Alright glad you guys enjoyed seeing Brock and Misty fight. I felt it was important to show their growth as well, so note well them more into the future. Same goes for Ash's other companions. As you can see Ash will face Yellow in a rematch. I decided on Yellow since she was Ash's last opponent on St. Anne.

A few days passed since the biker incident, and the group current were resting outside the Pokémon Center, where they would reunite with Yellow, who they haven't since the Santa Anne incident. Surprisingly she was making her way to Stone Town as well in order to win an evolution stone for one of her new Pokémon. When she found out, that a shiny Vulpix hatched out of Ash's egg, she admitted that she was jealous. Seeing this was a good opportunity to test his rival's strength, Ash quickly challenged her to a battle, to which Yellow accepted. With their position in place the two called their first Pokémon.
"Muk, I choose you." Ash called out, a large Pokémon made out of purple sludge.
"Muk, Muk." The large pile of sludge called out.
"Golem come on out." Yellow called out, the rock and ground type.
"Golem!" It cried out ready for battle.
Seeing the Golem, as new this wasn't going to be easy, since Muk was poison type, Golem ground type moves would do a lot of damaged.
"Begin Brock announced.
"Golem use Earthquake." Yellow began.
Golem up and landing on the ground with a thud. The earth began trembling as everyone struggled to stay standing. Muk was gritting trying to deal with the attack.
"Muk use Toxic, then follow up with Dark Pulse!" Ash countered.
"Muk!" Muk cried out, as it spat a purple liquid.
"Golem dodge it." Yellow said.
Rolling to the side Golem avoided the Toxic, but only to be hit with an attack filled of dark aura. Golem use pushed back several, when the attack stopped Golem looked up, and smirked along with its trainer.
"Not bad, but how this, Golem use Rock Slide." Yellow said, taking the offence.
Grinning Golem unleashed several large boulders from the sky, as the fell towards Muk.
"Muk use Protect." Ash defended quickly.
A green sphere surrounded around Muk, shielding it from the rocks. This fight was going to be difficult, since Muk needs to be up close. While Muk could attack from afar they were better fighting up close. The same could be same for Golem, however Golem had more attack it can use from afar to take out Muk.
"Muk use Shadow Ball."
Creating a purple orb, Muk threw it at Golem.
"Golem use Rollout."
Curling into a ball, Golem began rolling forwards Muk.
"Muk, use Brick Break then Focus Punch!" Ash quickly countered.
With Golem getting closer, Muk's left armed glowed, and it began gathering energy in its right hand. Once Golem was close enough Muk brought the Brick Breakdown onto Golem, stopping long enough for the Focus Punch to land. The force sent Golem rolling back, as Ash called for a Shadow Ball. Launching the purple and black orb, Yellow called for Golem to defend itself with a Flamethrower. A stream of flames collided with the Shadow Ball creating a layer a smoke.
Sudden the ground started trembling causing Muk to grit it teeth in pain. Realizing Golem was using Earthquake, Ash ordered Muk to counter with Dark Pulse. Seeing this Leaf called for another Rock Slide. As Golem took the Dark Pulse, it many to summon several large rock as they fell towards Muk. Muk managed to get a Protect up in time, unfortunately this is what Yellow wanted as Golem managed to slam into Muk with Rollout, sending Muk flying.
"Alright, Golem Stone Edge then finish Muk with Earthquake." Yellow called out.
'Golem!" Golem shouted as it slammed its first into the ground.
Several large pillars of rock erupted from the ground slamming into Muk. As Muk landed ground the shook again, as this was the final blow to Muk.
"Muk is unable to battle Golem wins!" Brock announced.
"Good job Golem." Yellow cheered.
"You did you best, I'm proud of you, Muk." Ash said, as he returned the Sludge Pokémon.
'Golem is as strong as ever.' Ash thought as he remembers the battle back on the St. Anna.
"Hitmonchan I choose you." Ash said, as he released a tan humanoid Pokémon with red boxing gloves.
"Hitmonchan." It called out its name.
"Golem vs Hitmonchan begin." Brock announced.
"Hitmonchan Mock Punch!" Ash began.
