Fact, I don't own Digimon or My Little Pony. This takes place after the final battle with MaloMyotismon and before the start of Friendship is Magic. Also, as for shippings, it'll be Tai x Sora, Matt x Mimi, TK x Kari, and Ken x Yolei. And now, let us begin the story.
Once upon a time, in the magical land of Equestria, there were two regal sisters who ruled together and created harmony for all the land. To do this, the eldest used her Alicorn powers to raise the sun at dawn; the younger brought out the moon to begin the night. Thus, the two sisters maintained balance for their kingdom and their subjects, all the different types of ponies. But as time went on, the younger sister became resentful. The ponies relished and played in the day her elder sister brought forth, but shunned and slept through her beautiful night. One fateful day, the younger Alicorn refused to lower the moon to make way for the dawn. The elder sister tried to reason with her, but the bitterness in the young one's heart had transformed her into a wicked mare of darkness: Nightmare Moon.
Lightning crackled and transformed into a taller and more evil version of herself.
She vowed that she would shroud the land in eternal night. Reluctantly, the elder sister harnessed the most powerful magic known to ponydom: the Elements of Harmony. Using the magic of the Elements of Harmony, she defeated her younger sister, and banished her permanently in the moon. The elder sister took on responsibility for both sun and moon and harmony has been maintained in Equestria for generations since.
Elsewhere in another world, a series of strange phenomenon was occurring in the world known as Earth, and in the country of Japan. It started out as a day at summer camp, and then it started to snow. Seven children were caught right in the middle of it. Taichi "Tai" Kamiya, Yamato "Matt" Ishida, Sora Takenouchi, Kousiro "Izzy" Izumi, Mimi Tachikawa, Joe Kido, and Takeru "TK" Takaishi.
Seven devices came from the sky and each one of them recieved them and entered into a new strange world known as the Digital World, home to creatures known as Digimon. And that's when they each met their partner Digimon and became known as the DigiDestined.
One by one, each of the Digimon has Digivolved to defeat evil Digimon and those under the control of Black Gears.
They soon became seperated from each other by the evil Devimon who recruited the aide of Leomon and Ogremon. Devimon used the powers of his Black Gears to control him. When Tai's Digivice freed Leomon, Devimon took control over him again. To keep them from reuniting with each other, Devimon sent Leomon and Ogremon to destroy them, but they had failed thanks to the Digimon.
When the DigiDestined reunited, Devimon used the powers of darkness to make himself invincible. Digivolving for the first time, Patamon became Angemon and destroyed Devimon.
Just when Devimon was fading away, he tells Angemon that there are other evil Digimon who are even more powerful than Devimon himself.
An old man named Gennai contacted the DigiDestined and tells them of the Tags and Crests scattered throughout the continent of Server. The Tags were placed in an underground cavern by Devimon himself. The Tags and Crests were to be used to make the Digimon Digivolve even further.
They found the Tags, the only thing to do was to find the Crests. And that's when they met another evil Digimon named Etemon. He uses the powers of his Dark Network to drain the Digimon's power and strength. Tai was the first to find his Crest, but he used it to make Greymon Digivolve into SkullGreymon. Tai apologized to the others for being so reckless and they all forgave him.
One by one, the rest of the DigiDestined found their Crests, until only Sora's was left. And it was when a machine Digimon named Datamon contacted the DigiDestined and asked them for their help.
The DigiDestined agreed to help free him, but they soon realized that Datamon was using them to exact his revenge on Etemon. Sora and Biyomon was kidnapped by Datamon.
Tai tried to rescue Sora, but Izzy told him that anything happened to him in the Digital World will happen to him for real; Tai froze, letting fear get to him.
Tai, along with Izzy, Agumon, and Tentomon, they stormed the pyramid as the rest all deal with Etemon and his forces. Tai reaches Sora, but Etemon wasn't far behind. Datamon was attemting to use the powers of Sora's Digivice and Crest to make Biyomon Digivolve into her Ultimate form, but it failed when they escaped.Datamon wasn't willing to go alone, so he dragged Etemon with him into his own Dark Network. Etemon has merged into his Dark Network. Tai activates his Crest and it allowed Greymon to Digivolve into MetalGreymon. Etemon was sucked into a blackhole when MetalGreymon defeated him; but Tai and MetalGreymon ended up in the same situation. Both Tai and Koromon ended up back in the real world.
