(AN: This is the Pokémon MHA crossover, hope you like it. Will be based off of Trainer Izuku, the Izuku I created in the Halloween BNHA AU.)
The beginning
"Hello, my name is Professor Prunus," a man said, dressed in a white lab coat, his work pants with his belt with poke balls, a glove on one of his hands, and his pink tinted glasses on his face, "and welcome, to the world of Pokémon." and Professor Prunus grabbed one of the balls on his belt and pressed the button on it while throwing it up in the air, showing a Pokémon named Absol, before a bright light had shown and showed an Absol walking on two legs.
(AN: Just search up an anthro Absol and make sure it's not a mega evolved one. Don't want to deal with the mega evolution just yet until later.)
Absol then walked up to the Professor and sat beside him. "A world of Quirks." Professor Prunus said while reaching his hand out, and having a book float to him. "And a world of Soulmates." and the professor proceeded to take his glove off of his hand, and on the hand is a mark, which has the shape of a tree, a Cherry Blossom tree to be exact. A person walked up to him, and it was a female professor, who goes by Kanzan, and she has the same mark on her hand.
"The country we are in is Japan, but we do have regions as well, such as Kanto and Unova." Prunus said. "Pokémon can be found in every corner of the world, and some can fly, swim in the deep oceans, and run across the land we walk on."
Somewhere in a house, a young boy is watching the screen. This young boy is named Izuku Midoriya.
"Amazing!" Izuku said, excited to see what Professor Prunus is saying. "Izuku, you watched that five times already." a young woman said, her name is Inko Midoriya.
"But mom, it's Professor Prunus, he is Japan's Professor." he said, "I know, but why don't you go help with Salem." "Okay mommy."
Izuku proceeded to play get off the computer to go play with Salem, who is a Delphox.
"Hello Izuku." Delphox said. And to others, they would hear the words "Delphox." but to Izuku, he can hear what they are saying clearly, even if no one believes him, unless it's his mom, since he literally translates for her sometimes. And out of everyone Izuku has met or seen in his life, they don't seem to understand what their Pokémon are saying, only him.
"Hi Salem." "What brings you here?" "Mom asked me to help you." "Ahh, it's good to have some helping hands around here. Why don't you go help me by getting me the sticks over there, after what happened last night, the tree branches broke off from the tree. Make sure to get the smaller ones." and Salem pointed over to the stick pile around their backyard.
"I will, thanks." and Izuku proceeded to gather up the smaller sticks to help with Salem.
Time skip… (Didn't expect a time skip this early, now did you)
It is now late at night and Izuku is getting his mother to play the video he watched so many times. "Honestly Izuku, with the amount of times you watched this, you must've added ten thousand views to it." she said. "Play it play it." "Alright, just let me get the video up."
The screen then showed a destroyed building while many Pokémon were trying to help. Then suddenly, someone was walking up from the remains of a building and started to laugh while carrying five people at once while his Pokémon Lucario and Machamp were holding injured Pokémon. "It's fine now. Why? Because I AM HERE!" the hero said, and the hero's name is All Might.
Izuku's eyes had gotten a lot brighter and after the video had ended, he said "Once I get my quirk, I'll be just like him. A hero." and smiled.
"Alright, remember our deal, you get to watch the video then you go to bed, we have an appointment tomorrow." Inko said while her other Pokémon just smiled, one of them was a Gardevoir.
"All right momma." Izuku said
Time skip again…
"I'm afraid, he has no quirk." the doctor said, and Izuku just dropped his Lucario plushie. "Izuku should have already manifested his quirk by now, but as you see," the doctor said before showing the test results, "After seeing his x-rays, I don't think he's going to. You are a fourth-generation quirk user in your family, yes?" the doctor continued.
"Yes, but what does this have to do with anything?" Inko said while she used her quirk to get Izuku's Lucario plushie off the ground. "It means that the quirk skipped a generation, and due to the research that others have discovered that the link to the missing bones in a person's foot, so the likelihood of him developing a quirk is severely low to never."
"What does that mean?" Inko asked, scared. "It means that people with powers have only one joint in their pinky toes, and Izuku has two joints in his pinky toes, like, roughly twenty percent of the population in the world. But here in Japan, we have about four percent of our population powerless. So based on the information and research available, it's safe to say your son isn't going to develop a quirk." the doctor said.
"He does have Soulmates, multiple of them, but it's safe to say that they don't want him. Unless… no he doesn't." the doctor continued, and Inko asked "What do you mean 'Unless'?". "What I mean is that there is a legend long ago, where a human had both Pokémon and Human Soulmates, but no one in the world has seen anyone with Pokémon Soulmates while also having the ability to understand what Pokémon are saying, there is more to it, but that's the gist of it.".
"Wait… I have that ability." Izuku thought. "Even if the legend is true, there hasn't been anyone with the ability to understand Pokémon, quirks not included of course." the doctor said.
