Feudal Era Girls Adjecting in Modern Era

Touta is seen sitting at his desk within his classroom in the middle of math lesson though he would be paying attention to the lesson, he is just looking out the window thinking about how Moroha and Setsuna are doing right now.

"(It's been about four days since the two girls from the Feudal Era came here, Towa is finally reunited with her twin sister except she doesn't remember anything.)" Touta thought recalled of what's been happening so far.

"(But won't stop Towa from caring for Setsuna and Moroha is awesome to hang around too. Mom said since they came from the Tree of Ages since there must be a way to use it go back to the Feudal Era too.)" Touta thought excited.

"Touta? TOUTA?" The math teacher shouted and threw his chalk at Touta like a speedy bullet.

Touta sense the danger from the incoming flying chalk and caught it with his finger then threw it back as the chalk almost hit the teacher and crash onto the chalkboard.

"Sorry about that, teach. I was just thinking about my girlfriend and video games." Touta chuckled, scratching the back of his head.

"Well, maybe you can try putting those thoughts aside and try answering this question." The math teacher smacked his hand on the board with the problem.

"(I am so glad I won't have to worry about math when we go to the Feudal Era.)" Touta thought sweatdropped.

(With Moroha)

Moroha is seen doing martial art exercises with some elders that the elder Higurashi had been letting them come here every so offend while also waiting for someone.

"Moroha, I see you aren't using the elders as practice dummies." Zero teased as she walks up to her.

"Oh, hey there, Miss Zero. Came to check on the tree again?" Moroha asked.

"Yes, I believe there maybe something in the tree that I hadn't realize until now." Zero answered.

"Cool, but first. Look at what my great-grandpa gave me for a late birthday present!" Moroha showed a mummified Kappa foot.

"Is that… A Kappa foot?" Zero asked feeling a little weirded out of this.

"Oh yeah, isn't it great! Having one of these with you can bring good fortune! Great grandpa said she gave one to my mom when she was around my age but tossed it away like an idiot. Can you believe that?" Moroha explained.

"(Consider how gross a served body part can be, I can see why Kagome threw it away.)" Zero thought understand.

"Anyway, I also found something that caused the Tree of Ages to go wild in the first place." Moroha informed as she put the Kappa foot in her robe.

"Oh, have you now?" Zero asked.

"Yeah, yeah, come on, I'll show." Moroha gestured to the demon woman.

Zero follows Moroha to the Tree of Ages, kneeling down to the roots as the daughter of Kagome and Inuyasha shows the older demon woman what she found causing Zero to become surprised of this.

"Moroha, it would appear you discovered something interesting." Zero grinned.

"Well, being awesome has its upsides." Moroha smirked and rubbing her finger under her nose.

(With Setsuna)

Setsuna is seen wearing a pretty blue dress and playing a violin so perfectly along with Moe playing the piano as part of the Demon Slaying girl's violin lesson, Setsuna wasn't interested at first though Moe convinced her to do something while waiting for a way to get back home. So, Setsuna started playing the violin with Moe's guidance and already playing like a major pro in only a few days which would have taken other months or years to master the violin.

Then Setsuna's mind started remembering the strong words from Touta that night when he offered help her be able to sleep again.

"Setsuna, there is nothing in life that is fulfilling unless you dream about them and go do it!"

"(Damn it, I always thought dreams are a waste of time, yet I suddenly feel like I want to because of that boy.)" Setsuna thought feeling something strange.

Then Moe stop playing the piano which she reached the end of the song they were playing meaning Setsuna stop playing the violin as well.

"Bravo, bravo! You master the instrument in such a short time!" Moe complimented cheerfully.

"It thanks to the skill of the teacher." Setsuna said slightly blushing.

"You're a prodigy that comes once a hundred years. No, more like once in 500 years!" Moe stated smiling, leaning closer to Setsuna causing her to blush feeling nervous.

"You know, you could probably become a world-wide violinist like me!" Moe believed.

"Uh, I don't know about that…" Setsuna said, still isn't sure of how to deal with an over joyful woman like Moe.

"By the way, were you thinking about Touta just now?" Moe asked.

"W-What? Why would you ask such a question?" Setsuna gasped a little.

"Well, it just you're the same look on your face that Towa would always do whenever Touta is on her mind like she can not get enough of him." Moe explained.

"Don't be ridiculous, she already claimed him to be her boyfriend and relationships like that is wasted on me." Setsuna proclaimed.

"I don't know about that; something tells me that you may want a piece of Touta as you're falling for his charm." Moe giggled.

"Please stop talking nonsense!" Setsuna begged with her face turning red.