Tai and Koromon arrived to Tai's home and discovered that it is the same exact date that he and the other DigiDestined arrived in the Digital World. Tai's little sister knew the little Digimon's name, making Tai go in a real shock. Watching TV he sees the strange weather phenomenon occuring all over the world, but for some reason nobody could see the Digimon, but Tai and Kari. Izzy made contact with Tai in the real world, telling him not to come back.
Tai then realized that it had to be what Izzy has theroized before the mission to rescue Datamon, and he knew he had to go back. Tai and Agumon returned to the Digital World and they found TK and Tokomon first. It turns out that TK and Tokomon had a falling out thanks to a mean-spirited Digimon called DemiDevimon. Determined to make TK forget about Tokomon, he attempted to erase his memories by eating the Mushrooms of Forgetfullness. His plan was foiled when Sora warned Agumon about the mushrooms and rushed over to Tai and TK before they could eat anything.
It turns out that everything that DemiDevimon said about Matt hating his little brother was all a lie, allowing TK's crest to glow.
When Tai and TK fouond Matt and Joe working in a diner, owned by Digitamamon, they had a fight on their hands as Matt's Crests glows, allowing Garurumon to Digivolve into WereGarurumon and scramble him like the egg that he his.
The DigiDestined splits up again to find the rest. Matt, TK, Tsunomon, and Patamon found Izzy and Motimon after Digivolving into MegaKabuterimon.Tai, Joe, Agumon, and Gomamon found Mimi and Palmon who was living like a princess, making the Gekomon and Otamamon serve her hand and foot. She soon had a change of heart about her actions after she threw her friends in the castle's dungeon.
Most of them were together again, and the only one they hadn't found yet was Sora and Biyomon. They hear from Sora about searching for Tai and meeting DemiDevimon talking to someone. And it was there that they learned what their Crests represents: Tai's is the Crest of Courage. Matt's is the Crest of Friendship. Sora's is the Crest of Love. Izzy's is the Crest of Knowledge. Mimi's is the Crest of Sincerity. Joe's is the Crest of Reliability. And TK's is the Crest of Hope.All of them has glowed all except for Sora's.
DemiDevimon's master Myotismon was infurated that he had failed, but Myotismon saw it was an opportunity to attack since all but one has glowed. Just when Myotismon thought he had victory, Sora's Crest of Love finally activates, making Birdramon Digivolve into Garudamon.
After escaping from Myotismon, Gennai makes contact with the DigiDestoned, telling them that there is an eighth DigiDestined; and Myotismon knew about this development as well. Mytosimon uses a gateway and some special cards to enter the real world to search for the eighth child.
They failed to get through the gateway, so they finally meet Gennai in person and he tells them about how to properly use the cards, and revealing that one of the cards is a fake.
They returned to Myotismon's castle and uses the cards to open to the gate to the real world. They all entered through just when Myotismon's castle has collapsed.
The DigiDestined all arrived into Highton View Terrace and remebered the event that has occured four years before. It turns out that they all had an enounter with Digimon before, which explains why Kari recognized Koromon when they all arrived. The search for the eight child has begun.
Gatomon, Myotismon's most loyal servant was eying Kari for a reason she couldn't understand. That was when Wizardmon, her long-time friend came to her with the Digivice in hand. And it was there that Kari is the eighth child all along. And Gatomon is her Digimon. Gatomon and Wizardmon hands the Digivice to Tai and set off to get Kari's Crest of Light. And that was when Myotismon returned and learned that Gatomon is the eighth Digimon.
With this new bit of information, he took Gatomon as bait and he took the people of Odaiba as hostages.
When Kari reveals herself to be the eighth child, she gave herself up to protect Matt and Sora, so the DigiDestined worked together to save her. Even the combined might of six Ultimate level Digimon and one Champion level Digimon they coudn't bring Myotismon down. He was about to kill Kari and Gatomon, and that's when Wizardmon jumped in front of his attack and took the hit. Kari's grief over Wizardmon allowed the Crest of Light to glow and allowed Gatomon to Digivolve into Angewomon. She uses her Celestial Arrow to pierce Myotismon though the chest.
