Chapter 7
Adrien and Master Fu left the bakery together. Adrien walked him home.
"Thank you Adrien," Master Fu smiled
"Anytime Master" Adrien smiled
"Is there something on your mind?"
"No," Adrien smiled, "I am heading to Kagami's to tell her"
"That is a good idea"
"Is it really okay for us to reveal everything now?"
"Hawkmoth can no longer control any of you," Master Fu smiled, "I think whenever you are ready is a good time to tell her"
"Thanks Master," Adrien smiled as he walked out the door. He headed towards Kagami's house. He texted Kagami to come outside and waited for her. She walked out a bit later smiling when she saw him.
"You wanted to talk?' she smiled
"Let's go for a walk" Adrien said, grabbing her hand and pulling her towards the gardens. She giggled as she followed him.
"What's so important you asked to meet up on a school night?" she asked as they walked
"I have something to show you" he smiled
"Really?" she giggled
"However you have to promise not to get mad"
"Okay I promise"
"And it is a secret you cannot tell anyone"
"Okay I won't say anything" Kagami said puzzled
"You'll understand in a minute," Adrien smiled looking around, "Plagg Claws out,"
"You're Chat Noir," she said in surprise before smiling, "I guess I should have seen it. What does this mean for us?"
"Nothing Changes" Adrien smiled, "except maybe some more patrols together"
"And Ladybug?"
"Is finding her own melody" he smiled dropping his transformation and pulling her close, "may I kiss you now my fierce dragon"
"In a minute," she giggled, "I have more questions,"
"Ask away"
"Does Marinette know?"
"Does Marinette know what?"
"That you know she is ladybug," Kagami said
"Yes,"
"And she said it was okay for you to tell me that you are chat noir?"
"She encouraged it," he smiled, "wait how did you know she is Ladybug?"
"I figured it out when she left Paris just before Ladybug," Kagami smiled, "it was to much of a coincidence"
"Don't tell her know just yet," Adrien smiled, "I think she wants to tell you herself"
"About her or you?"
"About her she knows I am telling you," Adrien smiled, "She is going to tell Luka tomorrow"
"So she is serious about him?"
"She has liked him for five years," Adrien smiled, "she was practicing her confession before she left...before he started to avoid her"
"You don't think he heard and that is why he avoided her do you?" Kagami asked
"I don't know" Adrien shrugged, "now my gorgeous girlfriend may I please kiss you"
"Yes," she giggled as he pulled her closer and kissed her.

Marinette smiled as her alarm went off. She pushed her blanket off, being sure not to disturb Tikki. She double checked that everything she needed was in her bag. She quickly got dressed in a new Jagged Stone t-shirt and black jeans. She headed downstairs for breakfast and to finish packing up the last of the treats she had made before bed. Her mom greeted her with a smile.
"Good morning"
"Morning Maman" Marinette smiled as she tied a bow on the last box, "I have to leave a bit early today so if Adrien doesn't make it before I go will you pass on the red boxes and the black box with the green bow?"
"Sure special occasion?" Sabine asked
"Nope," Marinette shrugged, " my physics assignment was killer and I needed to blow off some steam last night so I baked"
"And still managed to get up on time I am impressed" Sabine teased
"Me too" Ro smirked walking in. He saw the boxes and his eyes went wide.
"Yours are on the counter in the black and white box"
"yay" he said, taking off. Marinette laughed as she finished loading boxes into the basket.
"Five minutes and I am leaving" Marinette called as she walked to the front of the bakery to gather her stuff.
"Guess that means I am just on time" Adrien greeted. Marinette quickly crossed to give him and Kagami a hug.
"Perfect timing as always," Marinette smiled, running to grab the boxes. She handed them over with a smile.
"I think you meant purrfect timing M'lady" he teased
"Whatever you say kitty," Marinette said rolling her eyes, "the black one is yours and the rest have the names written on them"
"Awesome thanks Marinette," Adrien smiled.
"Shoot I got to go," Marinette said dashing out the door with a wave. She quickly crossed the street towards her old school smiling when she saw Juleka and Rose waiting for her. "Sorry I am late, I know. Blame Adrien he was late which made me late"
"It is all good," Juleka said as Marinette started pulling boxes out of the basket. She had five boxes and then handed the basket to Juleka. "All of this is ours"
"No," Marinette teased, " I put names on everyone's box so you know who to give them to. Jordan is dropping off Alix's before class."
"Marinette you shouldn't have" Rose smiled sweetly when she realized that there was a box for everyone they knew. Friend and Foe.
"It's nothing I had to blow off some steam last night," Marinette smiled
"Nette" she heard Jordan calling as he ran up. "Alix says your her favorite person today"
They stood talking for a bit before Marinette and Jordan had to go. Marinette waved as they left.
Marinette saw Luka and his friends waiting by the entrance and smiled.
"Good morning! I come bearing gifts," Marinette greeted. She handed them each a box and watched in happiness as they opened the box and tried a macaron. Luka moaned at the flavor. Marinette blushed.