"Hey, Setsuna!" Mei called as she walks up to her.

"What is it?" Setsuna asked.

"Moroha said she wanted me to come and get you." Mei answered.

"Oh, what does she want?" Moe asked.

"She said she and Miss Zero found for you guys to go back to your home." Mei revealed surprising Setsuna that they found a way back.

(Apartment Building Lobby)

"There we go." Moroha placed a large backpack down.

"Goodness, Moroha, it's like you went on a Black Friday sale and I ended being dragged and pay for most of it." Zero exclaimed.

"I have no idea what you're talking about, but I'm pretty confident of what we got." Moroha smirked.

"Moroha!" Setsuna called out as she and Mei walked up to them.

"Hey Setsuna, guess what? We just found a way to return to…" Moroha paused herself when noticing that Setsuna is wearing an entirely different outfit.

"What's with the fancy getup?" Moroha asked.

"I have to say, it's a nice change of pace seeing you in something more than that dirty Demon Slayer armor you've been wearing." Zero complimented.

"I have to agree, you're looking very cute there, Setsu." Moroha teased.

"I'll kill you two." Setsuna angered, holding up her fist.

"If you do that then we won't be able to tell you about what we found out." Zero chuckled.

"Yes, Mei mentioned that you two found a way for us to get back." Setsuna said.

"It was Moroha who found that out and showed it to me." Zero stated.

"Yeah, remember the first time when we went through that rainbow portal and felt that our energies were being sucked away. A demon called Root Head was the one stealing it." Moroha revealed.

"A plant demon?" Setsuna surprised to here about that demon as she was told by Kohaku about it some time ago.

"Yes, it would appear that a piece of Root Head got tangled with the Tree of Ages, thus taking control of the tree's power to make that portal." Zero explained.

"I guess when you're a powerful demon such as yourself, it must have feared you were going to kill it if it wouldn't cooperate." Setsuna guessed.

"Something like that, it would have been a peeing ground for dogs followed by slowly being burn alive by fire and struck by lightning if he hadn't told us what we wanted to know." Zero smiled while emitting her demonic aura with a soft giggle.

"Well, looks like your "negotiation" went well." Setsuna said feeling a little fear from this woman.

"In any case, the Root Head will take us back to the Feudal Era whenever we want." Moroha said.

"Okay then, but I must ask what's with the bag?" Setsuna asked as she looks down at the large yellow backpack.

"I'm glad you ask!" Moroha smiled as she opens the backpack.

"It's just a few little things I thought would be useful for when we get back home." Moroha answered grabbing the things from the back to show Setsuna, then drop a book.

"Oh dear, it would seem you grab this history book during our shopping time." Zero picked up the New Society Study and History book.

"History book?" Moroha confused.

"Books like this contain stories from the ancient past such as where you two came from, and I fear if anyone were to get their hands on this person say like an important figure from back then to learn his fate and would change history which could be bad for the present as well." Zero explained.

"You mean if my parent would never meet each other because of one person changing his fate?" Mei asked worry.

"As the old saying goes, "One act can cause big changes" meaning it could be possible." Zero stated.

"Oh no, please don't take that book with you!" Mei begged.

"Hey, hey, I heard her. I promise, no screwing around with history and you got the check this out." Moroha pulled out two familiar items from the bag, the skull of the three-eyed centipede demon and the dead little dead that possessed Touta before.

"This is the bounty that's going to buy me a nice lunch." Moroha bragged and Setsuna just stare at her weirdly that she put those two things in the bag.

"The rest of her skeleton are in there with a little cleaning from my daughters." Zero mentioned.

"Let see, what other goodies are in here." Moroha giggled as she digs through the bag again.

"How did she get it all in there?" Mei asked surprise to even see a bike in the bag too.

"Don't know." Setsuna confused as Mei is and looked to Zero for answered.

"Don't look at me, I had nothing to do that with. It's almost like stuffing large number of things in that bag is a talent of hers or something." Zero shrugged as she couldn't figure that out either.

"Hello everyone!" Touta called out as he, Towa, and Sota entered the building.

"Whoa, Setsuna! That's a cute dress you're wearing, looks good on you." Touta complimented.

"Oh, huh, it's just something Moe let me wear." Setsuna said as she looks away to hide her blushing face.

"Hey now, don't forget I'm your girlfriend." Towa pinched Touta's wolf ear with a slight angry face.

"Ow! Ow, I'm sorry! I was just saying she looks good in the dress!" Touta whined.

"So, did anything happen?" Sota asked.

"Guess what, Moroha and Miss Zero were just telling us they figured out a way to get them back home." Mei informed.