"Golem Rock Blast!" Yellow countered.
Golem created several circles of energy around it, before turning them into rocks and launching them at Hitmonchan. However, Hitmonchan's hand glowing with energy and tour through the Rock Blast slamming into Golem.
"Now Power-Up Punch!" Ash continued.
Glowing with red energy, Hitmonchan delivered another devastating blow to Golem sending it back.
"Golem use Flamethrower." Yellow retaliated.
After getting back up, Golem let out another torrent of flames towards Hitmonchan.
"Aura Sphere!" Ash called out shocking everyone, except for Lucario and Pikachu.
"What Aura Sphere?" Yellow questioned.
Creating a blue sphere between its hands, Hitmonchan tossed into the flamethrower blocking the attack.
"Now Vacuum Wave!" Ash continued.
Hitmonchan threw its hand forwards sending a powerful wave of air, that slammed into Golem sending crashing. Hitmonchan then ran forwards with incredible speed, as it slammed a Mach Punch into Golem.
"Golem don't give in Rock Slide." Yellow encouraged.
"Detect!" Ash countered.
Ash rocks fell from the sky, Hitmonchan's eyes glowed as it maneuvered through the falling rocks avoiding everyone. Hitmonchan gritted its teeth as Golem unleashed an Earthquake. Then Golem curled up, as it headed towards Hitmonchan with a Rollout.
"Hitmonchan Focus Punch!" Ash called out.
Gathering energy, Hitmonchan threw its fist forwards throwing Golem back. Ash then called for another Aura Sphere sending Golem rolling back. He then told Hitmonchan to fire many Vacuum Waves.
Golem wasn't able to take the onslaught as is fainted after a few Vacuum Waves.
"Golem is unable to battle and Hitmonchan is the winner."
Yellow eyes widen, as she realized Ash's plan.
'I see he remember my Golem had Self-Destruct, any he wanted Hitmonchan to get up a close first to tire Golem, then you used long range attacks to avoid being too close for the blast. Very clever.' Yellow thought, before returning Golem congratulating it.
"Dodrio come on out!" Yellow shouted releasing her three headed bird.
"Ahh!" Dodrio cawed as it was released.
"Dodrio vs Hitmonchan begin!"
"Dodrio use Aerial Ace." Yellow began.
"Hitmonchan Bullet Punch." Ash countered.
Running forwards Hitmonchan's fist was covered in a silver light, as Dodrio charged forward with white streaks around, and before the two attacks clashed, Dodrio disappeared before ramming into Hitmonchan. Hitmonchan landed on its hand, struggling to get up.
"Dodrio Double Team, then Tri Attack." Yellow ordered.
"Drio!" Dodrio cawed as it surrounded Hitmonchan with several duplicates. As each one fired a different element, that collided a powerful explosion causing a dust cloud.
"Vacuum Wave." Ash countered.
From the dust a wave of air slammed into Dodrio sending it skidding back.
"Now Bullet Punch!" Now bursting forward Hitmonchan fist slammed it into Dodrio into Dodrio's stomach causing it to grunt in pain.
"Dodrio don't give in Drill Peck!" Leaf countered.
Growling each of Dodrio's beaks lit up. When the dust cleared Hitmonchan was out.
"Hitmonchan is unable to battle Dodrio wins." Brock announced.
"Good job you worked hard." Ash complemented returning Hitmonchan.
"Alright, keep it going Dodrio." Yellow cheered on her Pokémon.
Knowing he need to turn the tide, Ash decided to used something with a little more defense.
"Rhyhorn I choose you!" Ash called out. Just like Brock, Ash also caught his own Rhyhorn, however his was a bit smaller. Originally they thought I was female since in mainly had a smaller horn. But in truth I was actually a younger male, Rhyhorn and the younger brother to Brock's Rhyhorn, at least according to Lucario.
This made sense since they both had the same egg moves in Dragon Rush, and Metal Burst. However, Brock's Rhyhorn had Lightning Rod for its special ability. While his had Rock Head.
"Rhyhorn vs Dodrio begin."
"Alright Rhyhorn use Horn Attack." Ash began.
