Heart's little sister is finally tying the knot and she could be happier. Of course, Lizzy has her own twists to her own ceremony. She is a weird one after all.

Ch 9: Wolf Ceremony
(Heart's POV)
"Lizzy, I think you look great. It's ok to be so nervous." I said to calm my sister as she paced back in forth inside her dressing room. "How do you think I felt on my wedding day?"
Today was Lizzy's wedding.
Finally.
After so many years, my sister finally decided to tie the knot with Kota. I couldn't be happier for my little sister. She stood in a black wedding dress with her leather jacket on. I was her maid of honor; Elena was her flower girl and then two of her other gang member girls were the bridesmaids. We all wore dark grey dresses that exposed our one shoulder and went to our ankles.
To say that Lizzy's wedding was normal was an understatement. Her whole gang was here as well as some of the people from the hotel. She didn't want a big wedding; I knew she wouldn't. That was honestly fine. The whole thing was small but still nice. They had it in the woods by their house and their theme was just black and leather.
I didn't wear a leather jacket, but Lizzy got me a new leather choker that I had on. The other two girls had their jackets wrapped around their waist. Elena wanted to wear a bow in her hair, and I was ok with that. Lizzy got a bow made from an old leather jacket just for Elena and the girl was happy with it.
"I know, I know. It's just that, what if something goes wrong? What if I fuck something up?" The wolf demon said frantically as she continued to pace.
I went up to her and put hands on her shoulders, stopping her from pacing. "Lizzy, it's all going to be fine. Your gang is here, Alastor is here, and Lilith will be here. Everything is going to go smoothly." I reassured her.
The wolf's ears went back, and she gave a sigh. "I guess you're right. It will be fine. Will be smooth." She tried to reassure herself as well.
"There you go." I rubbed her arms. "Besides, as soon as you see Kota on that altar, nothing else matters. You'll be focused on him."
Lizzy soon smiled. "I believe you. Thanks sis." She said and she gave me a soft hug.
Elena then ran up and gave Lizzy a hug. "Aunt Lizzy, it will be ok. We'll be here."
The wolf demon smiled. "Thanks little one, you're too sweet."
Elena looked up at her aunt and just smiled as she wagged her tail. Lizzy smiled and patted the girl on the head. The girls were all calm as well now that the bride was calm. Soon enough it would be time to walk the aisle.
There was then a knock on the door and we all stopped to look at each other. Only Lizzy seemed to know as she gave me a look. An apologetic one.
"I'm sorry Heart." Lizzy whispered.
"For what?" I asked will a tilted head.
Lizzy just looked at me again with the look and turned to the door. "Let her in."
The one girl nodded and opened the door. When the door opened it showed a dragon demon. Not any dragon demon, but Dorothy. My mother. Why was she here?
I let out a small, annoyed growl low in my throat. I didn't know why she was here, but I didn't want her near me nor near Elena. The girl looked at the woman in the doorway and she whined and hid behind my leg. I put a hand on her head and pet her to keep her calm.
The dragon walked in, and Lizzy got up and hugged the woman. I was honestly surprised; Lizzy never really had the best relationship with my mother since she came from another woman. Something must have happened when I wasn't aware.
"Elizabeth, you look beautiful. Look just like your father, white fur and all." She chuckled. She then turned to me. "Ashlyn, it's nice to see you again. I see you've grown out your hair more. Lovely as well to see little Elena." She looked down at the young girl. "My goodness she got big."
Elena hid behind me more, the girl being shy from the woman. I didn't say anything as the woman still used my dead name even though I've told her to stop. I had given up at that point though.
Lizzy looked at me and again gave me that apologetic look. "I know what you're thinking but...I invited her. I didn't want you to know. She is walking me down since dad isn't around anymore."
"As long as she stays away from me and Elena then I'm fine." I answer with a growl.
Lizzy sighed and just went up to me and patted my arms in apology. We then got the rest of our makeup done. Luckily Alastor came over to check on us. At the knock on the door, I answered it since I was closest sitting there with Elena.
When I opened the door, Elena cheered as Alastor stood there on the other side. "Daddy!"
The deer demon chuckled and took the girl from my arms. "Hello my light." He says and then kisses her head.
I went out the door, closing it behind me and gave a sigh before wrapping my arms around him as well. Alastor was surprised about this and used his arm to wrap around me.
"I don't want to be there?" I whispered.
