Laying within his straw bed, Saito tried not to feel the discomfort of another time that Louise had punished him. She had first hit him with her Normal Explosion Spell and then proceeded to whip him. Long lines of red lined his chest, arms and face. Along with he could catch the distinct smell of burnt hair and flesh. This like all the other times, he had made the mistake of looking at another Girl. In the mind of the hostile Louise was a major offense to her. As she punished him again, he noticed some of those around were scowling at Louise with contempt and anger. As he slowly drifted off to sleep, he began to wonder if he actually was in love with Louise. For if she actually did love him back, how could she hurt him the way she was. Sleep was hard on him that night, just like several others after he had been punished. So when he arose early, he made his way down to do her Laundry. Which was one of the duties he had to preform otherwise she would not feed him. "Chevalier my ass!" He grumbled as he washed Louise's panties along with her other clothes. He winced a couple of times when the cold water touched the fresh lash wounds on his arms.
"Let me heal you." Momorency said as he then noticed the petite blonde girl come down the steps followed by Guiche. He shook his head.
"Please don't. The last time you did...Louise whipped me again right after." Saito said and Momorency frowned visibly as did Guiche.
"This cannot continue my friend...She has to stop. You are the Queen's Chevalier." Guiche said with concern about to suggest once more for Saito to contact Henrietta and put a stop to this. Saito again shook his head.
"There is nothing Hen...The Queen can do. By law...I am Louise's Familiar and she has legal right to punish me as she sees fit. Remember." Saito got back to work wanting to finish so that Louise would feed him. Like he was her pet and not a human being. That did bother him immensely as he finished and put her clothes into the nearby basket. Both Momorency and Guiche watched him depart. They were soon joined by Tabitha and Kirche.
"We must do something." Kirche commented inhaling sharply as she stared at the door that Saito had just entered. "He is too...He should not be subjected to...We have to do something." She said sadly and Tabitha shook her head.
"He is right thought...Legally Louise has the right to...punish him." Tabitha said and Kirche continued to scowl sadly. Formulating a plan within her mind as to how to deal with this. Then an idea came to her and she smiled.
"Come with me Tabitha...I want to discuss something with you." Kirche led her friend back to her room and immediately began to search through some of her Books that lined the Shelves. Tossing some out of the way to look for one specific book.
"What are you looking for?" Tabitha asked and Kirche located the one she sought.
"This one. It is the Laws of Germania...You can speed read...Right?" Kirche asked and Tabitha took the reddish colored book from her.
"Yes. What is it that you want to know?" Tabitha asked and Kirche smiled broadly.
"The Legal President on...That." Kriche said pointing at one of the Contents labeled within the book and Tabitha looked at her wide eyed.
"Uhm...I would not recommend us doing that. It could lead to us getting into some serious trouble." Tabitha said as she then opened the appropriate pages and read. She slowly smiled and started to think that her friend was onto something. "Maybe not...But we have to be absolutely sure before we do this." Kirche nodded.
"Yes. I am going to do that...Because if Louise continues at some point she is going to kill Saito and I am not going to stand by and let that happen." Kirche looked at her friend. "How about you...Are you willing to do this. If so we will do that tonight...I will ask Guiche and Momorency to keep Louise occupied. Can you have Sylphid be ready to go?" Tabitha nodded.
"Yes and I am willing...But we will have to be quick and be gone before Louise knows what we have done. If she contacts the Queen before we can get across the border into Germania...We won't get another chance to do this." Tabitha warned her and Kirche already knew that. Summoning Guiche and Momorency, the two relayed their plan to them and Momorency suggested that they drug Saito so that he would not resist being saved. So they asked Siesta for her help as well and the Maid said she would under one request that she be allowed to come along to be with her Master. Along with another request that she would make once they arrived in Germania.
While the others prepared for tonight, which included Momorency making a sleeping potion. Kirche sat at her desk and wrote Queen Henrietta a detailed explanation that would be delivered to the other just as she and the others were rescuing Saito from Louise. She was writing the letter so that the Queen would be advised on the reasons why she and Tabitha were doing this and so that it would not become a political problem for her Country. When finished with the four page letter, she Magically transported the Letter to the Royal Palace. With that done, she joined the others in Tabitha's Room and Siesta was given the Potion that would be used. There was debate upon perhaps giving Louise the Potion as well, but Guiche and Momorency stated that they would be able to keep Louise occupied long enough. So it was decided to not change the plan. An hour later with Saito fully unconscious from the spiked Drink that Siesta had given him. The Three Women loaded him onto Sylphid's back and they were off. It took Louise three hours to discover that he was missing and another two to discover that he was no longer at the Academy. That was also when Guiche and Momorency told her where he had gone. All part of the Plan. She then sent her own letter to the Queen.
