Something makes me feel like they had some hate-boner for all other characters except for Neo. Or used her as a tool to kill everyone.

(Nerdy: I wouldn't advise it lololol) Now, in regards to Jaune's new sword, I know it may be disappointing as far as his simplicity goes, but I took notice and saw that Jaune...was never special with Crocea Mors. Yatsu from Team CFVY has a sword that, as far as I can tell and from intel in the wiki, has no special thing to it as well other than being giant! If anything, Jaune's weapon was more special than his because of his shield-sheath. Most male characters seem to have simpler weapons in design, as far as I could find. As for his father, the guy's trouble is not done yet. As for his girls? Read and you shall find your answer.

(Nerdy: I know I did wink wink wink) About Jaune's weapons you can read the reply above but I personally like the idea of mixing things up a lot of fanfictions do similar things with Jaune's weapon. Well I hope you lived this long because you don't need to wait any longer here is the chapter.
The situation just went nuclear, easily going from 0 to 100 and getting all of the girls currently in the room to hold their breath as Jaune's sister looked at them. "What were you saying about my brother's- You know!"
Weiss blushed furiously after being caught. "Wait, no, this is a misunderstanding!" She try to defend herself. "I was being sarcastic! There is no way I will let that dork's member near-"
"Wait a second, you are Weiss Schnee!" Coral pointed out, the other sisters coming in as well, along with the ashamed guards and Nicholas. The girls perked up seeing the Arc Patriarch, realizing who he was because, well, he looked like Jaune, a lot. Safe to say some of the girls didn't dislike his appearance if they were to compare him to how Jaune might end up later when he grew up. "Or is it Weiss Arc Schnee now?"
"I- I do not recognise the marriage!" Weiss said, a blush still on her face. "The whole ordeal happened while we were in a poor state of mind!"
"Weiss!" Ruby shouted, pointing out the way she said it. Jaune's family was already wide-eyed hearing that.
"Ok, this looks like a talk for adults." Nicholas said, already feeling a headache incoming. "Alice, Coral, you will stay with me. You two, boys, take my daughters to the library."
"Hey, wait a minute, we need to-"
"Sure, Sir, no problem!" Sun interjected quickly, cutting off Cardin. "After us ladies! Let this monkey boy lead you to the library along with my huge friend over here. Cardin, please make sure we reach the library safely, won't you? After all, we both know how much Jaune cares about his sisters, don't we?" Message received, Cardin and Sun went with Jade, Sapphire - who wanted to stay but was not allowed. - Lapis and Silva all the way back to the library, leaving Nicholas and Ironwood there along with Alice and Coral. The main reason Sun did what he did was because the situation was nuclear, and he could see it.
The cat was out of the bag now, and he didn't want to risk his tail in the incoming fire! Nicholas walked around a bit, looking around at the girls there. Eventually, he went to the desk, seeing Nora there with the hammer in hand, wondering what they were doing before they barged in and what they were talking about. However, he was not going to take it easy on them. He brought out the marriage certificate, showing it to the room. "I want all the names listed here to show themselves now!" He demanded, the girls looking a bit hesitant about it.
However, they began to do so one by one. "Pyrrha Arc Nikos." Pyrrha was the first, smiling at her in-law as she said her name with the 'Arc' added in. Her action kick-started the chain.
"Salem Arc." Salem was next, the woman not bothering to hide her Grimm-like appearance, but Nicholas assumed she was simply some kind of Faunus. Granted, so did Coral, and she was giving her the look already.
"Blake Arc Belladonna." Blake was next, and hearing that name specifically, 'Belladonna', had Coral react fiercely.
"Oh, hell no!" She shouted, looking at Blake. "Are you telling me Jaune is married to the daughter of the White Fang's founder?!"
"Yes, is there a problem?" Blake asked, a bit confused by her reaction since she had a nasty feeling.
"Yes! You animals are good only for-"
"Hey!" Yang shouted, punching the table. "Watch your mouth, missy! We might be sisters-in-law and all that now, but I ain't against punching you a tooth out!" Blake smiled knowing Yang had her back, but the black cat was now worried seeing Coral's reaction. She hoped Jaune's family was a good one, she really did, but it seems her hopes were set a bit too high. "I am Yang Arc Xiao Long!"
"Ruby Arc Rose!" Ruby said quickly, trying to ease the tension. By now Nicholas has crossed off six names off the certificate out of eight, but looking at the girl in the back, Weiss Arc Schnee, he felt himself grow a bit dizzy.
