The next few days went by quickly. Regina, Emma, and Henry barely left the house. Regina's guards were still stationed outside, though not one person had bothered them, which made the brunette highly suspicious. She was convinced that Snow was planning something, and it was only a matter of time before all hell broke loose. Emma had tried to calm her down, but she only seemed to make things worse, so they hadn't really spoken for the past few days.

The townspeople seemed to have just resumed with their cursed lives. Apart from Graham, whohadn'tbeen seen since that day, he handed his notice in. The police station and the mayor's office had also been left empty, seeing as neither Emma nor Regina had gone back to work. Henry hadn't been a school either, not knowing if there were even any teachers to teach the children.

Apparently, Archie had offered everyone free counselling session to deal with the aftermath of the curse breaking. Regina had scoffed when Oriel had told her. 'He got his PHD from a curse.'

Emma was currently standing at the window in theden, looking out at the two black knights situated at their gate. Henry was playing on his Ds with his headphones in and Regina was reading a book.

'Does Oriel ever sleep? She's been out there for four days now,' said Emma offhandedly.

Regina didn't move her eyes from the page she was reading. 'She slept a few hours yesterday, but she wants to be here in case anything happens. She agrees with me about Snow,' she replied with a hint of hurt.

Emma sighed. It wasn't that she didn't believe Regina. It was more that she didn't want to believe her. She was already sick of living like a recluse and it had only been four days. She wanted to be out doing something. She hated being out of work.

'I'm going to go to Granny's, honestly I can stand to be cooped up in here any longer. I feel like I'm going crazy,' she said as she moved away from the window.

Regina slammed her book closed. 'No one is forcing you to be here. You're always free to leave Miss Swan,' she sneered. She was tired, restless, and agitated. She knew Snow was plotting something, but she didn't know what. Things had been too quiet and Rumple hadn't been seen around town either.

She had tried to talk to Emma about it and at first, she was supportive, but the more paranoid Regina got, the more she pulled away, which in turn made the blonde pull away and now they just kept bitching and snapping at each other.

Emma let out a dark chuckle. 'Back to Miss Swan now, are we?' she questioned, but she didn't wait for an answer as she turned and stormed up the stairs to her room.

Once inside, she flopped down on her bed and let out a scream of frustration. Regina was being such a bitch, and it reminded Emma of the woman she had met when she first got here. It seemed like all the progress they had made in the past two months had been destroyed, and she hated it.

They hadn't even slept in the same bed for the past two nights. Emma had called her baby girl three days ago and Regina had sneered at her and told her not to call her that ever again, so she hadn't. That night, Regina had gone to her own bed and Emma had cried most of the night. The same thing had happened last night as well, so the blonde had next to no sleep.

She understood that Regina was anxious about Snow plotting something nefarious as revenge but Emma had magic and the brunette knew she wouldn't let any harm come to her or Henry but apparently the brunette didn't trust her to keep them safe anymore and the realisation of that devastated the blonde.

Maybe Regina didn't want to be with her anymore and she just didn't know how to tell her, soinstead, she was pushing her away.

Downstairs, Regina had moved into her study and locked the door. She hated fighting with Emma, but she just couldn't seem to relax. Her body was on constant high alert and it was driving her crazy.

'Figures,' she muttered. Even when Snow wasn't around, she was still actively ruining her life.

She moved to pour herself a drink as she heard the front door slam shut. She wondered if she had finally driven Emma away for good.

She had taken to sleeping in her own bed as to not wake the blonde in the middle of the night with her insistent restlessness. And she was sure Emma would never call her any of the cute nicknames she used since she had snapped at her the other day. She hadn't meant to. It was just that those certain terms make her feel like a child and while she enjoyed them in the past, she just wasn't in that sort of head space right now, though she probably she of just told Emma that instead of lashing out.

She sat down on the sofa, her mind working on a way she could fix things between them. The last thing she wanted was for Emma to decide she couldn't put up with her anymore and leave.

Emma walked along main street marvelling at how everything seemed to be back to normal. All the shops were open and people just seemed to be getting on with their lives. There was no evidence that a curse had broken a few days ago.

She was just outside of Grannys when someone bumped into her. She looked up and noticed it was David. She hadn't seen him since the day the curse broke and after everything, she still didn't know how she felt about him.

'Hey,' he said wearily, probably scared she was going to bite his head off.

'Hi,' she replied, not knowing what else to say.

David let out an awkward chuckle. 'Um, how you doing? How's Henry?' He paused for a beat. 'And Regina?'

Emma let out a snort at how odd the whole thing was. 'Cut the crap. You don't really care about how Regina is,' she smirked.

David laughed. 'You're right, I don't, but I was, you know, trying to be supportive,' he said quietly.

Emma's face darkened. 'I don't need a dad. I've done fine without one for twenty-eight years,' she bit out.

David put his hands up in surrender. 'I know and also know I don't deserve to be part of your life, but if you ever change your mind. I would like to be your friend.'

Emma eyed him carefully while she searched for any hint of deceit. Finding nothing, she sighed. 'Maybe we can meet up for a coffee sometime? However, I don't want anything to do with Snow,' she said firmly.

David looked away from her as his eyes filled with tears. He wiped them quickly before he turned back around. 'I'd like that, and Snow won't be a problem. We're not together anymore,' he informed her, and Emma could hear the sadness in her voice and she briefly felt sorry for him.

'How come?' She inquired gently.

David let out a humourless chuckle. 'It's turns out she wasn't the woman I thought she was when I married her. This whole tit for tat thing with Regina, it's gone on too long and I refuse to be part of it anymore.'

