MEETINGS

The interior walls were plain white. There were 8 grey slabs, two on each wall. The floor was tiled with white marble.

Raditz patted Gohan on the back as he introduced everyone. There was Nappa; he was massive, even more than his grandfather. He didn't have hair but a moustache could be seen. Turles; he was the exact copy of his father. If it weren't for his dark skin and cruel features he would have called him dad. Hanasia; a 5'7 woman with pale skin and long unruly black hair. She was an eye striking sight with her large chest and firm behind. She had a softer expression than the rest of the Sayains. Yuuki; the daughter of Hanasia, she was 7 years old, had pale skin like her mother, waist length black hair and a grin on her face. Then there was Vegeta; the Prince. He was short with flame-shaped hair and an arrogant smirk on his face.

Yuuki walks up to Gohan and starts asking questions. Raditz joins the older Sayains and talks to vegeta. "So, what do you think?" Raditz asks Vegeta.

"What is his power level?" Vegeta answers Raditz with his own question. The other three Sayains moved a little closer to Vegeta and Raditz. Raditz smirks as he hears this. "Twenty five hundred."

"You're kidding!" Hanasia said in shock. A cub with a power level this high, it was surprising. "He's stronger than you, Raditz." The male Sayain nodded.

Vegeta was watching the two children as they talked, he was still thinking about Gohan's power level. He felt a presence next to him and glanced that way to find Raditz. "Well?"

Vegeta just stared at him in confusion, not sure what he meant. "Well what?" A smirk made its way upon Raditz's face. "The child far surpasses your expectations. So, is he worth the risk?" Vegeta closed his eyes and a silence befell between the two.

Vegeta thought of the pros and cons of this decision. The half-breed can defeat Freeza if trained hard enough or kill all of them along with the evil tyrant. Raditz held his breath waiting for Vegeta's respond.

The Prince blew out a sigh. "Come here half-breed."

Gohan snapped his head towards Vegeta. He walked forward and looked up at Vegeta. As their eyes met Gohan tried his best to shake off his fear. It felt as if Vegeta was glaring right into his soul. A shiver ran up his spine and he averted his gaze.

"Follow me"

As the words escaped the Prince's mouth, everyone looked at the two. They were wondering what Vegeta will do with the boy. The full-blood walked towards the door with Gohan tailing behind him. Raditz took a step before being stopped by Nappa. He glanced at him and the large Sayain shook his head. Raditz looked at door from which the two left.

Gohan was walking with Vegeta. He kept stealing glances at Vegeta. "Listen up runt. We are going to meet our boss Freeza. He will decide whether you'll work here or not." Gohan nodded. "Do not and I mean do not show any kind of weakness in front him. He will feed on your fear. He will push your buttons to see how far you can go without snapping." Vegeta said to Gohan.

"He is most likely going to give you a brutal beating. Try to drag it as long as you can. Take the pain like a Sayain and fight back. The longer you stay conscious, the better."

Gohan gulped, and started to shake as he walked. "Don't do that. You are a Sayain. If you're afraid then I can end you here, right now and put you out of your misery" Vegeta said harshly. "It is the survival of the fittest. The strong live and the weak perish."

"Yes sir"

"Good, now don't screw up." Vegeta said as they reached a door that opened automatically.

Vegeta got down on one knee and motioned Gohan to do the same. Gohan observed that the room was just like the previous one minus the cots. There were two figures standing on either side of the room. On the right; a blue skinned male alien stood, he had green long hair and a smirk plastered on his face. On the left; a pink alien stood, Gohan couldn't make out the gender. It had spikes on its head and forearms along with a maniacal grin on his face.

In between the two, a hover car was present. Only the back of the head and two horns could be seen, since this creature's back was turned on them. "Vegeta, I was informed that there is going to be a new addition to your squad." A raspy voice spoke. It sent chills down Gohan's spine. He felt more nervous than ever now.

"That's correct Lord Freeza. A hybrid Sayain from planet Earth." Vegeta spoke in a controlled manner that he learned over the years.

The hover car turned around and Gohan saw a face that would surely haunt him for the rest of his days. While Vegeta was scary this guy was a demon from the seventh circle of hell. Those red pointed eyes would make even gods shiver in fear. That arrogant smirk and swishing tail was the indication of dominance.

Freeza got out of his vehicle and crossed his arms behind his back. "Come forward boy." As Freeza said this he felt nauseated, it was as if he could not feel his legs, but managed to stand and walk. "What is your name?" Freeza asked. "Son Gohan".

As he walked he glanced at Vegeta who nodded to him. He took this as a sign to be prepared for the upcoming pain.

"You can leave Vegeta, Zarbon will call you once were done with our…meeting." Freeza's voice echoed through the room. Without a word Vegeta got up and left the room. Now Gohan was alone with this monster.

"Do you know what is expected from you, little cub?"

Gohan nodded. "I'm supposed to obey every command from my superiors and work accordingly with my comrades." Gohan answered shakily.

