The camera opens up on a crow flying through the air. It lands on a tree branch, filled with brightly colored, Autumn leaves. It pecks nonchalantly at the wood, before spreading its wings to fly again.

We see that it is flying over a lake, where two, large rafts are floating in the middle. The crow lands on one of the rafts, and stalks over to a large figure laying on the raft.

The camera pans out to reveal it's Donkey Kong, dozing peacefully. The camera further pans out to show that all the Smash campers are lying on the two rafts. Team Red is on the raft colored red, and the Blue Team is on the raft colored... well, you get the picture.

The crow continues stalking over to DK, then pecks nonchalantly on the giant ape's forehead. DK, as if to silence an alarm clock, smashes the crow with the palm of his hand. As DK gets up, the battered crow flies off into the sky.

DK gets up on all fours, smacks his lips, then notices where he and his team are. He hoots loudly, eventually getting Kirby up.

"Hey, could you keep it down?", said Kirby. "I was having a wonderful dream about cake." Kirby goes back to sleep, only to open up one eye towards the lake.

Pretty soon, all the smashers have woken up. Most of them are rubbing their eyes, and looking out over the lake.

"So, I guess this is this week's challenge?", said Fox.

"Right you are, Fox!", said a voice from above. The whirring denotes the arrival of Chris' helicopter, where Chris, Chef, and Sam are seated. "Welcome to this week's challenge: fishing!"

"Fishing? Seriously?", said Mario. "Isn't that supposed to be really boring?"

"Speak for yourself!", said Ness. "I love fishing!"

"Today's goal will be to collect fifteen fish from the lake.", continued Chris. "We've also stocked the lake with one, golden colored fish. Catch that sucker, and you automatically win the challenge."

The helicopter begins to leave, causing Link to yell up, "Wait, how are we supposed to catch the fish!"

"Uh, with your hands, duh.", said Chris. The campers begin to grumble and complain, followed by Chris laughing. "Just kidding. Like last time, the winning team from last challenge will receive a reward."

Sam opens the door to the helicopter, and flings a crate down to the Blue Team. The crate causes a shadow to appear above Pikachu, before Mario drags the lightning Pokemon out of the way. "Sorry, Pikachu!", said Sam, only for Pikachu to yell, "Pika! Pika!", angrily up at him.

Ness opens the crate, and sees that there are fishing poles inside. "Wow, these are the most state of the art fishing poles on the market today!", said Ness, in a disbelieving tone.

"And what about us?", said Link.

"The losers will have to fish like the olden times.", said Chris, as Sam dropped another crate onto the Red Team. They open it to reveal hand-crafted spears.

"Aw, what?", said Fox, examining the rather crummy spears.

"Oh, and also be careful...", began Chris, only for Fox to jab his spear into the lake and get electrocuted. It is revealed that he has stabbed some kind of electric eel.

"There's some electric eels in the water as well.", said Chris, chuckling to himself.

The camera then cuts to later in the day, as the sun beats down on the ten campers on the lake. The Blue Team is fishing with their poles, while the Red Team is poised with their spears above the water. Each of the teams have about five fish each.

"This is the most boring thing I've ever done.", said Falcon, looking like he's getting dumber by the second.

"Well, I think it's relaxing.", said Ness, waving his legs in the water.

Meanwhile, on the Red Raft, Fox once again stabs into the water... only to be electrocuted again.

"Stupid eels...", mutters Fox, throwing the eel back into the water.

Fox suddenly sees Link looking over his shoulder to the other team. "What are you looking at?", said Fox, irritably.

"Trying to make sure the other team isn't watching.", said Link. "All right, they're not. Everyone gather round."

Fox, Samus, and Yoshi all gather around Link, who grabs a pack from his belt. He opens it to reveal three bombs.

"I stowed these away in case I needed them in challenges.", said Link, to his marveling teammates.

Link lights one of the bombs, and throws it as hard as he can into the lake. A pause, then the water beside the raft explodes. Another pause, then rain pours down from the sky, followed by five fish flopping on the Red Teams raft.

The Red Team all cheer. "That's ten fish!", said Link. "We'll be in the winners' circle in no time."

"Hey, you can't do that!", said Mario, from the other raft. "That's cheating!"

Fox scoffs as well. "Yeah, right, we'll anyone can do that if they had a bomb.", he said to Link, who glares at the Fox.

(Link): I don't know what Fox's deal is. He seems obsessed with forming a rivalry with me. Maybe because Wolf isn't here; I don't know.

Fox turns around, but, in doing so, he accidentally beans Yoshi in the back of the head with the butt of his spear.

"Oh, crap.", said Fox, as Yoshi falls to the ground, unconscious.

"Yoshi... Yoshi..."

Yoshi opens his eyes, and sits up. His pupils have been replaced with swirls, and he is swaying from side to side.

"Is Yoshi all right?", yelled Mario, from the other raft.

"I think so.", said Link, uncertainly.

Yoshi looks around, clearly confused, and spots the bombs. In his mind, he sees them as giant, pink fruit. He smacks his lips, and yells, "Yoshi!"

His tongue leaps out before anyone can stop him, and gobbles up the two bombs.

"No!", said Link.

"You stupid dinosaur!", said Fox. "That was our only chance at winning!"

"Hey, don't call Yoshi stupid!", yelled at Mario, as Falcon called out in alarm. Everyone turns to the Falcon, who is gripping the torso of the golden fish.

Team Blue starts cheering at their sudden win, as the Red's hang their head in defeat.

Chris arrives back with the helicopter, and announces, "And the Blue Team wins... again. Team Red, I'll see you at the elimination ceremony tonight!"

"Wow!", said Falcon, examining his catch. "Maybe fishing isn't so boring after all."

"Wait a minute." Kirby walks up to the fish, and touches it. Gold paint comes off the fish, revealing brown scales underneath. "You painted this fish gold! Isn't that dangerous!"

Chef, whistling nonchalantly, kicks a paint bucket and brush off the copter.

The camera cuts to late at night, where the four members of Team Red are seated in the campfire pit. Chris walks up with a plate of marshmallows.

"Wow, you Red's are in due need of a win. I haven't seen this big a losing streak since the Killer Grips!"

"Just get on with it.", said Link.

"Fine, OK.", said Chris. "Link and Samus, you are both safe."

The duo catches their treats with ease. "And the final marshmallow goes to..."

"... No one!", said Chris, as the team gasps. "For now. You see, there has been a tie in the votes. Fox and Yoshi both received two votes against them, so now we go into a tiebreaker."

The camera cuts to into the woods, where Fox, Yoshi, and the rest of the team are standing in front of a large creek. Chris is nearby, holding a lantern. "Your tiebreaker challenge involves catching a fish with your bare hands in this creek. Oh, and also..." He blows out the flame of his lantern. "You'll have to do it in the dark."

The only thing that can be seen is the pupils of each players' eyes, but this doesn't deter Yoshi or Fox. They begin to stuff their hands down into the creek, desperately trying to grab a fish. Two minutes pass, then five, then ten, before...

"Got one!", said Fox, holding a fish aloft. Chris reignites his lantern, and says, "Fox is the winner!"

Link huffs, and kicks his heels.

The camera cuts to Yoshi boarding the crummy school bus, as Mario watches from afar.

(Mario): Well, I'm the last Super Mario character at this camp, unless you count Donkey Kong. I was hoping for more allies then this, but now I feel so alone...
