Because this one is going to be... something else. :)
Sasuke looked down at Naruto's flushed face. The rosy color on his cheeks, eyes filled with unshed tears of pleasure. His lips were swollen and Sasuke leaned down to kiss them again. Addicted to the taste. Naruto's body was pulled flush against his, sweltering hot.
His skin was as supple as he imagined. The mixture of firm muscles and fat in the best of places. His thigh muscles flexed as Sasuke spread him open deeper. Naruto was panting, a constant string of curses leaving his parted lips and Sasuke moved to suck on his neck. He needed to mark Naruto's skin. Needed people to see he was taken. That he belonged to Sasuke. Only his.
"Sasuke, please." Naruto whispered; voice hoarse from the constant use. It was their third round for the night and Sasuke wasn't sure if he was even done. He was completely addicted to the man.
He bit Naruto's earlobe, "Say it." He needed to hear Naruto say it. He felt like he would die if he didn't.
Sapphire eyes met his, full of emotions. Of love and compassion and understanding and want and – "Fuck fuck fuck, I love you."
He started thrusting feverishly again, "Say it again."
Naruto gripped the hair and the back of his neck, speaking against his lips. "Love you S'ke, only you."
Naruto's words fueled him. He tightened his hold, pulling Naruto flush against him. He didn't want any space between them. Couldn't handle them ever being separated. Naruto possessed him completely. He wanted to bury himself inside his heart and never leave. Naruto made him feel so alive.
He felt Naruto's nails scraping down his back and cup his ass, squeezing them as Sasuke continued to plow into him. He tucked his face into Naruto's neck, panting in his ear.
"Fuck fuck gonna cum – I'm cumming – fuck! I'm – "
He felt Naruto's cum twitching against his stomach, reveling in how much pleasure he can give the blonde driving him over the edge –
Sasuke's eyes snapped open as he came, spilling into his boxers. The strength of his orgasm poured through him, making him feel so alive. He'd never cum like this in his life and Karin's words rang in his mind.
It should feel electrifying. It should make your toes curl and be breathtaking.
He glanced to the side, seeing Sakura's naked skin. They'd had sex last night and it wasn't even close to satisfying as his wet dream was. No wonder Karin always said she and Suigetsu fucked all the time. If it was supposed to feel like that. Fuck. Just thinking about the dream made his erection stir to life again. Yet when he saw Sakura's skin, the cleavage poking out, it didn't stir anything in him.
And he was supposed to see Naruto later with Sakura for a fitting. He wasn't allowed to see the wedding dress, but he could for the reception dress. He couldn't deny that he was excited to see Naruto. To be in the same room as him. To be in the presence of the man who'd ensnared him completely.
He decided to get up and get his day started, not wanting to lay in bed any longer.
Sasuke was sitting on the couch in front of the dressing room, waiting for Sakura to come out while Hinata brought the rest of the bridesmaid dresses. He'd admired the intricate lace and silk belt of the sleeveless sweetheart cut rogue pink dress. A gradient of pink shades flowing down, getting lighter and ending in the palest of pink. It wasn't embroidered like Aiko's dress, but it was still exquisitely made.
Naruto joined him, jogging down the stairs and bringing his tux in a garment bag. The blonde was wearing tight dark grey jeans, a crisp white t-shirt, and a Chanel navy blue and white tweed jacket that went down to the middle of his thighs. All accessorized with a crystalized Chanel brooch. His luscious blonde hair was in a high pony and he had a white orchid tucked in his hair. How was he so fucking perfect?
When their eyes met Sasuke fought back a blush, remembering the wet dream from last night.
"Hey!" The blonde grinned as he hung up the tux on the rack. They didn't get a chance to talk much as Sakura exited the room wearing the reception dress.
"Oh Naruto, it's perfection!" Sakura gushed as she checked herself out in the mirror. "Look at the details and the fit is perfect, I feel like a true queen." She twirled around.
The blush pink strapless goddess gown was breathtaking with its plunging front, silk mousseline, and gold delicate embroideries. Sasuke couldn't hold back his smile.
Sakura couldn't believe her eyes, Sasuke was smiling. Teeth and everything!
But Sasuke wasn't smiling at Sakura. The smile on his face was from Naruto's reaction. The way the blonde was looking at the gown he'd created with pride. So much fucking pride. He couldn't imagine the feeling of seeing your design on paper come to life. All the countless hours of work he'd put in it. Seeing the way he was just glowing he looked –
His throat tightened from the overwhelming emotions, "Stunning."