When the first letter arrived, The Royal Secretary read enough of it to know that she needed to take it to the Queen immediately. Henrietta read the letter completely and dismissed the Secretary. Then turned towards Agnes. "Should I contact the Dragon Knights and have them pursue?" Her Royal Bodyguard Captain of the Musketeers asked and Henrietta simply smiled.
"We will wait until Louise finds out. How long would it take for a Dragon flying from the Academy to reach the Border?" Henrietta asked back and Agnes quickly calculated the time.
"Twelve hours at minimal. Perhaps almost thirteen if there are four people riding on Miss Tabitha Orléan's Dragon." Agnes said and Henrietta calmly sat back.
"When Louise's complaint arrives...Then Dispatch the 3rd Dragon Knight Core to intercept them." Henrietta said with a large smile and Agnes looked at her in confusion.
"But your Majesty...The 4th is only an hour from the Border of Germania...They could intercept them way before they even reach the Border. There is no way the 3rd would be able to." Agnes said and Henrietta continued to smile.
"I know. Just follow my orders." Henrietta said and winked at the other woman. That was when Agnes understood. "Oh and take your time dispatching them...go eat Dinner and then perhaps find something more dire that requires your attention." Her Body Guard Captain bowed and did as she was ordered. "Go Saito...Flee from her. I know Louise is my dearest friend...But I cannot stand how she treats you." The Queen thought as she idly waited for Louise's letter to arrive.
The Zerbst's Vacation Home: Eastern Germania
Awakening the first thing Saito did was suddenly realize he was not on his bed of hay. No he was actually on a bed. Something Louise had stopped letting him sleep on for the past two weeks. He sat up quickly and wished he hadn't. He immediately felt a wave of dizziness overcome him forcing him to lay back down. With also the aid of someone lightly pushing him back downward. "Careful there Saito...You still somewhat under the effects of the sleeping potion we gave you." He recognized the voice to be that of Kirche. He opened his eyes to look to see her sitting on the bed next to him on the right. Looking over he then noticed Tabitha sitting on the bed on his left and on the end of the bed was Siesta.
"What are you...Where am I?" Saito asked somewhat alarmed and confused at the same time. Kirche shrugged and continued to smile.
"You are in Germania...At my Vacation Home. Oh and before you ask...I kidnapped you or rather we kidnapped you." Kirche told him and then slowly began to explain. He laid there listening completely stunned.
"Wait...I do not understand. Why would...Isn't Louise going to be upset over this? Isn't this like...I don't know...against the law or something?" Saito asked and Kirche giggled.
"Yes...Though not here in Germania. It is actually a common practice for a Noble to take someone as...You are going to Marry me and Tabitha. We brought you here because in Germania Polygamy is legal. We both have agreed to allow Siesta to be your Mistress." Kirche said and Saito looked over at Tabitha. She had her book up covering the bottom of her face so he could not completely seeing her blushing a deep shade of red.
"WHAT?" Saito asked even more stunned then before. He was about to ask why they were doing this and then Tabitha finally spoke.
"Before you ask...We are doing this so Louise cannot...Abuse you anymore just because she can legally do so." Tabitha could tell Saito did not understand, so she slowly lowered the book. "Louise can still be your Master and you be her Familiar...But as our Husband. She will no longer legally be able to physically punish you for anything."
"If she did...Then we have legal right to have her punished...Because as your Wives we have certain rights and the main one is if Louise does...We can seek retribution. Do you now understand?" Kirche asked and Saito looked at them both oddly.
"Why would you want to...do this?" Saito asked back and both Kirche and Tabitha smiled at him.
"Because we all care and love you Master and none of us can stand what Mistress Louise is doing to you anymore." Siesta said placing her right hand on his left leg. He looked down at her and could see the tears running down her cheeks. "The Whippings...Her using her Magic on you...We cannot idly stand there anymore and watch her do that to you." She added sadly and both Kirche and Tabitha nodded with agreement.
"So to stop her from continually harming you Saito...Me and Tabitha are going to Marry you." Kirche told him and Saito wondered if Henrietta knew about this. Which she did. Kirche had included that within the Letter she had sent to the Queen.
"Do I have a choice in this?" Saito asked and all three of the Girls shook their heads.
"No you don't. For the Priest will be here in an hour and since you are only a Chevalier...Both me and Tabitha as Nobles can make you Marry us. Though we would prefer that you want to Marry us...So Saito...Will you marry us?" Kirche asked and Saito smiled. He did like them both immensely and really cared about Siesta. He also believed now that Louise will never truly love him and to her he was nothing more then a Slave to her. Nothing more then her Familiar that had to bow and scrape. Be whipped and abused and never be anything more then that to her.
