I have a list of ideas already but please feel free to leave suggestions or ideas of scenarios that you want to see.

Sugamama and Dadchi

Hinata refused to look at anything but the floor, his face getting redder as his teammates continued to laugh at his misfortune. Why in the hell was this happening to him? He was minding his own business, aggressively cleaning the floor in an unspoken competition against Kageyama when…

"Hinata, you're mom called, said you need to come home now since it's gonna storm." Suga hollered over the noisy chatter of the team.

"Oh, okay!" Hinata hollered back, waving. Hinata jogged over to put the broom away in the closet, only to be startled as he turned around with Suga's hand in his face, holding his things. Hinata smiled brightly in thanks. "Thanks Suga-san!"

Suga returned his grin and ruffled his hair affectionately. "Be sure to be careful on your way home, and if it starts raining please pull over and wait where it's safe. Last thing we need is one of our crazy first years injured because they fell off their bike."

"Okay!" Hinata churped, throwing his bag over his shoulder.

"And be sure to text me when you get home so I know you made it safely, okay?" Hinata nodded in confirmation, scurrying out the door, waving at his team as he went.

"Wait Hinata! You forgot to change your shoes!" Suga hollered, tossing his sneakers at him. Hinata caught them sheepishly, changing them quickly.

"Bye everyone!" Hinata shouted, about to leave when a phone was thrust into his hand. He blinked and turned to find an exasperated Suga shaking his head at him fondly.

"Thanks Mom!" His eyes widened, immediately realizing his mistake. Suga's jaw went slack in shock, a light pink flush overtaking his face. The whole gym went dead silent for a beat before erupting into laughter-

And now Hinata was, staring at the floor, wishing with every fiber of his being that the floor would suddenly grow a mouth to swallow him whole so he could escape this situation.

"Suga-san, I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"

"What the hell Hinata? Not even grade schoolers would make that mistake!" Tanaka said between gasps. He and Noya were leaning against each other for support. Hinata braved a peak up and-oh God, even Daichi was laughing at him.

"Hinata I never would have pegged you to be a prankster. Troublemaker? Sure, but practical jokes?" Daichi said, unable to stop his chuckles. Hinata gasped in panic.

"No no! I swear, I wasn't pulling a prank, it was an accident, I-I'm so sorry." Hinata felt tears forming at the corner of his eyes, he really never wanted to be mean to anyone, especially not Suga-san when he had been so nice to him, especially at the beginning when he knew next to nothing and taught him the basics. He felt like he was having a panic attack when he suddenly felt arms encircling him, patting his back comfortingly.

"Oh my poor child, are your brothers being mean to you again?" Sugawara cooed. Everyone, including Hinata, gawked at him. Was Suga… Actually going along with this? "Please don't cry, you didn't do anything wrong Sho-chan." He said, his voice sickly sweet as he patted Hinata's head. Hinata froze. Did this mean that Suga wasn't mad at him or that he was really mad at him? Hinata was terrified to find out.

Apparently the rest of the team felt the same because all the noise had stopped in the gym, the entirety of Karasuno eying their vice captain warily. Sugawara just smiled sweetly at them before turning to Daichi.

"Really, I thought we raised our kids better than this Dai." Daichi sputtered at that, his eyes blown wide in shock.

"Uh… Our kids?" Daichi asked hesitantly, not really sure what Suga was up to, the sweet smile adorning his face revealing nothing.

"Well of course! If I'm the vice captain and the mom, wouldn't that make you, the captain, dad?" Suga asked innocently with a slight tilt to his head. Daichi gaped at him, making the smile on Suga's face turn wicked.

There was a muffled snort behind them. Hinata pushed himself away to see that it came from Kiyoko, who was now hiding her own smirk behind her hand, her shoulders shaking slightly. Pretty soon the rest of the team busted out laughing, Ennoshita nearly falling over with the lack of air. Even Tsukki was chuckling at them now. Hinata turned back to Suga, seeing a triumphant grin on his face.

"Uh… Um... Suga-san." Hinata muttered, tugging on his shirt. He blushed when he realized he was acting exactly as if he really was Suga's kid. Suga paid that no mind though and just stared at him, waiting for him to continue. "I really, really didn't mean to make fun of you or be mean, I swear! It-it was an accident, I-" Hinata was stopped with a gentle tap of a finger on his lips.

"I know you didn't mean anything by it, Hinata. Don't worry, I'm not mad at you." He said with a kind smile, patting him heartily on the back.

"Really?" Hinata said hopefully. The last thing he wanted was to offend his upperclassmen, especially Suga. Suga chuckled and ruffled his hair.

"Um… Sugawara-san" Suga and Hinata turned to find Kageyama standing there, looking extremely uncomfortable. "I-I… I'm so…. Sury-sorry."

Hinata and Suga shared a look before giggling. Kageyama looked ready to deck Hinata when Suga pulled him into a hug. Hinata's eyes bugged out of his head. Apparently Kageyama was just as shocked because his entire body went stiff at the touch. Suga just chuckled and released him.

"It's okay guys, I know you guys would never bully anyone on this team or intentionally be mean to any of its members, right?" Although Suga was still smiling, there was an underlying threat that neither Hinata nor Kageyama missed. Not that they would want to be mean to anyone anyway they both adamantly shook their heads. The slightly dark aura vanished, leaving a sunny smile on his face. "I can take a joke anyways, so don't worry about it!"

Both Hinata and Kageyama sighed with relief, only to freeze when they heard Noya in the background saying "So does that mean we get to call them Dadchi and Sugamama now?"

There was a definite yelp, indicating that someone had smacked him upside the head, and when they turned they saw that it was in fact Daichi, a light blush on his face.

