Josuke finally meets and falls in love with a beautiful young woman name Kyoko. He believes that she's perfect for him-except for the fact that Kyoko has a heartbreaking past.
in the school hallway
It's currently lunch time, Josuke, Okuyasu and Koichi are currently sitting on the edge of the school wall window by the hallway lockers.
"So you've met Kyoko, Huh Koichi?" Okuyasu asked.
"Yes I have and she's really nice, I was talking to her while waiting for you guys to come" Koichi replied.
Josuke's cheeks turned pink while rubbing his neck. "What does she look like?"
"Well she's very-" Koichi's words were cut off by a sweet voice calling his name.
All the boys turned around and saw Koichi's girlfriend Yukako.
Yukako curled her index finger slowly at him. "Koichi! Come here, you!"
"Yukako!"
"Uh Oh Koichi, you're in trouble now!" Okuyasu said sarcastically.
"That's not funny Okuyasu! (turns to Yukako)"
"Yukako, can we talk later? I'm kind of in the middle of something?"
"Aw, It can't be right now?"
"I'll tell you later on at Josuke's birthday party tonight, promise."
Yukako smiled as she walked off, leaving her excited and more in love with him. Koichi let out a sigh of relief as she walked away. Koichi turned back around to his friends to finish telling them more about Kyoko.
"So anyway, I told her to meet us near by the lockers." said Koichi
"Oh I see." Okuyasu said.
"Do you know when she'll be coming?" Josuke asked while still blushing.
"Well she's coming...Right now." Koichi's words were cut off again as he saw Kyoko walking towards them then he finished his sentence.
Josuke and Okuyasu turned around and saw her walking their way. Josuke couldn't believe his eyes along with Okuyasu. Kyoko walked up to the boys holding her binder and books in her arms.
"Hi Kyoko, These are my two friends that I was waiting for earlier this morning." Koichi greeted.
"Hey Koichi!" Kyoko greeted.
"Nice to meet you mademoiselle. I'm Okuyasu Nijimura and this is my bro Josuke. Today is his birthday." Okuyasu greeted as he shook her hand.
Okuyasu elbowed Josuke to snap out of his daydreaming. "Josuke, Are you gonna say "Hi" to this beautiful lady?"
Just like Koichi earlier when first seeing Kyoko, Josuke was still amazed by her appearance as his eyes turned into hearts as he started drooling a bit. He never thought a beautiful girl like Kyoko would be interested in him.
"So you're Josuke Higashikata, I've heard that you're Morioh's town hero. It's so nice to finally meet you" Kyoko greeted.
"Josuke?" Koichi questions.
Okuyasu snapped his fingers in front of him to get him out of his daydreaming.
"Is he okay?" Kyoko asked.
"Oh yeah, he's just really excited to finally meet you, that's all." Okuyasu turned to Josuke and grabbed his shirt with both hands to shake him out of his daydreaming.
"JOSUKE! SNAP OUT OF IT, DAMMIT!" Okuyasu shouted as he slapped him.
[SLAP!]
Josuke finally regained consciousness after his daydreaming of Kyoko.
"Huh? Damn! What the hell happened?" Josuke asked.
"You were daydreaming, So I slapped you out of it. Anyway, Kyoko was talking to you." Okuyasu said
Josuke turned to Kyoko.
"Oh, I'm so sorry! I- I didn't know! I'm Joski-! No Jostar! No wait, Josuke Higashit! No wait Jo-! ''
Josuke's stuttering was cut off by Kyoko's giggling as she put her hand nearby her mouth and let out the cutest giggle he had ever heard.
"Aren't you the cutest thing?" Kyoko said as she blushed. The two gazed into each other's eyes for a while.
"Okay, you two love birds!" Okuyasu stepped in between the two as he turned to Josuke.
"Why don't you ask Kyoko to come to your birthday party tonight?"
"Okuyasu!" Josuke said angrily.
Kyoko giggled and smiled. "I loved to."
"Oh Okuyasu, I have a sister named Kiwi that's a good match for you. I'll bring her to the party tonight, so you guys could meet."
"Oooh Wow! Are you serious! Well I'll be waiting for Ms. Kiwi at the party tonight, then!" Okuyasu smirked
Kyoko turned back to Josuke as she leaned in towards him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Before I go, This is my birthday gift to you."
Josuke's face immediately turned red after receiving that kiss from her.
"I'll see you later tonight, birthday boy."
"Wow! I can't believe that she kissed me." Josuke said while he touched his cheek.
"I can't believe that she has a cute sister named Kiwi!" said Okuyasu.
"I still can't believe that I lied to Yukako about something earlier! No! I can't lie to her anymore. I have to tell her the truth later tonight at the party!". Koichi thinks to himself, then starts running to look for Yukako.
Josuke and Okuyasu turned their heads around and saw him running. Okuyasu stopped him
"Hmm. Koichi, where are you going?"
"I have to look for Yukako. I have to tell her something important tonight." Koichi shouts while running down the hallway.
"Man, Koichi always gets himself in some shit with Yukako, Huh Josuke?" Okuyasu said
"Well, It is his personal life. So we shouldn't interfere." Josuke said
"Yeah. You have a point there. Anyway, We should figure out how we should look at your party tonight." Okuyasu said
Josuke with a puzzled look on his face. "Huh? What are you talking about?"
Okuyasu wrapped his arm around Josuke's neck as both boys looked up at the hallway ceiling then Okuyasu put his other hand out slowly and wiped his hand finishing his sentence
"Josuke, Come on! I'm talking about..."
"STYLE!"
"Look! Both Kyoko and her cute sister, Kiwi are coming to your birthday party tonight and we have to look our best to impress them. Picking up what I'm putting down?" Okuyasu explained
"Oh yeah! I got you! We should go Downtown to Morioh Mall and see what's the latest fashion for men." Josuke said with a big smirk on his face.
"Atta boy! There you go! Men's Fast Fashion is the place to go" Okuyasu said
Both boys cheered and started chanting:︎
"MEN'S FAST FASHION! MEN'S FAST FASHION! MEN'S FAST FASHION IS THE PLACE TO GO!"︎
The boys start running down the hallway with excitement while chanting.
