Sorry for the delay, I was working on other stories and was a tad stumped on this. The og series is too much a Monster of the Week thing, but so is Buffy and Charmed. Working on stories for those, I got better and more comfortable. Look out people, expect great chapters! I have chosen a huge path for Daphne that gives me plenty to work on and with. This all happens during the Lancelot chapter...

This guest Review is what reinspired me to write this story... so thank you! Sorry for the long An.

Daphne with time and knowledge she could become a High Priestess of the Old/High Priestesses of the Triple Goddess Morgana became a high priestess not just because she prophesied or whatever but because she has a good understanding of old religion/magic and because she took her time and practiced it sure Morgana was born with an innate aptitude for magic and a bloodline but she still took time and learned more about it and got enough knowledge, power, and skill to be on par with Merlin.
Daphne could do the same she has and will be getting more knowledge and a better understanding of magic/old religion and she already has some skill with magic all she has to do is grow more into her magic like Morgana and she to can be a High Priestess of the Old/High Priestesses of the Triple Goddess

"It is beautiful!" Daphne smiled at the Smithy in front of her. There, in her hands, was a bowl with sigils in the Ancient Language carved into it. To most people, she would say it was just her name, but to her it meant everything. Sigils for fire, clarity, light and focus lay on it. It was made of iron and silver mixed together to harness and guide her magic properly. "You are so gifted Alistar!" She kissed his cheek, making him blush. "I love your work, always so wonderful!"

"Anything for you, ma'am, you saved me wife!" He smiled at her warmly, his swarthy skin warm and lush despite the dreary rainy skies. "What do you wish to use this bowl for?" His tone lacked any fear in it, only a deep trust. He leaned in to her, and whispered. " I know you practice magic, my wife was affected by the cursed waters, only magic would have saved her. I saw healing magic in my youth, before Uther made it a crime. I know the sigils, I have seen Healers chimes."

She froze for a moment, then reached out into his mind. She could not read minds yet, she could talk to them but not read them, but she was starting to be able to read emotions and intent if it was strong enough. She sensed only peace from this man, and a deep appreciation. She knew she could trust him. "Yes, I am... and I am using it for a scrying bowl, to focus my powers so that I can foresee and combat evils that threaten my home and people."

He smiled and bowed. "Then I thank you, Priestess."

"I am no Priestess."

Kilgarah's voice drifted in her heart. "Technically you could qualify as a lower priestess, you honor and offer sacrifices to the Triple Goddess including your own blood, you follow the path of magic and you are gaining great skill... you have immense potential, it is actually quite shocking but you will end up a High Priestess of the Highest order, that is clear to me without a shred of doubt. I could never have predicted you to have this skill, it is not innate but driven by passion, intelligence and dedication."

She flushed and smiled at Allistar. "My teacher just said I qualify as a lower priestess...so I guess I can say this. The Triple Goddess will watch over you, and thank you. I serve her, or I am trying to... if she aims to help the people, as I do... if she is truly acting through me, then in her name I bless you." She kissed his cheek and was shocked to feel her magic surge into her eyes and into the man before her. It wasn't her will that filled the magic, but something far greater than even Kilgarah's power... it was wiser, older and far, far more potent... It was the Power of the Tripel Goddess! "Huh, she answered me, so did magic... I just blessed you, literally." Her tone was airy, scared but deeply pleased.

He smiled. "You are worthy of the title, my dear... now go, do your work and honor us all."

She nodded and hurried away, unable to fully process what had just happened...

Kilgarah laughed in her heart. "I am her servant as well, I rarely give our my respect, the Triple Goddess is deserving of it. I will teach you a spell to reach out to her, to be initiated as a priestess... that will gain you many allies."

"Am I really worthy of this?'"

"You have healed countless many, you saved Merlin, you are gaining magic, you honor nature, you are guiding Morgana to a greater path... you are very, very worthy."

"""

Fire danced in her Scrying bowl and Daphne readied herself to cast a prayer spell, gathering magic and blood for a most potent spell... however, she never even got the chance to prick her finger as a voice emanated from the fire. It was a woman's voice, rich and deep with magic, a woman who was used to being commanded.

"Daughter of magic, chosen and not born to the gift... I am Neide, leader of the Disir. We have been watching you and we would like to initiate you, officially, as a Priestess of the Old Religion. Come to us, to our Court, and will grant you knowledge, power and allow you to take your place as a true priestess." The woman's face appeared in the fire, she looked cold but there was a moment of genuine pleasure in her eyes. "A priestess needs to be initiated, be it by another Priestess, Priest or so on. You have a powerful potential skill, but you need guidance. We know Kilgarah teaches you, but there are secrets of our people that you must be taught. Our ways, in true form. We would have contacted you soon enough, but when you blessed the Smithy, you opened yourself to the Goddess in a way you were too afraid to do before... you allowed yourself to believe that you could be worthy of this honor and that changed everything. Come to us, and we will guide you! What say you?"

Tears fell down Daphne's face, she bowed her head low. "I would be honored... can... I know from Kilgarah that each Priestess or Priest follows a path, an aspect of the Goddess... is there a path for healing that I can follow? If this is secret until my initiation, I understand, but healing is my life, my love."

Neide laughed. "Your healing is what drew the Goddess' eyes, she would never strip you of your love so long as your love is not endangering the world. You are a compassionate woman, wise enough to recognize her limits and strive to fight Uther's evil despite the risks. You are not fighting out of revenge, but choice and compassion with the tools you have available... we wish to honor that, we will honor that. Now... Come to us child, you, and accept your new path."

"How will I find you?"

The fire burned brighter and a coin popped out, charmed with powerful magic and a runemark. "This will lead you to us, like a compass... find us, child and you will be lead it greatness."

The fire went out and Daphne reached out to Kiligarah. "Is this real?"

"Yes, child, you will now become a priestess of the new world. Be proud of this, it is a rare honor. Now... I do believe I swore to teach you a Healer's chime. As a celebration,w will start with a variation of it that will turn your entire shop into a soothing place for all people that walk into it by easing pain."

"You are amazing... say... I just thought of something. You said, early on, that Healing and curses are tied... Life and Death and all that... so would I be serving the Triple Goddess or the Cailleach who is a Death goddess?"

"Likely both really, as the Cailleach is a servant of the Triple Goddess. Consider her a handler, a supervisor for you if you will. That is my assumption. For example, the Priestess that is causing issues here, Nimueh, serves not only the Triple Goddess but also the Earth Mother since she was a born Druid."

"Ahh.. that explains a lot... thank you, my friend, and thank you for seeing greatness in me before anyone else."

"Any time, my dear friend."

"""

It took everything for Kilgarah to not crow into the night sky. Daphne was going to be trained to become a true Priestess, not just a witch! She would have the means to break his chains, she would have the means to help preserve magic and eventually gain immortality! He would have a friend for the eons, the long years... he would not be alone any more...

He would be free...

Life...

"Thank you, Goddess, if you put her in my path... and thank you for helping her and noticing her greatness if you didn't. She deserves it. I know you cannot act directly, your edict on free will prevents it, but any aid is welcome..."

Chapter end, tell me what you think in the reviews.

This was a blast to write. Thank you, Guest, whomever you are...

I want to show that religion has more purpose in this world than just a title... Priestess means something.

Love, your Ninja Overlord,

Mika.
