Payback is Sweet

Just a one shot that I had in my mind. Thought some of you might enjoy this as well. This is set in episode 4 when Kongpob and Arthit are having dinner together and Kong learns that Arthit's favorite drink is Pink Milk.

Kongpob

Kongpob looked on as Arthit walked away from the table they shared for dinner. He really didn't know how he was going to finish all these peppers as his mouth was burning already. But his senior had told him to finish it all and he was determined to prove to Arthit that he was worthy of being his junior. He didn't like how Arthit was treating him or the other juniors, so he really wanted to do something to get back at him for all the punishments they'd had to endure so far. The question was what could he do to get back at Arthit that wouldn't make him punish them again for it?

It took Kongpob over an hour to finish his food, but he eventually succeeded in his task. He saw the food booth owner walk by, so he asked how much he owed for his food. She reassured him that Arthit had already paid for both of their meals. This shocked Kongpob into silence for a moment as he thought about what this could mean. Lost in thought, he didn't see the food booth lady walk away.

'Why did he pay for my food? Is he trying to tell me something?' He stopped trying to find a meaning behind his senior's actions as he saw the drink booth lady pass him as well. Waving her down he asked the same question and again, when he asked how much he owed, he found out that Arthit had paid for this for him as well. His mouth still burning, and also curious as to why Arthit loved the drink so much, he requested a pink milk, which she brought to him within a minute. Paying for the drink, he headed back to his dorm room consuming the pink beverage.

Arriving in his room, he throws away the cup and heads over to grab his towel, peeking out his window at the room across from his. He glimpsed Arthit in his room through the curtains for a moment before he went to shower and get ready for bed.

Lying in bed that night, he finally had an idea about what he wanted to do to get Arthit back for all he had done to him and his fellow juniors. He knew it would embarrass Arthit enough to make him speechless for just enough time that Arthit's friends and fellow hazers to come up with their own theories as to what happened.

Kongpob was smiling as he fell asleep.

The next day at noon, Kong arrived at the university canteen, ready to implement his plan. He spotted Arthit standing next to a table leaning over it, with his friends sitting and finishing their lunch. Kongpob smiled, 'It's now or never. I have nothing to lose.' He started walking over to the group holding his backpack with one hand and a small smile still on his face.

"P'Arthit" Kong said as he approached the senior he had targeted. Arthit straightened as he saw who was calling his name. He looked slightly confused as to why Kongpob would be approaching him. When he was standing in front of Arthit, he leaned a little closer and then said in a loud whisper, so that Arthit's friends would hear what was said but no one else would.

"Thanks for last night." He smiled again and gave Arthit a lewd look up and down his body. Licking his lips, Kongpob backed away from the silent senior again. He saw the other hazer's faces with their jaws on the floor and almost laughed. Kongpob watched as Arthit's face went bright red before he came back to his senses.

"Kongpob!", Arthit yelled. Kongpob smirked and tilted his head.

"I love it when you yell my name, P," Kong said before turning and making his way over to his friends and their table. They were watching him as he approached Arthit and they had seen and heard how the head hazer had reacted to whatever Kong had said. Kong made it to their table and sat next to M who was shaking his head. He put his backpack on the bench next to him.

"What?" Kong asked with a shrug. "I just had to tell him something."

Arthit

Arthit just stood, frozen in his place by the table as he tried to process what had just happened. Kongpob had just thanked him for 'last night'. What did he mean? He's sure that Kongpob was just thanking him for the food, but the look he had given him and the way he had worded it, made him think he meant something else. He belatedly realized that his friends had probably heard all that and they probably thought something had happened between them. Turning, he looked at his friend's smiling faces. Bright was wiggling his eyebrows suggestively. Prem and Knott both looked a little confused but were still smiling. Tutah was the first to speak.

"Wow, Ai'Arthit. I didn't realize you swung the same way I do. What did you get up to with N'Kongpob last night that he was thanking you for? Must have been something amazing for him to approach you like that."

"We just ate dinner together," Arthit said with a wave of his hand as if to dismiss this fact, not thinking of the possible meaning behind those words.

"So, you are saying that you two had a date and then went back to your room for dessert?" Bright pipped in, not one to be left out of something this good. He loved poking fun at his friends, so this was his opportunity to do the same to Arthit. Arthit shook his head quickly.

"No! We just… You know what, never mind. This is probably what Kong was hoping would happen." Arthit said mostly to himself, not realizing what he called 0062. He walked away from the table to head to his next class with his backpack on one shoulder, leaving his friends at the table still a little stunned, but happy to figure out the mystery of the "last night" comment.

Hazer Gang

The rest of the gang sat there in stunned silence. Tutah once again spoke first.

"Did anyone else notice that Ai'Arthit called 0062 by his shortened nickname?" He queried looking around at his friends.

"I'm not sure what to believe now. N'Kongpob thanked Ai'Arthit for something last night. Arthit says it was just a meal, but the way 0062 was looking at him made it seem like more than just a meal of food. Our little monster's lack of denial at first makes me think maybe something did happen between them." Papa Knot said, shaking his head, not sure if he believed what had been indicated about the night before or not.

"Well, regardless of what happened, it's not really our business, now is it?" Prem said, surprising his friends as he wasn't known for this type of sentiment. He and Bright were well known for wanting to get into everyone else's business. The other's turned to look at him.

"Do you know something that we don't know, Ai'Prem?" Papa Knot asked, hoping Arthit and Prem weren't keeping something this important to themselves. Prem shook his head and smiled.

"Nothing that's confirmed. Just a suspicion. Now we need to get to class, or we are going to be late." Prem answered, standing up, and grabbing his empty plate and his backpack. The others quickly realized he was right, so they rushed to clean up their table and ran to catch up with Prem with their own backpacks.

Kongpob

The rest of the day was the same as every other day at the University. Classes, homework, friends, and problems with seniors. The only thing that was different was P'Arthit and his group of hazers had left him and his friends alone. M and Oak had been asking Kongpob what he had said to get them to leave them alone, but he had refused to tell them. He knew if he did P'Arthit would punish him worse than any time before. Plus, his friends would ask too many questions, including if what he had said was true and he didn't want to go that far with this. By the time he got home, he was feeling confident that Arthit wouldn't get back at him for the comment.
