Less than twenty minutes later, Buzz found himself once again requesting to see Yang. The woman just sighed and pointed towards the white body suits to which they sighed and put them on.
Shawn raised his eyebrows and Buzz quickly explained, "Apparently she gets over stimulated by colour"
Shawn nodded in understanding and let Buzz lead the way until they were stood outside of Yang's cell.
Yang's face seemed to light up when she saw him, looking younger and full of life than would have been expected of a woman her age in solitary confinement.
"Shawn" smiled, "I knew you would come"
Shawn took in a breath and forced himself to remain calm, keeping down the feelings that the sight of this woman elicited from him.
"Yang"
She smiled, "You look well, have you been eating your vegetables?"
Shawn returned the smile, "You look well as well, or as well as can be for someone serving out a sentence for serial murder"
Yang frowned, "You didn't answer my question"
Shawn gave a small nod.
"Oh goody!"
Buzz had taken a step back, simply observing and letting Shawn ask the questions.
"So have you made any friends" Shawn asked.
Yang blinked, "Just one, but she's playing hard to get. HI JANET!" She yelled .
Shawn turned and a woman, presumably Janet walked away hastily. Shawn motioned to Buzz to follow, if Yang had been receiving intel then she could be the possible leak. It seemed that Buzz realised this too and followed after her.
"Alone at last" Yang whispered to herself. "Oh Shawn… tell me everything, what have you been up to?"
Shawn ignored the question, "I'm here because YinYang symbol has appeared again"
Yang's eyes lit up once more and she smiled. "I didn't hear a question Shawn"
"Confirm something for me, in your book you claim to have pulled everything off all by yourself, but I don't think that's possible, nor do I think you have managed to plan anything behind these bars" Shawn glanced over to Buzz who was questioning the orderly.
"Are you asking if there is a Yin to my Yang?" She asked almost sweetly.
Shawn nodded.
"You don't think I could have done it all by myself, you wound me Shawn" she cried, faking being drastically upset.
"Yang" Shawn sighed, "I need to know" he stated forcefully.
"Don't treat me like a little girl, nobody tells me what to do!" She yelled, drawing the attention of Buzz back over.
Shawn's eyes widened as he seemed to understand something, "Have you spoken to daddy?" He almost whispered.
Yang whimpered back as if she has been struck.
"I never said that" she whimpered.
"No you didn't" Shawn repeated in shock. Buzz stood by concerned at his expression and was about to interject when Yang spoke again.
"I'm on your side though Shawnie, I want you to win…. But if you think I am sick, then you haven't seen anything yet"
"I think we got what we needed" Shawn said, giving a look to Buzz that quite clearly said let's get out of here.
Buzz nodded sharply and made to exit. Shawn followed and spared one glance back at Yang, this was going to be a lot more serious than anticipated.
"Will you drop me at the Psych office?" Shawn half asked and half demanded.
"I think the Chief will want us back at the station right away" Buzz commented but his tone suggested he would do as Shawn asked.
Shawn grimaced, "I know but there's something I need to do, I'll meet you at the station after"
Buzz frowned and nodded to himself, "Sure but be careful Shawn"
Shawn smiled, "Come on Buzz, you know I can take care of myself" he gave him a wink.
Buzz' mind flashed back to the months previous and his abdomen wound stung as if to remind him of the fight.
Buzz gave a tight smile. "Ok, I'll see you at the station"
Shawn nodded.

Back at the station things were getting ridiculous. It almost seemed funny that while such a high profile case was happening, most of the detectives and officers in the precinct were glued to their computers watching movies. Officers were still moving around having other evidence for other cases to file but the atmosphere was tense and everyone was on edge.
When Buzz entered the precinct alone, he went straight to report to the Chief. Lassiter instantly noticed him enter and went to join him in the Chief's office. Of course this mean that Juliet was quick to follow and she closed the door and blinds behind her ensuring complete privacy.
Gus and Henry were quietly chatting in the corner, a laptop had been provided for them and Gus seemed to be making a list.
Henry stood up instantly upon Buzz' arrival.
"Where's Shawn" he asked panicked,
"He's fine, he asked me to drop him off at the Psych office but he will be here soon"
Henry let out the breath of air he has been holding, fearing the worst. He couldn't loose his son again that quickly.
"So what did Yang have to say?"