Emma nodded. Shetotally understood that. 'For what it's worth, I'm sorry that things didn't work out,' she said sincerely.

David gave her a small smile. 'Thank you Emma.'

Emma nodded again before she told him she had to go. She had decided to get Regina's favourite dessert from Granny's to surprise her with, as well as some flowers from Game of Thorns.

She didn't want her and Regina to end up like David and Snow. She would talk to her and put an end to their pointless bickering. She loved Regina with her whole heart and she refused to lose her.

She got back to the mansion about an hour later. She said hello to O'Hara and Mulberry, who were the guards on thegate, and made her way into the house.

The downstairs seemed quiet, so she made her way upstairs. She passed Henry's room, where she could see him on his bed reading his comics. Not wanting to disturb him, she carried on to Regina's room. Not bothering to knock, she opened the door quietly just in case Regina was asleep, only to walk back out again a few moments later. Her head reeling with what she had just heard:

'You love each other and you will sort this out,' Oriel had hissed to Regina, who looked like she was about five seconds away from choking her General.

'I do not, she was a means to an end, nothing more,' scoffed the brunette as she had moved towards the window. Neither of them had known Emma was there, both too caught up in their argument to notice her presence.

Emma got into her own room and shut the door before she locked it with a barrier spell. She had been practicing since she'd done it in the kitchen, figuring it would come in handy at some point.

She moved straight towards her bin and threw the flowers in before stamping on them angrily.

How could she have been so stupid? Of course, Regina wouldn't love someone like her. She was a queen and Emma was just, well, Emma. An orphan, a street rat, a criminal who got a girl pregnant and then went to jail. She wasn't good enough for someone like Regina, and she had no idea why she had let herself believe otherwise.

She didn't really know what to do now. She couldn't leave Henry. Her son had been so excited about them being a real family. This was going to crush him just as much as it was crushing her.

She couldn't stay here though; she couldn't just wait around for Regina to tell her it was over. She needed to leave the mansion. Maybe she could move back into the bed-and-breakfast. Ruby was still herfriend, even if she hadn't seen her since the curse broke. She was confident that the waitress would still help her if she asked.

She threw herself onto her bed and she felt the tears she had been trying to hold in roll down her face and she sobbed silently into her pillow. It felt like her heart had been ripped out of her chest and her whole body ached.

How could Regina be so cruel? She didn't want to believe it. A big part of her didn't believe it. Surely the brunette wasn't that good of an actress, but she knows what she heard and who else could Oriel have been talking about? Regina had nothing to do with anyone but her and Henry.

Regina was making dinner a few hours later. Her mind constantly wondering where Emma was. She hadn't seen or heard from the blonde since she said she was going out and the brunette was missing her presence.

She wanted to make things up to the blonde and remind her that she still loved her. She had been an awful partner these past few days, and it was time to put an end to it. She missed being in Emma's arms at night, and she missed her kisses.

She loved Emma so much and she would never forgive herself if she managed to destroy her family because of her own insecurities.

She sighed as she thought back to the argument she had with Oriel. Her general had come to demand that she go and talk to Alma, but Regina had refused, far too ashamed to face her.

They had shouted at each other and when Oriel had said that they were both being stubborn and that she knew they loved each other, Regina had denied it and said she had just used Alma, which they both knew was a complete lie. Oriel had told her she was a liar before storming out of the house.

Alma was Oriel's mother. She had been Regina's nanny when she was a child. She had treated her more like a daughter than her own mother ever had, but Regina had pulled away from her after Daniel's death. She hadn't come to Leopold's Castle with her, and she hadn't seen her again until after she became the Evil Queen.

Alma had tried her hardest to get through to Regina and make her see that she didn't need revenge to be happy, but it had been no use because by then she was too far gone to care who she disappointed.

Regina had been surprised when Oriel had come to her and told her she wanted to join her ranks. She had initially said no. She might not have been talking to Alma, but she knew the woman didn't support the war and that she wouldn't want her daughter to be part of it. But Oriel wouldn't have it. She kept coming back. If she was anyone else, Regina probably would have killed her just for how annoying she was, but she didn't and eventually she gave in and let her join her army.

It turned out that Alma did support her daughter working for Regina. She knew that Oriel was a skilledwarrior, and she could handle herself. She found out later that Alma had asked her daughter to watch over the queen and to keep her safe.

At the time, thatlittle bitof information had irritated Regina. It made her feel as though Alma thought she was weak, but now she knew that the woman just really cared about her, and she couldn't bear to face her knowing that she had let her down, plus Alma clearly didn't want to see her either.

She finished dinner a little while later, and when Emma still hadn't emerged, she sent Henry to go and check her room. He came back down a few minutes later, saying that her door was locked and she wasn't answering when he called for her.

Regina was outside of her door a few minutes later and she felt the magic straight away. Emma had sealed the door. She still couldn't get over how powerful the blonde was. If she was honest with her self Emma's magic was probably more powerful than her own.

That was another thing that Regina had been stressing about for the past few days that she hadn't mentioned to Emma or Henry, and that was the fact that she kept feeling her magic. It wasn't strong, but she had felt a spark a few times when her emotions had been strong.

She held up her hands and Emma's door and tried to call it forward. She felt nothing at first, not even a twinge, but she kept on trying. By the sixth try she could feel herself getting frustrated, then suddenly she felt a rush of electricity and her hands glowed purple before she heard a click.

She had done it; she had actually managed to call her magic, and it felt amazing. She could feel herself grinning widely as she pushed Emma's door open, but her face froze a second later when she saw that the blonde was curled up on her bed sobbing.

