This story starts after the monster machine has trapped the Fred, Daphne and Velma on the Ferris wheel. All the events of the movie are same until this point.

"Jeepers! We're Stuck!" Daphne said with panic in her voice.
The trio looked down to see that their recently turned monster van was holding the Ferris wheel in places with shark-like teeth.
That was when the amazing Krudsky flew up to them. "THIS SHALL TEACH YOU TO MIDDLE IN THE AFFAIRS OF MAGICIANS!" he shouted.
"Do something, Freddie" a worried Velma said.
His reply was less than encouraging. "I am doing something. I panicking!"
"Oh, Scooby-Doo. Where are you?" Daphne asked herself out loud.
Then the newly turned goblin king blasted his stolen magic at the trapped mystery solvers which cast a truly horrific spell on them.
They groaned in pain as the magic took hold of them, changing them.
Velma felt her teeth grow sharper, as brown fur grew all over her body. Her ears became more canine whilst her hands were turning into hand-like paws. The magic disintegrated her shoes which were already too small for her new back paws. Her face began to stretch into a muzzle and finally, she grew a wolf tail.
Fred saw his skin turn pale blue as his hair became spiky but well-coned. His upper canine teeth grow long and slimmer, his fingernails morphed into claws and his clothes became that of a well dressed up class Victorian gentleman, with a red cape.
Daphne put both hands on the of her head as her nose grow elongated, with her nostrils widening and a wart grew on each side of her nose. Her hair became longer now going over her shoulders and became scruffy and unkempt. As her metamorphosis continued she bent over to ease the pain. Her fingers lengthen as her nails became sharp and pointy, her eyebrows grow longer and were permanently arched and her chain pointed outwards with a wart on the left side. Her skin turned green and her modern purple outfit also turn into a black victorian, whilst her hair banded became a long, pointy black hat with an indigo strip around it.
Once their transformations were complete Krudsky flew away leaving them there.
However whilst they had been physically changed their minds were still the same and as they looked at their new selves, they were horrified.
"This can't be real." the werewolf said in a gruff disbelief voice.
"It is, we're real monsters." Fred said in a shocked Transylvanian accent.
"I'm a witch! A hideous, green-skinned witch!" Daphne said in horror with a new scratchy voice.
"Don't worry Daphne, we'll find a way to change back." Fred said, trying to comfort her.
"By what if we can't? What if we're stuck like this forever?" Daphne said with tears in her eyes.
"I'm not sure, but no matter what, Daphne I still love you." the vampire said to the witch.
"Oh Freddy, that the nice thing you've ever said to me." Daphne said hugging him.
Suddenly the Ferris wheel started moving again. Looking down they saw that the van had driven off into the city.
"We got to stop it before it hurts someone." Fred said as they got off the Ferris wheel.
"But what about Krudsky? Alone as he's got the Goblin King's power who knows what he will do." Daphne said.
"And I doubt that we'll be the only ones turned into monsters." Velma add.
Then they heard a familiar voice.
"Scooby-Dooby-Doo!" the Great Dane said.
Fred, Daphne, and Velma looked to see Shaggy and Scooby flying on a broomstick.
"Shaggy, Scooby down here." Fred waved, trying to get the two's attention.
"Like down there Scooby." Shaggy said pointing to their friends. They flew down to them and got off Broomy.
"Shaggy, Scooby thank goodness you're alright." Daphne said.
"Are you guys alright?" Shaggy asked.
"We've been worse." Fred said.
"Rhere's Rudsky?" Scooby asked.
"His out in the city." Daphne said.
"Like where's the van?" Shaggy asked.
"He turned into a monster just like what he did to us." Fred said with a little bit of anger.
"Sounds like a charming guy." Jack O'Lantern said.
"Stand around like this isn't going to do anything, we need to think of a way to stop him." Velma said. She would have asked about the talking pumpkin but after everything that had happened tonight, it was the least strange thing she had seen.
"R've got it." Scooby said then whispered the plan to his friends.
Meanwhile, Krudsky was terrifying the city. Serval people ran away screaming as the goblin blasted his magic at them.
"Run, run you folles. I rule all. Who can stop me?" Krudsky shouted.
"Scooby-Dooby-Doo!" Scooby shouted.
Krudsky turn to see the Great Dane and his master on a broom, mocking him.
"You two have interfered for the last time!" Krudsky said in fury, then he chased the two through the city. Just as they reached the clock tower, Scooby jumped off and run down the street. Velma then appeared from a dark ally way. She ran towards the tower whilst Scooby hid in the ally.
Krudsky hadn't noticed that Scooby was now hiding and thought that the werewolf was the dog.
"Nice try mutt but you can't escape from the amazing Krudsky." the magician shouted as he flew after her.
When they were just outside of the clock tower, Fred, in his bat form flew around Krudsky much to the goblin's annoyances.
Meanwhile, Shaggy was leading the monster machine to the tower.
"Like this way van." Shaggy said, trying not to get caught by the monster machine.
Back at the tower, Krudsky was still trying to get rid of Fred. "Be gone bat." he said. Little did he know that Fred was only distracting him. Down below Daphne was using her magic to create a fireball. Once it was big enough she throw it towards Krudsky, it hit him right on his hand. He screamed in pain and accidentally dropped the scepter. It fell into the tower right next to the Goblin King turned goose. The goose picked up the scepter and returned to his original form. Then, just as Shaggy arrived with the van, the king used his magic to undo everything Krudsky had done.
Fred, Daphne, and Velma looked at each other with joy as they were turned back to normal.
"I'm beautiful again." Daphne said.
"You're always beautiful, human or witch." Fred said, causing Daphne to hug him.
Just then Krudsky turned back to normal and fell to the ground. Shaggy and Scooby caught him just in time but the magician was still angry with them.
"You...you..you took away my rightful places a king of the goblins!" Krudsky shout just as the true king appeared behind him.
"You know Krudsky, your my kind of guy." the Goblin King said as he trapped the magician in a glowing ball.
Just then Mr. Gibbles appeared, riding on broomy with Willow flying next to him.
"Well done my friends you've saved Halloween." Gibbles said to Shaggy and Scooby.
"Thanks but it wasn't just us." Shaggy said pointing to his friends.
"Thank you all of you." Gibbles said.
"You're welcome." Daphne said.
Meanwhile, Willow flew over to her father.
"Princess Willow... the trouble you have caused this night is inexcusable." her father said.
"I know. And I'm sorry, Daddy." Willow said.
"Daddy?!" the gang said in shock.
"I shouldn't have snuck out early, and I'll never do it again, I promise." the fairy said.
"As of now, you are officially grounded for one year. But I'm awfully glad to have you back, my little princess." the king said. Then the princess kissed her father on the cheek. Then the king looked down at the mortals.
"Thank you, you five for saving me, my daughter, and Halloween." he said.
"Don't mention." Fred said.
"Bravest of mortals... you shall indeed remember." the king said before turning to Krudsky. "As for you, you're going to a long time to practice." the king said before rising into the air with the magician. Then using his scepter he formed a portal back to the supernatural realm and flew through it taking the goblins and Krudsky with him.
"No! No please no! I want my mummy!" Krudsky shouted before disappearing.
"Thank you again for everything." Gibbles said before flying off with Broomy and Jack.
The gang waved goodbye as the sun rose. Before he had left the Goblin King had cast a spell that would make everyone except the Mystery gang to forget the events of tonight.
The gang made their way to the now normal van and drove off as Shaggy and Scooby told Fred, Daphne, and Velma about their advantage.