"Cinder Arc Fall." Cinder said, introducing herself as well. "And I assume you two are Coral and Alice, Jaune's sisters."
"We are, and all of you are our sisters-in-law." Alice pointed out the obvious. "Honestly, finding out this is like-Ugh! What was Jaune thinking?! The situation is ice-thin as is with ONE surprise wife? How did he even get married to all of you in the first place?"
"Well, as I said, we were not in the best state of mind." Weiss began, however, Ruby was sending her signals not to continue. "Ugh. Stop it, Ruby! They asked, so why should we lie? Lying and hiding more will only make things worse from here on out, especially since they got the certificate! All it will take them is finding Ash and his band of misfit wives to find out how drunk we were-"
"Drunk?!" Nicholas shouted in shock, picking up that detail. Then he looked around, seeing the other girls in the room, namely the short one, the ginger, and the auburn-haired girl. "Ok, ok...before I get to that, I think I need to ask; who are the others? I know Glynda here, not not those three other girls."
"Oh, well-"
"Are they trying to get married to Jaune too?!" Coral asked in urgency, being a bit jumpy. Granted, Nora began to laugh hearing her.
"Jaune?! Sorry to say, missy, but despite Fearless Leader being a good boy and all, I am already taken!" She put up her ring. "I am Nora LIE Valkyrie, not an Arc!"
"And Neo here is not married to Jaune either, she belongs to another man already. Oh, she cannot speak." Glynda said, then Neo began to wave her hands. "She says she wouldn't be caught dead with that scrawny, blonde wimp- Miss Politan, that was very rude of you!"
"What about her then?" Coral pointed at Amber.
"I am just a friend!" She said quickly, trying to defend herself. "Nothing more, yup! Just a friend!"
"Hmm." Coral looked at her with suspicion, but she shrugged. "I got my eyes on you, lady."
"Now that we got that out of the way…" Nicholas inhaled deeply, going back to Weiss' words. "DRUNK?!" He shouted, at which point Ironwood stepped in.
"Nicholas, I know the news is a bit strange, but-"
"Zip it, James, I need to hear the REAL story now!" Nicholas said, looking at the girls, his gaze falling on Salem. "You, Salem was it? You look like the most mature one here, so tell me, in detail, what happened. How did Jaune become married to all of you, why were we not informed, and why is he trying to deceive us even now?"
"Well, father-"
"Please don't call me that…"
"-it all happened...overnight, quite literally. " And so, Salem began telling them the story of what exactly happened. And safe to say, they could not keep the secret of the maidens, relics, and everything else while doing so, which made Ironwood's presence there all the more important. His confirmations and assurances helped Nicholas accept the crazy things he had learned, along with his daughters. He will need to tell Juliet all of this later, but for now there were other matters at hand to take care of.
"An Arc never goes back on his or her word…" Nicholas said, repeating the Arc family code. "And wedding vows count, even if drunk."
"Wait, you mean we cannot do anything about this, dad?" Coral said, protesting and looking at Blake. "But Jaune is married to one of them!"
"At least she didn't use the A word." Yang remarked.
"Coral, please." Nicholas said, rubbing his forehead. "This is already a lot to take in and we have yet to break the news to Juliet. When your mother will find out that is when the true armageddon will begin, you know it!" Both Alice and Coral went silent hearing that, then Nicholas looked over the crowd. "Rose...Like Summer Rose?" He asked, looking at Ruby. The girl was a bit young, a fact he needs to talk with Jaune about, but given the circumstances…
"Y-yes, Sir."
"I am sorry for what happened to your mother-"
"She is fine, actually!" Ruby said, quickly, which surprised Nicholas. "Jaune helped us! Well, Salem actually returned Mom- But if Jaune never married Salem then Mom would have never been back! She is so cool! She even knows about the entire marriage and is ok with it, she helped get Dad and Uncle Tai on board as well!"
"Uncle Tai? I thought your father was Tai Xiao Long!" Nicholas said, surprised by the news.
Yang snorted. "Yeah, we were shocked to hear it as well. Long story short, me and Ruby here are cousins! Her father is actually Qrow Branwen!"
"QROW?!" Nicholas gasped in shock, then he whined a bit. "I never thought he could be a father…"
"Can we get back on track?" Coral asked, allowing Nicholas to focus once again.
"Sorry. Now, as Weiss here said, and as I heard from Salem's story, I understand not all of you were fully on board with this marriage, right?" Nicholas said, watching some of them look nervous, Yang especially. "Yang? Got anything to share?"