"Really, that's great." Sota relieved.

"Is it true?" Towa asked, surprise that they found way this quickly.

"Wow, did you get that backpack with all this stuff, Moroha?" Touta asked as he looks down at the bag.

"Oh yeah, just thought we could use this during our journey." Moroha smirked.

"That backpack reminds me of the one my big sister would always take whenever she goes down the old well." Sota remembered those days as a kid.

"Wouldn't taking all of that stuff along change history?" Towa asked concern.

"Oh, you might be right. We'll have to burn the bag and spread its ashes from the mountain." Touta hoped it doesn't come to that.

"Hey, hey, hey, no one is burning my bag! Zero already made that clear about it like keeping that history book here, and we'll just tell people that it's secret demon magic stuff." Moroha stated.

"By the way, Sota, you should have this back." Zero handed Sota a blue credit card.

"Wait a minute, this is my credit card. Why do you have it?" Sota asked.

"You can ask Moroha because she was the one who had it, probably took it without you knowing and was gonna spend lots of money on all the stuff you see in that bag, so I decided to pay for it." Zero explained.

"Oh, that's very thoughtful of you and I'm sorry for the trouble. I promise to pay you back." Sota said.

"It totally amounts of using my card is over 300,000 yen." Zero revealed causing Sota to go pale.

"And she was gonna spend all of that on my card!" Sota gasped.

"Your adorable niece just needed to do a little shopping." Moroha said with a mischief grin.

"I am so sorry, Miss Zero." Sota apologized with a bow.

"Don't worry about it too much, I have been saving up a lot of money for the past 200 years." Zero mentioned.

"Oh, that would explain how you guys have your gym in the basement and a pool in the backyard." Towa amazed.

"Well, mom always wants to be prepared for anything." Touta smiled.

"So, Moroha, does that mean the preparations are complete?" Touta asked as he gets excited.

"You bet your demonic butt is it, now we can make our grand return to the boring age!" Moroha declared.

"I'm so pump, I could explode!" Touta shouted of excitement.

Towa chuckles from how exciting Touta is being that he is going to the past where his mother was there at the time, probably different from how she is right now that that he care though she wonders what kind the Feudal Era is going to be like once she gets there.

Though there was also something else that is troubling on her mind.

(Afternoon, Higurashi family Shrine)

Sota is seen sitting in the former bedroom of his older sister looking through some boxes and old the old family photo album, seeing the pictures of himself as a little kid and his big sister Kagome, then he heard knocking from the door and turn to see Towa entering the room.

"Papa Sota." Towa greeted.

"Hey, Towa." Sota greeted back.

"Granny told me you were in here. Can I talk to you for a sec?" Towa asked as she shit next to him.

"Sure." Sota said as he looks back at the pictures.

"What is it?" Sota asked.

"Well… Oh, she looks pretty. Are these pictures of your older sister?" Towa asked seeing the pictures of Kagome for the first time.

"Yep, that's Kagome." Sota answered.

"What kind of person was she?" Towa asked as she wanted to know more about her aunt.

"Oh, well, let see. She was always caring a ruckus, but in a very different way than you do." Sota said which made Towa feel ashamed of herself.

"Sorry for causing trouble all the time. I don't know why I'm always so selfish." Towa apologized.

"You are just like her, and she also went to the Feudal Era." Sota said causing Towa to gasp.

"How'd you know I…" Towa surprised that her adopted father knew of her plans on going to the Feudal Era with Moroha and Setsuna.

"Well, it's true, you want to go with them. Plus, Touta kind of gave it away when he was excited earlier." Sota mentioned.

"But I still haven't repaid you for raising me after all these years." Towa proclaimed.

"You don't owe us anything." Sota assured shocking Towa.

"I knew this day was coming sooner or later. Ever since the night I found you, barefoot and alone in front of the sacred tree." Sota remembered that night perfectly.

"Even if I stay here, I'll still end up causing more trouble for you in the long run." Towa clutched onto her legs.

"You don't have to worry about us." Sota said placing his hand onto Towa.

"Follow your own heart, Towa." Sota advised.

The kindness from his words struck Towa in the heart now knowing what a great dad Sota has been throughout the years they have been together.

"Thank you for everything, bad." Towa thanked sobbing and hugging her adopted father making him smile.

"It looks like Towa is about ready to leave without any worries." Touta stated as he and his family are sitting on the rooftop.

"We're really going to miss you, big brother." Honoka hugged Touta from behind.

"Be sure not to cause trouble in the past, and good luck." Isana smiled.

"And most importantly, stay together." Zero added.

"I promise." Touta smiled as his family hug each other for one last time.
