"AAAAaaaaaaaaagggHHHHHHHHH!" the entire gang screamed at the face of the snarling Chimera.

"Like, let's get out of here!" Shaggy shouted as he and the entire gang raced out of the lab and back out into the tunnels.

Things were quite for a moment. Then Tom, Jerry, Scooby, Shaggy, and the rest of the gang peaked back inside in confusion.

"Like, why isn't he chasing us?" Shaggy asked scratching his head.

Fred shined his light back onto the Chimera, sitting as still as stone. Slowly the whole gang approached the beast to investigate.

"Hmmmmm," said Velma knocking on top of the Chimera's head.

"Like, careful.." Shaggy said waving his hands in front of him, "You'll wake him.."

"I don't think so," Velma said with a smile. She knocked of the creatures head again, "Solid as stone!"

"Of course he's stone," Daphne chimed in. "He's a stature isn't he?"

"Hey gang," said Fred shining his flashlight into another corner of the hidden room. "Take a look at this!"

The light shown on the three growling faces of the Cerberus, frozen in place.

"Like, this is weird," said Shaggy confused, "These guys were chasing us all over the place the last time we saw them.. But like, now they're as still as stone.."

"Reah, Rone!" Scooby nodded in agreement.

Tom examined the faces of the Cerberus, and waved his paw in front of it to see if it would respond. When it didn't he smiled happily. He proceeded to make funny faces in front of the Cerbeus, sticking out it's tongue at it.

All of a sudden a large roar came from one of the Cerberus's heads. Tome leapt up into the air in pure terror, and landed into Scooby's arms. The two of them looked over to see Jerry popping up from behind one of the Cerberus's heads, laughing himself silly.

Both Tom and Scooby growled at Jerry, and began to chase him around the room. While the three animals continued in this manner, the rest of the gangs discussed their findings.

"Take a look at this," said Velma pointing at the feet of the Chimera. There were large scape marks on the floor, leading to the beasts paws.

"It looks as if these statues were dragged down here," said Velma, "Possibly a while ago."

"Didn't Melanie say that Mr. Lakewood bought these statues in Greece," Daphne chimed in.

"If these are the statues he bought," Fred stated scratching his chin, "And they've been down here this entire time.. Then what's been chasing us around the Manor this whole time?"

Jerry continued to run with a smile on his face. All of a sudden Tom leapt atop of Jerry in a puff of smoke. As it began to clear, Jerry found himself in Tom's claws, a wicked smile on the cat's face.

All of a sunned, Jerry noticed something behind Tom. Both he Scooby began to point behind the tom cat, both shaking in Terror. Confused, Tom finally turned to see what all the confusion was about.

Floating directly behind Tom was the menacing blue figure of the Warlock's Ghost.

"HOW DARE YOU ENTER MY SECRET CHAMBERS!" The Warlock screamed, "NOW YOU SHALL PAY WITH YOUR LIVES!"

The three animals leapt up into the air in mortal terror. Finally they ran towards the rest of the gang.

"Raaaaagggy!" Scooby Doo cried out as the Warlock chased them.

"Like, it's the Warlock's Ghost again!" Shaggy shouted in terror.

"Where shouted Fred," shining the light in the Warlock's direction.

As the flashlight landed on the Warlock, he suddenly backed away hissing in terror.

"Hisssssssssssssssss," the warlock cried out, seemingly in pain.

"Freddy, it's afraid of your light!" Daphne cried out with joy.

"Well then, let's shine some light on this ghost," Fred said confidently.

Fred shined his light in the direction of the Warlock, causing it to back away in fear. The rest of the gang followed closely behind Freddy as his backed the specter into a far corner of the room.

Just when looked like they the Warlock's Ghost trapped, Fred's flashlight began to flicker.

"Oops," Fred said sheepishly as the light went out, "Out of batteries.."

The Warlock growled viscously at the Gang, balls of Fire appearing in both of his hands.

Everyone ducked for cover as the balls of flame flew about the room in every possible direction.

"How do we get out of this one Freddy?" Dapne shouted covering her hair on the floor.

"Sorry Daph, but I'm pretty much out of ideas," said Fred across from her.

Shaggy sat cowering behind a stature, with Jerry in his arms. All of a sudden, Jerry noticed something and pointed Shaggy's head towards it.

"Like, hey Gang! Look what Jerry found!" Shaggy pointed toward a small air vent in a corned of the room.

"How is there an air vent in these ancient tunnels!?" Velma asked dumbfounded.

"Like, who cares!" Shaggy shouted, "Let's get out of here!"

Shaggy grabbed the grates of the vent and pulled them away. He and Jerry quickly crawled into to the vents, followed by Scooby, Tom, Velma, Dapne, and Fred.

"YOU CAN'T ESCAPE ME!" the gang heard the ghost shout as they crawled away, "I'LL GET YOU! I"LL GET YOOOOOUUUUUU!"

The Gang continued to crawl down the air vent for what seemed like hours. They had gone up, down, and all around the tight maze of steel.

"Like, anyone even have any idea where we're going?" Shaggy asked exhausted.

"Don't look at us Shag," Fred stated at the back, "We've been following you."

Scooby and Tom both gasped for breath in exasperation. As Velma watched them do so a thought suddenly occurred to her.

"Jerry, I need you over here," Velma stated.

The listen mouse smiled happily from Shaggy's shoulder. He quickly scurried over to Velma with the slightest of ease.

Velma picked the tiny mouse up and spoke to him, "I need you scout ahead and find us a way out.. Can you do that?"

Jerry gave Velma a proud salute. He quickly leapt out of her hand, and scurried ahead to the vents in front of him. The small mouse was gone for a few minutes, they he peeked out from behind a corner, and waved Shaggy forward.

"Like, this way guys," Shaggy stated.

The gang shuffled forward for a few minutes, and then came to a grate leading into a dark room. One by one, the gang lowed themselves into the room, assessing their surroundings. All sorts of blinking lights and flashing screens shone out from the darkness.

"Jeepers, where are we?" said Velma.

Suddenly the lights in the room turned on.

"Say now, what are you kids doin' in here?" Mr. Sanderson said entering the room.

"Mr. Sanderson? What are you doing in here?" Daphne asked confused.

"What am I doin' in here?" Mr. Sanderson said with a smile, "Why, this is my workspace!"

The gang looked around to see that they were in a large security room. Numerous television screens lined the wall show different parts of the Manor. A large control panel with to many buttons to count, sat at the base of whole thing.

"May I present to you.. the Lock-M-Up-N-Put-M-Away 6000!" Mr. Sanderson stated proudly.

"This is Manor's security system," Freddy said in amazement.

"Mr. Lakewood spared no expense!" Sanderson continued.

Velma looked at one of the screens in confusion. It showed an image of the laboratory that the gang had just escaped from.

"Why are there security cameras in the tunnels," Velma asked curiously.

"Don't look at me," said Sanderson, "I didn't build the thing. All that information is right here in this book."

Mr. Sanderson handed Velma a large blue owners manual. As she flipped through the numerous pages of instructions, something suddenly caught her eye.

"Jinkies!" said Velma, "I know who's behind this!"