Just when they thought Myotismon was gone for good, he Digivolved into the more powerful VenomMyotismon. A prophecy has come true, leading up to the angels of Hope and light shooting arrows at the loved ones of those who they were sent to protect. Agumon and Gabumon Warp Digivolved into WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon. Working together, the Digimon all defeated VenomMyotismon.
Just when they thought all was alright, the Digital World appeared above the sky. It turns out that the whole planet was seeing it. Also, Digimon were appearing as well. The DigiDestined all returned to the Digital World to save both worlds.Unknown to anyone, Myotismon's essence has entered into the body of Yukio Oikawa in order to revive himself.
Waiting for them were the four Dark Masters: MetalSeadramon, Puppetmon, Machinedramon, and Piedmon. Upon arriving, the DigiDestined were defeated by the Dark Masters, but they were saved by other Digimon by sacrificing themselves to help them.
After defeating MetalSeadramon, Matt began to have some doubts about their objections. Tricked by Cherrymon, one of Puppetmon's minions, Matt set off to fight Tai. Luckily, before the battle between them got worst, a being takes control of Kari's body and revealed the reason why they were chosen.
Matt has left the group to be on his own as Mimi and Joe has left the group as well, leaving Tai, Sora, Izzy, TK, and Kari as the only ones fighting the Dark Masters.
After leaving the group, their old enemy Ogremon meets up with Joe and Mimi, but they also meet up with another old enemy who is now MetalEtemon; he planned to exact his revenge on the DigiDestined for defeating him. Joe, Mimi, Gomamon, Palmon, and Ogremon managed to escape MetalEtemon thanks to Leomon who has gained the ability to Digivolve. Mimi wasn't willing to see anyone get hurt for their sake. SaberLeonmon saves Mimi, sacrificing himself. With the help of Zudomon's Vulcan's Hammer, SaberLeomon was able to destroy MetalEtemon.Meanwhile, the remaining five DigiDestined were dealing with Puppetmon. Just when Puppetmon was about to escape, Matt and MetalGarurumon came and blasted Puppetmon, destroying him.
After Leomon has died, Ogremon revealed that the Primary Village has been destroyed by the Dark Masters, and the only way for the Digital World to return to normal is that the Dark Masters were finally defeated. Joe, Mimi, and their Digimon gathered other Digimon to aide them in the battle against the Dark Masters.
After defeating Machinedramon, the five DigiDestined are joined by Andromon to take the final fight to Piedmon, the most powerful of the Dark Masters.
Matt was overwhelmed by his doubts as his darkness was taking control over him, until Gabumon snapped him out of his funk. Sora was going through the same thing, but when Matt, Joe, and TK found her, Matt and Joe snapped her out of her doubts and despair. They rejoined the others to fight Piedmon with Mimi and an army of Digimon coming right up.
The DigiDestined were being turned into keychains, until only TK and Kari were left. Angemon tried to hold off against Piemon, but he was no match for him. Hearing, Matt's voice, he had to hold on to his hope, and it allowed Angemon to Digivolve into MagnaAngemon. He used his newfound power to change the DigiDestined back to normal. Mimi and the rest of the Digimon all charged into battle against Piedmon. MagnaAngemon uses his Gate of Destiny to suck up all the Vilemon into the gate, along with Piedmon with WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon delievering the final assault.
Even with the Dark Masters defeated, the DigiDestined were faced with one more enemy to deal with: Apocolymon. The DigiDestined's families never took their eyes off the Digital World for a second and witnessed their progress. Apoloclymon took away their strength and reverted them back to their previous forms and destoyed the Crests.
Apcolymon deleted the DigiDestined and sent them off to another plain of existence. Discovering the power withing their hearts, they made their Digimon all Digivolve to their forms again and returned to face Apocolymon again.
With Apocolymon destroyed thanks to their Digivices, the Digital World has now back to normal. But now they saw that it has the same eaxt time as the human world, adn they had to return home. They had to say goodbye to their Digimon partners with heavy hearts, but it wasn't the last that they have seen the Digimon and the Digital World.
