yours just as you are mine." Naruto smiled as he leaned into his alpha, Sasuke's warmth blanketing his smaller frame.

Whatever challenges they may face, they now do it with the knowledge that they have each other's backs. As lovers, as mates, as two sides of the same coin. As the sun and the moon.

As alpha and omega.