"What's wrong, my love?" Alastor asked.
"Grandma." Elena answered.
Alastor looked to the girl and then back to me. "Your mothers here?" He asked.
I nodded. "Yes." I whispered. "Lizzy invited her."
Alastor's eyes glowed a moment. "Why?"
"She's walking her down the aisle." I told him.
Alastor sighed. "I see. Well...seems we have to deal with her just for today."
"Just for today." I say.
Alastor kissed my forehead. "I'll be here, dear. It will be ok."
I hugged him tightly and tried not to cry and ruin my makeup. I exhaled loudly. "We are all ready by the way if the guys are ready." I let him know.
Alastor nodded. "Ok, that's what I was here to ask. I'll go tell the boys. We'll probably be getting together soon."
I nodded. I reached for Elena, but she wanted to hold onto her dad. "Take her with you. It won't hurt her to go with you."
Alastor nodded. "I don't mind." He says before kissing me. "I'll see you in a bit." He said before walking off.
I waved by to Elena as she waved back to me. I headed back into the room. "Alastor came to tell me that the boys are ready, so we'll probably be heading out soon." I informed them.
Lizzy clapped with excitement. "Alrighty girls. Let's do the final touches." She says excited.
One of the gang girls asked where Elena was but I told them she went with her father for now and they seemed ok with that answer. I just sat back down by the door and waited for everyone to do some final touches. I sat there with a slight glare on my face, but I tried to make it seem unnoticed, but that didn't really work well for me.
Soon enough we were ready to head out. We all piled out of the room and into the hall. The ceremony was right outside the front doors, so we had to line up in the living room. The boys came down as well. The ring bearer was one of Lizzy's friends who was on the small side. I asked her if she wanted Rufio but she didn't want the hellhound in the wedding this time around.
Elena was with Alastor as they walked down and he put her down as they got to the bottom of the steps. I gave her the basket with her flowers in it and put her flower crown on her head.
"Pretty flowers!" Elena cheered.
I chuckled. "They are pretty, yes. Keep them in the basket until we're ready."
Elena nodded.
Alastor kissed my forehead before getting everyone in a line to be ready. We lined up and left Elena behind in front of Lizzy and my mother. At least she was behind us still since I was maid of honor and Alastor was the best man. I tried not to look back at them, the deer demon held my arm tightly.
Soon they opened the doors and we walked forward a bit until we stood outside the doors. The ceremony took place just in front of the house. Chairs lined either side and were filled with Lizzy's gang members, workers of the Happy Hotel and a few of some other friends of Lizzy's and Kota's. Was happy to see how many showed up. It was a small ceremony, so it was to be expected. Queen Lilith stood in front of everyone, and I spotted the big broad shoulders of Kota as he stood there in a tie with his leather jacket on and nice pants.
I knew my sister's wedding wouldn't be normal. I was just glad she was happy. I was surprised she even wanted to wear a dress; I remember going to help her look for one. Was definitely an interesting day. We went back to Alice's Daredevil Dresses again, that was probably where Lizzy asked my mother to be in the wedding since I had wanted outside after everything was done.
Soon the music started and I saw the first two walk forward. Then the other two. Soon me and Alastor walked out. I looked forward as best I could, but I stayed close to Alastor. I didn't want to be far away from him with my mother around.
I sighed mentally; I didn't know what to do about my mother. I don't want to stay mad at her, but at the same time I still had the burning hatred from my past that haunted me. At the same time, I knew I shouldn't hang onto that hatred. It's in the past now. Even so, I'm sure she was just as mad with me for killing her. She never seemed to show it though. I couldn't understand. Maybe I never would.
Soon we got to the end, I saw Kota fully now and I could see the wide smile on his face and his tail was wagging behind him. I'm sure he was just as nervous for this, but he waited so long to marry my sister, so I was happy for him.
Alastor and I split apart, and I watched as Elena went down the aisle throwing flowers to the ground. A little improvement since Charlie's wedding, it made me smile. Soon she got to the end and came over to stand by me. I placed a hand on her shoulder and patted her as a job well done.
Soon that music ended and the new one started. Everyone stood up and faced the back of the area towards the house. I watched as Lizzy and Dorothy soon walked out of the house and down the aisle towards us. I heard Kota sniffle beside me, and I looked over to see him trying to hold back tears. I smiled at him; I knew he was waiting for this day.
