Quirk:Draconic Transformation(Kinda like Ryukyu)- can transform into a fully-formed dragon but can also turn individual parts of his body into those of a dragon

Drawbacks/Side-Effects:-A mutation which gave him wings, green scales instead of skin and pitch black hair.