Charging forwards Rhyhorn moved as quick and it could with its horn glowing brightly. Yellow calmly waiting, and once Rhyhorn was close enough.
Dodrio leaped into the air above Rhyhorn, and once it reached its highest point, it extended its leg ready to strike Rhyhorn.
"Rhyhorn use Thunderbolt." Ash countered.
Seeing Dodrio coming towards it Rhyhorn charged the electric attack and fired the arc of electricity towards Dodrio, who managed to maneuver out of the way. But it landed awkwardly on its legs, as it knelt down in pain.
"Dodrio are you okay?!" Yellow asked worried, only to Dodrio to cawed back in pain.
"What happened?" Misty asked confused.
"Jump Kick is a power move, however it the Pokémon misses its target it ricks damaging itself. Since Dodrio avoiding the Thunderbolt it wasn't able to hit Rhyhorn, and ended up landing in an awkward position."
"Dodrio, do want to continue." Yellow asked worried.
Looking back at its trainer Dodrio nodded.
"Alright then." Yellow replied.
"Rhyhorn use Take Down." Ash called out.
Rushing forward with an orange glow around it, Rhyhorn made it was towards the wounded Dodrio.
"Tri-Attack!" Yellow countered.
Each headed fired a different element that made its way towards Rhyhorn.
"Rhyhorn deflect them with Rock Blast."
As Rhyhorn ran forward several small rocks appeared around it, and launched the destroying the Tri-Attack. Rhyhorn the smashed into Dodrio sending it flying back.
"Now finish it with Rock Tomb." Ash called out.
"Rhyyy!" Rhyhorn roared out, as it fired several boulders.
After taking several hits, Dodrio was too exhausted to dodge, and took the full hit.
"Dodrio!" Yellowed cried out in worry.
"Drio." Dodrio cawed out as it passed out.
"Dodrio is unable to battle, Rhyhorn wins!" Brock announced.
"Alright good job Rhyhorn!" Ash cheered.
Looking at his trainer, Rhyhorn nodded before refocusing on the battle.
"Good job, Dodrio." Yellow thanked her Pokémon before returning it to its ball. Yellow smiled, she might still have a small lead, but Ash was still noting going down easily.
"Okay, Blastoise come on out." Yellow released her next Pokémon.
From Yellow's Pokéball emerged a strong Blastoise.
"This won't be easy." Ash muttered. Since they agreed no substitution, Rhyhorn was going to be at a major disadvantage.
"Blastoise vs Rhyhorn begin!" Brock announced.
"Blastoise, Hydro Pump!" Yellow began.
"Rhyhorn, dodge then use Thunderbolt." Ash defended.
Moving as fast as it could, Rhyhorn narrowly missed the blast of pressurized water. Turning to face Blastoise, Rhyhorn charged a blast of electricity from its horn before firing.
"Blastoise use Flash Cannon." Yellow countered.
"Blastoise!" Blastoise cried out, as it fired a beam of light, towards the incoming attack.
The two attacks clashed for a bit, the Flash Cannon tore through the Thunderbolt, before striking Rhyhorn. The attack forced Rhyhorn several feat back, as it managed to stay standing.
"Rhyhorn don't give in use Rock Tomb." Ash countered.
"Rhy." Rhyhorn roared out, as it fired several boulders towards Blastoise.
"Blastoise, Gyro Ball." Yellow called out.
Grinning, Blastoise retreated into its shell, as it began to spin with a silver ring around it. As it moves quickly forward, it destroy the Rock Tomb, as it continued to make its way towards Rhyhorn. Seeing this, Ash told Rhyhorn to fight back with Earth Power. Slamming its feet on the ground, it shook as a large crack formed and it erupted in with power flying out. As the attack reached Blastoise, the Gyro Ball tore through the attack and slammed into Rhyhorn sending it flying back. Rhyhorn landed on the ground with a thud, as it struggled to get up growling at Blastoise.
"Blastoise finish it with Flash Cannon." Yellow cheered.
"Blastoise!" Blastoise yelled out as it fired the attack.
A small explosion took place, as smoke filled the field. And when it clear Rhyhorn was out.