"There is a Yin to her Yang" he repeated solemnly. "I questioned an orderly, Janet, who confessed to me she had told Yang about Yin surfacing but Yang admitted to Shawn that Yin exists"
"Blimey, so there really is a Yin to her Yang"
Buzz nodded.
"Is there anything else you can tell us?" The Chief asked, "Anything that seemed strange or could give us an insight?"
"Only…. When I was questioning Janet I couldn't hear everything that Shawn and Yang were talking about…. But Shawn said something that really seemed to upset her"
"Upset her?" Gus repeated.
Buzz nodded, "I would have just amounted her reaction to her being crazy but she genuinely seemed scared, terrified even and when I looked at Shawn's face it looked like…. He had just seen a ghost"
There was a brief moments of silence.
"And then you just let my son leave?!" Henry yelled, making a move to grab Buzz.
"Henry!" The Chief yelled.
Henry looked over sharply and clenched his fists.
"Sorry Karen, but I don't see the light right now. Now we are up against Yin? None of us have any idea who this person is or how they operate. All we know if that we have one dead body on our hands already and we aren't really making headway watching movies…"
His rant carried throughout the precinct and there was silence.
"Let's get Mary Lightly in here" Juliet nodded to herself, "You are right, we don't know anything about Yin, but Mary does"
Gus gasped and Henry looked right at a him.
"Guster? What is it?"
Gus seemed hesitant to speak but slowly began to give his thoughts a voice.
"I might be totally off base here but does any one else find it strange that Mary found me to tell me about Yin the day before the body turned up?"
The Chief raised an eyebrow but said nothing and motioned for him to continue.
"He also is living right next to the movie theatre and didn't move back home because as he said he has spent the last thirteen years of his life with Yang…. What if he meant that literally?"
Lassiter stamped his foot, "That lying son of a bitch, I'll go arrest his ass right now"
"Stop detective" the Chief insisted.
"But Chief" Lassiter whined.
"It is only a theory and we shouldn't make any hasty decisions. Let's just keep him close for now and watch him like a hawk. If he is indeed Yin, I have no doubt that he will try and insert himself into our investigation somehow anyway. Perhaps Shawn reached the same conclusion as us…"
The room seemed to reach the same consensus.
Before anyone else could say anything they were disrupted by a ruckus on the precinct floor and Juliet opened the blind and opened the Chief's door.
Shawn held a pineapple smoothie in his hand and he was accompanied by non other than Mary Lightly. A look of determination on his face.
Shawn spotted Juliet and gave her a brief smile and he led Mary into the Chiefs office.
"Shawn" Henry exclaimed, running up to him and giving him a hug.
"Whoa Dad. It's been like an hour"
"We have our next clue" Mary announced holding a piece of paper in his hand. "I found it this morning at my house along with sardines and olive oil"
"Delivered to your door step?" Lassiter repeated dryly.
"What does it say?"
"Take 39 steps by 12:05, wait for it…..coordinates North by Northwest, make a wish"
"That makes no sense, wait for what? More Hitchcock?"
"No Hitchcock is just the motif, think through it Chief"
The Chief scowled.
"He's showing off" Mary insisted, "I suggest we think about this analytically"
"Gus" Shawn spoke quietly but it carried throughout the room.
"I'm really sorry buddy but this time it seems to be all about you"
Gus stepped back shocked.
"What are you going on about Spencer"
Shawn clenched his fists, visibly angry and upset.
"The only reason I managed to catch Yang last time was because she was taunting me, speaking to me….. and this time it is happening to you. Think what this message means to you, because you are the only one who is going to be able to decode it"
Gus took a small step back in shock and in fear.
"Don't worry buddy, we are all here every step of the way"
"Ok, North by northwest mall? North West Air? North West Park and picnic.." Juliet started thinking aloud.
Shawn spotted the familiar glint of realisation in Gus's eyes.
"That's it" Gus exclaimed, "I play dominoes there with some Jamaicans every Sunday, there is a set of stairs that leads up to a penny fountain, make a wish"
"That's it, let's go people" the Chief instructed as she looked at her watch "We have less than half an hour.
"Mr Lightly, you will ride with my detectives".
"We'll be right behind you" Shawn promised as he gave his dad a signal to meet him in the parking lot.
Gus followed Shawn outside and the three of them climbed into Henry's truck.
"We're not going to follow" Shawn instructed, "Take us back to the Movie theatre… there's something I need to see"