She rushed over and kneeled down on the side that Emma was on.'Darling, what's wrong?' She asked worriedly as she reached out a hand to touch her.

Emma jerked away from Regina's touch as she lifted her head and stared at her. Her eyes were red and puffy and there were tears streaming down her face, and it broke Regina's heart to see her like that.

'How did you get in here?' Asked Emma hoarsely, her voice raw from crying.

'That doesn't matter, but what does matter is why you're so upset. Has something happened?' She questioned gently.

Emma shot her a disbelieving glare before she let out a humourless chuckle. 'Yes, something happened. I found out the woman I love isnothingbut a born fucking liar,' she sneered as she got up off the bed and started pacing.

Regina looked at her in confusion, trying to figure out what the hell she meant. She was a liar, yes, she wouldn't deny that, but she hadn't lied to Emma, well, not since after she found out about the curse.

'I don't know what you're talking about,' she puzzled. Had Emma run into Snow while she had been out? She wouldn't put it past her to fill Emma's head with lies, but she was hurt that the blonde would believe her.

Emma stopped pacing and turned to face her. 'You don't know what I'm talking about?' She scoffed as her eyes blazed with anger and betrayal. 'I gathered that you didn't want to be with me anymore. You've been pushing me away for days, and I got it, you know? The reality of who I really was had kicked in for you and you realised that you could never be with the spawn of Snow.' She took a deep breath and choked out her next words. 'But to find out that you actually used me, that I was just a means to an end-.' She shook her head and turned away, not being able to finish her sentence as her body trembled with the force of her sobs and she sunk to the floor.

Regina was in front of her a second later, holding her face in her hands. 'Emma, I do want to be with you,' she cried desperately. 'I'm sorry I've pushed away; I've just been stressed and paranoid about Snow, but that doesn't mean I don't love-'.

'I heard you. I heard you tell Oriel that you didn't love me and that I was just a means to an end,' whispered Emma brokenly as she tried to turn her face away.

Regina let out a wet laugh. 'you're an idiot, Emma Swan,' she replied as she pulled the blonde closer and held on. 'I wasn't talking about you. We were arguing about Alma. She's Oriel's mother, andshe's determined to get us to make up,' she explained softly.

Emma sniffled as she looked deep into soft brown eyes. Regina was telling the truth, and now she felt really dumb. 'Oh,' was all she managed to say.

Regina smiled at her softly. 'I love you, darling. I love you more than I've ever loved anyone apart from Henry, and I know I haven't been a very good girlfriend lately, I've let Snow White get into my head again but I promise I'll make it up to you if you let me?'

Emma pulled her into a hug and they both let out a sigh at finally being back in each other's arms. 'I love you too, so much and I've been a shitty girlfriend as well, I should have taken your anxiety over Snow more seriously and I'm sorry that I didn't but I promise to be more supportive in the future,' she vowed earnestly.

Regina nodded into her neck. 'And I promise not to let her take over and to never let you feel that unloved or unwanted again.'

Emma pulled back before she tipped Regina's chin and captured her lips in a soft, gentle kiss. They both melted into it and moaned as their tongues tangled together sensually.

'I've missed your lips so much,' whispered Regina when she pulled back. She definitely wouldn't be going that long without them again.

Emma hummed happily. 'Mmm, me too,' she agreed before she added. 'I bumped into David outside of Granny's and he told me that him and Snow weren't together anymore.'

Regina tried to keep the triumphant smirk from her face. Even if Emma hated the Charmings, they were still her parents. 'How unfortunate. Didhe say why?' she asked curiously.

Emma looked down at where their hands were laced together. 'He said that she wasn't the woman that he thought she was when he married her and that he refused to be part of the feud between you and Snow.'

Regina lay her head on Emma's shoulder. 'You know I don't want to be part of itanymore, either. I'm tired and I just want to enjoy my life with you and our son,' she sighed.

Emma pressed a kiss into her neck. 'I know and that's all I wanttoo. We could still pack up and leave if that was something you wanted?'

Regina shook her head. 'No, as much as I don't want to fight anymore, I won't run away either. This is my home, Henry's too, and I hope you see it as yours as well.'

Emma pressed more kisses into Regina's neck, making the woman moan softly. 'My home is wherever you and the kid are,' she whispered into the brunette's ear.

Regina looked up into enchanting green eyes that were brimming with so much love and her breath caught in her throat. She just nearly lost this incredible woman through her own stupid self destruction, and she would have never forgiven herself. She needed to show Emma just how much she was loved and wanted.

She pulled out her phone and sent a quick text to their son telling him that she and Emma were going to have a nap throwing in that he could eat his dinner in the den while he watched telly, knowing that he would never pass up an opportunity like that, before she pushed Emma to sit on the edge of the bed and straddled her.

She leant forward and captured Emma's lips in a deep, passionate kiss. The blondesfingersinstantly went to the zip of her dress before she pulled it down and pushed it off her shoulders. She wasn't wearing a bra, and she gasped as the cool air caressed her sensitive nipples.

Emma dipped her head and took the swollen peak into her mouth as Regina's hand flew to her hair to keep her in place. She flicked, sucked and bit the nipple in her mouth, making the brunette cry out before she switched to do the same to the other one.

Regina rolled her hips gently, trying to get some friction on her aching clit. Emma hadn't touched her for three days and she was embarrassingly close to orgasm just from a little tit play. 'Emma,' she moaned as the blonde gripped her hips and thrust upwards.

Emma smirked as she moved to lick a trail up Regina's neck before she sucked the skin into her mouth. One hand moved to brunette's ass and squeezed roughly. 'I've missed your ass,' she growled before she bit down on Regina's pulse point.