Time afterwards months later, Izzy has discovered a Digi-Egg on the internet and it has hatched. Izzy delievered this bit of news to Tai about the new Digimon. The Digimon Digivolved into Kermon, the Rookie stage. Agumon and Tentomon entered the internet to fight off the evil Digimon, but he skipped the Champion level and right int the Ultimate level. He ewasily defeated Greymon and Kabuterimon and escaped. Getting all the help they could get from Matt and TK, they managed to get Gabumon and Patamon on the internet to assist in the fight, but Infermon Digivolved into Diaboromon. Even with Diaboromon has begun to multiply himself and he set off a missle to Tai's apartment building. Just when the two strongest Digimon were overpowered by the mass Diaboromon, they were able to DNA Digivolve to become Omnimon. Omnimon has destroyed all of the copies, leaving only the original. Omnimon delivers the final blow and destroyed him. Both worlds were sved once again.
Three years later, a new threat has arised. It was a human child calling himself the Digimon Emperor. He has created Dark Rings to gain control over the Digimon, making them his slaves. And to make matters worse for the Digimon, none of the DigiDestined's Digimon were able to Digivolve thanks to a black Digivice with a different design than that the DigiDestined's. Tai reunited with Agumon and came across a strange Digi-egg with the Crest of Courage engraved onto it. Tai touched it and three beams of light came out and shot into the real world; it turns out that they are new Digivices of a different color.Three new DigiDestined were choen to save the Digital World, Daisuke "Davis" Motomiya, Miyako "Yolei" Inoue, and Irori "Cody" Hida. Each one were given a new Digivice.
TK, Kari, and Davis enters the Digital World to meet up with Tai, Agumon, Gatomon, and Patamon. They learn about the Digimon Emperor, the Dark RIngs, and the Dark Digivice. Tai, TK, and Kari attempted to take it, but Davis was able to move it, and his partner Digimon Veemon was born. The Digimon Emperor monitors them and sent out a Monochromon to attack them.
Seeing Kari getting hurt, he gathers up the courage to allow Veemon to Armor Digivolve into Flamedramon. Flamedramon destroyed the Dark Ring controlling Monochromon and created a new Digital Egg Carton (or a D-Terminal).On the next day and joined by Sora and Izzy, Davis, Yolei, Cody, TK, and Kari returns to the Digital World. Davis and Veemon ends up being captured while Yolei and Cody came across simliar Digi-Eggs with the Crests of Love and Knowledge and picked them up. Hawkmon and Armadillomon were born, so they armored Digivolved into Halsemon and Digmon and freed the attacking Digimon.
Afterwards, TK and Kari has found two new Digi-Eggs with the Crests of Hope and Light. Their Digivices has taken a new form and allowed Patamon and Gatomon to Armor Digivolve into Pegasusmon and Nefertimon. Matt, Joe, and Mimi reunited with their partners again and they have learned about the Control Spires that the Digimon Emperor has created. And they found that the Dark Rings were connected to the Control Spires and destroyed them, and it allowed the Digimon of the original DigiDestined to Digivolve.
After discovering the identity of the Digimon Emperor to be boy genius Ken Ichijouji, he leaves his home in the real world to live in the Digital World as the Digimon Emperor. He created a much more powerful Dark Spiral and used it to control Agumon and allowed him to Digivolve into MetalGreymon.
They freed Agumon from Ken's control after obtaining a new Digi-Egg baring the Crest of Friendship and became Raidramon after understanding friendship. Yolei has found her Digi-Egg, baring the Crest of Sincerity and allowed Hawkmon to Armor Digivolve into Shurimon after becoming completely honest with her feelings. And Cody found his Digi-Egg baring the Crests of Reliability.
After seeing Wizardmon's spirit again, the DigiDestined decided to not to return home until the Digimon Emperor has been defeated. Ken created a new Digimon, Kimeramon determined to finish the DigiDestoned off once and for all. The Armor Digimon were easily defeated by Ken's creation, and reverted back to their In-training forms. Seeing them in those forms, he recognized them from the soccer game before. With the help of Wormmon, they found the source to the base's power and it allowed DemiVeemon to become Veemon and the Digi-Egg of Miracles was forged. Veemon Golden Armor Digivolved into Magnamon. Magnamon fought hard against Kimeramon, so Wormmon used the last bit of his energy to energize Magnamon, allowing him to destroy Kimeramon. After Kimeramon's destruction, then finds a pinkish lavender Crest in the sand; the Crest of Kindness.
