Percy and Sally were walking around in one of the many forests on File island, when seven bright lights burned harshly in the sky. Squinting his eyes, and thanks to his demigod reflexes, Percy brought up a dome of earth around he and his mother, to protect them from the impact. He was glad he did, the ground groaned, as the lights slammed down into the earthen surface. Shaking, and slightly crumbling, the dome around the two Jacksons stood tall. After letting the aftershocks die down, the young powerful demigod relaxed and let his earth protection shield fall down, and walked up to the seven figures that fell from the sky.
His eyes widened, because the seven figures that fell from the sky, were children. Children, who looked about the same age as him. He also noticed, in the bushes not to far from the children, happened to appear small in training two digimon.
One was pink, large brown eye, and had two pinkish, head ribbons flowing down its head. This was a Koromon.
There was an orange furred creature, with a large black horn poking out of its head, with a cream colored face, and brown eyes. This was Tsunomon.
Another pink creature, with blue leaves on top of its head, with a single vine extending out, looking like a radish, this digimon, was Pyocomon.
A pink blob stood there, with brown eyes, bald, with two flabby arms, and no legs to speak of, this was Motimon.
A green cabbage like creature, with a large green stem on its head, and red eyes, was Tanemon.
A brown creature, with a ponytail of orange hair, and two flippers, having a white underbelly, this was the digimon by the name of Bukamon.
The last creature, was a four legged, pinkish white creature, with two pink, flowing head ribbons, small black, beady little eyes, and a mouth full of rather sharp and large teeth. This digimon, is Tokomon.
Percy looked at the children, and began to wake them up.
Groaning, one of the children opened his eyes, the one with the big, bushy brown hair, and the goggles.
"Where am I? What happened? Who are you?" the kid said, clearly disoriented. He looked around, and noticed his friends? All laying around, knocked out. He ran over and shook the girl wearing the yellow shirt and the bucket on her head, her eyelids fluttered open, and she pulled herself forward, staring forward, with a dazed expression on her face. She shook her head, and asked, "Tai, where are we? and who's that?" she was staring at Percy, and Sally.
The boy spun around, and seeing Percy, his eyes went wide, evidently he just now noticed the mother and son. Percy then looked at them and said, "i will introduce myself and my mother later, for now we should make sure you guys are all alright."
Sally walked up to the children, and their digimon, before softly speaking to them, "come, let's wake up the others, and then get you all some safer place." Quickly moving, the bushy haired kid, and the girl who wore some stupid bucket along with Sally, and Percy, woke the other children up, gathered their digimon, and left the forest, before they could get attacked.
They didn't make it very far however, due to a giant red insect digimon. The digimon in question had four arms, on each arm were three claws, a hard red outer shell, black tribal markings on its head, two large red pincers, two hard red wings, two white thin buzzing wings, and razor sharp teeth. This aggressive insect, is Kuwagamon. Kuwagamon let loose a loud screech, and dived down towards the young children, and the young adult. The digimon weren't having it however, they all jumped at the champion, it was a brave effort, but ultimately futile. They let loose their bubble blow attack, but the champion just flew right through, using his wings to bat away the bubbles, for the annoyances they were.
Upon being struck, the in training two digimon, were smacked into the trees, dazed from the pain, and their failure. As Kuwagamon turned around, ready to head back down for a repeat performance, Percy pulled out his digivice, about to call out one of his own digimon, to deal with the overgrown beetle, when the smaller digimon all began to glow, and a loud beeping noise drew his attention to the other kids. The digivices on their clothes had a glowing screen.
Koromon changed, growing into a yellow dinosaur, digivolving into the rookie, Agumon.
Tsunomon, digivolved into a fur coated, yellow reptilian digimon with a yellow horn growing out of its head, Gabumon.
Pyocomon, became Biyomon, a pink feathered bird.
Bukamon, transformed into Gomamon, a white seal creature with an orange Mohawk.
Motimon, digivolved into Tentomon, a small red beetle, with black spikes on its shell.
Tanemon, became Palmon, a green skinned digimon, with a pink flower for hair.
Tokomon, transformed into a hamster creature, with two almost bat like wings.
They were all now at the rookie stage, having digivolved to protect their partners. Percy just stood and smirked, he was surprised. Kuwagamon came speeding towards the digimon, before slowing down, and walking menacingly to the kids. Letting loose a roar, he clicked his pincers angrily. The rookies stepped forward, determined to defeat this bug once and for all.