Regina cried out again at the feel of Emma's teeth sinking into her skin as they rocked against each other faster. 'I've missed your hands, your mouth, your tongue,' she panted breathlessly before she gripped Emma's hair and dragged her mouth to her own.

They kissed fiercely, both moaning and panting into the other's mouth. 'I need your cock, darling' groaned Regina as she ground her hips harder into the blonde's hard shaft.

Emma didn't say anything as she stood up with Regina wrapped around her and lowered her onto the bed. She spread the brunette's legs wide before she kneeled in between them and took out her cock from her pants, giving it a few slow strokes as she looked at the breath-taking woman.

She hooked her fingers in Regina's panties and pulled them down slowly, biting her lip when the brunette's smooth, glistening pussy came into view. 'Wrap your legs around my waist,' she whispered as she placed one hand on the sheet beside Regina's head and moved the other to grip her dick.

Regina's brow furrowed before she did what she was told. Something was different with the way Emma spoke to her, but she couldn't figure out what. The thought completely left her head a few moments later and she let out a loud moan as she felt Emma push into her slowly. 'Fuck, you feel so good, darling,' she murmured as she felt her pussy being stretched and filled by the blonde's thick cock.

Emma hummed as she bent down and attached her lips to the brunette's neck while pumping into her languidly. She didn't want this to be aquickhard fuck. No. She wanted to make love toReginato show her how much she had missed her.

Regina's nails dug into Emma's shoulderasher fingers on her other hand threaded through long, golden hair. She rolled her hips lazily into the blonde's thrusts as she moaned softly. She could feel her pussy beginning to tighten as Emma pushed her higher and higher to the brink of ecstasy. 'Kiss me,' she breathed as the blonde increased the pace of her thrusts just a tad.

Emma moved her lips from Regina's neck to her mouth as she pushed her tongue in slowly. One of her hands moved to the brunette's ass, and she squeezed it softly as her thrusts got harder and Regina's back arched up off the bed.

Regina's hand moved from Emma's hair to cup her cheek as she kissed her sensually. Every nerve in her body was on fire and she whimpered into the blonde's mouth as Emma rotated her hips so her cock hit Regina's special spot over and over again.

Emma felt heat pool low in her gut as her cock tingled from base to tip. A few more thrusts and she was going to cum. She moved her hand from Regina's ass and brought it in between them as her fingers made contact with the brunette's swollen little clit, and she rubbed it gently.

Regina's body trembled as her muscles tensed. She pulled her mouth away from Emma's before she opened her eyes and looked up in to lust blown green ones. The blonde's gaze was so intense that it made her breath catch in her throat and she tightened her grip on Emma's neck as the blonde picked up her pace and slammed into her.

'I love you,' whispered Emma as her thrusts became jerky and her hand tightened on the sheet below her. Her eyes never left Regina's as she pumped into her as fast as she could.

Regina rolled her hips frantically into Emma's thrusts as she felt her body begin to tingle. 'Oh, god, Emma, fuck,' she moaned as the tingly feeling spread through her whole body. She felt her eyes trying to close in pleasure, but she forced them open. She wanted to look at Emma while she came.

'I love you,' she whimpered as she felt her cunt clamp down tightly on Emma's throbbing shaft. 'I love you so fucking much,' she sobbed as her back arched high off the bed and her body shook before she gushed all over the blonde's thick cock.

Emma felt Regina's pussy contracting around her dick and she thrust into her three more times before she stilled and shot her load deep into the brunette's clenching cunt. 'I've missed you so much,' she panted as she collapsed onto Regina's chest.

Regina didn't reply, so Emma lifted her head only to see brown eyes filled with tears. She rolled off the brunette and lay down beside her. Regina turned her face away as the tears fell down her cheeks.

'What's wrong?' Asked Emma gently as she reached up and gripped Regina's chin so she could turn the brunette's head to face her.

Regina sniffled as she bit down on her lip. 'You never once called me baby, or Gina or baby girl,' she choked out. She knew something had been off.

Emma's forehead wrinkled in confusion. 'You told me never to call you baby girl ever again. I assumed you didn't want me to call you any of the others either.'

Regina crossed her arms as her sadness turned into frustration. 'I obviously didn't mean it,' she huffed. She was in that place again, where she turned into a whiney brat.

Emma raised an eyebrow at the familiar attitude. 'Well, you very much sounded like you meant it when you said it, and I wasn't going to continue to call you names that made you unhappy,' she explained gently.

'But they don't make me unhappy,' whined Regina, as her eyes filled with tears again. 'I- I just,' she struggled, not knowing how to explain to Emma how she felt.

Emma cupped her cheek. 'Take your time. Think about what you want to say first,' she instructed as she smiled at Regina softly before she wiped her tears with her thumbs.

Regina nodded and took a few minutes to think about her words. 'When you call me those names, they um,' she hesitated as a deep blush covered her cheeks. 'They make me feel little, and I wasn't in the right headspace to feel like that at the time,' she replied quietly.

Emma nodded. She had had an inkling about this particular subject for a while now and she thought it was about time they had that conversation. 'Can you explain what you mean by little?'

Regina blushed again. She felt silly, but she trusted Emma and she knew the blonde would never judge her. 'I feel younger, like a lot younger, like younger than Henry,' she answered with a hint of shame as she avoided eye contact.

Emma grabbed her phone from the bedside table and pulled up Google and typed something in before she passed the phone to Regina. 'I want you to read this carefully, okay? I have a feeling it will answer a lot of questions you have.'

