Ok, before you read this. I must first say I need to come up with a scenario where

A. No Recon teams (They have Count Formal and a map of the area)

B. March directly on Itallica

C. Saderan characters (Lelei, Tuka, Rory, Pina, etc), is still involved

So apologize if it's a bit all over the place.

August 17th, 1952
Albert von Bismarck

It's been 2 weeks since they cross the gate, and Albert must say he's bored.

After they arrived, more Imperial soldiers show up the next day, having apparently been separated as reserves. Unfortunately for them, they have set up Artilleries, Machine Guns, and Katyushas on the hill, as well as trenches around the hill. Needless to say, 10000 swords don't match up well with rocket artillery.

From what the Field Marshal said, they are waiting for their 'guest', to come to Alnus from the port city the Nagumo took. Of course, while they could technically just drive from there to Alnus, They probably wanted to fix the city first before they leave it.

Though, today was supposedly the day they make their move.

The guest and the Kaiser should be coming with a convoy from the port. The Japanese brought their Type 3 Chi-Wo[1], Type 4 Ke-Nu, and Type 7 O-Ro[2], while the UKA brought over their Jaguar[3], and Rhino[4] Tank.

Of course, Germany still has the best tank, and that's no theory, a tank theory.

Anyway, because of Albert's rank, history, and nobility, he was chosen to be the one greeting their guest alongside the General. As much as he hates politics (Still not sure how his Great Grandfather handled it.), he supposes this archaic society would only respect power and titles, the latter they have the Kaiser, and the former they have their Flammpanzers.

The convoy arrived at around 12 o'clock, with the rows of Japanese and UKA Tanks riding up the hill. And in the middle of the said convoy, was the guest they're waiting for.

Out of the car, came the Kaiser, then their guest, a count if he recalled correctly.

"Your Majesty." The Field Marshal greeted.

The Kaiser simply rolled his eyes. "Come on Adolf, you seriously need to drink more."

The Field Marshal in charge of the operation, Adolf Hitler, was somewhat of a legend around here. He was captured during the Battle of Berlin, escaped, then led the German resistance ruining the French and British supply lines. The most famous one was when his crew plant a bomb on the BUS Vanguard, sinking it while they're docking in Hamburg.

Oh, and they also sank the BUS Hood, BUS Illustrious, BUS Victorious, and BUS Howe.

He was also famously very racist against jews and poles, oftentimes flat out refusing to have them on his army. But it seems his time during the war change his heart.

As he famously wrote, "If they wanted to make Germany a second Israel, then I say let them, for they have earn their place in our Fatherland."

"I would rather not have my wife on my ass, so no thank you" Hitler answered.

"Hah, if she's giving you the trouble I might just give a royal decree." offered Friedrich.

"You do know your old man would be rolling in his graves by the sheer amount of beer you drink right?"

"Well, he's not here right?"

"Fair enough."

The Kaiser move out of the way and entered the base, meanwhile, their guest is looking a tad nervous.

"Count Formal?" Ask Hitler.

"Y-yes that's me."

Adolf extended a handshake. "Adolf Hitler, Field Marshal of Task Force: Gate."

Hitler motioned for Albert to speak up, though it's painfully obvious he's not interested.

"Ugh fine," Albert said as he stomp his cigar.

"Albert von Bismarck, Count of Bismarck-Schönhausen, Duke of Lauenburg, and Prince of the House of Bismarck."

The count seemed to be gobsmacked, not surprising since Albert technically has 3 noble titles, especially since all of those came from a single man, but he doesn't need to know that.

"Colt Formal, Count of Itallica." He introduced himself.

"Come in, we'll talk inside."

Colt nodded as he follow the two men inside the base.

Alnus hill was turned into a military checkpoint, at least that's the plan. They would station a small garrison here in case someone tried something stupid, but most of their troops would be stationed on their main base.

They entered the tent, where two men were waiting for them.

17th day of the Third month of Summer, 826/17th August 1952
Coda Village

After the failed invasion through the gate at Alnus hill, the region around the hill has been experiencing an increase in bandit activity, due to a lack of soldiers keeping order in the region.

Case in point, what's happening in Coda village.

Unfortunately, their peaceful village only have a small village guard, which was quickly overwhelmed by the bandit brigands ransacking the village.

And now whoever was left was rounded up on the village square while the bandits discuss their next move.

Meanwhile, outside the village, Soldiers of the Steel Pact are itching for a fight.

They have received reports of what happened, and let's just say Hans almost rush in with a flammenwerfer.

But they keep their fingers from their trigger, all while their special units worked in the background.

Meanwhile, Häyhä was sitting on a branch, trigger at the ready, waiting for the signal so he could blow open some heads.

Törni was sneaking through the camp with his detachment, armed with Suppressed KP/31.

He has received orders to kill the leader and secure the village square so that the main army behind him could move without fear of collateral damage. His brigade followed him through the village, dodging guards so dumb throwing rocks was enough to distract them, and the group slip quietly unnoticed.

They reached a massive tent, guarded by 2 bandits with spears. Törni threw a bottle to distract the guards. While they're distracted, two of his soldiers slit their throat with a knife and drag the body away to some bushes.

The group readied around the tent, guns raised, ready to kill some barbarians.

Törni gave the signal.

"Avotuli!" ("Open Fire!")

The troops open fire on the tent, and the bullets pierced the tent walls and into the bandits inside. After dumping an entire magazine, Törni gave the signal to stop.

They rip the tent walls and entered.