Sakura gasped, dumbfounded at Sasuke's reaction. He'd never spoken like that since she'd met him. "Really? Oh, baby!" She ran over to him and gave him a huge kiss on the lips. His eyes were still on Naruto and he didn't miss the uncomfortable flinch as he averted his eyes.
Huh.
Sakura went back to the mirror and gave a final twirl, "Okay I'll go change. Sasuke go try on your tux!" She looked at Naruto, "Thank you! It was worth every penny." She paused before she went in, checking out Naruto's outfit. The last time she checked Chanel didn't make menswear. Yet she couldn't help but appreciate his taste in expensive clothes. He was a designer and she'd expect nothing less.
"Yeah." Sasuke got up from the couch and Naruto handed him his tux with a tight grin. Yet Sasuke could see how the smile didn't quite reach his sapphire eyes.
When he came out Sakura still wasn't done changing so only Naruto was there. He looked at himself in the mirror, admiring the way he filled out the tux. The fit and the material. It was divinely comfortable and light, unlike the previous tuxes he'd worn.
He heard Naruto's intake of breath and he bit back a smile at the satisfaction of eliciting such a response from Naruto. The blonde leaned forward and started adjusting the collar, hands shaking slightly.
"Why are you shaking?" Sasuke teased the blonde.
Naruto sheepishly blushed. "You just look – so handsome." Sasuke admired Naruto's face, loving being so up close to the man who'd turned his world upside down. He took in Naruto's long eyelashes, the widening of his pupils, the fullness of his lips, and the cut of his jawline.
Sasuke gravelly whispered, "Thanks to you. You're so talented."
Naruto looked like Sasuke had just offered him the entire world, "Really? Wow. Thank you!"
Sasuke suddenly felt boldened, needing to fix that look of discomfort still in Naruto's eyes.
"For the record. The stunning comment wasn't for Sakura."
Naruto's eyes widened and his mouth parted. He was left speechless. Because the only other person there was… him.
Sasuke lifted his hand and took a cue from Itachi's handbook and poked his forehead, smirking at Naruto's squawk.
"Sasuke! You look so sexy!" Sakura ran out of the dressing room.
He hummed, not really knowing how to reply to the comment. Naruto had stepped back, giving them space.
Sakura burst in a fit of giggles, "I'll totally be ready for us to make the baby after seeing you in the tux."
Sasuke's blood froze in his veins as the words registered. He desperately looked at Naruto.
Naruto's face was drained of blood like he'd been dunked in ice water. Yet the blonde quickly composed himself, "Oh wow. A sibling for Aiko."
Sakura giggled as she patted her stomach, "Yep! My own baby."
Naruto had heard enough, "I have to go, but look over the rest of the dresses, and if there need to be any changes you can tell Hinata."
Naruto left before any other word could be said. He needed to get out now.
He ran to his office and locked the door. Leaning against the door as his heart hammered in his chest and he held back tears.
"Stupid. Stupid. Stupid." He knew it was stupid. The whole situation was fucking stupid.
Sasuke was engaged to be married. He was going to grow his family. It was wrong of him to like Sasuke. Just because he felt a connection to him when they were in the same room didn't mean a thing.
Just because he saw the way Sasuke lived his life on grayscale and Naruto wanted to splash it with color. He wanted to add warmth to his gray life. But Naruto knew it wasn't his place. No matter what.
Even if Sasuke thought he was stunning.
Even if he loved being around Aiko and seeing the toddler smile.
Even if he loved hanging out with Karin and Sasuke.
It wasn't his life.
And Naruto was used to wishing for things that he couldn't have. And he always sucked it up.
Even if it was painful.
He wiped the tears off his face. He couldn't let himself get emotional. He needed to prepare a dress for a Duchess. He sat on his desk and picked up his pens, fueling all of his emotions onto the page.
Sasuke couldn't stop thinking about Naruto's pained look. He'd wanted to run after him, hold him against his chest and beg for forgiveness for the pain he'd caused him. Even if Sakura had said those damn words, he felt so damn guilty. He'd robotically agreed to everything Sakura said as his stomach twisted. He wanted to throw up and he'd run out of there as soon as they could.
