Hello Everyone! This is a fanifc I have been meaning to write, but not knowing how. I think I have the best idea yet, so wish me luck! I am actually hoping to complete this one! Also this has a lot of differences, the one you need to know for this chapter is that Hestia and Hades are on the Council and Jason is Percy pretty much, but not Thalias sibling.

3000 B.C.E. 1500 years after the defeat of Kronos

"SILENCE" Zeus bellowed as he slammed his master bolt down, causing all gods present to stop their conversations and look at him.

"Thank you, now, we must formulate a plan to stop Perseus, or ancient beings of darkness will be released."

"What kind of stupid are you Zeus? He is more powerful than all of us combined, the only thing we can do is prepare to adapt" Hades stated, which left Zeus fuming at the insult.

"Actually uncle, there is a way, but we will have to prepare to make sacrifices." Athena said slowly, noticeably coming up with this idea on the fly, causing Hades to roll his eyes.

"Oh, daughter, and what would that be?" Zeus asked, hope evident in his eyes.

"We could call on the ancient deity of light, Aether, to send Perseus to Tartarus, once and for all."

There was a dreary silence that was cast over the room, for all knew that to summon Aether, they would need to each sacrifice a demigod, to gather his attention.

"If we do this, we would be condemning our children to death." Apollo said, voicing everyone's current thoughts.

"It is for the greater good, besides, they all strive to do something worthy of gathering the gods attention, and this will do just that" Hera stated, agreeing with the idea since she had no children.

"All who vote against this idea, raise their hands" Zeus said, earning a hand raise from Apollo, Poseidon, Aphrodite Demeter, and Hestia.

"It is decided then, each god who has a living demigod child, be prepared to sacrifice them at midnight, here at Olympus. Artemis, you must bring a hunter."

"WHAT?!" Artemis screamed in outrage, earning a glare from half the gods, and Artemis slightly nodding.

Midnight

"All children, stand in a circle around Hades" Athena instructed.

They did as told, at the highest point on Olympus, and after they were all killed by their Guardian, Hades gathered the power from each of them, and used it to call upon Aether. After about 3 minutes, when the gods were started to think they had just wasted their children, the brightest light they had ever seen enveloped them, before the big three open their eyes to a man, with white and gold robes on, with long white hair, and dazzling silver eyes.

"Aether" they all breathed, and immediately dropped down to a knee.

"Rise" He boomed, before saying in a normal voice," I didn't think you guys were gonna have the strength to summon me, but I guess I can't know the future. Any who, why have you summoned me?"

"Lord Aether, we request your help to Banish Perseus, god of Energy, Night, and Earth, to Tartarus, for trying to set free being of darkness on the world." Poseidon said, bowing his head after finishing.

"What will I get out of it?" he asked, though already knowing the answer.

"No other primordials, or ancient beings of darkness, will be able to rise, and challenge your great power" Hades responded, clearly going out of his way to not insult the primordial of light.

"Fair enough. When would you like this done?"

"As soon as possible, everyday he slaughters all that stand in his way, including innocent towns of mortals" Zeus said, his first time speaking up.

"Hmmm, I will do it at the tip of day on Sunday, since it is when he is weakest, and I strongest.

"Thank you, my lord, we can hold him off for three more days" Hades said respectfully, before Aether nodded, and returned them to the rest of the council, all looking expectantly.

"It is done"

Jason POV

We set our flag at the top of Zeus's Fist. It's this cluster of boulders in the middle of the West woods that, if you look at it the just right way, looks like a huge fist sticking out of the ground. If you look at it from any other side it looks like a pile of enormous deer droppings, but Chiron won't let us call the place the poop pile, especially after it had been named for Zeus, who doesn't have much of a sense of humor. Anyway, it was a good place to set the flag. The top boulder was 20 feet tall and really hard to climb, so the flag was clearly visible, like the rules said it had to be, and it didn't matter that the guards weren't allowed to stand within 10 yards of it. I said Niko on guard duty with Beckendorf and the Stoll brothers, figuring he'd be safely out of the way.

"We'll l send out a decoy to the left," Thalia told the team. "Silena, you lead that."

"Got it!"
"Take Laurel and Mason. They are good runners. Make a wide arc around the hunters, attract as many as you can. I'll take the main raiding party around to the right and catch them by surprise."

30 Minutes Later…...

"The Hunters win!" Chiron announced without pleasure. Then he muttered, "for the 56th time in a row."

"Jason Grace!" Thalia yelled, storming toward me. she smelled like rotten eggs, and she was so mad that blue sparks flickered on her armor. Everybody cringed and backed up because of Aegis. It took all my willpower not to cower. "What in the name of the gods were you thinking?" She bellowed.

I balled my fists. I'd had enough bad stuff happened to me for one day. I didn't need this. "I got the flag, Thalia!" I shook it in her face. "I saw a chance and I took it!"

"I WAS AT THEIR BASE!" Thalia yelled. "But the flag was gone, if you hadn't butted in, we would've won."

"There were too many on you!"

"Oh, so it's my fault?"

"I didn't say that."

"Argh!" Thalia pushed me, and a shock went through my body that blew me backward ten feet into the water. Some of the campers gasped. A couple of the Hunters stifled laughs.