They saw the bandit leaders, alongside his lieutenant and some guards dead on the ground. But one of the soldiers found something.

"Komentaja!" (Commander!) called out one of the soldiers.

Törni walked towards the soldier, who's shaking slightly, alongside a few others nearby.

"Mikä se on kersantti-" (What is it Sergeant-)

"MITÄ VITTUA?" (WHAT THE FUCK?) Shouts another soldier beside the Sergeant.

His soldier's outburst was enough to cause alarm bells to ring inside Törni's head. He walks over and he saw-

"Pyhä jysäys." (Holy Shit.) Comments another soldier behind him.

Törni couldn't agree more, with what he saw.

For in the corner of the tent, was a person, chained inside a cage. (Oh and she's also naked).

Also, she has pointed ears.

"Vakavasti? Onko meillä roomalaisia barbaareja, lohikäärmeitä ja nyt haltioita?" (Seriously? we have Roman barbarians, dragons, and now elves?)

The woman was unconscious, so Törni shoot the locks, and the chains, and give her to one of his soldiers.

"Te kolme, mene takaisin linjaan ja pyydä lääkärinhoitoa. Loput, seuraa minua." (You three, go back in line and get her medical attention. The rest, follow me.)

The Jaegers nodded as they split up in different directions.

Törni and his Jaegers slip through the village, onto the village square where the villagers are being rounded up. Once they arrive, they spotted the guards around the square keeping an eye on the villager.

Seeing a glint in the forest, Törni gave an ok and waited.

As much as he hated it, scopes do have their perks. Mostly for getting yourself exposed and killed by an enemy sniper but this is not a world where you have to worry about getting counter-sniped, and Törni's plan is not actually a bad one considering nobody would mind scope glint.

When Häyhä saw Törni give the signal, he pulled the trigger, and a guard loses his head.

The Jaegers followed suit gunning down the rest of them.

The main army heard the shot, and they marched right in.

One of the Jaegers who could speak Latin told the villagers to move. The villagers, presumably out of fear for the otherworlders quickly comply and they were escorted back into the line.

The Bandits noticed and gave chase. Unfortunately, they ran right into the army's line of fire.

The Tanks opened up with their cannon, then, the soldiers with their rifles open fire, and the bandits were massacred.

Most of the bandits saw what happened, and hide inside the village, in an attempt to fight them at close quarters.

This is the point where the attack gets messy.

High command doesn't want anyone, under any circumstances, to die to these backward barbarians. So fighting house to house was out of the question because even a rifle will have trouble fighting a well-trained soldier inside a building.

That's where flamethrowers came in.

Flame troopers and tanks armed with flamethrowers charged in and pretty much burned down the entire village to the ground. The bandits, thinking they could outsmart the otherworlders hid inside houses, only for the riflemen to shoot through the wall, or worse, the house was burned down.

It wasn't even a fight, the entire village burn down, and the army suffers no casualties.

Albert von Bismarck, outskirts of Coda Village, 7 Hours after the attack.

"Sir."

The aftermath of the attack was, surprisingly clean, relatively speaking. Most houses are made of either wood or stones so the fire did a pretty good job. Of course, the villagers were secured behind the lines beforehand so they didn't see their homes getting burned down.

They still need to advance another 30 km to Itallica, while they could easily do it in a day, they needed to clean up the mess in the village, and treat the injured from the Bandit attacks, so they rest for now.

Well, except Albert, for he was called by Adolf for briefing.

"As you know, Itallica is a short drive away. While we could wait until the villagers are ready, Count Formal is worried that the Bandits attack here might mean Itallica is also under attack, since most of the guards are drafted for the Gate expedition. As such, Itallica is left relatively undefended, and he's worried for his city." Explained Adolf.

"I understand sir, who would I bring?"

"I have assembled your team, while the Count will drive on a car with some individuals he wishes to bring."

"Yes sir, I'll meet my team."

The General dismisses him, and Albert goes back to the army.

He goes back to his Tank, König von Sachsen, and saw three other tanks around it.

A T-34, a Chi-Wo, and a Rhino.

Around it, his crew was outside the Tank, talking to some people. Friedrich was chatting with an Arabic man about their story from North Africa, Hanz was talking with a Japanese about, guns, while a Russian was drinking Vodka besides his T-34.

The Russian noticed him and calls him out.

"You Bismarck?"

"Yes." Albert offers a handshake to the Russian. "Commander Albert von Bismarck, 7th Panzer."

The Russian returns the handshake. "Petrenko, Dmitri Petrenko."

"So, you're the commander of the T-34?"

"Da Comrade. Medved' Severa's (Bear of the North) her name. I've been with the girl since the breakout at Vistula." Dmitri explained.

"Heh, funny that's also where I got my Tiger."

"König von Sachsen isn't it? You from Saxony?"

"Yeah, my Great Grandfather was from Altmarck."

The other commanders seems to notice his arrival, and they approached him.

"Sir!" Salutes the Japanese and Arabic commanders.

Albert returns the Salute. "At Ease, care to tell me who you are?"

The Japanese man answered first. "Masaki Takeo, Commander of Mori Shinobu (Forest Shinobi)."

"And I am Lutfi Ismail bin Malik, Commander of Qurun shibah aljazirat alearabia (Horns of Arabia)."

"Alright, the General gave the order. When the Count is ready, we'll escort him and his group to secure Itallica in case of a Bandit attack. We'll depart in an hour."

"Yes sir!"