During the drive, he remained silent. Unable to even say anything to Sakura without starting a fight. Thankfully Sakura had a long shift at the hospital and then she'd be going back to her apartment. He felt relieved that he wouldn't have to be near her. Even if she spent most of the time at his place, her lease wasn't up, and she still hadn't moved everything from her place.
He drove to the one place he felt utter comfort. His mother.
The moment his mother saw his face she held her arms open, "Come here." She wrapped her arms around his broad shoulders, rubbing his back soothingly. Sasuke crumbled in her arms.
After a good 20 minutes, Mikoto finally asked, "What's wrong sweetheart?"
So Sasuke told his mother everything. Every single detail about his relationship with Sakura.
By the time he was done his mother looked like she was ready to set Sakura's body on fire. "That fucking calculating little bitch."
Sasuke's eyebrows shot up. His mother rarely cursed. He could help it, he sniggered. He looked at his mother's petite form, in her lilac sundress looking pristine yet ready to fight a bitch.
Mikoto huffed, "Shut up. I just – the audacity Sasuke. You don't owe her anything."
"I know. It's just –". Sasuke paused. He needed to ask the one person who he knew would understand and be ruthlessly honest. "Do you think it's true? That a woman can't love a child that isn't hers?"
Mikoto cupped his cheeks and met his gaze head-on, "It's not true sweetheart. It is possible. Aiko isn't just some random object that comes with you. She's a part of you. None of this is healthy. She can't possibly be trying to compete with your daughter. Aiko doesn't live with you permanently. If she did, then I'd say you should set time aside to have relationship time with Sakura. It's just you two for a chunk of the time. That's why it's so wrong."
Sasuke took his mother's words in. It was like he was finally starting to see the full picture. Understanding exactly why everything was so wrong. He'd been willing to settle because he'd wanted to give Aiko stability. Yet his relationship with Sakura was far from stable.
Mikoto continued, "You deserve someone who wants to spend time with the both of you."
Sasuke slowly nodded, "You're right, mom. I'm just – isn't it too late for me to change my mind? The wedding is in a few weeks."
She gently played with his hair, "It's never too late."
"I – think I want to call off the engagement. No, I need to." He'd never been so sure of anything in his life.
She threw her hands up in the air, "Oh thank god."
Mikoto laughed at Sasuke's eye roll, "What? It's true. You need someone bright and cheerful. Like I was for your father. He was such a stuffy man while I was the personality in the relationship."
"I can see that."
She tsk'd, "Your father would've loathed Sakura. He might've had a stick up his ass, but he would've wanted you to be happy."
Sasuke choked at the stick up his ass comment.
Mikoto suddenly stood up, "You know what we need? Some pick me up juice." She ran to the bar, brewing some coffee and taking out a chilled bottle of Bailey's. Oh, that type of pick me up. Sasuke laughed, loving his mother's quirkiness.
For the rest of the day, he helped her clean up around the house, enjoying the monotony of the chores as they drank some coffee and cream liquor. Then just liquor.
Mikoto started ironing some clothes, "I met the designer for the dress. Sasuke my dress is the most beautiful work of art I've ever seen."
He ducked his head and smiled. He loved hearing the way his mother gushed over Naruto's work.
She folded the clothes she'd ironed and stacked them up, "And he's so kind. You should have seen the way Aiko gushed over him. And he's gorgeous."
He handed her the folded towels and refused to make eye contact, knowing that she would catch that he had a crush on –
Mikoto cheekily smirked, her eyes twinkling with mischief. "You think he's gorgeous too."
He felt his cheeks burn with the embarrassment that he was so easy to read, and he groaned. "Shut up, not you too."
"Who else said it?"
"Karin." He mumbled, fighting back a pout. All the liquor had loosened him up. Maybe this was his mother's plan all along.
Her voice was too calm to not be suspicious, "You know – you could date in the future."
The thought hit him like a tsunami. She was right. He could. If he went through with canceling the engagement, he would be free. He could pursue Naruto. Naruto could be his.
Mikoto leaned forward and ruffled his dark locks, "There's that spark in your eyes. I haven't seen that in a long time."
His mother was right. He was ready. Determined. He was going to do this.
Sasuke left his mother's house a few hours later, stomach full of her delicious homecooked meal and veins thrumming with energy. He headed towards Sakura's apartment, ready to meet her there after her shift at the hospital. Shit was about to go down.
Author Note: Not too bad right hehe? But the next one... yeah. I'm super excited for the next one. ^_^