"Oops, I think we may have started something Hinata." Suga said, chuckling to himself. Hinata looked at Kageyama with a curious tilt of his head. Kageyama shrugged, not getting it either.

They understood the day after when everyone on the team, hell, even Kiyoko started calling Suga and Daichi their parents, either the nicknames that Noya had so generously provided or just straight up Mom and Dad. Sometimes it was just for fun, sometimes it was actually a heartwarming moment (like when Kageyama mastered the new toss and Suga said he was proud of him, and Kageyama responded with a quiet "Thanks Mom"). Most of the time it just made everyone not in on the joke extremely confused. Regardless, they all thought it was so funny how everyone reacted that they just kept rolling with it.

The match against Wakutani Minami was no different.

"Dadchi! Nice ass-whipping!" Noya shouted after a particularly gnarly save Daichi caught to cover Hinata's blundered receive.

"Noya you really need to find a better way to say that." Daichi grumbled, not taking his eyes off of the ball, which was now on the other side of the net. The opposite side spiker smacked it, sending it to the back line. Noya was able to just reach it but it wasn't going to get over the net. Daichi dived for it, only to realize too late that Tanaka was already going for it, and they collided together, leaving Tanaka with just a bruised shoulder and Daichi… Well.

Daichi was out cold.

Everyone froze on the court, not able to comprehend what just happened. They watched in horror as Daichi stayed down, even with Tanaka's prodding.

They all sighed with relief when Daichi groaned but was eventually able to stand back up, but he did sway on his feet slightly. Suga looked at his team, relieved as they were that Daichi was gonna be okay, he knew that they were hesitant to play without him. He may not be flashy like some of their first and second years, but Daichi was the solid foundation of their team, and without it they could be in some trouble. Suga then knew what he had to do.

"Daichi!" He hollered from the sideline. Everyone jumped at the sudden shout, turning to the source. "Don't you dare go dying on me and leave me to raise these ten kids on my ow, do you hear me?!"

Daichi blinked before laughing good naturedly, giving him a thumbs up before turning to walk to the infirmary. The rest of the team chuckled awkwardly. Suga knew that the little stunt that he pulled wouldn't solve the problem, but at the very least it got them to loosen up a bit.

Suga turned at the slight tug on his jersey to see a wide eyed Hinata looking back at him, plain fear in his eyes. "Suga-san..."

Suga smiled and ruffled his hair. "Don't worry, Daichi is gonna be just fine, and so are we." He said with renewed confidence. He turned to Ennoshita. He stepped closer and clapped his hand on his shoulder, all serious business like "You're the man of the house now Ennoshita, we need you on the court."

Ennoshita didn't know whether to laugh or cry at that. On the one hand he would be able to play on the court finally. On the other hand, he was supposed to fill Daichi's shoes. How on earth could he ever hope to be able to do that? He was stopped from spiralling by a hard slap on his back.

"You can do this." Suga said, eyes unwavering. Ennoshita looked around at the rest of his team, staring at him. He immediately felt the pressure which made him extremely nervous, which made it difficult to adapt to the court at first.

But as the match went on, He found his rhythm, and while he was still no Daichi, was able to be the leader they needed. They all pushed harder than ever before, determined to make sure that this game was not Daichi's last. All the struggle and sweat was worth it in the end when they won the game.

They were still jumping and cheering as they left the gym, only stopping when they realized who was standing there waiting for them.

"DAICHI!" Tanaka and Noya hollered, launching themselves at him, only to stop when they were mere inches away when they remembered that Daichi was still injured. That fact didn't stop Suga from affectionately punching him in the gut.

"Are you okay Daichi?" Hinata asked, joining the crowd. Daichi smiled and patted him on the head.

"Doc says there's no concussion so I should be just fine." He said, giving them a thumbs up. Everyone cheered before heading to the bus to go home. Ennoshita went to follow them before Daichi stopped him. Ennoshita raised his eyebrow in question.

"You know, I was so upset that I had to leave the court earlier that I wanted to hurry up and get back here as soon as possible so I could play with you guys. I got here just in time for the third set." Daichi admitted. Ennoshita was shocked to say the least.

"But then why-"

"Why didn't I come back?" Daichi finished, a small smile on his face. "I saw you on the court there, you had the rhythm back on our side of the court for that whole set, and I was worried that if I tried to come back I would ruin it for you guys." Daichi clapped him on the back then. "You did great out there, and I know you'll be a great captain once I'm gone."

Ennoshita's eyes were as wide as saucers. Him? Captain? But..

"But I left…" He muttered, eyes downcast.

"But you came back." Daichi corrected. "The fact is that the team needed a leader, and you stepped up to the plate today and proved me right in thinking that you should be the next captain for Karasuno."

Ennoshita was at a loss for words. He felt so touched that his senpai that he looked up to so much thought so highly of him, even if he didn't feel like he deserved such high praise.

"Besides" Daichi continued with a grin, "Who else could take a Dad's place than the first born?"

They both laughed at that. "Wouldn't that technically be Asahi since he's older?"

"Nah." Daichi said, heading in the general direction that their team had earlier. "He's more like that weird uncle no one talks about."

Ennoshita lost it at that and doubled over, leaning against the front gate in an attempt to catch his breath.

"Move it or lose it boys, we're heading out!" Coach Ukai hollered from the side of the bus. They hurried to it and jumped on, Ennoshita going to sit with the unruly second years and Daichi taking his usual spot next to Sugawara. Suga smiled at him tiredly before leaning his head against his shoulder.

"They grow up so fast." Suga sighed dramatically, feigning wiping a tear from his eye.

Daichi chuckled and patted his head. "They sure do."
