Chapter 21

After a few minutes of laying on top of each other, Blue got off of her and laid down next to her with her rolling over to lay on her stomach and her head on his chest. He kissed her forehead good night then he was out leaving her awake by herself.

Saachi sat up with the moonlight shining down onto her skin as she looked over to the Raging Sea as she was lost in her thoughts. 'I need to tell him that I'm a Shifter but how would I tell him so he would not be scared of me. I know Night is afraid of me now or worse, hates me since it was monsters that killed her family, her whole kingdom.' She let out a sigh and she laid back down to fall asleep onto Blue's chest as she was listening to his heartbeat.

As the sun comes up with its sun rays shining down on them as they lay close. Saachi stretched her arms over her head after she sat up straight. She had the hide covering her breast looking over the Raging Seas. After getting a long look she turned her head at the sleeping Blue and as he was passed out with the hide covering his waist. She lay her body onto his as she kissed him walking him up. He brushed some of her hair out of her face kissing her back. "Good morning, beautiful."

She smiled at him running her fingers through his hair then kissed. "Good morning." She kissed him again as she pulled herself up off of his chest. She started to put on her clothing then her armour was next. As she put her last belt on she looked up to see Blue was putting his clothing and armour on. As he finishes dressing himself up he turns around to pick up the furs that they use for a bed. He walked up next to Saachi and walked to the rest of the caravan and the town, before they split to go their ways they kissed. Letting their lips unlock they went on their own ways with Blue going to drop off the fur in the Caravan as Saachi walked off to the Guildmarm.

"Good morning Doodle, what is wrong?" The Guildmarm asked as she stepped down from the stool that she was using to pin up a new quest on the Quest board.

Saachi let out a quiet sigh to herself. "Just got things on my mind, that is all," Saachi says. She is hoping that the rest of the caravan haven't yet known that Night had left the caravan during the cover of night. She took a quest to hold back a large price of a special crystal back from the local hunting ground but her main focus was to look for Night who she was still hoping she was still in the hunting ground. After spending over half the time of her quest looking for night with no luck, even with her strong senses like hers and she could still not find her. Defeated, she completed her quest and headed back to Harth.

Day after day turn to near the end of the week with Night still gone from the Caravan. Saachi was walking past the open-air kitchen after doing an early morning quest when she could hear The Caravaneer and The Guildmarm talking to each other. "I haven't seen Night all week, sir." The Guildmarm told him before she put some food into her mouth to chew.

"She had packed her stuff that she had when she joined the Caravan. If she wanted to leave the caravan she just had to tell me." He pinched the bridge of his nose then to rack his fingers into his white hair then continue. "Now I have to send a request into the Guild to have her register as a deserter."

As Saachi heard what the Caravaneer said she could feel her heart just stop rate in its tracks. 'A Deserter because of me, I really have to find her'. She thought to herself, the Caravaneer looked over to Saachi as she froze in place.

"Saachi? Can you come here and have a seat?" She turned around and took the open stool next to him and sat quietly until the Caravaneer asked her. "What do you know about Night leaving the Caravan?" Saachi knows she needs to tell him that it was because of her but with him or no one not knowing that she is a shifter she could not.

She signed herself then told him. "She left when we were waiting for the Nerscylla to come out at night time since we had not seen it during our day search." She told him. "But I think Night did not want to run away from the caravan, sir." She had to think of a reason or something other than tell him the truth about her as she saw she got the caravaneer introduced when she said that. "I don't know why but something is telling me. Sir, please give me the day to find her and bring her back before you send a request to the Guild."

The Guildmarm grabbed onto the Caravanners arm. "Sir, Night's back." Saachi and the Caravaneer both look over to see Night waking in from the Main Gate. All three got up from their stools but it was the Caravaneer that walked up and took Night to the side to talk to her. The Guildmarm saw how worried Saachi was and she walked next to her putting her hand onto her shoulder. "Don't worry, he really understands and to be honest Night reminds him of his deceased daughter, Cassia." Saachi forgot the fact that he had a daughter.

It had been a long time since Saachi last saw her. "What happened to Cassia?" Saachi asked to see the Guildmarm look down to her feet. "Was it a monster?" She asked with The Guildmarm still not making eye contact until she finally looked up to meet Saachis' eyes and shook her head.

"No." She said as she looked away again. "It was years after when you and the foster parents left the Caravan to live in Dandorma. We still don't know what happened to make the other hunter kill her." Saachi felt her stomach just drop to hear that it was another hunter and not a monster that killed her. As the Guildmarm countuned Saachi listened to her. "We found out when another hunting party found her corpse in the woods outside one of the Hunting Grounds next to Dandorma."

Saachi just wanted to find that hunter and do the same as they did to Cassia. "Do you know if they have been caught yet?" The Guildmarm shook her head. Saachi could feel her blood bold. "Can you pick them out from a crowd of people, if you see them?" She thought about it and nodded her head in reply. "Please, let me know if you see them ok."