Soon the dragon demon handed Lizzy off to Kota and she went to sit down. She looked at me as she passed and I wanted to have an angry look on my face, but I ended up looking away with my ears down.
Lilith started the ceremony. Honestly, it was beautiful in the woods like this. The red rays of the sky coming down through the trees. Was honestly very pretty. With the queen's magnificent voice as well, it was very calming. Relaxing. I was sure the reception was not going to be that way.
Soon we got through the ceremony to the I do's. Kota and Lizzy were exchanging vows with each other and the two were crying already. I was so happy to see my sister so happy and crying. I've never seen her cry like this before and it made my heart soar with joy. I've always wanted to see my little sister happy like this. I'm glad she finally got to this chapter.
Lilith actually had a smile on her face as the two finished.
"Kota, do you accept Elizabeth's vows?" Lilith asked.
"I do." Kota answered.
Then the queen looked to Lizzy, "And Elizabeth, do you accept Kota's vows."
"I do." She answered with a big smile.
"Now we can exchange the rings." Lilith announced.
That's when the smaller friend moved from their spot at the end and went to the couple. Both their rings were gold with black tribal markings going through them. They looked very lovely in the sunlight.
Lilith then said, "Kota and Elizabeth: as you exchange your rings today, you are also reinforcing your faithful commitment to trust, love, and romance. Each ring serves as a constant reminder that you are loved. Your beloved is giving you a rare gift in hell, through love."
Lizzy took Kota's left hand and put the ring on her finger. "With this ring I thee wed."
Kota took Lizzy's left hand and put the wedding ring above her engagement ring still on her finger. "With this ring I thee wed."
Both of them were wagging their tails wildly and it made me happy to see such a thing happening.
Lilith then put her hands in the air. "By the power vested in me and the royal family of hell, before your friends that sit before you. I now pronounce you lawfully and spiritually united as husband and wife. Please seal your marriage with your first wedded kiss. You may kiss the bride."
Kota smirked and I watched as he pulled Lizzy close to him and then picked her up slightly before kissing her. I smiled so wide and tried to hold back tears. Everyone stood and clapped for them. They separated and some of her gang members started to shoot their guns in the air. We flinched a little from that, but the bride and groom laughed from it.
"Sorry they just get excited." Lizzy said to me.
"No worries." I say once my heart slowed down. Elena held onto the side of my dress though, she seemed a little scared as well.
Lilith didn't seem to mind and just smiled. I was sure the queen had seen worse in her time. She was centuries old after all. I was glad either way to see my sister so happy. I watched as the two walked down the aisle and we followed soon after. The boys that Kota passed went and gave him high fives and shook his hand as he went. Then patting him on the back. We all headed inside the house for the time being.
The reception my sister had in mind was a little different. It was almost a mixture of a backyard barbeque and club. There was a DJ and a bar, but there were people going around into the house and around the woods. Some of the guys helped clean up the chairs and rearranged them around and pulled out some tables. It was all coming together.
As they did that we went to the back of the house and took some pictures in the woods. Lizzy actually got someone to do her professional pictures, she wanted this day to be memorable after all. It was going well until Lizzy wanted Dorothy to get into the pictures. I didn't want to be near the woman, but I managed to put on a smile and look happy in the pictures. I didn't want to disappoint my little sister because of my selfishness.
Elena seemed to want to hang out with my mother a lot and I tried to not have that. I've been keeping the girl away from her since she was a baby. Now and then my mother appeared around, but Elena always knew it was her grandma. She was getting out of her shy state with the woman and warming up to her. I didn't know how much longer I might be able to protect my daughter from the dragon demon.
I know I shouldn't stop my daughter from meeting her grandmother since its possible, but at the same time my negative thoughts clouded and powered that judgement. All I felt was the pain, the torcher, and the anger I felt and experienced when I was younger. All my living life actually. It was something I should let go of, but it's just very hard to let go of the past.
At the same time my mother has shown me how much she has changed as well. I didn't know how to take it all in. She told me she stopped drinking, well stopped drinking as much. She also was trying have a relationship with Elena, but I was in the way. I didn't know what to do.
"Heart? Are you there?" I heard Alastor say to me.
I snapped out of my thoughts and looked to the deer demon. "Alastor? Sorry, I was lost in thought." I told him.
"I could tell. Do you want to talk about it?" He asked softly.
