Hey Y'all!

Alright, I got a chapter up for ya. I hope it's easy to understand. There were a lot of things I mentioned about Sam and Dean's treatment in the past so I hope this covers it.

thank you all for your support! Please enjoy!

A loud ringing filled the dark room and Stella groaned as she rolled over. Glancing at the name she answered groggily. "Miliie?"

"Stella! Oh my god you won't believe what just happened. Dean's back, he's here for me! I mean he has his brother which will need to be dealt with, but he's here!" Stella had to yank the phone away as her friends excitement threatened to burst her eardrums, loud enough that she doesn't even bother to switch to speaker. "And the latest batch of sedatives you gave me worked. I used it on the boys. But i need your help. See i need to …." the screaming died down and she missed a bit while she moved the phone closer to her ear again. "I need to keep Dean out for at least two weeks, and then I'll need drugs to make Sam more compliant, and then maybe some others I haven't decided."

"Wait Millie, more drugs?" Stella rubbed her temples. "Hold on back up, who are you trying to drug? Everything I gave you is heavy stuff and-"

"Oh no I need more drugs, I can only keep Sam under for so long, but Dean will be fine, I need him out for at least two weeks."

Stella shook her head. "Millie I told you, the drugs are just tests. I can't go around drugging the people of the town,"

"But they're not from town, so you won't need to worry. Come on, I know you have some new ones you wanna test." Stella hated that smug voice with a passion, and hated even more how this would be the best offer she was going to get.

"Fine. I'll be there in the morning." the doctor hung up and slouched back into her bed. Despite the risks, it was a good opportunity. The new types of drugs she was working on were finally in the testing stages, and since she wasn't technically going the legal route to create the drugs anyway, a little unorthodox testing won't be the worst of her worries.

Two days later found her in front of her new test subject. The young man had longer hair, it looked almost like a mop on his head, along with his still wide eyes and gangly body, it made him look young and Stella was doubting her friends claim that he was 23. Millie had secured him to the floor of her basement, his hands bound around a pole in the floor above his head and his ankles chained. He was missing his shirt and had a cloth wrapped around his mouth, something he had earned after he tried to bite her hand.

She finished giving him a physical examination, noting his vitals on her computer before turning to her friend who was waiting excitedly near the stairs. Millie had set up a camera so that they could watch the feed later, Millie for some sadistic purpose and Stella so she could study the effects of her drug. "So can we give it to him yet?"

"Yes. You remember what I said about the after care?" With her friend's nod she turned to a case lying beside her subject. The man watched with bated breath as she brought out a syringe full of transparent green liquid.

"Now you're going to feel a bit of discomfort before it fully kicks in." She explained as she used an antiseptic wipe to clean a patch of his side, not the ideal place for an injection but the way he was tied didn't leave the doctor with many options. "After the liquid reaches your brain, your nerves will start reacting, sending millions of pain signals throughout your body." Stella took the cap off the needle and pushed any last amounts of oxygen out of the syringe before smiling back at her subject. "We won't think any less of you for screaming." and she plunged it into his side.

He arched his back as the liquid traveled throughout his body, muscles straining with the acid like feeling. She could pinpoint the exact moment when the young man's nerves started firing as his breathing increased and his eyes dilated. Not too long after muffled screams were heard behind the gag and his struggles increased. Millie was almost jumping for joy, and Stella worried she would knock over the camera.

The young man's distress continued for well over 15 minutes before it subsided and Stella pursed her lips in thought. "Well I supposed I need to work on it, I wanted it to last closer to an hour, but the effects were right." Panting the subject stared at her, wondering why she would want anyone to go through that for an hour, let alone 15 minutes. She stood and moved to the subjects head before tugging the gag down, pulling a few hairs with the cloth. "Tell me, how did it feel? Be descriptive," She moved back to her computer to take notes, "it is for science."

The man glared at her. He moved his mouth to speak only to have a hoarse whisper pass his lips, confusing everyone in the room. "Well that was unexpected. Just remember the feeling and I'll get the answer later." She stood and left, passing her friend on the way up.

Lowering her voice she spoke only to Millie. "His memory will start fading with in the hour, and it will be painful. I recommend replacing the gag after you finish." Millie nodded before picking up a belt and moving towards the subject.

Stella closed the door behind her as the first of the subjects screams echoed behind her. She wasn't fond of her friend's weird plan for revenge that she explained the day before but beggars can't be choosers and the opportunity to test her memory drug was too good to pass up. Climbing in the car she drove off listening to her low music to the little motel that the other brother was staying at. Parking her car a little bit away and walking to the room she opened the door with curiosity, after all this man was the reason for Millie's weird jealous payback.

The man was a few inches shorter than her subject, but still an inch or two too long for the bed. He was lying on top of the covers with out a shirt and his shoes were off, sitting at the foot of his bed. She couldn't make out his features very much but she didn't dare to turn on the light to see him better, she was trying not to be seen lest she give away Millie's plan.

Setting up an IV stand that she brought with her, she cleaned his arm just like she had done to his brother earlier before nicely inserting the IV. After checking to make sure that nothing would go wrong until Millie got there later that week she left, finding the line of salt at the door to be a weird addition but didn't disturb it as she closed the door.

"Hey Stella, I need you to take a look at this blood sample." Doctor Manson asked as he entered the medical lab. He approached a woman at the back of the lab who was bent over some papers and examining them. She looked up with little interest. "We have a new emergency patient and we aren't sure exactly what's affecting him and how to help him."