The Guildmarm nodded "I will Doodle. I better get back to do more quest requests from the locals this morning, I will see you later." Saachi nodded her head as the Guildmarm, and sighed to herself.

Night walked up to Saachi as she had her back facing Night. She nervously says "Saachi..." Saachi turned around and she was face to face with Night and before Saachi could put a word in, Night continued to say, "I- thank you for telling me that you're the last shifter. It must've been hard to keep it to yourself with no one to talk to about it, and I'm...happy that you trust me enough to share it with me. Should you need any help with anything, my bow will be in your service, my body as your shield if needed. I know you can look after yourself but I swear to you I will protect you!"

Saachi looked at Night just did not know what to say for words but the nervous tone in Night's voice she could tell the fear or whatever was there was that she was going to behave like the monsters that they hunt. "Thank you Night." She said in a soft and kind tone with a smile on her face, even her eyes seemed to be smiling as well to Night. "But all I would like is to be your friend and hunting partner." She said holding her hand out shaking their hands.

As the days turned into weeks and the weeks turned to months with everyone helping out to build the Caravan's new sturdy ship that was shaped like a whale, it was finally done. "Aww what a beauty she is." The town chief said to himself then called over the caravaneer and the caravan over to their new ship. "Now she just needs a name before she sets sail." The chief says as he stands next to the Caravaneer with his forging hammer swing over his shoulder. As the ship was hosted up and crossed to the water and was lowered into the Raging Sea which was flowing into the Docks of Harth. Night and Saachi both jumped over to the deck of the ship to tie down the new ship to the dock and to get the ramp over so they could load up the wagons and the Caravan's Popo with Blues help. The caravaneer whistled, getting everyone's attention to meet up. Everyone walked together and they saw the blond-haired girl running up to the caravaneer with the bag swinging over her shoulder. They could hear the town chief calling over to the young girl, "Little Miss, what are you doing?"

"Come on chief, I am ten now. I want to travel and learn to become a great blacksmith. Please let me go with them." She pleaded as she really wanted to travel with them. As she looked at the man who raised her since she was a baby to see tears building up in his eyes even it was hard to see them with the goggles on. She walked up to him and gave him a big hug then said "Dad you show me all I know when my parents died but for me to grow now I need to travel and find out what I am made of. This caravan will give me the best shot at it."

The chief was sad that he had to let his little girl go but with the Caravaneer reassuring him that she will be ok with them. The caravaneer turns to the rest of the caravan, he says. "Well I got two new amounment to share. First off let's welcome our new member Little Miss Forge to the Caravan." He had one of his hands held out to the blonde hair girl. "Second, I have got the perfect name for the ship, Arluq. It means whale in a forgotten language." The group liked the name since the ship was shaped as a large whale with a small looking fish on the side runner that had the extra deck resting on both sides of the ship.

As the caravan packs the last of their supplies on the The Arluq and sets sail into the Raging Sea which did not seem to live to its name. As the day passes on as they sail on the open water to the next location with only the Caravaneer knowing where they were going. Saachi was helping out on the deck since the caravan was unpack already, will Blue was changing watch shift with Night freeing her up to walk to her cabin. As night time fell on the ship Saachi had finished up with the last thing she had to do on the Arluq and walked up to Blue as he was scanning the dark sky. "This night can not beat the beauty that you have, my gorgeous love." As he said to her not taking his eyes off the horizon but he did see in the corner of his eye her blush a bright shade of red.

She blushed, pulling herself up using her arms to kiss him on the cheek. "Think I am going to head off to bed since I have the morning watch." As she was about to turn and walk with Sandstorm by her heels. She felt her body get poled into Blues and he kissed her on the lips.

As they held the kiss for a will before Blue broke the kiss off. "You have a good sleep, maybe when I come to wake you up with some morning fun." He kisses her on the lips again as she gives a soft giggle as she smiles at him. She stood on her tippy toes giving him a kiss back.

After kissing him she whispered to him, "I will see you in bed in the morning." She turns around just to get her ass spanked by Blue. She jumped a little soft yip hoping that he did not just hear her, which he did.

He watched her walk into the hunters sleeping chambers before he looked back at the plane view of the sea. An hour or two passed and it started to get darker due to a large storm that was making the waves in the Raging Sea roar to life. As they sailed straight into the storm since it was so large and it came in out of nowhere. The ship was being tossed back and forward for every few mins from the waves. As Blue looked around thinking he saw something in the black clouds. Then he saw it, a large very dark dragon that was flying in between the maelstroms that would vanish and reappear. It must have got a glance at the ship since it was heading straight for it. "MONSTER INCOMING!!" He yelled as loud as he could but with the clash of the thunder and lightning it was hard to hear him. After the loud thunder was finished he yelled again, "MONSTER INCOMING!!!"