My ears went back as I looked at the floor. I sighed and picked my head up and looked around the room. I saw everyone having a good time and talking. I then spotted Elena as she was busy with my mother. She was smiling, they both were, and it seems like the dragon demon was doing ok with her.
Then I took Alastor's hand and went up the stairs to the second floor. I just hoped no one saw us. The radio demon didn't complain as I dragged him along and took him to the guest bedroom. I closed the door behind us. I walked over and sat down on the bed.
"It's my mom." I finally say after a few moments passed. Alastor walked over to me slowly. "I don't know what to do anymore. She gets along so well with Elena. She's told me and shown me how much she has changed, but...why can't I-" I sighed. "I don't even know what I'm saying."
Alastor eventually was in front of me and then sat down on the bed beside me and wrapped an arm around my waist. "I know. You go through this every time your mother is around. I don't trust her either. At the same time, maybe her time in hell has changed her."
"Are you saying I should...give her a chance?" I questioned with a tilt of my ear.
"Yes, but in small steps." Alastor answered. "Not tiny ones like you have been doing. Just let the leash lose a little bit."
Sighing, I said, "I guess. I'm just afraid of her doing something to Elena that she has done to me in the past." I gripped my dress.
"I don't know dear. That's something we would have to trust her with. We just have to keep an eye on them. That's probably the best we could do." Alastor said.
Nodding, I sighed again. "I guess so. Maybe just for today I'll...let them be."
Alastor leaned over and kissed my ear. "Everything will be ok, my little wolf." He whispered.
"I trust you, my buck." I leaned over and kissed his cheek.
He placed a hand on my cheek then and leaned in to kiss me. I kissed him back and wrapped my arms around his neck. I deepened the kiss. I just wanted a distraction for a moment. Take my mind off other things. I wanted him and he always made the bad go away. He pulled me forward so that I was now off the bed and sitting in his lap.
He pulled away from the kiss. "I hope you know it's not going any further than this." He warned me before kissing my lips quickly. "Not right now when the party is going on."
"That's...fine." I answer as I kiss his lips again in a small kiss. "I just want a distraction."
"Then I will happily be your distraction." He says as he goes and kisses me again, holding me tightly.
(Third Person pov)
When Heart and Alastor went upstairs Elena saw how upset her mother looked. She knew that she just needed to calm down. Seeing the hurt in her mother's eyes confused her every time she looked at the dragon demon. She might be too young to understand but she still wanted to know.
When her parents came back down the girl noticed that her mother looked better. Whatever had upset her seemed to have passed. At least for now. Even so, Elena had a lot of questions. If this all had to do with her grandmother, what was it? So far, the dragon demon has been nothing but nice to her.
The reception started and they were all introduced onto the floor. They didn't do any dancing first as they went right to food. Wolf demons were hungry individuals. Especially these ones. They made a toast. Heart being the one crying as she was so happy for her sister. Finally finding someone after all these years, living and dead. Someone to call her own and to tie the knot with.
After eating, they did a little dance on the dance floor.
Elena grabbed Dorothy's hand and went to dance. Elena was actually having fun with Dorothy. She didn't understand why her mother didn't like her grandmother. She seemed so nice to her. It was something she probably wouldn't get but it didn't matter right now. They were busy dancing on the small dance floor of the woods, and they were laughing. They were having fun.
Heart watched next to Alastor as she saw the girl take the woman by the hand and dragged her onto the dance floor. She tried to not let it bother her but honestly it was getting too hard. She was trying her best though. She sat and watched though, that's all she could do.
Alastor reached over and grabbed his wife's hand. "Heart, calm down. We can see them. Just give it a chance." He said softly to her.
Heart sighed, "I know. I know. I'm doing my best." She replied back and squeezed her husband's hand.
Alastor just gave her a reassuring smile and kissed her temple. She leaned against him and just closed her eyes for a moment to relax.
Soon it was time to do the first dance so everyone got off the dance floor so that Kota and Lizzy could take center stage. Elena went over to the side with Dorothy and sat with her. Heart growled low a moment, but Alastor made her stop as he rubbed her one ear and whispered in her other that it would be ok. Everything would be fine. Heart took a deep breath and calmed herself. She tried to stay focused on Lizzy and Kota on the dance floor.
