Authors Note: Hi everyone, I am back with the first non-prologue chapter of this story, also this is truly amazing. I am getting so many views and followers on this book as well as a bunch of people are favoriting it. Also, there won't really be any parings until 3rd year but I am excited first reviews:

Harrek: Um, if you read the description it says Harry will be in Ravenclaw

Rogosh: I did mention all 5 elves, Tipsy was included as part of those elves, you might have confused her with Tripsy

AND NOW THE STORY: Chapter 1 - Diagon Alley

HPATCOT x HPATCOT x HPATCOT: CHAPTER 1

Harry Potter was in the middle of a lesson on politics when Tripsy, the Head house-elf of Potter Manor showed up with a long list of documents for Harry to go over. They were part of the process for him to receive the ability to become an emancipated lord. Yet Harry didn't know what lordship he could be given, in fact, he didn't even know what was eligible for.

The portraits were actually quite good teachers and they had decided that they would tutor him until he got to a point with his magic where he needed an actual magical tutor, a good thing was that Lily and James's portraits were activated and now they were able to join the wall of portraits.

Their first conversation with Harry had been quite interesting, and they were curious as to why non of the house-elves had activated their portraits earlier on. They had been surprised when they found out that he was now almost 8 years old with his birthday just a couple of weeks away. The reunion had been quite joyful to see, with Harry hugging the portraits.

"Harry, - Harry you still paying attention?" asked his great grandfather, Henry Potter.

" Yes I am, just zoned out for a minute. Quick question."

"Go on, I am curious to hear what you have to ask," said Henry, nodding.

"Well if the potter family tree branches out far and I have a lot of relatives then surely there was someone better to put me with instead of the Dursleys because I am not related to the Blacks, through my great aunt Dorea. And speaking of her, doesn't she have a Portrait?" asked the youngest Potter.

When Henry didn't respond, Harry's grandfather Fleamont Potter interjected. "Unfortunately Dorea, Charlus, and their 2-year-old son Marcus were killed a couple of months before you were able to defeat Lord Voldemort. And even though you are related to the Blacks, a good deal of them were in league with Voldemort, though your Godfather Sirius was wrongly imprisoned. "

Harry's eyes widened. But after a moment he spoke again "Don't know if this is a rude question but how did you die?"

" Not as heroically as them, Euphemia and I were killed by a case of Dragon Pox."

"Sorry for asking," Harry whispered, looking down at the ground.

"Don't worry dear, we accepted the fact that we died, years ago. Now let's get Tripsy to take you to Gringotts," said Euphemia Potter.

On cue, the house-elf reappeared and said "Master must first go through documents and sign that he wants to be emancipated and would like to take an inheritance test so that we can see Master's lordships and vaults!"

Harry examined the documents quickly and exclaimed "Why do these make me feel much older than I really am?"

The statement was followed by a bout of laughter from the 7-year-old and the portraits.

HPATCOT x HPATCOT x HPATCOT: CHAPTER 1

"So can Tripsy take me to Gringotts now?" asked the excited 7-year-old Potter.

"Yes but make sure you behave," Fleamont said gravely before James shouted jovially

"Oh let the boy have some fun, don't tell me you never caused mischief at the alley."

There were some agreements from the other Potter's and they bade Harry a good day as Tripsy apparated him to the leaky cauldron.

For the sake of this trip, Harry was wearing a hood to cover his face, hoping to avoid revealing his identity to the world. They had decided that they would wait for the right time to announce his return to the wizarding world.

Diagon Alley was not the place to do that.

The two companions walked towards the brick wall and Tripsy pushed a few bricks before they all separated revealing a long alley. After some walking, they finally reached a tall building, "Gringotts." whispered Harry.

Tripsy smiled at her master and they entered the bank.

Harry was truly amazed at the gold walls, the goblins at the desks, and how in a place controlled by wizards, there was a bank that was run by goblins of all creatures. Sure he had been told that by his ancestors but to see it himself was just something else.

"Wow!"Harry breathed out, as they stood in line, waiting to see the teller. There were also tons of wizards bustling in and out of the place, wearing long robes and thankfully no pointy hats.

Eventually, his turn came and he whispered "My name is Harry Potter, I am here to run an inheritance test and withdraw gold from my vault. Here is the key."

He handed the Potter Vault key over to the goblin and he examined it before handing it back. "Please take a seat, Goldclaw will see you shortly." ordered the teller goblin.