"Sorry!" Thalia said, turning pale. "I didn't mean to—" Anger roared in my ears. A wave erupted from the creek, blasting into Thalia's face and dousing her from head to toe. I stood up.

"Yeah," I growled. "I didn't mean to, either." Thalia was breathing heavily.

"Enough!" Chiron ordered. But Thalia held out her spear. "You want some, Seaweed Brain?" Somehow, it was okay when Annabeth called me that— at least, I'd gotten used to it—but hearing it from Thalia was not cool.

"Bring it on, Pinecone Face!" I raised Riptide, but before I could even defend myself, Thalia yelled, and a blast of lightning came down from the sky, hit her spear like a lightning rod, and slammed into my chest. I sat down hard. There was a burning smell; I had a feeling it was my clothes.

"Thalia!" Chiron said. "That is enough!" I got to my feet and willed the entire creek to rise. It swirled up, hundreds of gallons of water in a massive icy funnel cloud.

"Jason!" Chiron pleaded.

3rd Person POV

"Dear, Dear" A voice from above echoed, making both the demigods stop," and to think your kind helped put me away." Jason immediately lost concentration, and started looking around, while Chiron just paled, already having a good idea of who it was. Everyone was so engrossed in trying to find the culprit, that no one noticed the old shaggy form of the oracle until it was right in front of them.

"No, this shouldn't be possible, we are about to face a threat worse than my father" Chiron muttered to himself before the prophecy started.

"Five shall go west to the goddess in chains,

One shall be lost in the land without rain- "

"That is enough" the voice growled, before the oracle incinerated on the spot, and a massive swirl of green energy was sucked in by an unknown force.

"Who are you?" Thalia asked, still shaken that the oracle had been killed.

"I am many things, but you can refer to me as the harbinger."

"What do you want, Harbinger?" Jason asked, putting on a brave façade.

"I want many things, but right now, I must have revenge for what happened to me, so I shall kill all of you." Just then, all of the Olympians flashed in, draped from head to toe in battle armor. The demigods had never seen the gods so united, and… fearful? The children of Kronos looked especially scared, and that was saying something.

"Dad?" Jason asked.

"Stay out of the way son, trust me on this" he said to Jason before turning back to confront the darkness with Zeus.

"Perseus, show yourself" Zeus yelled, fear and rage plastered on his face.

"Being so blunt eh Zeus? You were always the weakest of the brothers, like seriously, who cares about puny thunder and lightning?" the newly dubbed Perseus taunted, causing Zeus to explode, and throw his master bolt into the darkness, only to have the bolt come out still charged, and knock back Hera, Ares, and Artemis. "So, the psychopath, the dick, and the daddy's girl fall already, can't believe people think you guys are anything."

"What do you want Perseus?" Hades inquired.

"Its more of a revenge than anything, I guess. You guys did me a favor by sending me down there by the way. I have learned so much from his depths." He responded vaguely.

"Like what?" Athena asked, curiosity overtaking her, and earning questioning stares from all demigods and hunters alike.

"I mean, just look at me!" The darkness started to swirl in a vortex, and manifest into a 6'3 male with midnight black hair, grey and red eyes, and tattoos all over his skin, making all women present drool. "These tattoos are from my most memorable kills, such as beasts you all have never heard of. And this one on my chest" he said as his shirt dissipated into nothing," Is from getting the blessing of the creator." This caused all gods to gasp, and the demigods to keep on staring in confusion.

"You're talking about Chaos, correct?" Poseidon asked, terror evident in his tone.

"Of course, he is the only one I know of. I would like to tell you that I will be taking Jason Grace, so that you cannot pull the stunt you pulled last time, and I am here so that I can tell you that I intend to pick up from where I left off, so that I may raise the intelligent and beautiful creatures of night from Tartarus."

"T-Tartarus?" Thalia asked, horror all over her. "As in the pit where immortals go to reform?"

"Yup, my old pal Tartarus wants his freedom, and I want to give it to him. Not as a servant of course, I am on and equal level of power as Nyx right now, but as a friend." Everyone just stood there dumbfounded, before Perseus melted into nothingness, leaving all demigods chattering, and the gods, Chiron, and the elder hunters looking pale. Apollo rushed to the unconscious gods and healed them, while Zeus retrieved his Master Bolt.

"COUNCIL MEETING IN 1 HOUR, ALL PRESENT ARE REQUIRED TO COME, REGARDLESS OF THEIR CURRENT STATUS" Zeus boomed, before vanishing in a bolt of lightning, all other gods following.

"Be prepared son, things are about to change" Poseidon told Jason, before flashing out, and leaving the camp in silence.

"H-hey Everyone, this is probably the worst thing to say right now, but I'm sorry for overreacting, but we have to find a way to get Jason back." Thalia said, trying to break the awkward silence in the camp.

Hey guys! Hope you enjoyed and leave me some reviews for more ideas and/or pairings for the story. (I already have one for Percy though). I always like getting reader ideas so everyone has a better experience :D also read the bold parts every time so you know the differences for the chapters, or you might get REALLY confused in the future.