They got together in the middle of the dance floor, and they looked at each other with such big smiles. Lizzy and Kota were enjoying themselves immensely. They were happy and they knew they would continue to be so. They rubbed their muzzles together before she put her arms around his shoulder and he put his arms around her waist. Then the song finally started they started to sway.
You say you'll be down in five
The smell of your perfume
Is floatin' down the stairs
You're fixin' up your hair like you do
Heart watched in awe as the two danced. She honestly was trying to not cry at this moment.
I know that I'll be a mess
The second that I see you
You won't be surprised
It happens every time, It's nothin' new
Heart looked over at Elena and saw her swaying to the song and that made the woman smile.
It's always on a night like tonight
I thank God you can read my mind
'Cause when you look at me with those eyes
I'm speechless
Starin' at you, standin' there, in that dress
What it's doin' to me, ain't a secret
'Cause watchin' you is all that I can do
And I'm speechless
Heart took her hand and put it into Alastor's then intertwined their fingers. The deer didn't think anything of it as he picked up their hands to give Heart's hand a kiss.
You already know that you're my weakness
After all this time I'm just as nervous
Every time you walk into the room
I'm speechless
It started when you said hello
Just did something to me
And I've been in a daze
Ever since the day that we met
Lizzy and Kota almost seemed lost in their own world and honestly they did. Kota was waiting for the day to marry the woman before him and he was happy to live the rest of his cursed hell life with her. Now one else.
You take the breath out of my lungs
Can't even fight it
And all of the words out of my mouth without even tryin'
And I'm speechless
Starin' at you, standin' there, in that dress
What it's doin' to me, ain't a secret
'Cause watchin' you is all that I can do
And I'm speechless
Heart was swaying to the song now. She knew the song and was singing to it a little bit. It was so relaxing. She honestly was feeling a little better about tonight.
You already know that you're my weakness
After all this time I'm just as nervous
Every time you walk into the room
I'm speechless
Yeah, baby
It's always on a night like tonight
I thank God you can read my mind
'Cause when you look at me with those eyes
I'm speechless
You're standin' there in that dress
Girl, it ain't a secret
'Cause watchin' you is all that I can do
Ooh ooh, I'm speechless
Kota gave Lizzy a little spin, which caused her to give a chuckle and then pulled her closer to him.
You already know that you're my weakness
After all this time I'm just as nervous
Every time you walk into the room
I'm speechless
Oh, you know it baby
As the song ended Kota dipped the wolf demon slightly before pulling her back up and kissing her. It was so cute and wonderful. Everyone clapped. The dance was beautiful, and the DJ continued the slow dance song for a bit. Alastor stood up from his seat and extended his hand out to Heart.
"Dance with me my love?" He asked, "It's been a while."
Heart looked up at him and smiled. "It has been a while." She says as she takes his hand. "I'd be honored to dance with The Radio Demon."
Alastor chuckled and pulled them to the dance floor. "And I'd be honored to dance with the most beautiful woman I know."
Heart blushed at his comment. "Oh, stop it you."
"Never." Alastor whispers as they got to the dance floor and start to slow dance to a song. He brought her close to him and she was comfortable with her arms around his shoulders.
Elena sat off to the side and watched her parents' dance. The girl was glad that her mom didn't look sad anymore. She sat next to Dorothy still and she looked up at the dragon demon.
"Grandma, can I ask you something?" The young hybrid started.
Dorothy was still trying to get used to being called grandma but honestly, she was loving it, "Anything dear."
Elena looked away a moment and towards her parents dancing. "Why does mommy get sad and upset when you're around?" She looked back up to the older woman. "I don't understand. You're very nice and mommy is only mean to those who are mean to her."
Elena always noticed that her mom tried to be nice to everyone if she could, but if they were mean to her, she would be a little hostile back. At the same time, she noticed that sometimes her mom was shy like her. She had to warm up to people.
Dorothy looked at the young girl with wide eyes at the question. She wasn't expecting that from the six-year-old. She grew nervous about what to say. What should she say? Her tongue was caught twisting a moment on what to answer.
She sighed. "Well, Elena, back when your mother was younger, grandma wasn't very nice to her." Dorothy told her.
"But you are nice, how come you were nice to mommy then?" Elena wondered,
The dragon demon bit her lip for a moment. "Well sweetie, grandma used to do a lot of bad things back then. She used to drink...a lot. You know that stuff that adults always have around? That affected me to be very bad and most of the time I was very mean to your mom."