After waiting a couple of minutes a goblin with the Potter crest embroidered on his clothes arrived and motioned for Harry to follow him, the 7-year-old and his house-elf complied and followed who they assumed to be Goldclaw, into a room.

Once they entered, the door swung shut and Harry removed the hood from his head "Greeting's Master Goldclaw."

"Heir Potter, I have been trying to find you for years, but I supposed it is only now that you are smart enough to come here," Harry nodded and let Goldclaw continue "So you said you want to run an inheritance test and take gold out of your vault. We can first run the test in this room."

Harry opened his mouth to speak but Goldclaw cut him off "Do you have the papers?"

Harry handed them over before speaking "I am also here to be emancipated."

Goldclaw looked at him in confusion. "Emancipated?"

"You know, claim my lordship and be known magically as an adult." Harry said offhandedly, "If you guys do that thing around here."

Goldclaw sighed before saying "Heir Potter, you first need a wand to receive emancipation and you also have to have passed at least 6 OWLS. Plus, you need to take your inheritance test first."

Harry stared at Goldclaw and then at Tripsy, his eyes looking downcast. "Oh, ok. Let's get this inheritance thing out of the way and then I will go and buy a wand.".

Harry then waited for Goldclaw to proceed, the goblin pulled out a paper from a wooden drawer in the corner of the room, with the exception of a couple of chairs and a table. The room lacked much furniture, but it was a place for inheritance tests, not movie nights.

"So what exactly do I need to do?" asked the young Potter.

Goldclaw pulled a knife from his pocket and handed it to Harry, "You have to prick yourself with this and let a drop of your blood land on the paper, it will slightly sting at first."

Harry stared at the blade fearfully then poked his skin with it. Nothing happened, and Harry tried again but once again he was unable to draw blood, partly due to his inability to stab himself (which is probably a good thing).

Goldclaw groaned before taking the knife from Harry and asking in a gleeful tone"Since you don't want to hurt yourself, Heir Potter, I would recommend allowing me to use this blade to draw your blood."

Harry looked scared at the prospect but managed an "Ok, just don't hurt me." in a weak voice, allowing Goldclaw to press the blade into his skin and a couple of drops of blood fell from the wound before the blade was removed.

Harry's eyes were watering and he was biting his lip, to stop himself from hissing in pain.

Meanwhile, on the paper, words were beginning to appear:

Name: Harry James Potter

Born: July 31st, 1980

Lordships: Potter

Peverell (Second In-Line. No current lord)

Black (Third In-Line)

Vaults:

Trust Vault

Vault 19 (Potter Vault)

Vault 5 (Peverell, 50%)

Vault 1189 (Dorea Black's Vault)

Magical Education: None

Wand: None

Below that was a long sprawling family tree that spread on, and as it grew, so did the paper. Until the page was filled with names, with a colored dot beside it. Most of them were grey, indicating that they were deceased, but some were green. Those meant that the relatives were alive, something Harry was happy about, except Grandpa Fleamont had told him most of the Blacks were no good, and it was in his Lordships list.

"Um, Master Goldclaw, what do Second In-Line and Third In-Line mean?

The goblin stared at him in shock. "They mean that there is either one person or two people ahead of you in line for the lordship, but if something happens to them, you will be able to claim the title. Don't tell me you are ignorant of such common knowledge?"

Harry looked down sheepishly and mumbled something incoherent that Goldclaw couldn't understand, all the while Tripsy examined the tree.

The goblin and the wizard discussed a few more things and Harry finally asked "Master Goldclaw, what exactly are OWLS?"

The goblin had gotten used to the fact that Harry was quite ignorant on a lot of topics so he decided to tell the Potter Heir what they meant. "O.W.L.S stand for Ordinary Wizarding Levels, just some tests that you take during your fifth year of magical education but as I know you are eager to claim your lordship and seat on the Wizengamot, you can 'Start' your magical education next year perhaps, with a private tutor. So by the end of your third year, you are ready to take your tests."

Harry's jaw fell open before he said "Why doesn't everyone just get someone to teach them so they are able to do it in their third year instead of fifth? Wouldn't it help them get out into the world faster?"

Goldclaw pulled out his knife before answer the question "The earlier you take it, the sooner you move on to your N.E. . But some of the questions on the O. are actually based on experiences that you have had and practical spells. Most people don't get their wands before they are 11, in fact, people rarely get a real wand before they get their Hogwarts letter. So for that reason, I would recommend purchasing a wand from a craftsman who goes by the name Runderings in Knockturn alley. Then when you receive your letter, purchase one from Ollivander."