"Rhyhorn is unable to battle Blastoise wins." Brock announced as Yellow began cheering, while Ash praised Rhyhorn for his hard work before returning him.
Ash then took a moment to think about the situation. He didn't Lucario since, Prof. Oak want to study him, and he wanted let some of his new Pokémon battle. Other than Pikachu, he only had Vulpix and Kangaskhan. Neither of them had the advantage, and Blastoise was far more experience. While he knew Kangaskhan would pick up a good fight, she didn't have the best coverage to take down Blastoise. Knowing who he had to pick, Ash smiled and looked towards his shoulders.
"Take them down buddy." Ash said cheerfully.
"Pika Pika!" Pikachu cheered jumping off of his shoulder.
"Pikachu vs Blastoise begin."
"Pikachu Thunderbolt!" Ash began.
"Blastoise Flash Cannon." Yellow countered.
The two attacks collided both struggle to overpower each other before ending in a stalemate. The colliding. Smoke once again coved the field, but before Yellow could react. Pikachu suddenly burst through with a Quick Attack. Creating a ball of electrify at above his tail, Pikachu launched the Electro Ball towards Blastoise. Blastoise managed to get up a Protect in time to top the attack. But then Pikachu broke through using a Feint. Blastoise the tried to freeze Pikachu with an Ice Beam, only for Pikachu to avoid it with Double Team. Blastoise tried to Ice Beam at all of them, only for each one to disappeared. Before Yellow and Blastoise could figure it out, Pikachu blasted out of the ground, ramming into Blastoise with a Volt Tackle. Blastoise staggered back, as Pikachu winced from the recoil. Both of them shook off the pain as the glared at each other.
"Pikachu use Electroweb." Ash called out.
"Blastoise Gyro Ball." Yellow defended.
As Pikachu launched a web mace of electricity towards Blastoise, Blastoise retreated into its shell as it began spinning. Moving forward it managed to cut through Pikachu's attack, as it continue to make its way towards Pikachu.
"Pikachu use Dig." Ash called out.
Acting quickly. Pikachu quickly burrowed into the ground managing to avoid Blastoise's counter attack. However, seeing this Yellow let out a smirk.
"Blastoise Earthquake!" Yellow yelled out.
Ash's eyes widen, as he tried to warn Pikachu, "Pikachu use Quick Attack, and get out of there."
Blastoise popped out of its shell and prepared to strike the ground, slamming its two legs into the ground the shock waves began. However, Pikachu suddenly burst from the ground, as it narrowly avoided the shock waves.
"Now Thunder!" Ash shouted.
"Pikachu!" Pikachu shouted, unleashing a powerful attack.
"Blastoise!" Blastoise cried out in pain.
"Blastoise!" Yellow cried out in worry.
"Alright, Pikachu finish it with Volt Tackle." Ash cheered.
"Pika! Pika Pika Pika!" Pikachu charted as it slammed into Blastoise causing Blastoise to fall on its back.
"Blastoise is unable to battle. Pikachu wins."
"All right way to go Pikachu!" Ash cheered.
"Pika Pika!" Pikachu cheerfully replied, giving Ash a thumbs up.
"You fought Blastoise, take a good rest." Yellow complemented her Pokémon before returning it.
"Ninetales come on out." Yellow called out her next choice.
Selecting her next choice, she let out a large, yellow fox, with red eyes and nine tails. Knowing this was Vulpix evolved form Ash took the opportune to scanned it.
Ninetales, the Fox Pokémon and the evolved form of Vulpix. With its nine tails and thick golden coat, Ninetales is said to live a thousand years.
Placing his Pokédex away, Ash waited for Yellow to make the first move.
"Okay Ninetales use Calm Mind." Yellow began.
Closing its eyes Ninetales entered a meditative stance as pink aura surrounded it.
Knowing what Yellow was planning, Ash told Pikachu to use Nasty Plot.
Pikachu was covered by a dark aura, as his special attack increased.
Once both Pokémon were done powering up they continued the fight.
"Ninetales/Pikachu use Quick Attack!" Both trainers began.
The two Pokémon sped off looking to slam into each other. However, due to Ninetales greater speed and size, when it slammed into Pikachu, Pikachu went flying back.