"Well…" She was giving a large grin, a nervous one. However, it was Blake that broke the silence.
"She was against the marriage at first and tried to run, but we stopped her. Cost Jaune a tooth, but everything is good now."
"Blake!" Yang shouted, blushing.
"A tooth?! You beat him?!" Alice shrieked, looking at Yang.
"Wait! Let me explain! I was not in the best state of mind at the moment, plus, he let me get those punches in! His Semblance makes him hard like a steel block to punch otherwise!" Yang explained, but the mention of his Semblance cleared it. They were briefed on it by Ozpin, yes. "He LET me get those punches in to vent! I felt like shit afterwards though, I would never do it again, please believe me I don't want to harm him!"
"Looks like your past deeds will haunt you a bit, Yang." Cinder remarked.
"Like you are a saint!" Yang shot back, earning a narrowed look from Cinder and caused Amber's eye to twitch.
"My Word, Jaune married some truly problematic women…" Nicholas said, taking another second to calm himself. "Look, I do not have the time to listen to all of you, nor could I do anything. This entire situation, as I said, is complex and has yet to reach its peak! I am sure that right now Juliet is chewing out Jaune for having only ONE surprise wife, let alone finding out about the extra ones! Or, by the Gods…" He slumped back into his chair, wishing Qrow was around to hand him a drink or something.
"If it helps, Nicholas, your son has been making great efforts to treat the ladies well." Ironwood said, making the Arc look at him. "I was brought into his 'council' a bit in the late game, but I listened and was told about his previous endeavors with the girls. He is attentive, having an eye for details."
Nicholas chuckled. "Living with so many sisters must have helped him understand women better, I guess."
"Perhaps, but that is not all. He doesn't discriminate among them in any shape or form, treating all of them equally, and he was even brave enough to request the help of others in order to make sure all of his dates with them went as smoothly as possible." Ironwood said, but Coral spoke up after him.
"Couldn't he at least not marry a Faunus?!"
"Ok, Coral, I don't think this is the place for THAT." Alice said, looking somewhat nervous. Granted, Coral's words attracted the attention of the room, and not in the nice kind of light. Alice turned to Blake. "I apologize for my sister's behaviour, it's just that she-"
"Alice, don't say it." Nicholas said, stopping his daughter. "That is an Arc family secret meant to be kept."
"But Dad-"
"This is not your secret to tell, Alice." Nicholas said with a stern voice, then he looked at Coral. "It's your sister's."
"Hmm. I assume she has had some bad experiences with the Faunus?" Salem said, reading Coral's situation almost like an open book. "To be quite honest, her demeanor doesn't quite match that of Jaune's, making me think one is adopted if not for her obvious physical resemblance with him. Personality wise, though, you and him are quite different-"
"No, we are not!" Coral interrupted Salem. "Jaune knows what happened to me, and yet he goes and marries a Faunus?!"
"Ah, so you confirm that something happened between you and the Faunus." Salem said, but then Blake spoke up.
"What was it? A White Fang attack?" She asked, making Coral look at her with hateful eyes. "No...It wasn't an attack was it?"
"What is it to you, animal?" She said, Yang ready to jump at her for using that word again, but she was promptly stopped as she saw Salem shake her head. "All you know to do is cause troubles for us humans - you do not know what it means to actually LOVE someone, all you like to do is fuck like the bitches and studs in heat that you are!"
"Miss Arc, that is highly-"
"And you do not even give a shit for someone outside your own species!" Coral continued, speaking over Ironwood. But the words she used, the subjects brought up, had Salem realize something.
"You...loved a Faunus once." She said, and Coral flinched as she realized she slipped up. But now Salem was looking at her with different eyes, a different view, and thinking of other ideas. "Them breaking up with you wouldn't produce such hate, even you wouldn't be so low." She continued, and Coral balled her fist. "Something happened, something that left a permanent scar."
Everyone was silent in the room as Salem eventually got up and started to walk towards Coral. Alice tried to go help Coral, but Nicholas stopped her once again. Why? Because the patriarch knew this was now more than a simple problem with Jaune, it reached Coral as well since Jaune married a Faunus. He couldn't help his baby girl when it happened...He was powerless back then, and all the Arcs could do was support her and wait for her to recover naturally. But the sleepless nights, nightmares, and times she cried herself to sleep out of shame and pain hurt just as much for him and Juliet.