A few minutes later, Harry left Gringotts with a bag filled with the wizarding currency and a clear plan on what he would be doing next. Of course, Tripsy, still with him and a hood covering his face.

HPATCOT x HPATCOT x HPATCOT: CHAPTER 1

Harry walked through Knockturn alley with his house-elf by his side. Unfortunately, Tripsy hadn't really been to Knockturn alley before, so they were walking around trying to find Runderings.

The alley was dark and had creepy-looking shops, Cloaked figures passed by, walking in and out of shops. Harry walked into the nearest shop, hoping to perhaps find directions to his location.

Once he entered the shop, the first thing he noticed was the dim lighting, there were cobwebs in the corner and sounds of hisses and growls coming from around behind a wall. Curious, Harry tiptoed towards the sounds, on the same side of the wall that he was, lay a register. with weird symbols.

Tripsy looked at Harry worriedly "Master, I don't think this is a good idea. We don't what this shop is. It could have dark magic."

Any effect that the warning might have had on Harry a few minutes earlier, was now void. Curiosity getting the better of the 7-year-old. He went around the wall and to his surprise saw cages of animals. There were snakes, kneazles, wolf pups, and many other animals. A good deal of them hissed and scowled at the boy, but there was one wolf pup that tilted its head to the side and stuck out its tongue at him. The Potter Heir walked towards and touched the cage.

Out of nowhere, a voice spoke. "Harry Potter, welcome to your doom!"

The boy grabbed the cage and whirled around, a blade embedded itself in the wall next to him. Harry glanced at Tripsy and mouthed apparate us out of here. The crazy person launched 2 knives and Harry ducked to avoid getting impaled.

A masked figure appeared from the corner of the room with a bow in his hand, he knocked an arrow and it flew towards the Potter Heir, his house-elf lept through the air and attempted to apparate away with the boy. However, Harry pulled away as the arrow nailed the wall, where he was moments earlier. Tripsy disappeared with a look of absolute terror on her face, even though she had tried to apparate Harry away, his last-second movement had prevented him from joining her.

"Dude, I am just looking for some guy named Runderings. I don't want to fight." Harry screamed.

The figure didn't stop attacking and finally, the projectile found its mark, hitting Harry's arm. The boy fell to the ground and hissed in pain. "What is your problem?"

" The Dark Lord will return and kill you all." Snarled the man, as he unsheathed his sword. Walking towards Harry, the blade glowed in the darkroom. The attack would have been fatal but a blurred form rushed from the entrance of the room and knocked over the man. The new person had an aged face, grey hair, and a long beard. He held a staff in his right hand.

He pummeled the base of his weapon in the face of the man who had been fighting, a now bleeding Harry.

The old man turned around and smiled "I am Runderings, now what do you need me for?"

HPATCOT x HPATCOT x HPATCOT: CHAPTER 1

Harry had begun explaining why he had come in search of him, telling the story about how he found out about the magical world and why he had entered the shop.

The old man chuckled and gave him a soft smile, "So my shop is underground actually, I will take you to it soon. We will create your wand and discuss who was attacking. But first, we must patch up the wound."

Harry agreed and allowed Runderings to mutter a spell and wave his hand over the wound, the arrowhead already carefully removed. The old man helped Harry get up to his feet.

"There we go, my boy. Walk with me, I will apparate us away and do take the pup with you." Runderings said kindly.

Harry nodded and picked up the cage and his bag full of money. The pair held hands and disappeared from view, arriving in a brightly colored room.

The floor was made of marble and the wall's wood. Their tables were covered in blocks of different types of wood. There were shelves on the wall with tubes of different things, ranging from a dark black liquid to bright red feathers.

The young boy gasped in awe at the workspace, on the other side of the wall, were thin boxes which were probably filled with materials or wands.

Runderings smiled and led Harry to the table with different woods and a few metals, "So now we will begin by choosing a type of wood. Now different wood's have different properties and are based used for certain people. Now you could instead make a staff but you need a lot of magical power to make use of it and it is uncommon in the wizarding world."

Harry's face was lit up by a smile "I'm powerful, can I get a staff?"

Runderings put his hand up to get Harry to calm down a bit. "You can make a staff eventually but you have to use a wand until you are strong enough. Now I have many wands but those are for people who have ordered them and I need to deliver them, I make them custom for everyone, you won't be any different."

Harry nodded and decided to feel the wood's when he eventually found one that he liked, he moved it to the side and continued to do so until he had touched all the blocks.