After his defeat, Ken vowed to reset the Digital World, but they told him that the Digital World was a real place. Realizing what he had done, Ken reverts back to his old self, filled with remorse. Ken apologized to Wormmon for his abuse and cruelty, but Wormmon never lost faith in Ken. Ken then returns home and he tried to figure out why he was the way he was. Returning to the Digital World, he finds Wormmon's Digi-Egg, and saw that he has been reborn as Leafmon. Ken takes Leafmon home with him.
Over to the other DigiDestined, they help clean up the mess left by the Digimon Emperor, but they figured that they might have a new enemy. Also, Davis tried to get Veemon to Digivolve into his Champion form to 1-up TK and impress Kari.
It turns out to be true when a strange woman was starting to turn Control Spires into Digimon. It was suspected that Ken was still evil, but that was until Palmon revealed that a Golemon about to destroy the dam was a Control Spire Digimon. Also, Armadillomon, Hawkmon, and Wormmon had also Digivolved. The DigiDestined learned that the Digimon Emperor's old base was about to explode, so the woman used ten Control Spires to create Okuwamon. Okuwamon easily defeated Angemon, Aquilamon, Ankylomon, and Nefertimon, leaving ExVeemon and Stingmon. With their efforts, ExVeemon and Stingmon were able to DNA Digivolve to Paildramon and destroyed Okuwamon while the Digidestined were inside to keep it from exploding. Paildramon destroyed the base and then returned home.
After that, the DigiDestined made it their mission to destroy all of the Control Spires just to keep the woman from making more Digimon. It turns out that the woman is a Digimon called Arukenimon. Thanks to the help of Mummymon, she was able to escape. Arukenimon decided to use one hundred Control Spires to create a Mega level Digimon. So, she created BlackWarGreymon. When Arukenimon ordered her creation to destroy the Digital World, BlackWarGreymon refused to obey her and struck out on his own, to find an opponent more worthy for him to fight. All through his journey, BlackWarGreymon began to wonder who he is, and he has often shown signs of compassion, and tried to disregard them since they could be signs of weakness.
Even with Paildramon as their secret weapon, the DigiDestined were at a disadvantage, until Yolei and Kari made Aquilamon and Gatomon DNA Digivolve into Silphymon. BlackWarGreymon began to destroy the Destiny Stones. The DigiDestined tried to protect the Destiny Stones as best as they could. When Ankylomon and Angemon DNA Digivolved into Shakkoumon, they fought BlackWarGreymon as best as they could until Azulongmon appeared before him and told him that it is what he does with his life that makes him who he is.
Azulongmon reveals to the DigiDestined the purpose of the D-3 Digivices and the Digi-Eggs, and why he chose them. He also revealed that he is one of the four Digimon Sovereign, sealed away by each of the Dark Masters. He reveals to them that Arukenimon and Mummymon were pawns of a dangerous threat; and the same one who is controlling Arukenimon and Mummymon also controlled Ken. The Destiny Stones were being replanted and the Digital World was for the moment. So the rest of the Control Spires were destroyed.
Chirstmas came around as Yukio Oikawa approached Nancy Takaishi about the events that Digimon will be crossing over to the real world again; and about her sons' activites. Digimon started to show up in the real world as well as Control Spires.
The DigiDestined has sent the Digimon back to the Digital World, but it was just beginning; Digimon were appearing all over the world, but the only difference was, they were like the ones that appeared after Myotismon's defeat. Paildramon Digivolved into Imperialdramon and flew faster than the speed of light to get into different places fast.
The DigiDestined has split up all around the world in teams of two to get the situation under control. Little did they realize, it was a distraction for Arukenimon and Mummymon to kidnap children of their choosing. After the Digimon had returned back to the Digital World, and the Control Spires destroyed, they returned back to Japan and learned of the kidnapping. But something else was going on. LadyDevimon, MarineDevimon, and SkullSatamon all working for Daemon were looking for Ken to acquire the Dark Spore. Imperialdramon changed into Fighter Mode when the other Digimon gave him some of their energy as Agumon, Gabumon, Biyomon, Tentomon, and Gomamon returned to the Digital World. Ken was taken along the kidnapped children and it was there that Oikawa revealed himself to be the one behind everything; the Digimon Emperor, Digimon and Control Spires appearing in the real world, and for Arukenimon and Mummymon. He made copies of the Dark Spores and planted one into each of the kidnapped children.