"I missed your treats" Luka teased "your mom wouldn't make the cinnamon pear ones while you were gone"
"What" Ace said looking up in shock, "you made these?"
"I did" Marinette beamed, "are they okay I guessed what flavor for you and Liza. I already knew Luka's favorite"
"Do you read minds" both Ace and Liza said at the same time as they ate another.
"I did okay then"
"It's perfect Marinette," Luka smiled, " just like you"
Marinette smiled and blushed. Luka quickly tossed an arm over her shoulder and pulled her closer. She immediately relaxed against him. They stayed like that, talking for a bit when Luka's name was called. He looked up and groaned as he tucked Marinette closer.
"Who the hell is this child?" the girl demanded. Marinette looked up at Luka.
"I am Marinette" she smiled, "and you are?"
"His girlfriend" the blonde said smugly
"Really?" Marinette smiled sweetly. Jordan cringed at the look.
"I just said it didn't I" the blonde glared
"So tell me...I am sorry I don't know your name" Marinette said with a shrug. "Irrelevant. So tell me how long have you been dating?"
"We've been dating for 19 months," the blonde smirked
"Really that is interesting because I have never met you" Marinette said
"That's because you're new," the girl glared, "do you have any idea who I am!"
"Marinette be nice" Jordan whispered
"No I don't," Marinette said, "should I?"
"How dare you," she glared "I am Alaynah Nolan future Gabriel and JAM model"
"Interesting" Marinette smiled before turning away to her friends, "anyway you all ready to head to class"
"Yeah let's go" Luka said, keeping his arm around her as they walked away. He kept his arm around her the whole way and when they sat down he put his arm on her chair. Class passed quickly and before she knew it the bell was ringing. She packed her things up and tucked them in her bag. She was ready to head out when Luka called out for her. She stopped to wait. He grinned as he informed her he was walking her to class and that he would pick her up afterwards. She shot him a surprised but pleased look. He draped his around her and leaned closer.
"We need to talk after school"
"I am all yours," she said. As they arrived at her class. He kisses her cheek and promises to be there when she gets done. She smiled as he walked away. After class she stopped to talk to Miss Bustier.
"Is something wrong Marinette," the teacher asked seeing Marinette's expression
"Sort of" Marinette said softly as she handed the teacher a note from the office. "My assistant is still in the states until the end of the week. As the owner I need to be able to step away to handle on site issues."
"That's not a problem," she smiled, "just ask to be excused"
"Really thanks so much," Marinette smiled. She headed out of the classroom and Luka was indeed waiting when she walked out. She smiled and walked up. She noticed Alaynah and her friends down the hall but ignored them as Luka wrapped his arm around her and led her down the hall. They reached her last class of the morning. She smiled at the look on his face. "Get to class Luka. I will be waiting for you afterwards, okay?"
"I..yeah okay" he sighed, "I will be here as soon as I can"
"Hey Luka," she called as he walked away, "I'll be waiting"
He smiled a look of surprise as he waved and headed to his own class. He dashed out the door as soon as class ended. He didn't see Marinette waiting and almost panicked until he saw her talking to the teacher. He leaned against the wall waiting. He felt Alaynah and her friends watching him. He ignored them, keeping his eyes on Marinette. As soon as she stepped out of class he grabbed her bag from her. She shot him a bemused smile.
"Are you okay with getting out of here for lunch?"
"Sure let me let Ro know or we will never hear the end of it" she said
"Alright let's go" Luka smiled, kissing her cheek. They quickly found Jordan and the others outside talking. They walked up. Jordan smirked when he saw them.
"We are going out for lunch. We will catch you afterwards" Marinette smiled. Jordan looked at her before signing.
Marinette be safe and don't take any chances. I saw Tiny a bit ago.
I will be perfectly safe with Luka
Just remember that Tiny knows you are Ladybug and he knows where you live
I know we will be safe I am leaving with Luka after school today so if you don't see me don't flip out
Just make sure to answer if I call

The group looked at them in confusion. All except for Liza who had understood the conversation. She watched in shock as Marinette and Luka left. She waited until his bike was gone before turning to Jordan
"She is Ladybug," Liza hissed. Jordan looked at her in shock as Ace whipped his head in their direction.
"Not so loud," Jordan groaned, "Marinette is going to kill me for letting that slip. Listen she wants to tell him herself so please don't say anything"
"Why do you know?" Ace asked
"Yep totally dead," Joran muttered smacking his head on the table before he answered, "I know because I am also a miraculous holder and we have been training together since she arrived in New York"
"Huh" Ace said amused,
"Luka is going to freak when he find out" Liza sighed, "you both realize he is stupid in love with her right"
"Yep," Jordan smiled, "and she is stupid in love with him to. So Liza, where did you learn to sign?"
"My aunt use to teach in Miami she taught me over the summers growing up"
"Figures someone would know it," Jordan laughed, " 18 months of traveling teaching Nette so we could communicate in secret. It would figure the first time we use it here we get found out"
"I won't say anything unless she doesn't tell him"
"She will" Jordan said, "she has probably come up a thousand ways to tell him only to realize the direct method is best"