A pale hand touched Coral's chin, making it so she made eye-contact with her. Salem was reading her, trying to figure out her damage. "What did this Faunus do to hurt you?" She asked, then she noticed something. Coral traced her hand to her abdomen, namely, over her stomach. No, wait...Her womb. Salem took a bit of distance from her, looking at her with sadness in her eyes. "You poor soul." She said, then she let the girl talk.
"First year at Haven…" Coral looked away. "I was a fool for loving him."
"Umm. What are we missing?" Yang asked, to which Salem turned to them.
"Her hate stems from something you might be quite familiar with, Yang." Salem said, catching Yang's attention. Salem was beginning to understand, piece the story together and figure it out. But she could not say it out right. "She was abandoned by someone loved, but they left something behind...Something she gave up on."
"I HAD NO CHOICE!" Coral snapped, looking at Salem with tears in her eyes. "I was a first-year at a Huntsman Academy, I couldn't afford to be pregnant! The physical strain would not make it possible."
"Pregnant?!" More than half of the room gasped in shock, but Blake looked not just shocked, but also ashamed.
"That's...That's not right!" Blake spoke up. "Faunus culture doesn't allow such actions!"
"Why do you care?!" Coral shouted at Blake. "He left me! He promised me we I will be able to drop out of Haven and he would support me and my baby, yet he ran!"
"Wait, what is going on?" Ruby asked, confused. "Is Jaune's sister pregnant?"
"Was." Cinder corrected her, then she turned to Nicholas. "It looks like Jaune is not the only one with secrets."
"Yes and no…" Nicholas sighed. "He knows of this, actually. We all do. Coral was left pregnant by this boy, whom I even met and liked back then, but he ran away and...Coral got an abortion."
"Oh my Gods…" Ruby said, looking at Coral with a saddened look.
"This is another reason why this whole ordeal is dangerous." Nicholas looked at them all. "You cannot start a family and be in a Huntsman Academy at the same time. The training that the school puts you all through would make having a pregnancy impossible without losing it. The only way you could start a family now is by dropping out."
"So that is why you hate Faunus." Blake looked at Coral. "I won't try to justify what that man did, because even by Faunus standards, he did the opposite of the right thing - he did one of the few things our culture forbids! Faunus are supposed to take responsibility for seeding offspring!"
"So? It didn't stop him from running, so he clearly didn't give a flying fuck about your culture!" Coral said.
"He will or has already been met with the consequences of his actions." Blake said, sounding more serious than normal. "His actions are nothing short of a social taboo among Faunus that can have him outcast among us. If his actions become public as well as his name, I imagine even Sienna Khan will declare a manhunt on him."
"Wait, you meant the White Fang would willingly hunt one of their own?" Alice asked in confusion.
"There is a lot the general population doesn't know about Faunus culture and traditions." Blake said. "But yes, for such actions, even the White Fang would issue a hunt for them and see them punished for their actions. It is even worst that an abortion was conducted."
"So, am I supposed to feel some sympathy now?" Coral asked, looking away. "Knowing this won't change the way I see you animals now! It won't fix anything!"
"I know, and I know I cannot apologize for them, because I AM NOT THEM." Blake said, making Coral flinch. "Nor are the other Faunus around Vale, Beacon, or who knows where. Him being a Faunus doesn't mean the entire race is the same."
"Yeah, right…" Coral said, Blake's words not getting through. "So, what are we to do about this entire marriage, dad? Since they are family now, I take it you have some say in this?"
"As the Patriarch? Maybe, but given the current situation, I think Jaune is more fit to deal with everything." Nicholas got up. "This has been an eventful day, and as much as I'd want to go back right now and confront Jaune about it, I am afraid I do not have the energy to do so anymore. Mentally, that is."
"What does that mean?" Amber asked.
"It means you are left to us, Jaune's sisters, and mom." Alice answered, and some of the girls became nervous at the prospect of meeting their mother-in-law, even Salem widening her eyes a bit. "Granted, I think she is still chewing out Jaune and Emerald."
"Oh, be serious, how long can she keep yapping about the situation for?" Yang asked.
"A lot…" Nicholas sighed, then he turned to Ironwood. "James, I recommend you get earplugs for what will happen later."
"I think Ozpin has some." Ironwood replied. "Regardless, I think we should all change our location. This classroom is no longer a safe place, not to mention the information is likely to reach Miss Arc's ears sooner or later."
"So, in other words, we should be ready to face the music?" Ruby asked, feeling nervous.