Freeza chuckled. "You're a smart one, lad. But you see, Freeza Force just doesn't accept anyone. You will need to prove your worth in a test." The tyrant said. "3 minutes. If you can last 3 minutes against me then you will be a part of this army. Zarbon over there will keep count."

Gohan swallowed heavily, he knew what was coming so why be afraid. The child took a deep breath and created some distance between him and the demon. He dropped into a flawless stance and took on a determined expression. Freeza chuckled darkly. "Prepare yourself, monkey."

Gohan felt a horrible pain in his gut; he looked down to find a fist. But before he could even react, a tail slapped him across his face sending him crashing into a wall. He gasped in pain as blood came from his mouth. Gohan managed to get up and sidestep a punch just in the nick of time. Freeza turned around and fired a ki-blast at him. The child blocked it by crossing his arms, burning them in the process.

Freeza lunged again and started to mercilessly pound Gohan, the ground started to crack and form craters. The child just wanted to die. He couldn't take the pain any longer, yet his body refused to shut down. Freeza laughed evilly as he applied pressure on Gohan's head, tears welled in the corner of his eyes but did not fall. He screamed in agony as Freeza stomped on his back, just above his tail. His vision started to blur as he felt the pain ease. Soon darkness consumed him and he fell unconscious.

"11.49 minutes, my Lord. He lasted longer than Vegeta." Zarbon informed Freeza. "Should I call him?"

Freeza faced Zarbon and nodded. The blue skinned subordinate went out of the room. Freeza faced the wall opposite to the door, through which Zarbon and Vegeta entered.

"He is accepted Vegeta. Take him to a rejuvenation tank and train him." Freeza told Vegeta. "He will be joining you on your next mission." Vegeta kept his neutral expression and looked at the child. He was beaten black and blue. His left hand and tail were broken. Blood dripped from his face. Both his forearms were burnt, likely from a blast and his armor was completely obliterated. "How long Lord Freeza." He asked. Freeza smirked and turned around to face him. "Almost 12 minutes." Vegeta was shocked. Someone could last that long against Freeza was incredible. "He is very stubborn." Freeza said. "You'll have to chop his head off in order to kill him."

"Now leave and send in Appule, I want this mess cleaned." Freeza commanded. Vegeta got up and slung Gohan on his shoulder. As he left the room 5 Sayains were waiting for him, Raditz approached him but before he could open his mouth to speak Vegeta answered his unspoken question.

"He's in." As to those words left Vegeta's mouth, Raditz's concerned expression formed into prideful smirk. Vegeta walked towards the healing chamber with the rest of the Sayains tailing behind him. When he arrived, Gohan was taken by a green elderly alien; he had an orange beak as well. He put Gohan in a rejuvenation tank and pressed some buttons on the computer. He attached a mask to the half-breed's face and closed the hatch of the tank. The tank started to fill with green liquid. "It will take him a few hours to recover; he has taken quite the beating." The alien said. "I'm surprised he is even alive considering his wounds."

Nappa snickered and slapped Raditz's shoulder. "You always wanted a child eh Raditz. Looks like your wish just came true."

"Come on, let's train. The boy can join us once he's healed." Turles stated to which everyone agreed except Yuuki. As everyone stepped out Vegeta asked Yuuki whether she was coming or not. "I don't feel like training and besides someone's gotta show him the way out." Was her reply before Vegeta walked off and joined the other Sayains into a large clearing.

It looked more of a wasteland with destroyed mountains, piled up rocks and craters all around.

Hanasia looked around and noticed her daughter's absence. "Where's Yuuki." Vegeta answered her question by stating that she was with the brat. Hanasia; satisfied with the answer got into a stance. The rest doing the same before lunging at each other as their spar began.

Vegeta punched Turles on the jaw which sent him through a hellish crash. He followed up with an energy wave and attacked Hanasia who was fighting both Nappa and Raditz at the same time. The prince kicked Hanasia in her stomach and uppercut her chin. But before he could strike again, the female warrior used her momentum and kicked him away only to be blasted by Turles.

Turles delivered a right hook to Raditz's face and kicked Vegeta in his gut. Nappa came from behind and grabbed him in a full nelson. The palm tree haired Sayain tried to break free but Nappa's size gave him an advantage. Raditz punched Turles repeatedly on his face until he felt a knee strike his gut. Turles did a half backflip and kneed Nappa on his nose. He was satisfied when he heard a bone crunch under the pressure. Nappa let go of Turles and nursed his broken bone.

Vegeta and Hanasia were locked in a fierce battle. Hanasia was the second strongest in the crew, followed by Turles, Nappa, Yuuki then Raditz.

Meanwhile, Yuuki was sitting on desk. She had her head in one of palms with her elbow on the table and the fingers of her other hands were drumming on it. It had been two hours since her elders left to train. She had been thinking about her father. She didn't know much about him, he died on a mission protecting the prince when she was a month old. He was a super elite with a power level of 15'000, though her mother surpassed him by 1000 units. She kept pondering on this subject until the doctor came and informed that Gohan had been healed.