Regina nodded as her eyes scanned the words on the screen. She felt her heart beat faster as she read a certain paragraph;

Little— a little is someone who sometimes feels younger than she is. When a Little is in the role/headspace, she is at her most submissive, vulnerable, and sometimes bratty mood. The Little age usually is around 2-8 years old. She may like colouring, watching cartoons andstuffies.Littleslove cuddling with their caregivers, cute nicknames, lots of attention, watching movies, fluffypj's, getting bathed, hair brushed/braided.

Regina didn't say anything as she put down Emma's phone on the bed and got up and left the room. The blonde didn't quite know what to do, and she was scared that she had scared the brunette away, but Regina came walking back in a few minutes later with a stuffed Teddy and a brush.

She stopped at the edge of Emma's bed, her eyes were wide and held a hint a fear. 'Come here baby girl, let daddy brush your hair,' said the blonde as she patted the space in between her legs.

Regina shot Emma a shy smile before she climbed onto the bed and crawled into the space between Emma's thighs. It felt so good to be able to let go like this and forget all about Snow White and the curse. She hugged her teddy closer. It was a present from her father when she was a little girl and she slept with it every night right until Emma came to town. After that, she hid it under her bed and only brought it out when she slept in her bed on her own.

She had thought it was stupid for a grown woman to sleep with a teddy bear, but after what she had just read, apparently lots of other grown ups do it too. 'I like watching cartoons,' she said quietly.

Emma smiled as she ran the brush through Regina's hair. It was getting longer, and she thought brunette would look super adorable with pigtails and little bows. She wondered if that would be something Regina would be interested in. 'yeah? What's your favourite cartoon, baby?'

Regina thought about it for a few minutes before she answered. 'My little pony. Henry used to be obsessed with it and I was, too. Oh, and sponge Bob, I love Mr Krabs,' she said excitedly as she wiggled her ass.

Emma chuckled. 'Good choices baby, I like SpongeBob too. I haven't seen my little pony but maybe we could watch it together sometime?' She asked as she started to braid Regina's hair.

Regina hummed. she felt so relaxed. 'Mmm, yep, I'd like that. Rarity is my favourite,' she answered sleepily as her eyes began to close.

Emma finished braiding her hair and then gently moved her before she tucked her into bed. Placing a kiss on her head. She then moved towards the bedroom door in search of her son.

She found Henry downstairs in the den playing video games. 'Hey kid, how's it going?' She asked as she took a seat next to him.

Henry looked up from where his eyes had been glued to the screen. 'It's going well,' he smiled. 'Hey Ma, do you think that looks like mom?'

Emma looked at where Henry was pointing at the avatar with a 3d green diamond above its head and let out a bark of laughter. 'It kind of does, yeah, but maybemakeher eyes a darker shade of brown,' she suggested.

Henry rolled his eyes. 'Only you would notice the exact shade of brown her eyes are. You spend enough time gazing into them,' he teased.

Emma nudged him playfully with her elbow. 'it's not my fault your mom has beautiful eyes. Just wait until you get a girlfriend.'

'I'm ten, Emma, don't be gross,' replied Henry, his nose scrunched up in disgust. He still sometimes called her Emma, not quite used to calling her Ma yet. 'Where is mom anyway?'

'She's asleep. She's had a rough fewdays. I think she might enjoy playing this game of yours though, what's it called?'

'Really? She's never been interested before but it's called sims. It's a life stimulation game. You can build and decorate houses and you can make people and they get jobs and have kids and stuff. Look,' he pointed to the screen. 'that's me, and that's you and there's mom.'

Emma looked at the three characters that did actually resemble them. 'they're pretty good kid, well done. She's probably never been interested because you've never asked her to play, but sometimes adults enjoy doing kid'sstuff and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.'

'Sims is not just a kid's game; people of all ages play it. Also, I know mom used to like to colour. She would do it all the time with me when I waslittle, butshe stopped when I grew up and I kind of miss that,'said Henrywith a hint of sadness.

His mom used to be super fun, but once he got older, she stopped doing the fun stuff with him. He assumed it was because she thought it was for babies, so he never asked her to play with him anymore.

Emma smiled at him softly. Regina had probably stopped because she thought her son had grown out of it and would think that she was weird if she wanted to still do it as an adult.

'Maybe you should ask her to do that stuff with you again. You never know she might surprise you.'

'Okay,' he smiled. 'I will.'

Emma smiled back at him before she asked him if he wanted to watch a movie with her. After about ten minutes they decided on toy story which was one of Henry's favourites.

The blonde got up to make some popcorn while Henry got the movie ready. Once they were both seated, Emma pressed play. About half an hour into it, a yawning Regina came walking through the den door. Her hair was sticking upandshe still looked half asleep. She moved over to where Emma was sitting and climbed in her lap before she snuggled up to her.

'Hey, mom,' said Henry as he turned to face her. 'We're watching toy story, it used to be one if my favourites remember?'

Regina smiled at him. 'I remember, it was one of my favourites too. I bought you all the characters for your fifth birthday and we would act out the scenes,' she chuckled.

Henry laughed as well. 'Yeah, I miss playing with you likethat, mom. Maybe we could do it again sometime if you want. I bet ma would play too,' he replied as Emma shot him a smile.

Regina's eyes went wide and Emma could feel her practically shaking with excitement. 'I'd love to play with you both,' said the blonde with a grin.

'We can get them out of the attic tomorrow,' said Regina, trying her best to contain her glee before she whispered in Emma'sear, too low for Henry to hear. 'Thank you, daddy.' She felt Emma's cock twitch against her ass and she let out a giggle before she settled back against the blonde and continued to watch the movie with her family.

