When Push Comes To Shove ch. 21
Trying to write a play and coach my sister's soccer team as the same time while going to school and make sure to spend time with my girlfriend is pretty fucking tough as hell without getting overwhelmed is one hell of a juggling act. Luckily I finally finish editing the scrip for what feels like the millionth time but I'm nothing if not a perfectionist and equally competitive as hell because I wanna prove that I'm better than the other would-be competitors if you can call them that cause I sure as hell don't. It was easy enough to convince (threaten) Sinjin and the AV club to do the filming and make the props that I need and Cat is more than happy to the costumes for me as I hold auditions for the main cast in the Black Box theater. Some people might think that I have too high of a standard that's damn near impossible to ask for from the actors trying out especially since they're still high school but I have a vision and I'm going to see it accomplish so if you can't meet that standard then that you shouldn't have auditioned in the first place. I don't have time to time babysit a bunch of whiners, hold someone's hand or stroke someone's ego but I found some people decent enough for the smaller roles but no one for the killer or the last girl that make it to the end only to die in the end.
I was about give up finding the person that I'm tempted to play the killer myself only to see the last audition for the day to be Aisha and I'm confused as hell as to why to she's trying for this part. I'm hoping that she knows that I'm giving her the part because we sometime hang out or that she's my girlfriend's next door neighbor as I have an image to maintain and I expect something amazing if the dancer wants this part. I'm completely blown away as the music production students goes from sweet and innocent to methodical, psychotic and dark and it's most like she knew exactly how I want this character to be portrayed. This wasn't what I was expecting for one thing but hot damn, I'm pleasantly surprised to say the least as Aisha was able to easily able to go in and out of character like a flick of a switch and when I asked her when she learn to act like that. She told me that her and her mother watch a lot of slasher movies with psychotic killers so she uses them as preferences and she likes gory movies as this girl continues to impress me more and more. As the week goes on, I audition more people and they run out of the room in cry as I rip into them about their horrible acting that Lane had at some point that called me into his office, 'scolding' about my more than necessary harsh critiques.
I honestly couldn't be bothered with other people's feelings because a real director wouldn't hold back when they're looking for actors and I don't have time for a bunch of high maintenance divas as soon as I need to find someone to fill the role of the last girl standing. Once again I'm surprised to find out Vega wanting to try out but then I really shouldn't since most plays here at Hollywood Arts she has tried out then somehow managed to get the role. I didn't think that the pop star would try out for a horror film sine every time we watched a horror film in the past, she has her face buried in my boobs cowering in fear until it was over which I don't mind in the slightest. The songstress has an extensive amount of role under belt and I have to admit that she come a long way since she started here but I don't think that she's right for the role which I told her as such. Vega took the better than I expected her to even though I could tell that she was a bit disappointed that she didn't get role but respected my decision when I chose Mandy Campbell and now that all of the role have been cast, I was on people to learn their lines and blocking before we start actually filming.
Things with the little nerds' soccer team have been going pretty good with the pop star teaching them new drills and tricks which are translating well into their games even though lately I've been showing up a little late because I'm making my actors rehearse on the weekend too. I'm not too worried about Aisha and Mandy since they have been spending most of their free time going over their lines and blocking while occasionally asking for I was looking in a particular scene that they were stuck on. Right now I'm laying on my bed, trying to rework a scene because it wasn't working out like I wanted it to when someone knocks on my bedroom to see that Haru letting me know that the songstress was here to see me. She drops her bag down by the door wordlessly, strutting towards me as she kicks off her boots then unexpectedly gets on the bed, straddling my hips and before I could ask what was going on; I feel hands expertly kneading the knots and kinks that taken residence in my shoulders. I moan embarrassing loudly that I was a little worried that someone might that take it the wrong way and decide to down to check on us but I don't want this to stop because it feel fucking amazing.
I know that I've been neglecting Vega a little bit because of trying to make my film as good as it could be but she never once complain or demand that I spend more time with her which I do feel bad about. I'm grateful to the pop star for picking up the slack with the team the last couple of weeks and reminding me to eat while I direct because when I want to get done, I become super laser focus that everything else tends to fall by the wayside. It's not that I do it on purpose but it's just how I am and there are times that I am a slightly bitchier than normal which the pop star calls me out on my bullshit, telling me to get my shit together… well in those exact words but sentiment is there. It doesn't surprise that she can go from being loving and supportive to being a badass that gives me that kick in the ass when I need it which makes me feel loved and cared for. I know that Beck cared when we were 'dating' but it's different with songstress because I know that it's real and she understands me better most people who look past the surface layer. Her soft hands find their way underneath my shirt without me realizing it, working from my lower back only to stop to remove my laptop onto my nightstand before getting back to work, turning me into putty under her skillful fingers.

"It's no problem but try not to stress so much about film. You're gonna be amazing and the judges are going to see what I see on a daily basis" Tori said smiling. "I got the munchkins until you're done filming then you're taking over coaching for a while"
"Ugh fine" I said rolling my eyes. "We sound like parents"
"Well we are responsible for them during practices and games so in a way, we're the proud parents to ten kids" Tori giggles. "Mostly to Haru, Ashley, Chase. Those three are definitely your favorites"
"Shut up, Vega and don't act like they're not your favorites" I snort.
"They are but at least I can admit it"
"So… parents eh? Wanna tell me when you wanted kids with me?" I asked raising an eyebrow. "We're so doing this outta order"
"Maybe a little but we've always had our way of doing things" Tori said propping herself on one elbow. "It's a little unconventional but that's us and it works. If we get to the point of kids, I wouldn't mind but you'll have to put a ring on it first"
"How many are we talking here?" I asked curious.
"Two or three maybe. I know that can come of as selfish, crazy and annoying as times but she's always been a great big sister and I don't know what I do without her so I want my kids to experience of always being there"
"And you wanted kids… with me?"
"I definitely want kids, Jade and I know that we have only been dating for a couple of months. I don't want to scare you off but I do see a future with you and I hope… that you see a future with me" Tori said softly.
"You haven't scared me off. Hell if finding out about my cock or my attitude hasn't scared you by now then I don't know what will" I laugh but turning serious. "Before you, I never that I would someone that would want to be with me that wasn't trying to satisfy their curiosity or some bullshit. I… I didn't think that I was worthy of being loved"

"I like it when you take care of me but if you tell anyone, I swear that I cut you with my scissor" I said glaring at her.
"Right whatever you say, baby" Tori said rolling her eyes unconvinced.
"Remember after filming is done, I'm taking you out on a date"
"When is this?"
"About a week or two, why?"
"We might have to postpone that date a little longer since the team made it to the finals"
"Ughhhhhhhhhh little cockblockers" I groan loudly.
"Don't be like that, if they win this game then they'll be the best" Tori said giggling.
"Fine but once it's over then we're gonna have our date because I need to get reacquainted with this sexy body of yours" I said nipping at Tori's collarbone.