"Ninetales now use Flamethrower." Yellow order.
"Pikachu Double Team." Ash countered.
As the power fire attack reached Pikachu, Pikachu suddenly disappeared appear several Pikachu now appeared surround Ninetales.
"Now Thunderbolt." Ash continued.
"Pika! Chu!" Pikachu shouted as he and the rest of his copies send a bolts of electricity towards Ninetales.
"Ninetales use Light Screen." Yellow defended.
Ninetales's eyes glowed pink, as a rainbow colored screen appeared around it. The Light Scene cut the damage, and thanks to the boost from the Calm Mind there wasn't much damage.
"Ninetales Psyshock."
"Pikachu Electro Ball."
Unleashing a wave of psychic energy, Ninetales's attack collided with Pikachu's attack causing an explosion.
"Quick Attack!" Ash continued. Pikachu began sprinting forward with a trail white energy behind it.
"You too Ninetales." Yellow countered. Ninetales also began sprinting forward with a trail of light behind it.
"Double Team!" Ash said, catching Yellow off guard.
Pikachu duplicate itself, as Ninetales passed through one of the copies. Turning around Ninetales unleash powerful hot breath that created a Heat Wave attack. Seeing its opponent's quick thinking Pikachu countered with a Discharge.
The two attacks canceled out, as Pikachu was now nowhere to be seen. Looking around, Ninetales then noticed a hole in the ground.
"Ninetales quick use Flamethrower in that hole!" Yellow shouted in a panic, knowing what was going to happen.
But before Ninetales could attack, the ground erupted as Pikachu cloaked in electricity slammed into Ninetales sending it flying before it crashed into the ground. After dealing out several attacks, Pikachu was panting heavily as electricity crackling all over its body. After one, and using two Volt Tackles, Pikachu was running low on stream. Pikachu need to finish this one up soon, before Ninetales could make a recovery. Suddenly remember something he and Pikachu on. They haven't perfect it yet, the need to first boost their defensed in case things went south.
"Alright Pikachu use Light Screen." Ash started. Hearing his trainer, Pikachu nodded creating a barrier in front of him. Yellow raised an eyebrow curious to what the two were planning.
"Now create an Electro Ball." Ash continued. Pikachu follow the order and created an Electro Ball. Before Yellow could give a counter, Ash caught her off-guard by Pikachu to swallow it.
Pikachu, open it mouth widen, as he consumed the Electro Ball. Pikachu's body crackle with sparks of electricity, as it had a yellow aura around it. Its eyes even to seemed to be glowing yellow as well. Yellow was shocked, no pun intended, seeing this. She remembers Ash's Elekid going through something similar. Sparing no time Ash decided to go all in.
"Pikachu use Quick Attack!" Ash called out.
"Pika!" Pikachu shouted, as darted across the field.
"Ninetales you use Quick Attack as well." Yellow counter, as Ninetales sprinted forward.
However, Pikachu moved faster than before striking Ninetales first. Using the opportunity Ash told Pikachu to use Thunderbolt. Pikachu unleashed a powerful shock, as Ninetales howl in pain. Not wanting to let up Ash told Pikachu to use Iron Tail to finish it. With Pikachu's tail gaining a metallic shine, he slammed his into Ninetales, who managed to counter attack with a Flamethrower. Both Pokémon fell onto the ground and when the dust settled neither could get up.
"Both Pikachu and Ninetales are unable to battle." Brock announced.
Both trainers sighed, as Yellow returned her Pokémon, while Ash picked up Pikachu. The two trainers thanked their Pokémon for their hard work. Ash handed Pikachu over to Misty, who treated Pikachu with a potion so Ash can continue to battle.
Ash could help but let out another deep sigh, he finally caught up, and now he and Yellow are tie. Both sides had two Pokémon remaining, neither has battle yet. Knowing how strong Yellow has gotten got his blood pumping.
"Vulpix, I choose you!/Exeggcute, come on out!" The two trainers shouted.
