chapter 5.

Waking up, Will rubbed his eyes, taking in his surroundings he realized he was not in his own home or in a bed, looking down he saw JJ laid on his to himself he tried not to move so he didn't wake her, checking the time he saw it was still early.

"What time is it?" Will heard a mumble from his chest.

"Just after six" Will replied with a yawn.

JJ sighed, slowly sitting up, "We fell asleep"

Will nodded. "We did"

JJ licked her lips looking at Will. "About last night"

"JJ" Will paused."

"Thank you" She squeezed his hand.

"Anytime" He smiled at her.

"I'm going to go get a quick shower," JJ said getting up.

"I'll make us some coffee," Will said.

"You can have one after" JJ looked at him.

"I'll go grab some spare clothes from the car" Will nodded.

"Take my key down with you," JJ said walking off down the hall.

pulling her top down over her body, JJ couldn't help but stare as Will came out of the bathroom in only a towel. He was more toned and muscled than JJ had actually imagined.

"Oh sorry darlin" Will said rubbing his hands through his hair.

"It's fine" JJ whispered, leaving the room so he could change

Will smiled to himself watching as she left the room.

Pulling up to the morgue, JJ followed Will inside, the dark quiet cold corridors. "You ok?" Will asked.

"Yeah, let's get to the bottom of this." JJ looked at him.

"So you were right, this wasn't suicide," The Me said.

"It wasn't," JJ said looking at the bodies.

"See these cuts" He lifted her arm. "The cut went left to right " he paused, "She's right-handed"

"You would cut right to left on yourself," JJ said.

"Correct, also the cuts are too deep for self-infliction"

Will watched JJ closely, "Thanks doc, can you send the report over as soon as possible"

"I will do, and there is one more thing, all the victims, had sex before they died and from examination, it was their first times"

JJ felt a pit in her stomach, "Excuse me" She whispered leaving the room.

Walking out into the fresh air, JJ leaned against the bush throwing up, feeling her chest tighten. JJ felt a hand on her back. "Hey, I got you," Will said pulling her hair back.

"I can't breathe" JJ cried out.

Sitting JJ down against the wall, Will leaned in front of her. "Deep breaths in and out"

Closing her eyes, JJ gripped hold of Will's hands slowly breathing in and out. "Your ok, just in and out, count to ten for me"

JJ slowly started to calm down. "Thank you," JJ said as Will sat down next to her, laying her head on his shoulder.

"Anytime," He said squeezing her hand, "take your time."

JJ nodded, "I'm sorry" JJ whispered.

"You don't have to be sorry," Will said kissing the top of her head.

Wiping her eyes, JJ looked at him, "This is all so messed up" JJ took a deep breath.

"Let's find this bastard," Will said looking at her.

JJ nodded, "Give me a minute"

"We'll get some doughnuts on the way back" Will smiled

"You read my mind" JJ smiled.

Sitting down in the chair, JJ took a deep breath. As Will put the box of doughnuts down on the table, Morgan looked at them both.

"The visit to the ME's office was a rough one," Will said.

"And It's too early for tequila," JJ said sitting back.

"You ok?" Emily asked knowing something was off with her.

"I'm ready to catch this bastard."

"The ME report just came through," Garica said setting up the tv screen.

"So it is murder?" Emily asked.

"He raped them or roused them into giving up their virginity, then he slit their wrists open like they were nothing. " JJ said tears forming in her eyes. Will squeezed her hand under the table.

"JJ," Emily said.

"I'm fine, I just really need to catch this guy, before he hurts anyone else," JJ said looking at everyone.

"Then let's find the son of a bitch" Rossi spoke up.

"You fancy a drink or five?" JJ asked looking around at the bullpen.

"Sure I'm buying," Will said knowing JJ needed to blow off some steam.

"I will never say no to a drink" Emily smiled.

"Morgan?" JJ asked.

"I'll go grab baby girl and meet you all there."

"Don't be too long." JJ smiled.

Downing the shot, JJ looked around at everyone. "What?"

"Nothing," Everyone said.

Will shook his head sipping his beer. "Maybe slow it down a little" Will whispered to her.

JJ looked at him. "I just, I need this"

After a dozen drinks and shots, JJ could barely stand up, looking around at the team, Will picked up JJ's coat and bag. "I'm going to take her home," Will said.

"No," JJ said leaning her head onto his chest. "C'mon let's go"

JJ sighed "Fine," she said taking Will's hand following him outside.

Once they reached JJ's apartment, Will let them in with the spare key, locking the door behind him, he lead JJ to her bedroom. "Sit down for me," Will said watching as she sat on the bed.

"Will" JJ spoke

"Yeah?" Will said looking right at her.

"I'm sorry" JJ whispered

"JJ, get some sleep," Will said kissing her forehead.

Nodding, JJ laid her body down on the bed, "Can I have some water?"

Will nodded, "Sure, I'll be right back"

Walking back into the room, Will noticed JJ had stripped off her clothes and got into a t-shirt, placing the glass of water down on the bedside table he turned to walk away JJ grabbed his hand. "Lay with me" She whispered.

Climbing into the other side of the bed, Will watched as JJ cuddled close to him, wrapping his arm around her, he watched as she fell asleep.