He had pulled out 4 types of wood, which he had liked the feel off. "Birch Wood, Oak Wood, Ebony, and Iron," Runderings stated, walking around the table.

"Now we move on to the core, come over here to see which ones you find interesting, and think will work well with your wand. We will decide which wood later on." Runderings continued.

Harry cocked his head to the side and stared at a tube with a red feather and removed it from its place, he turned it around before putting it back in its place. Next was a bright yellow feather which Harry put to the side before moving on, there was a dark black lump and a string coming down from it, he frowned and put it back, the fourth container he picked up was a dark black scale. He immediately put it in his 'Like' pile. There was a tube with black liquid which he put to the side and continued on.

Harry went past a few others and eventually found one last one that he liked, it was labeled moonlight. Harry stared at the pure white liquid with interest and put it in his pile.

Runderings stared at him in delight and tapped his staff to get the boy's attention. Harry was immersed in the delight that he felt, that he didn't remember Runderings was in the room until the older man tapped his shoulder.

"Harry, as interesting as this material's all are, we first need to discuss the fact that you were attacked in the store by a person with ancient weapons, things that are extremely rare to find in the muggle world."

Harry nodded, remembering the traumatic experience. "He called you Harry Potter without seeing your face which means that either he knows you or he guessed that you are Harry Potter. There is also a group of people who have been hunting you, ever since you defeated Voldemort. They will stop at nothing to kill you." Runderings explained.

Harry's eyes widened before whispering "Why me though?"

"Because they served Lord Voldemort and they want revenge."

Harry nodded and looked towards the materials again, "Can we make the wand now?"

Runderings nodded and asked, "Now, which wood or metal do you want, you can use up to 2 cores as well."

The Potter Heir touched the ebony and smiled. "This one feel's the nicest. I think it will work nicely."

The old man picked up the wood and walked to the anvil. He then went behind a door and came back with another block of ebony and placed it on the table. "Now for the core?"

Harry lifted the yellow feather and the vial of moonlight. He stared back at the table and asked "What are the other 2?"

"A dragon scale, and basilisk venom."

Harry took a couple of steps back "Dragon and Basilisk?"

Runderings smiled "Wand making is a beautiful art but when taking a scale from a Dragon, take it from a live dragon when it is sleeping. The pain to it is like someone removing one of our hairs."

The younger boy nodded. "And the basilisk venom?"

"That is a trade secret, but I had to travel to India to get it,"

Harry watched as Runderings used different machines to mold the wood into the general shape of a wand. He then inserted the yellow feather in. This was followed by emptying the tube of moonlight into the wand. There was a hole at the base of the wand which he closed by inserting an ebony branch.

He let the wand lay on the side and spoke to Harry "An interesting wand, 11 inches, ebony with two cores, a Thunderbird feather, and pure moonlight."

"If I may ask, how did you manage to bottle moonlight?" wondered the 7-year-old.

Runderings smiled and began explaining it to the boy.

HPATCOT x HPATCOT x HPATCOT: CHAPTER 1

Harry lay in his bed at night and reflected on the events of the day. He had been to Gringott's, gotten into a battle, and saw how a wand was created. Runderings had dropped him off, outside of Potter Manor and offered to help train the boy on the arts of magic, for a price of course.

What was amazing about the wand was how even though it cost 31 galleons, it had a moonlight core!

Tripsy had been in tears when she had seen him return. She had tried to come back to get Harry but when she returned to the location, he was gone and there was only the unconscious body of the one who had attacked the Potter heir.

When she had returned to Potter Manor without him, the portraits were extremely upset and worried.

The 7-year-old decided not to focus on that and get to sleep.

Fortunately he didn't have dreams and he was able to rest.

When he woke up the next day, he was able to discuss his plans for the day. Figuring out where he would go and who he would visit. The suggestion to meet Andromeda Tonks, nee Black was given to him by his Grandfather and he decided it was a good idea. Maybe she would be able to help him decide where and when to reveal himself as well as who to talk to first.

And she had a daughter in Hogwarts so she could possibly give him some advice. Then there was also the topic of the wolf pup, whom Harry had brought home and named Lyra. James was surprised and one of Harry's great, great, great Grandmother, was mortified.

The family had eventually decided that if Harry wanted to keep the pup it was his choice, because they wouldn't be able to help him take care of Lyra. They decided to send him off to St. Mungo's with a hood charmed to only allow him to take it off. Obviously to hide his identity from unwanted people.

Harry stepped towards the floo, tossed the powder in and walked through.