From Yellow side she released pink egg like Pokémon. While on Ash's field he released his Shiny Vulpix. Vulpix barked happily excited for her first battle, while she glowed orange causing the sun's rays to increase. Yellow cooed at her adorable she was, while Ash checked out her Exeggcute.
Exeggcute, the Egg Pokémon. Exeggcute is made up of six eggs that communicate with each other using telepathy.
"Interesting I wonder if that's the Pokémon she plans to win an evolution stone for?" Ash wondered.
"Exeggcute vs Vulpix, begin!" Brock announced.
"Alright Exeggcute start off with Light Screen." Yellow said, wanting to setup her defenses again.
"Vulpix Flamethrower!" Ash countered. While he knew the attacks damage would be cut, Vulpix couldn't learn many physical moves However, thanks to Vulpix's ability Drought the suns power increase also increasing the power of her fire type moves.
Exeggcute winced feeling the damaged despite not causing as much damage as it would have. Knowing this Yellow quickly countered.
"Exeggcute use Hypnosis!" Yellow called out. If they could just Vulpix to sleep, then they could hammer it with psychic attacks.
"Vulpix counter with Imprison." Ash called out.
Both Vulpix, and Exeggcute both glowed pink, and the Hypnosis stopped.
Yellow was shocked, thanks to Imprison Exeggcute could use Hypnosis anymore. While her Ninetales had it as well it wasn't worth using it. The move would its opponent from using whatever move that the user knows. While Pikachu and Ninetales had a few attacks they shared it didn't seem worth using. But know the tables were turned, Vulpix much like Ninetales had access to several Psychic attacks. However, unlike Ninetales Vulpix couldn't learn some of the ones Exeggcute could learn.
"Exeggcute use Psychic!" Yellow called out.
Exeggcute's eyes glowed pink, as an aura appeared around Vulpix. Exeggcute grunted as it flings Vulpix into the air. Vulpix cried out as she was sent into the air.
"Vulpix quick use Flamethrower towards the ground." Ash told Vulpix to counter.
"Vul!" Vulpix cried, as unleashed a torrent of flames towards the ground. The flames managed to slow her decent as she landed softly on the ground.
"Now use Fire Spin!" Ash continued.
Vulpix the fired a vortex of flames that slammed into the barrier from the Light Screen. Following this, Ash told Vulpix to use Shadow Ball. Creating a dark orb, Vulpix fired it towards Exeggcute.
"Exeggcute Psychic." Yellow countered, Exeggcute managed to catch the Shadow Ball before flinging it towards Vulpix.
"Vulpix dodge, then Disable." Ash countered.
Jumping to the side, Vulpix avoided the Shadow Ball. Her eyes then glowed blue, as Exeggcute had a blue aura around it. Yellow huffed in annoyance, thanks to the Disable now she could use Psychic.
"Vulpix use Will-O-Wisp!" Ash ordered.
"Vul!" Vulpix cried out, as it had a ring of flame around it.
Launching the frame towards the opening Yellow told Exeggcute to use Bullet Seed to block it. The six eggs quickly spit out several seeds, the blocked the attack. However, this was a cover, because as soon as the attack end, Vulpix storm through the smoke. It then slammed its tail into Exeggcute with a combination of Iron Tail, and Quick Attack. Ash didn't let up through.
"Now finish with Flare Blitz." Ash commanded.
"Vul!" Vulpix shouted, as it ran towards Exeggcute cloaked in blue flames.
"Exeggcute!" Exeggcute cried out in pain. Exeggcute flew back as the six heads crashed into the ground. Their eyes turned in swirls as Brock called it.
"Exeggcute is unable to battle, Vulpix wins!" Brock announced.
"Alright, great job!" Ash cheered.
"Vul! Vulpix!" Vulpix cheerful cried out, happy to win the battle.
Yellow returned her Exeggcute, and complemented it.
"Okay Chuchu come on out!" Yellow called out her partner.
"Pika Pika!" Chuchu cried out.
"Pikachu vs Vulpix begin!" Brock announced.
"Okay Chuchu Quick Attack!" Yellow began.
"Vulpix Dig." Ash countered.
Unfortunately, for Ash, Chuchu was too quick and slammed into Vulpix sending her crashing into the ground.