It was ten minutes into toy story two when the door to the mansion flew open and a panicked Oriel came skidding into the den. 'Regina, there's a dark blue cloud coming towards the town. I think it's another curse,' she rushed out breathlessly.

There was a beat of silence before commotion could be heard from outside, and Regina jumped out of Emma's lap and rushed to the front door. 'Send in a guard to stay with Henry,' shouted Emma as she followed behind her girlfriend.

Once Regina reached outside, she could see Snow with a bow and arrow standing in front of a mob of people. The brunette's knights were standing facing them with their swords drawn. 'What is the meaning of this?' She asked coldly.

'Your majesties,' said O'Hara as he turned to face Emma and Regina. 'Snow White is demanding that you give back her daughter, or she's going to attack.'

Emma pushed her way to the front and stood in front of Snow. 'I am not your daughter,' she hissed venomously. 'I don't want to go anywhere with you. My family is here with my son and the woman I'm in love with. Why can't you just get that through your thick head?'

Snow's lip curled up in disgust. 'she's brainwashed you,' she spat as she moved closer to Emma. She opened her mouth to say more, but suddenly there was another voice.

'Stand down Snow. If you hurt my daughter, I will kill you,' said Charming, his voice low and dangerous. He was standingat the side with Ruby, Granny,Jefferson, and Graham.

Snow turned to face him, her eyes cold and devoid of emotion. 'You think I would hurt my own child?' She questioned before her eyes snapped to Ruby's. 'You would really betray your best friend and take her side?' She sneered.

Charming moved closer. 'You're not the woman I married and frankly, I have no idea what this version of you is capable of.'

'I would gladly be on your side if you even resembled a tiny bit of the woman that was once my bestfriend, but I don't even recognise you anymore,' growled Ruby as she moved forward, her teeth bared and her nostrils flared. 'And I'm not taking her side, I'm taking Emma's side.'

There was a sudden crash of thunder that made everyone jump. Regina looked up at the sky and noticed the dark blue smoke cloud that was quickly heading for the town. 'What have you done?' she snarled towards Snow.

Snow smirked. 'We're going home, well some of us are, anyway.' She looked towards David, Ruby, Granny, and a few other townspeople. 'Some of us have forgotten where we came from.'

Regina felt her magic spark at her fingers as rage burned through her veins. 'What do you mean?' She asked, her voice low and dripping with hatred.

'The cloud will take us back to the Enchanted Forest, well most of us, you will be left here with whoever else wants to stay, but Emma will be coming with us.'

Regina's hands flew out as her magic wrapped around Snow's neck and choked her. 'You stupid selfish little brat,' she barked as she tightened her hold. 'A curse doesn't just let you pick and choose who it takes. Storybrooke will cease to exist and the Enchanted Forest was destroyed when I cast Rumple's curse. You're about to kill us all,' she raged.

Emma watched as the mob behind Snow attempted to rush forward. She pushed out her hands instinctively to stop them but was still a bit shocked when they were all thrown backwards into the road. She watched as David, hismob, and Regina's knights moved to deal with the people she had just thrown and snapped her eyes back to Snow, whose face was turning purple as she clawed at her throat desperately.

If Regina didn't stop now, she was going to kill her, and Emma couldn't let that happen.

'Regina,' she shouted as she grabbed her girlfriend's arm. 'Put her down. We'll figure something out but you're not a murderer anymore.'

She didn't care about what happened to Snow, but she wouldn't allow Regina to destroy all the progress she had made.

Regina loosened her hold, but she didn't stop completely. 'You don't understand, Emma,' she growled as her eyes moved to the blondes. 'When that blue cloud hits the town, it will destroy us all. Magic works differently here-'.

'That's where you're mistaken, your majesty,' came a voice followed by a high-pitched giggle as Rumple materialized in front of Regina in a puff of red smoke. 'Storybrooke will be destroyed, yes, but you can create a new EnchantedForestif you cast another curse. However, all magic comes with a price as you know, but ultimately the choice is yours.' He snapped his fingers before a scroll appeared in his hand.

Regina suddenly let go of Snow as she turned to face Rumple. 'What are you getting out of this?' She snarled as she snatched the scroll out of his hands. As soon as it touched her skin, she collapsed as she saw exactly what the price would be.

Emma watched in horror as Regina fell to the ground. She immediately rushed towards her before she dropped to her knees beside her. 'Regina,' she panicked as she stroked her face. 'Baby, wake up.'

She snapped her eyes to Rumple and Snow. The latter genuinely didn't look like she didn't know what washappening, but the former was wearing a sinister smile. 'What have you done to her?' She growled as she attempted to stand up, but halted a second later as a hand grabbed her arm.

'Emma,' gasped Regina as she tried to sit up. Emma put her arm behind her back as she helped her up to her feet. 'I know what the price is,' she informed as tears filled her eyes.

Emma cupped her cheek. 'What is it?' She asked softly. It was obviously something bad.

Rumple let out another giggle 'So what will it be your majesty? Are you going to save yourself or the whole town?' he inquired with a sinister smile.

Regina went to lunge at him, but Emma held her back. 'I'll fucking kill you, your scaly little bastard,' she screamed as tears streamed down her cheeks.

'What does he mean, Regina?' shouted Emma. She didn't have a clue what was going on and she wanted answers now.

Regina turned to face her, big fat tears running down her cheeks while her eyes held nothing but pain. 'I can leave town with you and Henry,' she choked out. 'But if I do that, Storybrooke will be destroyed and all the townspeople will die, or I can cast another curse to save them and take them back home but to do that I have to give you both up.'