"Okay if you both are sure you really want to. I actually think you both could do so much better then me." Saito said and within two hours he was Married to both Kirche and Tabitha.
The Royal Palace:
"You have my deepest apologies Louise...But it seems that Kirche Augusta Frederica von Anhalt Zerbst and with the aid of Tabitha Helene Orléans de Gallia. Was able to get across the border into Germania before any of my Dragon Riders could intercept them." Henrietta said evenly, not really feeling sorry that the two Mages were able to not only abduct Saito. But was able to escape to Germania where she did not have any authority to do anything.
"Can you not request that Germania return my Familiar to me?" Louise asked and Henrietta shook her head. Then held up the letter that Kirche had sent to her.
"Not according to this. It seems that there is a seldom used Law that Germania has that allows for Nobles to...acquire any...Let's say love interest if certain criteria are met." Henrietta said as she looked over the letter again. "It would seem that saving this love interest from an abusive relationship is one of those criteria." Dropping the papers back onto the desk face down, not about to tell Louise about what the two planned. She glared at Louise. "Personally I believe I should have become involved prior to this...For if I had then Lady Kirche and Lady Tabitha would not have had to do something so drastic to end the abuse you inflicted upon him." Louise looked suddenly at her in shock.
"So you will not...Saito is mine...He is my Familiar." Louise stated and Henrietta shook her head.
"True and I was actually considering ordering him as my Chevalier to forgo his duties as a Co-Captain of the Ordine Knights and report to me here. Which would stop the abuse you inflicted upon him. In fact at one point I was considering ordering you to stop. Since he is my Chevalier." Henrietta said and Louise shook her head in misunderstanding. She could not understand why her childhood friend would do that or allow Kirche and Tabitha to simply take her Familiar away from her. Without doing something to make them return him.
"I have the legal right to punish my Familiar if my Familiar misbehaves and those punishments can be as I deem necessary to correct the Familiars behavior." Louise stated and Henrietta shook her head.
"That is why I believe Kirche and Tabitha did this...So you will stop using the Law to inflict harm upon Saito." Henrietta hoped that the two has had enough time to complete the plan that the two had concocted to save Saito. With a deep exhaled sigh. "I will send a written appeal to the King or Germania asking him to request that Kirche and Tabitha return your Familiar. I am giving you this warning Louise not as your friend but as the Queen...The Abuse needs to stop or I may have to become involved and do as I told you. I will order Saito as my Chevalier to report here and you will never see him again." With that she dismissed Louise who scowled. She returned back to the Academy to await Saito and silently promised to punish him severely upon his return. Then have it out with both Kirche and Tabitha for taking her Familiar without her permission.

Back at the Vacation home, Kirche reread the Official Request from the King of Germania. It was not an official order, just a Request that she could not disobey. She smiled and looked down at her left hand and her Ring Finger at the Silver Ring. Tabitha had one as well and Saito actually had two on his Finger. She turned from the Vanity Mirror that she had been sitting in front of and looked at Saito and Tabitha were both still sleeping. Resting from last night. Tabitha had this small content smile on her face and Kirche fully understood why. For she felt the same. Last night would be the only night that they would both spend the night with him together. From now on, they would take turns having their Husband sleep with them. While Siesta could have her turns during the day if he was not busy being the Co-Captain of the Ordine Knights or being Louise's Familiar. Kirche frowned slightly at that she had lost the Coin Toss and that tonight after they returned to the Academy, Saito would be sleeping with Tabitha tonight and not her. Though she would get him tomorrow night. She then smiled thinking about how Louise would react when the other found out what the two had done. She could almost imagine the huge fit that Louise would throw when discovered that the other could no longer physically punish Saito for anything. With a deep sigh, she stood and rejoined them in bed. Lying down on his right side and like Tabitha pillowed her head on the right side of his chest. Snuggling against him comfortably. Right after the ceremony Saito asked something he had not considered or thought of before then. He was worried that her Family would protest her Marrying him since even though he was a Chevalier. He was still just a commoner. She reassured him that it would be fine. For she was not really close to her Family anymore due to her not accepting a Marriage Proposal from a Man that was almost three times her age. So she was essentially the Black Sheep of her Family and they barely acknowledged her. Though she was still a Zerbst and entitled to her Allowance, along with the Vacation Home that they currently were at and that Sean Colbert had been at when he designed and supervised the construction of the Ostland.
Confrontation at the Academy:
The first stop they made was at the Capital to inform Henrietta that the Plan had been implemented. That Saito was now Married to both Kirche and Tabitha. She congratulated them all and as they sat in the Gazebo having tea with the two now Wives of Saito. While Saito was with Siesta in one of the Guest Rooms. "Have you considered the repercussions of you both doing this. I am quite sure Louise will not take it lightly and will probably attempt to get her Family invovled." She asked and Kirche smiled broadly.
