blueno's decision!
as the two become closer than ever, Josuke wants Kyoko to be his girlfriend. meanwhile, Blueno refused to get in between the teens's relationship then takes a vicious beating from Yamada.
outside of Josuke's house
An hour after the party starts, Blueno is sitting inside his Black Chevy Tahoe truck that's parked right across the street from Josuke's house. He looks through the binoculars and sees everyone dancing and smiling.
"Wow! This Higashikata kid knows how to party. I give him that. I don't see Miss Kyoko anywhere in this crowd." Blueno said while still looking through the binoculars.
*BUZZ!* (Blueno's phone starts ringing) A loud buzzing noise is coming from his glove department. He puts down the binoculars and opens the glove department to reach for his cell phone, it was an incoming call from Yamada.
Blueno flips open his phone and answers it "Yeah sir."
"Did you get Kitten from the party yet?" Yamada asked
"No I haven't yet, but I will soon." Blueno replied
"Well hurry up! Make sure that you're not seen by anyone, especially Higashikata. Do it quickly and quietly please!" Yamada said as the line disconnected.
Blueno let out a growl as he transformed into his glowing green figure form and started floating across the street to the Higashikata's House. Blueno's figure hides in a nearby tree that's right next to the house. He pulls out his binoculars and looks through them. He sees Josuke and Kyoko dancing and smiling together.
"There goes Ms. Kyoko." Blueno said
Josuke and Kyoko make their way outside in the backyard slow dancing with each other. Blueno spotted the couple and was going to make his move to kidnap her but Kyoko's happiness begins to develop a soft spot in Blueno's heart. He took a step back and watched them dance together while a teardrop started to glide down his face.
"Ms. Kyoko is really in love. I've never seen her this happy before." Blueno thought to himself.
Josuke and Kyoko stop dancing for a quick minute then starts to gazing into each other's eyes. A red tint appears on Josuke's face while staring at his girlfriend while he starts rubbing the back of his head.
"Kyoko, Can I ask you something?" Josuke said with the red tint on his face.
"Yes Josuke." Kyoko replied
"Umm...Well...I-I don't know if you're going to say yes or not, but I really want you t-to be my girlfriend. Will you?" Josuke nervously asked
Kyoko smiles and kisses him on the lips "Of course, I will."
Josuke's face immediately turns red after receiving a kiss from his girlfriend.
The couple hugged and kissed each other as they began to slow dance again. Blueno's eyes filled with tears of joy and starts crying to himself after hearing Josuke and Kyoko's conversation. He floats back to his car leaving the couple alone to dance with each other.
inside Josuke's house
Two hours into the party, Mostly everyone was dancing, smiling and having fun with each other.

Josuke is standing behind his tiny girlfriend while she's grinding her hips. He then placed both of his hands on her hips and slowly glided his hands down rubbing her thighs. Kyoko starts smiling as she continues to grind her hips on him. Kiwi and Okuyasu were also dancing with each other as they spotted the couple.
"Oh my god! Look at Josuke and Kyoko!" Kiwi said surprised while looking at the couple dancing together.
Okuyasu looks at them and starts smiling "Yeah, I knew Josuke had it in him."
On the other side of the room, Mr. Joestar, Rohan, Jotaro, Tomoko and Tamami are sitting on the couch watching the teens dance with each other.
"Josuke really likes that girl huh?" Tamami asked
Tomoko smiled, "Yeah, she's a sweet girl and I like her."
"As long as he's happy, then I'm happy for him." Mr. Joestar says as he cradles his daughter.
Everyone nodded their heads in agreement. Jotaro and Rohan both smiled as they continued to watch Josuke and Kyoko dance together.
West Morioh neighborhood at Yamada's penthouse
Blueno's truck is parked right outside of the penthouse. Inside the office, Yamada questions why he didn't follow the orders that were given.
"What the hell do you mean you couldn't do it!?" Yamada shouted
"I couldn't do it, Sir." Blueno replied
"Look! You were given a direct order! And that order was to capture Kitten Kyoko and bring her here! Simple right? So simple that a 12 year old can understand that!" Yamada said as he leaned in towards him in his swivel chair while piercing his eyes at him.
"Yamada sir...You don't understand. This is the first time I've ever seen her happy and in love." Blueno says
"What the hell are you talking about? She's happy here at my penthouse. I gave her everything she wanted; more shoes and purses, money, driving one of my cars. That's the happiness right there!" Yamada said
"Those are only materialistic things that can be easily replaced. I'm talking about the actual happiness and love that you give to someone and Higashikata is actually giving Ms. Kyoko that. She likes him and he likes her." Blueno says
"Blueno! They're teenagers. They're going through puberty right now! It's only puppy love. What they have going on right now is a damn fling that's not going to last anytime soon." Yamada said while leaning back in his swivel chair.
"But Yamada, I can't kill Higashikata! He just turned 17 for goodness sake! This isn't right!" Blueno said
"Oh since when the hell did you start caring? Let me remind you that you were the one who told me about Higashikata in the first place! He's just a damn High school kid, Blueno. Nothing more, nothing less!" Yamada said
"So is Ms. Kyoko! Yamada, I know right from wrong and what we're doing isn't right at all! I don't want to get in between their relationship!" Blueno shouted
"What relationship?" Yamada questions
"The relationship that Ms. Kyoko and Higashikata have! She really likes him and I can't do that to her! Blueno shouts
Yamada continues to pierce his eyes at Blueno while taking another drag of his cigarette and letting out a cloud filled with smoke.
"I can't believe that you're letting a fling-on relationship get between you and your work! I don't know where all this damn sympathy is coming from, but I do know one thing: you were given a direct order and if you can't follow that then you're just gonna have to face the consequences! Now shut your damn mouth, take your ass back to Higashikata's house and get Kitten Kyoko from that damn party, NOW!" Yamada shouted
"No!" Blueno shouted
Yamada stops smoking his cigarette "Excuse me? What the hell did you just say?"
"I said No! Even if it costs me, I won't do it!" Blueno said
Yamada chuckles then looks at Blueno "Are you serious? So you're not going to follow my instructions?"
"No I'm not !" Blueno replied
"Boy, did you just say the dumbest shit ever. Then you're just gonna have to learn it the hard way." Yamada as he swiveled his chair facing the door.
"Franky! Francis! Get your asses in here!" Yamada yelled
The twins rushed into the office but we're stuck inside the doorway. They were trying to push and shove each other out of the way just to get inside.
"Move! Fat ass!" Franky shouted
"I'm not fat! You are!" Francis shouted back
"Will you two shut the hell up and stop bullshitting around!" Yamada yelled
The twins finally get through the doorway and are inside the office.
"You called us, Sir?" The twins said together
"I did, let me ask you both a question. If you were given a direct order, You would follow it with no questions asked, correct?" Yamada asked
"Yes sir, of course. How come you asked?" Francis says
"Well apparently, your former coworker here was given simple instructions and refused to follow them. Please remind him of the protocol of those consequences once you disobeyed an order that was given to you." Yamada said while taking another drag of a cigarette.
"In terms of arrangements, If you refuse or disobey an order that was assigned to you, You will be beaten senseless by Yamada himself." The twins said together
"That's correct." Yamada said as he stood up and walked over to Blueno, then punched him directly in the face causing Blueno's mouth to bleed.
"I told you that If you disobey my orders, you're going to get the consequences!...Franky! Francis! Hold this bastard down, I'm not finished with him yet!" Yamada shouted
Francis closed the office door as loud punches sounds were coming from it while the door was closed.