'No!' exclaimed Emma loudly as she grabbed Regina's face in her hands and gazed intensely into her eyes. 'No, I won't let them take you from me. I made you a promise and I intend to keep it.' She whispered brokenly.

Regina pulled the blonde closer as she hugged her fiercely. 'We don't have a choice, Emma. I can't let them all die,' she said as she pulled back. Though she knew if Emma asked her to, she would without a second thought, but she knew her girlfriend and she knew she would never do that.

This was her punishment. It was her karma for all the destruction and death she had caused because she was a villain and everyone knew that villains didn't get happy endings.

'I can come with you, so can Henry,' tried Emma desperately as she held on to Regina's hands. 'I mean, it will probably take a bit getting used to, but we'll manage as long as we're together.'

'I'm afraid not,' cut in Rumple gleefully as both Emma and Regina turned to glare at him. 'You owe me a favour so you won't be going anywhere and your precious little boy wasn't born in our world so he can't go back, either.'

Emma moved towards him as her hand shot out and grabbed him by the throat. She squeezed tightly as she picked him up from the floor. 'I should have killed you when I had the chance,' she snarled in his face. 'You can stick your favour up your ass. I'm not doing anything for you,' she finished with a growl as she threw him into Snow, who was standing behind him, resulting in them both hitting the floor with a thud.

Rumple pulled himself up and let out a giggle. 'A deal is a deal, dearie, and no one ever backs out of a deal with the dark one. So, if you want that boy of yours to make it over the town line, then I suggest you be a good little girl and do as you're told.'

Emma looked around at all the people that were standing watching them. If she asked Regina to come with them, she knew she would, but that would mean causing countless deaths and no matter how much she wantedto, she couldn't ask Regina to do that, not even for her and Henry. This was the brunette's chance to prove to them all that she had changed and she wouldn't take that away from her.

She turned to Oriel and O'Hara, who were barely holding back tears of their own. They had grown to care for Emma just as much as they did Regina, and they both adored Henry too. 'You make sure you look after her. You don't let her out of your sight and you keep her safe for me, okay?' Because I will make it back to her one day,'She vowed with conviction.

She wouldn't give up Regina that easily, and she would find a way to make sure they ended up together. She promised to keep her family together, and she had meant it. She looked out at the rest of the townspeople before she made her way over to where David and his little group were.

'Thank you,' she said as she held out her hand for David to shake. He was also crying, as was Ruby.

David took his daughter's hand as he shook it firmly. 'You're welcome and for what it's worth, we will also protect Regina. We have faith that you will find her again,' he replied as he gestured to the people standing next to him.

Emma looked at Jefferson and Graham. 'You two, really? But I thought you hated Regina,' she pointed to the mad hatter. 'And surely you must hateher, too. She stole your heart,' she motioned to Graham.

'I do hate her, but my little girl Grace, well she's quite taken with your son and when David heard about Snow coming here to start trouble, she convinced me to help, and well, here I am,' he rolled his eyes.

'She did,' agreed Graham in his thick Irish accent 'And I would have happily seen her hung for that but she also gave me it back and Jefferson can be very persuasive,' he finished with a light blush that had Emma chuckling despite the circumstances.

'I'm going to miss you so much, Em,' said Ruby as she pulled Emma into a tight embrace. 'I promise I will eat Snow if she tries anything once we're home.'

Emma snorted. 'I can't imagine she would taste very good. All that bitterness andentitlementwould probably give you indigestion,' she teased as she hugged her back tightly.

No sooner had she left Ruby's embrace, she was pulled into another one. 'You take care of yourself and that boy of yours. We will take care of the queen,' said Granny gruffly as she let go.

Emma nodded gratefully before she turned to look at Regina, who was now standing with Henry. 'How long do we have?' she questioned as she moved to stand in front of them.

Henry had heard everything from the minute Rumple had turned up. His mom had to give up thething,or things in this case. She loved most to save the townspeople, and as much as he didn't want that to happen, he knew that none of them had a choice.

He felt his heart break at the thought of never seeing his mom again as tears ran down his face. 'But she'll be a hero,'he reminded himself. 'And if Emma says she'll make her way back to her, then she will. We'll find a way.'

'We have about three hours before the cloud hits the town. After that, it will be a matter of minutes,' replied Regina hoarsely.

She turned to Snow as her lip curled into a snarl. 'I hope you're happy. This is the second time you've sent your own child away and now you're doing the same to mine. You better keep out of my way when we get back because if I even catch a glimpse of you, I will kill you. I have nothing left to lose now and you have no one but a few dwarves, a doctor and a fairy.'

Snow lifted her chin; her eyes were glassy and cold. 'You've been threatening me for years, Regina, and you're yet to follow through. My daughter and her son will be much better off without a monster like you,' she sneered back.

She didn't know that this would happen. Rumple had lied to her, of course. All she had wanted was to separate her daughter from the Evil Queen, and he had told her the only wayto successfully dothat was casting a curse, she didn't even think she would be able to since she didn't possess magic but the Dark One had been confident in her ability so she had agreed. She had gone to the well and thrown in the potion that consisted of a hair from both her and Charming and some other ingredients that she knew nothing about and then had watched as the blue cloud had formed before she walked away and made her way towards the mansion.

Rumple giggled as he watched Snow and Regina throw insults and threats at each other. If only they realised who was actually behind everything bad that had ever happened to either of them, then he was sure he'd probably be dead. However, he was confident that by the time they did figure it out, he would be long gone, he would have his son and they would be starting fresh in a new realm with the magic bean he had in his pocket. He just needed the saviour to find him first.