"You sure it's not one of the usual things, overdoses or chloroform and such." The young woman accepted the sample along with the file, placing the latter on her already cluttered desk.

"No, we had Jeremy look at it before sending it down here. He didn't recognize it."

Stella nodded as she placed the sample under a microscope. Her breath caught in her throat before responding, voice slightly higher than before. "I can see why, these are two separate drugs in here, he probably confused them as one. Simple mistake really." She shrugged but never took her eyes away from the lenses.

Manson was a bit put off by the normally bored doctor's interest in the sample. "Shall I bring it back up to Jeremy then? I wouldn't want to disturb your work."

"No!" Stella yelled, spinning around to face him. "No. While it was a mistake to think there is only one drug, these aren't the usual suspects. No, I'll look at it and send up the results. Give me about half an hour." She turned back to the microscope, "Just don't give him anymore drugs." Manson nodded and left, still a little uneasy after the conversation but brushed the feeling aside, for now he had to go make sure the young man stayed in stable condition.

After the older man closed the door, Stella almost jumped in excitement. She recognized the drugs, they were new and untested. The first was one that targeted the subjects memory, causing them to forget anything before the drug was administered. The second one was a target paralytic which had been tampered with and amplified. Both combined however gave her the identity of the new emergency patient Manson mentioned.

Sam Winchester.

She smiled as she began pulling out her notes on the drugs, which were hidden in a safe behind a passcode only she knew. Looking down she reread it's contents.

Liquid is supposed to cause immense pain whilst making the subject forget memories up to the time of injection. When the subject stops seizing, the process is completed.

It took three batches and tests to get it right, each one weakening her subject and his resolve immensely. She also pulled out another one with the target paralytic notes. Simply put, this one would just paralze a limb or specific part of the body, causing immense pain in the area until it wore off. Sam had screamed the second time they tested it on him, although it probably didn't help that Millie was having one of her special nights when she called Stella over. The subject was already bleeding on the floor, secured to the post again as Millie ate into his back with a broken bottle. When the paralytic took effect in his legs, Millie had intensified the pain by attacking them with what ever she could find. When it had worn off, she found that it left a large trace in his blood along with the first liquid.

Taking the notes she stuffed them in her bag, hiding them in a hidden pocket so no one could find them. She also pulled all of her belongings and pushed them into a duffel. After today, she wouldn't be able to return. Her involvement with the drugs would be discovered soon enough and the police would be after her. Stella had a planned escape house just over two hours away, she could make it with plenty of time after she finished with the subject.

Stella left the lab in a hurry, trying to find the room that her subject rested in. She had to be the one on call so that her involvement wouldn't be discovered. Reaching it, she admired the subjects body, now beaten and bloody from the last few nights, a few nurses were applying pressure to his chest, trying to staunch the bleeding from the bullet.

"Good, now we can start the surgery." Dr. Manson had changed into different scrubs and proceeded to close the door to the emergency room as she got to work with the anesthesia and sedatives required.

Hours later, Stella walked through the hospital, a vial hidden against her wrist as she searched for her subjects recovery room. Once locating it, she made sure no one saw her enter before closing and locking the door behind her.

The room was bland just like the rest in the hospital, obvious that the family hadn't been given access due to the lack of get well gifts. The window had the blinds drawn only giving the barest amount of light. The two beds in the room were crowded with machines, the light beeping filled the room. Both heart monitors beeped at the same pace, making her wonder how close the occupants of the two beds were in order to be that in sync.

On the bed closest to her was a man who looked only slightly older than her subject, no more than a few years. His light brown hair was short and spiked, and his face was well defined. Stella found herself caressing the mans cheek bones before moving on to her subject. Despite seeing him only an hour ago, Sam Winchester's wounds shocked her for a moment.

His chest was heavily bandaged, as well as one of his legs. Both of his wrists were wrapped and a small sliver of gauze protected his neck. Smaller bandages speckled the rest of his body.

"I'm sorry, but I can't have you telling people about my involvement." she cooed as she pinched his nose. Needing to breathe he opened his mouth and she poured the contents of her vial in before forcing him to swallow. Sam gagged as the liquid slid down his throat, the young man waking up in a panic. "Now, just wait a minute for the poison to set in." The man's eyes widened and his struggles increased. If Stella had been paying attention she would've heard the bed next to her creak, would've noticed the danger that she was now in, however she was solely focusing on the writhing body beneath her. "It's nothing personal, I promise."

"Maybe, but this is." the gruff voice threw the doctor off guard as a fist connected with her head. She tumbled off of her subject, leaving Sam gasping for air as the older man rounded the bed to approach her. Getting to see him standing, she was sure that if he hadn't been drugged to the gills, that punch should've killed her, or at the very least knocked her out. "Nobody hurts my brother you bitch." and he pounced, the door opening behind him.

So what'd ya think?

I'm so glad to have finally got this part written, even if I'm not proud of how scattered it is. Like I mentioned in the authors note, I had to change the perspective quite a few times. Originally it was supposed to be in Sam's point of view but I kinda drugged him too much to make him coherant (oops) and Dean's perspective wouldn't have given y'all any backstory. options left were Cy and Stella and since I had no reasonable way to get Cy into the hospital, it defaulted to Stella. Hopefully it made sense!