"I am not worried about that. Even though I...Well I was on friendly terms with Louise. My Family still despises the Vallière's. My Father may see me and not outwardly acknowledge me...He will be more then happy to support me if it means he can upset the Vallière's." Kirche said still smiling. She had notified her Family by letter and made sure to include the whole situation about Saito who was now her Husband. Her Father actually sent a letter that not only congratulated her. But he was pleased with the idea of causing the Duke some problems. Especially since by Law he would have the upper hand if it turned into a huge legal melee. Henrietta chuckled and then decided it was time to ask something vastly important to her.
"That is...nice to know. Oh I should tell you...I am considering reestablishing Polygamy to be once more legal here in Tristain." Henrietta told them and then gracefully sipped her tea. The two others smiled already suspecting why Henrietta had told them that.
"You want to know if we would object to you also wanting to Marry Saito?" Kirche asked and Henrietta blushed slightly. Then slowly nodded.
"I cannot but feel this way. Ever since the Sleipnir Ball...I...I have fallen in love with him and...Yes I too would like to...Marry him." Henrietta said and Kirche looked over at Tabitha who simply kept reading her Book.
"We both have agreed to let him do as he pleases...If he is willing then I do not see a problem with him...You of course will have to take turns like we are." Kirche said and again looked over at Tabitha.
"It will be fine with me if he does agree." Tabitha meekly said and returned to her book. Henrietta smiled and then thought about it.
"I will not be able to yet...I will need to first elevate him slowly into a position where no one will object to me taking him as my Consort. Right now I fear that some of the Nobles would not approve of me taking Saito as my Consort. Even though he is highly regarded by the People and some of the Lower Nobles...I must have patience." Henrietta said and wished once again she was not the Queen. If she had remained as the Princess then she would not have to worry about any objections from anyone. They continued to discuss it right up to when Saito and Siesta joined them. Siesta was smiling broadly as they arrived and Kirche and Tabitha fully understood why. The Maid had wanted to be with Saito for so long and now that she could. Siesta was overjoyed to be his Mistress. After he sat, the three other women informed him of Henrietta wanting to also become one of his Wives. For a brief moment they all thought he was going to faint. Even when Henrietta wanted to kiss him again.
During the ride back to the Academy Kirche leaned closer to Tabitha and whispered into her ear. "Let's keep it a secret about Henrietta...I doubt that Louise will be exactly happy about her childhood friend also wanting to Marry Saito." Tabitha quickly agreed.
When Sylphid landed, all could see Louise waiting and glaring up at all of them. Especially Saito. She had her Riding Crop in her hand and was itching to use it on him. Believing that he was primarily responsible for the whole situation. Which was extremely embarrassing to her. Hopping down off Sylphid, Saito then helped Kirche, Tabitha and then Siesta down. In her mind took him longer then it should and as she watched him do that. She became angrier and angrier. "ENOUGH! SAITO COME HERE!" She ordered him slapping the Crop into her left hand in anticipation of using it on him. He stood there for several seconds and before he could. Kirche and Tabitha approached her.
"You will not be using that on him!" Kirche declared sternly and Louise smirked.
"I have every legal right to do so...He and you have caused me a lot of embarrassment. Taking him without my permission...You are lucky that The Prin...Her Majesty convinced me not to press that issue. But I am going to punish Saito for leaving and for the problems it has caused me." Louise said to them and Kirche and Tabitha both smiled. Then simultaneously held up their left hands. Showing her the Silver Rings on their fingers.
"He may be your Familiar...But he is now our Husband. Which gives us the Legal Authority to seek retribution if you harm our Husband physically." Tabitha stated holding her Magical Staff before her and Louise stared at them in shock. Stunned beyond belief. She looked over at Saito who held up his own left hand.
"Now it has been a long day...Tabitha I believe you won the Coin Toss...So take Saito to your Room and I will have a nice little chat with Louise." Kirche said and Tabitha walked over taking Saito's right hand in her left. Then led him away. Louise was going to protest and stop Saito from leaving. But Kirche stepped in between her, Saito and Tabitha. Siesta followed behind the two and when all three were out of sight. "This is how this is going to work...Louise. You are to no longer harm Saito or you will be in some serious trouble with not only my Family...But also the Queen. He is still your Familiar...Though you will no longer be allowed to be alone with him. Either myself, Tabitha or Siesta will be there to ensure you do not do anything abusive to Saito. Two more things...One he will not be sleeping in your Room anymore. He will be either in mine or Tabitha's. The other thing...Do your own FUCKING LAUNDRY! Or pay the Maids to do it." With that Kirche smirked and went inside. Not even listening as Louise ranted and raved behind her.