"Now finish it with Thunderbolt!"
"Pikachu!" Chuchu cried out, as it shocked Vulpix.
Vulpix cried out in pain as electricity coursed through its body. Chuchu then slammed into Vulpix with a Volt Tackle. Vulpix flew towards Ash who managed to catch her, as she fell unconscious.
"Vulpix is unable to battle Pikachu wins!" Brock stated.
Ash was shocked at how strong Chuchu has gotten. Still he was confident on his last Pokémon.
"Good job Vulpix, you battled well." Ash completed.
Smiling, Ash grabbed his last choice. "Okay Kangaskhan, I choose you!"
From Ash's Pokéball emerged a large bipedal Pokémon with brown hide, and several raised patches.
"Kangaskhan vs Pikachu, let the final begin!" Brock announced.
"Alright, Kangaskhan use Fake Out!" Ash began.
Before Yellow could give a commanded Kangaskhan moved forward with shocking speed. It suddenly appeared in front of Chuchu. It claimed its hands together, causing a small shock wave that made Chuchu flinch.
"Now Flamethrower!" Kangaskhan unleashed a torrent of flames from its mouth.
"Chuchu Double Team." Yellow quickly countered.
Kangaskhan's attack missed as Chuchu surrounded Kangaskhan with its doubles.
"Now use Thunderbolt." Yellow continued.
Chuchu shocked Kangaskhan as well as its child, as the two wined in pain. Chuchu attack then stomped as it then ran towards Kangaskhan cloaked in electricity.
"Protect!" Ash defended.
Getting a barrier, Chuchu attack was deflected as she bounced back. Taking the opportunity, Kangaskhan used an Ice Beam, in an attempt to prevent Chuchu from moving. Chuchu avoided the attack with a another double, however this time Kangaskhan was prepared.
"Earthquake!" Ash countered.
Kangaskhan slammed its right foot into the ground, creating a shockwave the shook the earth. All the fakes disappeared, as the real Pikachu had to jump into the air to avoid the attack. Yellow took the opportunity to call for another Thunderbolt, on for Ash to call for a Sucker Punch. Kangaskhan struck first, as Pikachu flew back. Chuchu made to land on its feet as it was breathing hard from the strike. Yellow then told Chuchu run forward and use Quick Attack. Taking a page from Ash she then told Chuchu to use Double Team. Chuchu and her duplicates then ran around Kangaskhan causing her to be dizzy.
Ash told Kangaskhan to counter with Earthquake again, but this time, Chuchu and all the duplicated jumped as slammed an Iron Tail on her. Kangaskhan stumped back regaining its balance. Ash then told Kangaskhan to use Ice Beam on the ground to make it slippery, but Yellow countered with a Thunderbolt. The two attacks canceled each other out creating smoke. Chuchu used the cover to storm through and slammed into Kangaskhan with a Volt Tackle. As Chuchu was suffering from the recoil, Ash took the opportunity to have Kangaskhan to strike back with a Hammer Arm. Kangaskhan's arm glowed, as it brought it down, only for electricity to cackle around it. Chuchu's static took effect, as Kangaskhan was now paralyzed. Taking her opportunity Yellow called out her finial move.
"Chuchu finish with Brick Break!" Yellow called out.
Chuchu armed glowed, as she struck Kangaskhan on the head who could no longer fight as fell on to her back.
"Kangaskhan in unable to battle, which Pikachu is the winner, and the victory goes to Yellow." Brock announced.
"Alright we won!" Yellow cheered as she embraced Chuchu, who jumped into her arms.
'Pika Pika!" Chuchu also cheered.
Ash walked up to Kangaskhan as her baby hugged her. He then rubbed her as thanking her for her hard work. Returning her, Ash then congratulated Yellow for her victory. The two shook hands, as the group made their way to the Pokémon Center in order to treat their Pokémon and settle down for a goodnight's rest, before they would continue to make their way to stone town.
Well I hoped you enjoyed this chapter. We saw Ash's lost, I decide for it to be Yellow since she was the last person he faced in the St. Anne tournament. I felt it was important to show the growth of his rivals and give them wins over Ash.