Almost three hours later. Regina, Henry, Emma, Oriel, O'Hara, Ruby and David were standing just before the town line while Snow and Rumple were standing a bit further away. The rest of the townspeople were watchingfromfurther up the road.

The dark one would be going with Emma and Henry, but he was yet to tell them what they had to do. It was raining and the blue cloud was hovering above them mockingly.

Regina was standing in front of her son and the love of her life. Her face was streaked with tears and hair was wet and blowing in her face. Emma was looking at her with so much hurt and it made her feel like a fool, a fool for ever thinking that she could be happy and have her own little family and for believing that she actually might have deserved them. No matter how hard she tried to hold on, love would always be ripped away from her because she was Regina Mills and she was always bound to lose in the end.

'We only have a few minutes left,' she choked out as she pulled them both into a hug and squeezed them as tight as she could.

Henry buried himself in his mom's arms. He would miss her so much. 'I love you mom, I will never forget you,' he sobbed.

Regina hugged him tighterasher heart ached painfully in her chest. 'I won't forget you either, my little prince. You're the best son in the world and I love you always.' She pulled back and held his little face in her hands. 'You'll look after Emma for me, won't you? You're going to need each other.'

Henry nodded. 'I promise, mommy,' he vowed before he threw himself at her again for one last hug.

'Go and wait in the car, kid,' said Emma as Henry and Regina separated. Henry nodded at her before he moved towards the bug.

Regina moved forwards and practically threw herself into Emma's arms. 'I love you; I love you so fucking much and I hope you know that I would have come with you if you'd asked me to,' she whispered brokenly into her ear.

Emma pulled back and captured her lips in a soft, but fierce kiss. It was wet and messy due to the tears streaming down both of their faces and the rain was still pouring from the sky above them. 'I know that, of course I do, but I also know that you're not that person anymore. You would have hated yourself if you had left them all to die,' she whispered against her lips as she pulled back from the kiss. 'we'll be a family again one day, I promise. I won't give up on us. We'll make our way back to you, no matter how long it takes.'

Regina wanted to believe her. Shereallydid, but she knew that Emma had no way of jumping realms and once she crossed the town line, she would lose her magic and possibly her memories. They probably wouldn't ever see each other again. 'Just promise me you'll take care of Henry and yourself, and that you won't forget me.'

'She won't forget you, however you will forget her. You will all forget your lives since you moved to Storybrooke,' interrupted Rumple with a giggle as he appeared beside them with Snow at his side 'Now hurry up, we have to leave.'

Emma and Regina both glared at him before Regina leant forward and pressed another kiss to Emma's lips. 'It's time,' said the brunette as she pulled back. She turned to Rumple and held her hand out. 'The Scroll,' she demanded coldly.

Rumple grinned evilly as he handed itover, then turned to walk towards Emma's car, but just before he reached it, he turned back around and snapped his fingers beforehe threw something to Regina, who just managed to catch it.

'Don't say, I never give you anything,' he giggled before he entered the car, leaving a shell-shocked Regina holding Snow White's heart in her hands.

Regina didn't give time to react before thunder andlightningcracked dangerously above her. 'You have to go now,' she shouted to Emma, who was still staring at the heart in her hands.

Emma snapped her eyes to Regina's. 'I love you,' she yelled back before she turned and ran to her car. She got in and threw her seat belt on before she pressed down on the gas peddle and sped over the town line, not once looking back.

She carried on driving for fifteen minutes before she stopped the car and turned to Rumple. 'What do you need me to do?' she growled.

Rumple shot her a smirk. 'I need you to help me find my son. He's somewhere in Boston and if I'm not mistaken, you're familiar with the place.'

Emma nodded. 'I have an apartment there that we can stay in, but once I've found your kid, I never want to see your ugly fucking face again,' she snarled before she started the car again and drove towards Boston.

They made it to her apartment a few hours later. Henry was asleep in the back of the car, so she woke him up before she got out and then moved to the trunk to get their bags. 'You can get your own,' she said to Rumple as she passed the passenger side.

Rumple grumbled but didn't argue. He needed Emma on his side, at least until she found Bae. He was powerless here and it wouldn't do to piss her off. He followed her up to her apartment, which was quite spacious and nicely decorated, if modern was your thing. 'You can take the couch,' she said as she motioned to a sofa situated in the middle of the room.

Emma then proceeded to show Henry to his room. 'We can decorate it however you want,' she said to her son as she tried for a smile. Henry didn't say anything, but he nodded as he moved further into the room.

Emma could see the sadness in his eyes, and she understood completely. She herself felt like her heart had been ripped out of her chest, stamped on multiple times before being shoved back in. 'I'll go and get us some food. Do you want to come?' She asked.

Henry didn't look up from his storybook that he had brought with him. His fingers tracing a picture of the Evil Queen. 'No, I'm good,' he said numbly. He missed his mom so much already, and he just wanted to be alone.

Emma nodded. Sensing that Henry needed time on his own. 'Okay, well, I'll be back soon,' she replied before she left the room. She went back into the living room and informed Rumple that she would be going out. She knew he wouldn't try anything with Henry because if he did, he would lose all chances of finding his son.

She had nearly reached the door of her apartment when she was halted by a knock coming from the other side of the door. Her eyebrows furrowed as she tried to work out who could possibly know she was here. She had only been back for an hour. 'lets find out,' she muttered to herself as she pulled the door open.

'Hi,' smiled a blonde curly-headed boy with bright green eyes. 'My names Kingsley Swan and I'm your son.'