Time skip again…
Izuku was looking at the computer screen, crying while his mother tried to comfort him. "Mom, can I be a hero without a quirk?" he said and after a while his mother said "I'm sorry." over and over again.
The day after…
"So… what's your quirk Izuku?" a blond boy asked, whose name is Katsuki Bakugo, and Izuku calls him Kacchan. "I don't have one." he said while looking down.
After a few seconds, Katsuki's mind had caught up to what Izuku said and said "You… You useless Deku… Cyndaquil, do it" and then he ordered his Pokémon, Cyndaquil, to attack him.
"Welp, I have to do what he says, boss's orders." Cyndaquil said before using Tackle on Izuku, which harmed him, and then used Ember on him, which burnt his arms when Izuku tried to block it from reaching towards his face.
Meanwhile…
"Hey, why does my mark seem to, you know, do that thing when looking at the green haired boy?" Rockruff asked. "Mine too." Zorua said and Riolu said "It might be the fact that we are his Soulmates. Hey, I listened to what my parents said about those marks.". All three Pokémon were watching what was happening to Izuku, but they didn't know his name yet.
"Well, one of us needs to intervene then." Rockruff said and Riolu asked "Rock, Paper, Scissors?" and Zorua said "That'll work."
A few seconds later, Rockruff has to go intervene. "This will either go good or go bad, time to see what will happen." she thought before using Rock Throw on Katsuki's Cyndaquil.
"Heya, I've seen what you are doing, and I'm not happy about it." she said before preparing to use Tackle. Cyndaquil was hurt quite a bit by the Rock Throw, and said "I'm just doing what the boss asked me to do." "Well I don't like it, and besides, my mark seems to glow when I'm around him." "Oh… I'm fucked aren't I?" "Yes you are." and Rockruff used Tackle and Cyndaquil was knocked out.
"You deku, just because the dog helped you doesn't mean I won't hurt you." Katsuki said before preparing to use his quirk on Izuku.
Zorua then joined in and said "You shouldn't do that if I were you." though all that Katsuki heard was Zorua saying it's species name. "I don't know what you are saying, but I don't care, he doesn't have a quirk.".
Zorua then growled and was readying herself to use Dark Pulse. But then, the teachers arrived and saw that both a Rockruff and a Zorua were in front of Izuku and were about to attack Katsuki, while the Cyndaquil was still fainted.
Time skip… (AN: My motivation to do that part is severely low, and I don't want to type in what happened.)
Izuku now has a Zorua, Rockruff, and a Riolu as his Pokémon, which had caused some envy from his classmates due to how rare Zorua and Riolu are in the country.
And now that Izuku was back at home, he decided to start talking to them but realized that he didn't give them a name yet. "Wait, what am I supposed to call all three of you?" he asked. And Zorua said "You can call me Illusion.". "You can call me Luria." Riolu said. "And you can call me Roxie." Rockruff said.
"So then… What should we do now?" Izuku asked, and it took a few minutes before Inko called them for dinner.
After dinner, it was a matter of time before they all had to go to bed, but with Illusion, Luria, and Roxie, it took a while.
And while Izuku was in his pajamas, which is an Eevee onesie, he had tried to research what types Luria, Roxie, and Illusion were, and before he could even get to it, he had started to get tired, and he thought that he could research them for another night.
"I'm getting tired, might as well sleep…" he mumbled before putting down the book and when he turned around, he saw all three of his Pokémon on his bed, and Illusion was the only one awake. "...Why?" "Why not, and besides, you still have room on it." "...Fair enough." and Izuku proceeded to get on the bed, being careful to not interrupt them. And when he finally got to sleep, Illusion carefully walked over and, while also not disturbing Roxie and Luria, and laid down next to Izuku's head, patted his head with her paw, and slept.
Time skip to 4'th grade…
Izuku is currently ten years old, and he is getting ready for the field trip. On his shoulder was Illusion, while Roxie and Luria were in their Poke balls, but they told him to let them out if there was trouble in case Illusion couldn't handle it on her own.
"So, you ready?" he asked, "Of course Izu, why wouldn't I be." Illusion said. Illusion's level is currently at sixteen, which was due to her training against the nearby wild Pokémon, though her age is a bit older, just two years older than Izuku, same with Luria and Roxie.
"Try not to cause too much trouble, okay?" "That remains to be seen." and after those words were said, the class started on the field trip, which was going to the forest.
Meanwhile…
"My soul mark… they're nearby." a Pokémon said, this was Absol, and a Shiny, but she goes by Pandora to those who know her. Hey, it would get pretty tiring by calling everyone their species name.
She got out of the cave she was currently living in and used her ability to sense disasters to see if she should warn the locals about something coming up. She sensed a tornado coming, and with that, she started running towards her soulmate's location to warn them while warning the other nearby Pokémon a tornado is coming.
Meanwhile…
Wow, look at all these Pokémon! So many!" Izuku said in awe, looking at the multiple Pokémon, the class he was with though, they didn't agree due to the many bug type Pokémon, which they thought as very weak.