LadyDevimon and MarineDevimon were defeated by Silphymon and Shakkoumon, leaving only Deamon himself. Davis, Veemon, and Wormmon eventually caught up with Oikawa at Highton View Terrace since it was the placec where it all began. Daemon fought against the Digimon determoned to take the Dark Spore, so Ken used his Dark Digivice to send Daemon right into the Dark Ocean where he can't get back. Ken revealed his secret to his parents and introduced them to Wormmon and told them about Oikawa's plans.
The DigiDestined kept a close watch on the children after Oikawa and his two flunkies has fled the scene. And then BlackWarGreymon appeared in the real world to confront Oikawa. A fight between WarGreymon and BlackWargreymon started as Imperialdramon joined in to put an end to the fight. BlackWarGreymon was finally defeated, so Agumon, Veemon, and Wormmon convinced him to be thier friend.
Cody's grandfather has learned of Cody's identity as a DigiDestined, and met Armadillomon. Cody has learned that Oikawa was his late father's friend. One of the Dark Spores was close to blooming, so Oikawa absorbed the Dark Spore's power into his body. BlackWarGreymon, Cody's grandfather and the DigiDestined arrived and like Cody learned of Oikawa's friendship with Cody's father. When Cody's grandfather managed to open him up, Oikawa's body sent out dark energy to Cody's grandfather, but BlackWarGreymon took the hit. It was there that he saw that he was being controlled. Oikawa sets off to Highton View Terrace to open the gate. BlackWarGreymon seals the gate with his own body, knowing that he was not going to live long enough.
Not knowing that the gate is sealed, Oikawa, Arukenimon, Mummymon, and the children met in the place as the DigiDestined confronted him aloing with Matt, Izzy, and Joe. He revealed everything to the DigiDestined from start to finish. He manages to open up a gateway, so he, the children, Arukenimon, and Mummymon went right in. The DigiDestined went right after them, leaving Matt, Izzy, and Joe behind.
They entered a strange world, not like the Digital World and the real world. And a mouth appeared with Oikawa's voice speaking through it, revealing that Oikawa was a puppet. Gatomon then recognized that it was Myotismon who was truly behind everything. He exits Oikawa's body in Oikawa's form and he abosrbed the Dark Spores, making himself stronger. He Digivolved into MaloMyotismon and destroyed Arukenimon and Mummymon. Davis, wished that ExVeemon could get much stronger, so MaloMyotismon used his Mental Illusions on the others, living their wishes and fantasies. All but Davis and the Digimon were affected, so the Digimon managed to bring them back to their senses. Ken's nightmarish vison is of him being surrounded by angered Digimon, taking their revenge for suffering under his oppression. Ken finally comes to terms with his past, so his friends all appeared before him and broke MaloMyotismon's illusions. They tapped into the powers of the strange dimension, allowing them to Digivolve into their other forms. It was keeping up until they unitentionally sent MaloMyotismon into the Digital World and cuts a hole to the real world, covering the world into enternal darkness.
The original DigiDestined, their families, and the families of the kidnapped children all arrived to the camp when the original DigiDestined entered the Digital World for the first time. Lights broke through the blanket of darkness MaloMyotismon has placed on the real world, so the Digimon along with the Digimon partners of the international DigiDestined have gathered around. The children gained their own Digivices and parnter Digimon. They combined the powers of their Digivices to destroy MaloMyotismon once and for all. Oikawa has met his partner Digimon, but he wasn't able to survive since Myotismon was inside his body for so long, so Oikawa's body has dissolved and he restored the Digital World back to normal.
And this is where our story begins...
In Equestria, Princess Celestia paid close attention to the signs of Nightmare Moon's return. And the time was drawing closer.
"After a thousand years, you will return, dear sister. Since using the Elements of Harmony to banish you to the moon, I am unable to use them any longer. I will have to put my trust into Twilight to save you from what you have become. I can only hope that you can forgive me, Luna. I want you back more than ever," Celestia said. Tears streamed down her cheeks.
