Bakugou didn't really know what to do, he was already the best!
All he had to do was walk in and he would be the best one there! That's always how it went.
So why was he training now, why did he feel he needed to prove he was the best? He already was, wasn't he?
Then it hit him, the answer to why he was feeling this way,
It was that dumb deku. Deku had always been talking about he would be number one and now he was pretending that it didn't even matter! As if to show that being a hero wasn't all that!
Bakugou was mad, like he always was.
Well he would show that dumb deku!
Besides that had to be the only reason he had been acting so weird! He was trying to piss off bakugou!
Yeah that had to be it!
What else could it be?
It was the last day of school until middle school graduation. Toko was scrolling through her explore page when she found an account that she had never seen before.
The post was a really cool fighting move, with a drawing of someone with green hair as the profile photo.
Then the angriest kid in her class screamed at one of his lackeys who was talking near her "Shut up!"
"Wait dude check it out!"
Unbeknownst to her one of his lackeys had been looking over her shoulder, and grabbed the phone out of her hand.
"Hey!"she tried to protest but was cut off by some of the angry kid's lackey's talking.
When Bakugou saw it he yelled at them about wasting his time with stupid stuff.
But she could've sworn he saw him smile to himself and type something into his phone while his lackeys weren't looking.
Izuku was worried.
he had been checking for every online job opening without any quirk restrictions. He went site after site of stable careers with no results. Every single time he typed on the search bar what he wanted nothing related came up.
Heck! Even when he just typed in quirk less the only thing that came up was death rates!
(And that was from 3 years ago)
He had to face it.
There was basically no stable careers where he could apply. Well at least nothing in japan. There was an opening to be an air host in Australia.
(Wow! Australia is living life on the edge!)
But other than that he was kinda screwed in the job department.
In other news the last day of school was interesting.
Nobody talked at him, or about him.
(Or with him but that was part of life)
But it felt as if he didn't even exist like he was just...like he was clear paint? And everyone else was different colors, some darker some lighter.
And everyone was walking along a canvas leaving a colorful path behind them.
But izuku was just not there or more like he was there but he was just leaving behind nothing, like he had never been there...
(does that mean he was like an empty can of paint? Hmmm... eh whatever it's his metaphor, dang it!)
And he had no idea why his friend weren't talking to him.
He thought they would come around maybe ask if he was ok.. give him a hug? Or at least say hello!
He would say he felt alone but he didn't! He had basically two thousand followers!
He doesn't even know that many people in real life!
He doesn't think he had that many people in his school!
(Two thousand!!)
He couldn't be sad he was just so happy so many people cared to see what he had to offer! He was so happy that when he broke from schedule or didn't warn them about something they actually cared!
They cared enough to listen to his dumb jokes and see his mediocre drawings of people fighting!
He was so glad that every time he posted it went online he was met with such kind feedback!
He almost wanted to cry by how happy he was!
He felt bad for lying...or avoiding telling them about his secret.. disease.. but he was selfish, he liked having people caring about him!
(Is that so wrong your, honor?)
(Is that a Phoenix right reference? Eh screw it "OBJECTIVE!" I've never played the gam but it seems fun!)
He just didn't have time to be sad! He was to happy :).
He posted his two thousand follower special, and was met with a single notification.
You have been temporarily banned.
Huh.
Izuku needed a distraction.
He had nothing no one around.
School was out and it wasn't like he could call someone.
His mom had always been at work at this time.
So he drew.
Stupid things.
Ok things.
Then he got on YouTube and watched anything recommended to him.
It felt like hours.
Just sitting there.
Sitting in bed.
On his phone.
Alone.
Then It hit him.
He was banned?
Banned for what?
He checked the notification. His account was being temporarily disabled so they could check for property theft? An art thief? Him?!?
That wasn't real!
Was it...?
Who would want to accuse him of that?
Did he actually steal something?
What did he do?
And what could he do now?
Izuku got up from bed.
His mother wouldn't be home for another 2 hours and he could just say he was bored if he got caught where he wasn't supposed to be!
He walked out of his unfamiliar room and into his living room.
quickly paced walking got him to the front door in a matter of seconds with him soon slipping on his shoes.
He opened the door, and set a timer, he would be home 10 minutes before his mom was home.
He didn't care where he went as long as it was away from here.
Maybe he could think of a new post idea.
He fully planned on coming back within 2 hours.
Present mic was out in his own getting some groceries until he saw it, or he guessed, him.
Someone with green hair.
It wouldn't matter much to anyone else but it did to him, he had started following an account with a profile picture of someone with that kind of hair style and color but drawn.
He had been thinking of emailing him about making art for his show and for his website!
And that kid just reminded him of that.
He should do that soon!