Izuku saw that they were going deeper into the forest and followed them, while asking Illusion to keep track of their location and remember where to go if they got lost.
And after a while of following them, the teacher then decided to go back to the bus while also whispering something to a student.
During said whispering, the student started to grin and after the whispering was done, the student nodded and used their quirk on both Izuku and Illusion, and said quirk's capabilities was stopping people from moving while at a distance, and the victim can't move for a certain amount of time.
Izuku and Illusion both yelped when they were both pushed to the ground, "W-What are you doing?!" he asked and was scared. What the student didn't know was that his quirk only affected humans and certain types of Pokémon, and Illusion ain't one of them, and she didn't like that the student was scaring her soulmate.
"That's it! I gave you one chance." Illusion said, and only Izuku and the nearby Pokémon could only hear what she was actually saying. Suddenly, a shiny Absol appeared and used Double Team, and said Double Team dragged Izuku and Illusion away from the battle while the original used Scratch on the student.
"You alright?" one of the Double Team Absol asked, and Izuku nodded, while Illusion looked at the Absol wearingly.. He looked at his mark and saw it glowing, and when looking at the Absol, the same glow was there.
"Okay then, and there is a tornado coming soon, so after this, I'm coming with you to warn the others." Absol said before disappearing, huh, looks like the fight has finished.
"Don't come near him ever again, you hear me!" the Absol said before going to Izuku. "What's the big idea!" Illusion said before she looked at her mark and Absol's and saw it glow.
Oh… sorry." she said.
"It's quite alright, but we need to get him back to the bus, quickly, use one of the Poke balls on me." "O-Oh, alright." and Izuku searched through his bag to find a spare Poke ball, and he found one in his bag. "You okay with this…" "I am, and my name is Pandora." "Well nice to meet you Pandora." "Just use the ball on me already, we are losing time." "O-Okay." and Izuku used the Poke ball on Pandora, capturing her and becoming her trainer.
The Poke ball shook three times before stars appeared, which signified Pandora was caught. Then the ball opened by itself and Pandora appeared. "Put the ball onto the belt chain, and get on me." Pandora said. "Illusion, get back in the ball, don't want you to fall off." Izuku said, and Illusion went back into her ball, and then Izuku got on top of Illusion.
"Hold on, we're going to go fast." was all Pandora said before moving very quickly to get to the bus.
A few minutes later, they arrived first before the class did. "I am going to miss this place. But nevertheless, we arrived first, due to me knowing shortcuts in this forest." Pandora said, and once Izuku got off her, she looked at him and used Future Sight to see what is going to happen in the future, and if she saw some things that shouldn't be said, well, no one would know but her and the others who know the move Future Sight.
After a while, the rest of the class arrived to see Izuku near the same shiny Absol they saw in the forest, and during that time, Pandora taught Izuku about plausible deniability before the class arrived.
Time skip…
Inko was looking at Pandora and back to Izuku when she arrived at the school, and Izuku said "Mom, this is Pandora, she saved me from being left behind… and there is going to be a tornado coming.". Inko was silent for a few minutes before sighing and said "Well, welcome to the family Pandora, and thank you for helping my son." and Pandora nodded.
Meanwhile…
"Master, are you sure that this is a good idea?" a purple misted man said, this was Kurogiri, and the Master he was talking to is known as All for One, but to very few he trusted, he was known as Hisashi Midoriya, the father of Izuku. "I'm sure, and make sure to get some artist gloves for Tomura as well, can't let him keep on decaying things after all." All For One said. "Understood, and I hope you know what you are doing, considering you gave the location of where you are to All Might." Kurogiri said.
Kurogiri opened a portal to do what All for One said, and to also get him if the worst happens. "After this, I'm retiring from villainy and coming back to my family, are you watching, Yoichi?" he asked himself before waiting a few minutes for All Might to arrive, and when he did, he said "So, you finally arrived, I was wondering if you decided to not show up.".
"I'm stopping you once and for all, All for One, Anubis, you know what to do." All Might said, while ordering his Lucario to attack. "Oh I know, which is why I'm doing the same for you! Lucifer, attack at will. I will deal with the imbecile myself." All For One said, while ordering his Marshadow to attack as well.

(AN: First Pokémon crossover, did I do good for this, and I might do something for this Izuku? I don't know if it will work, but only time will tell if it does. The idea is that if he gets Pokémon DNA in him, like kissing, swallowing blood, etc.… he will get a fused form between the Pokémon, and can access the forms at will, which will make him part Pokémon, no time limit. If you get the reference, you are cultured people on the Internet, if not, look up Silver Soul, and then look at images, but for the website, I'm not saying its name in case I get reported. Not wanting to deal with that.
I just got an idea. Soul Sacrifice crossover, and there aren't a lot of those crossovers, less than fifty of them. I do need to charge my Vita though, I haven't charged it in a few months and I need to continue playing the game, but I haven't beaten it yet.