"Yes, Miss Arc Rose." Ironwood said, feeling sorry for them. At this point, Neo decided to leave the place, so she disappeared. It was turning into a true issue, one she didn't quite need.
"-And do not get me started on how irresponsible it was of you to get drunk!" Juliet said, then kept going with her ranting, Jaune and Emerald both feeling their ears ringing by this point and a small headache coming through while Ozpin sat silently with his ear plugs in and being blissfully spared from this. He just sipped from his coffee content with how this conversation seemed to be getting near the end of things.
And then Sapphire walked inside the office and blew the whistle on Jaune's entire situation. "Mom!" Saph got Juliet's attention, then she whispered in her ear. Jaune and Emerald didn't know what was going down, and even Ozpin got curious and unplugged one ear. Big mistake.
Juliet turned to her son with inhuman speed, her eyes wide. "YOU ARE MARRIED TO MULTIPLE WOMEN?!" That one scream caused the windows in Ozpin's office to effectively blow out, shattering and sending shards down below onto unfortunate pedestrians. It deafen everyone there, even Ozpin who got his ear plug in a moment too late. Luckly, he kept his functions in his other ear.
"How did she find out?!" Emerald half-shouted due to her ears ringing. Jaune sighed, cursing his luck and slightly using his Semblance to heal his damaged hearing, his mother going frantic with her ranting once again. Actually, if he thought better of it, he should let them heal normally, no Semblance. Being temporarily deaf was not too bad.
His mother's Semblance, after all, made her scarier than a banshee.
"Damn! What happened to Ozpin's office?!" Said a girl down at Beacon's bullhead dock.
The girl in question was a second-year, named Coco Adel, Team Leader of Team CFVY; She had fair skin, short dark-brown hair that had wavy locks on one side of her face, dyed with a gradient that starts as dark brown and transitions to caramel. She wore a black beret with aviator sunglasses for extra style. The rest of her clothes could only be called fashionable even to those who didn't know what the word meant. To those who did they could write pages or talk for hours to describe what she was wearing, luckily no one like that was around her at the moment. She was however holding a black shoulder bag with gold studs; her weapon, Gianduja, which can transform into an oversized black and gold minigun. This girl could even give Ruby lessons about compact weaponry…
The second member of their team, the F, was Fox Alistair, who had dark skin and dark, messy copper hair. He wore a sleeveless, muted orange zipper vest and a pair of black jeans. He was a special case, given his white eyes, since he was physically BLIND, making him an example to follow in Beacon as he doesn't let his handicap stop him. Nor comments about the scars on his arms slow him down. Weapon? Sharp Retribution, a pair of blades attached to his arms with which he is highly proficient with.
The third member was Velvet Scarlatina, who has long brown hair along with a pair of brown rabbit ears, identifying her as a Faunus. Her current attire consisted of her combat gear which was made up of a cropped brown jacket with a thin gold zipper over a thin black top and brown shorts that had a decorated metal trim alongside black tights with golden metal flats. On her back was her weapon, a box that had decorative patterns which uses hard-light dust to copy any weapon she photographs, named Anesidora, which was attached to her belt. Her weapon copies other weapons due to her Semblance, which allows her to copy other people's fighting styles. Others are copycats, she was a copyRABBIT.
The last member, and a hulk of a man, was Yatsuhashi Daichi who, as mentioned, was tall, over 2M, or 7F so to say, and athletic-looking with shaved-short black hair and tanned skin, wearing a mostly pale-green and brown attire. His left arm had armor on his shoulder. His weapon, Fulcrum, was a greatsword with a hooked tip and it was slung over his back.
The average observer might notice that guys seem to have more simple weapons than girls. Though that person wouldn't have seen the mess of gears that is needed to make Qrow Branwen's weapon transform.
Velvet looked up, her ears folding a bit. "Someone is screaming...A lot."
"You can hear them?" Fox asked, then curiosity took the better of him, but also worry. "Is the Headmaster safe?"
"I can barely get what they are saying from down here, though the fact I can at all must mean they are either screaming like crazy or have some kind of semblance." Velvet said, listening again, but her ears went stiff as they pointed up, as well as a blush hitting her face.
"What is it, Bun-Bun, you look a bit red." Coco said, going to her. Velvet gulped a bit, turning to her team leader.
"A lot happened while we were gone...We need to talk with teams RWBY and JNPR."
God damn it, Mama Arc, you are a screaming Banshee in every sense of the word! Well, except the ghost one.