"Like daddy's drink he has sometimes at night? I've woken up a few times to find him drinking it when I can't sleep. He only has a glass of it, two if he has a bad day. He puts it on my gums when my mouth hurts too. He tells me I'm not allowed to have it because it's for adults." Elena tried to make the connection.
"Yes, exactly that stuff. Except grandma used to drink the whole bottle and not a glass." Dorothy explained sadly. "It made me a different person. Very mean and very violent."
Elena's ears went down as she nodded, trying to understand. "But you don't do that anymore. Right?"
Dorothy shook her head. "Not anymore. I don't have a reason to do that now. I'm not as stressed as I use to be." She answered with a small smile. "I've learned I can't always drink my problems away." She sighed and looked over to Heart and Alastor dancing. "I just make new ones."
The girl got up and stood in front of the woman with hands on her hips. She looked determined. "Well, if you have changed then I'll make sure mommy can see that. That you aren't as mean as you used to be." She put her hands down and behind her back. "That way, she won't be mad at you anymore and maybe...I can see you more often."
Dorothy tried to not get emotional at the girl's words and smiled down at her. "To think you used to be so shy of me. You've grown a lot Elena."
"I've been with you all day. I've gotten to know you a little better. I am like mommy sometimes. I have to warm up to people first." Elena tells her with a smile.
The dragon demon smiles. "You're a very good girl Elena. Thank you."
The girl nods. She looks over and saw her parents stopped dancing to the song. They shared a kiss and then went back to their seats. Elena looked back at Dorothy, saying she would be right back. Then walked over to her parents. She went up to her mom and pulled her dress lightly.
Heart looked down at the girl. "Hello, pup, have you been having fun?" She asked her.
"I have!" She answered happily. The girl then looked at her mother a little nervously. "Mommy can I talk to you for a minute?"
"Of course, my light. What is it you want to talk about?" Heart asked as she took the girl and put her on her lap.
Elena played with the end of her dress a moment before she spoke. "I want to see grandma more." She admitted to her mom.
Heart went silent as she stared at her daughter in disbelief. She didn't even fathom what was being said. Alastor wrapped an arm around his wife's waist to comfort her but didn't say anything as he knew that this was something she had to figure out.
The young girl looked at her mom and saw her lost in thought. She knew she was thinking about this. "I know you don't like grandma, but she has been so nice to me. She's changed mommy, you should at least give her another chance." Elena put a hand on her mother's shoulder.
"For a six-year-old you have wise words, little one." Alastor pointed out.
The woman was silent still as her mind wandered on things. Eventually she said, "I can't give her a second chance...at least...not to be my mother." She looked back up at Elena with a sigh but still had a small smile. "But I can give her the chance to be your grandmother." She said softly.
Elena's ears went up and wagged her tail. "Really?"
Heart nodded. "If it means that much to you, pup, then of course. I'll work something out."
The young girl wrapped her arms around her mother's shoulder for a hug. "Thank you, mommy." She said softly and let her go. She got off the woman's lap and went back over to Dorothy to tell her the news.
"Well Elena sure warmed up to you mom." A voice said behind Heart.
Heart's ears flicked up and turned back to the voice. When she turned around, she saw Lizzy. Her ears went back, and she turned back around. "Yeah, she has." Was all she said.
"Heart, that isn't a bad thing you know." Lizzy said as she walked up beside her sister. "I've been talking to Dorothy a lot since I got my wedding dress. You'd be surprised how she has changed since when we were kids and still alive."
"I know but...I still have my own guilt." She says, her ears pinned against her head.
"About what?" Alastor wondered.
Heart paused for a moment and gripped her dress, "The fact that I'm the one that caused her death."
The other two went quiet from those words. They didn't know what to say to that. Lizzy was the first to talk though as she put a hand gently on her shoulder. "I know that is a hard thing to get over Heart, but don't let your dark past affect your daughter's future."
Heart took in a breath at that and let it out slowly. "I guess you have a point." She glanced over to Elena who had taken Dorothy onto the dance floor to dance. "If Elena wants to see her more often, then I can try my best to pull through that."
"I'll be right with you dear so don't worry." Alastor said to reassure her.
Heart nodded and just looked back to her daughter and her mother. They both danced and were having fun. She gave a smile at the moment and in honesty, she enjoyed the sight. Maybe in the end...having her mother around again...at least for Elena's sake...won't be so bad.
