SHE rolled down the window and smiled at Sasuke. "Hi Sasuke, can we talk?" He rolled his eyes.
"Get out of my car Sakura" He asked and Sakura pouted. "Now" He repeated. Sakura got out of the car. She didn't even notice the guy standing next to Sasuke until he coughed.
"Oh, who is this?" But she was ignored by Sasuke, who got into the car and made Naruto follow and ignore Sakura.
IT had been at least an hour in the car with the Sasunaru duo (no ship included…) and Naruto had failed to get anything from the raven Uchiha about the pinkie who he just practically discarded the presence of so he just resorted to talking about random things.
However the Uchiha didn't even think of that encounter, he was trying to remember where he heard Naruto's voice from. That's when it hit him. 'Wouldn't you like to know' That's it! He sounded exactly like that person who snuck in his house.
"It's a bit hot in here isn't it?" Naruto chuckled and Sasuke slowly pulled out his gun. He pulled the safety off and pulled the car over. When the car was parked Naruto turned to look at Sasuke to ask why he stopped the car when he noticed the gun in his hand. "Whoa! What the crap?!"
"Last night, you snuck into my house didn't you?!" Sasuke cocked the gun.
"What?! No, I-" He pointed it at Naruto's head. Naruto didn't even flinch. He stared into those onyx eyes with his wonderful blue ones.
"Don't lie to me!" Sasuke shouted at him before Naruto sighed.
"It couldn't have been me, I was hanging out with my friend Gaara." Naruto put his hands up in defeat. Sasuke eyed him a little.
'He's not afraid of me pointing a loaded gun at his head?' Sasuke shrugged it off before putting his gun away.
"So someone snuck into your house and you didn't call the cops?" Naruto sat back comfortably in his seat as Sasuke continued driving.
"I'm a cop, dobe. Why would I call them if I already know what they are going to do?"
"Well I just thought-"
"Hn. Stop thinking. You're bad at it" Naruto rolled his eyes with a pout.
"Sasuke-teme.." He huffed under his breath.

AFTER a couple of minutes of driving, Sasuke pulled up through a drive-through to a restaurant. Naruto looked up at the sign and noted that it said 'Ichiraku's'. "What's this place bastard?"
"Hn" Naruto rolled his eyes at the lack of an answer. "Yes, can I get-" Sasuke turned to him "what do you want?" Naruto blinked, confused at what he was talking about before he saw that Sasuke was motioning to the list by a tiny box. He guessed Sasuke wanted him to pick something. He scanned the list and found one that sounded interesting.
"Miso ramen?" Sasuke repeats the same and orders tomato soup. Once they get the food Sasuke pulls off into the road after handing Naruto his food. Naruto stares at the ramen with wonder. He had never seen something so appetizing. When he took that first bite he felt like he was in heaven. The noise that came out of his mouth was so close to a moan and it made Sasuke jump a little from the erotic sound. Naruto took another bite and after a few more the entire bowl was complete, even the soup. "That was so good!"
"It wasn't that good you dobe" Sasuke rolled his eyes. "Have you never had ramen or something?"
"Erm...no I haven't" Naruto scratched the back of his neck.
"Hn. whatever" Sasuke took a turn.
"So what made you want to become a detective? Or..whatever you are" Naruto turned to him.
"Hn"
"That's not an answer!" Naruto growled and looked back through the dashboard.

"That's the break room, the holding cell, the testing lab is downstairs" Sasuke said in monotone. "You'll be working with me and Kiba. On a team, we work alongside the lieutenant, Nara. Your office is right next to mine, right there. If you need anything, ask Kiba, never ask me"
"That's all there is. I'm going to my office now" and with that, the raven returned to what Naruto assumed to be his office.
"Can he be any more of a bastard?" Naruto sighed and walked into his own new office. He looked around, it looked like a CEO' office. A large window, showing the city behind it, a huge desk with three monitors along with the keyboard. Grabbed his ass, that was when he jumped with a red blush on his face to glare at whoever the culprit was. "What the hell?!"
"Hey there puppy. You new around here?" He said, a smirk played on his lips and his eyes wandering all over Naruto's body.
"Uh- yes. Naruto Uzumaki! Nice to meet you….well it would have been, if you hadn't just grabbed my ass!" Naruto frowned.
"Well im sorry, it was so cute. I had to grab it" The man smiled and scratched his neck. "Anyway, Names' Kiba! But you can call me babe~" Thats when Naruto looked at him disgusted.
"Er...no thanks. Kiba is fine"
"He is"

Naruto looked confused but just shook it off and sat at his desk. "Okay then…" "so Sasuke said we'd be working together…?" this seemed to lighten up Kiba a bit more, that smirk grew ear to ear.
"Oh, so you're the new partner~"