Agumon loudly exclaimed, "come on guys lets fry this bug. Everyone attack as one. Pepper breath." a fiery ball of orange and yellow and red smacked into the bug's head.
Palmon, seeing Kuwagamon about to fly off after getting hit by the Pepper breath, yelled out, "Poison ivy." her vines then shot out from her hands/nails, and wrapped around Kuwagamon, restraining him for a moment, due to the surprise attack.
Gabumon followed up with, "Blue blaster." A thin jet of blue flame spewed out and nailed the champion.
Biyomon flew up to the side of Kuwagamon, and shouted out, "Spiral twister." A green wave of mystical fire came out in a swirling vortex, crashing into the foe.
Gomamon, opened his mouth, and called, "Marching fishes." about a dozen fishes of variety colors slammed into Kuwagamon.
Patamon flew up and after sucking in some air, exhaled, "Boom bubble." a sound of impact, and the ball of condensed air sped out and hit the bug, throwing its head back.
Tentomon, flying up and above Kuwagamon, screamed out, "Super shocker." red jolts of electricity crackled out and down onto the enemy, lighting him up, thanks to the efforts of the other rookies, the champion was already weakened and wounded, the super shocker was the final straw, Kuwagamon fell back, before bursting into a stream of data, heading off to Primary Village, to be reborn again.
The rookie digimon then turned to their partners, and ran to them. The kids, now fully awake and shocked, at not only the violence displayed, but at the digimon's new appearance, were rather reluctant to allow the digimon near them.
"So what exactly are you? How did you do that? Who was that? What was that?" were the questions being thrown around. The boy with the red fuzzy hair, and the laptop, seemed very curious. He looked at the rest of the group, and spoke, "Where exactly are we? This isn't Earth, at least not our Earth. What happened to the giant red bug? Why did these...things change?'
"We're Digimon! Digital Monsters! We digivolved, in order to protect you guys. That digimon was Kuwagamon, a mean and evil digimon. He was defeated, and his data was deleted. This is the Digital World." the digimon spoke.
"Okay, now who are you? Do you have names for us to call you? i don't want to keep calling you the Digimon." This came from the bucket wearing girl.
"My name's Agumon." the yellow dinosaur said.
"i am Gabumon." the fur wearing digimon said.
"Call me Biyomon." the bird.
"I am Tentomon." the mini beetle exclaimed.
"Pleased to make your acquaintance, I go by Patamon." the hamster like digimon said.
"My name's Palmon." the flower said.
"I am Gomamon, it's okay, you can all start bowing now." the seal smirked.
Percy's point of view
"Cool, my name's Tai." Obnoxious bush.
"I am Sora." Bucket girl.
"My name's Mimi." Pinky.
"Call me Joe." Scared one.
"Name's Matt." Dick.
"I am Izzy." Nerd.
"Call me T.K. I am not as small as i look, and I'm not a crybaby." the youngest kid said.
Finally, i introduced myself, and my mom.
"I am Perseus, and this is my mother Sally, now tell me, why are you here? How did you get here?" The kids then looked at me, and explained how they were at summer camp one minute, and then the next, after some freak weather, woke up here. I was suspicious, because that had to be the weirdest story i ever heard. However, i knew what my mom would do, and sure enough, she looked at them all and said kindly, "well that sounds terrible, why don't you travel with us? Maybe we can find a way to get you all home?"
I could feel my eye twitch. The children all looked at one another, and Sora said to my mom, "Can we have a few moments to decide with each other first?" my mom just nodded and we walked away to speak to ourselves while they chatted amongst one another, deciding.
"They are probably those kids that Leomon and Centaurumon told us about, remember? The ones who are destined to come and fight that 'great evil'?" I said to mom. She said, "You are probably right."
I looked at the group, and then back to my mom, and said, "Okay, but why are we helping them? We don't even know how to get home ourselves, or rather get to our other home." Mom looked down here, in thought, because the truth is, we both came to view the digital world as a second home. It was so calm and peaceful, full of life, and it was rather beautiful, nothing like the polluted air at home, the loud noises, the annoying people. But, we both knew, that eventually, i at least would be forced to go back, due to the gods learning of my existence, and the great prophecy leaning on my shoulders.
I was twelve years old now, and i knew my time of freedom, was running out. My father had recently come to me in a dream, and told me to be weary, and to brace myself. He wouldn't say what for exactly, but that something big and huge was on the horizon, and i had a part to play in it. I could only hope i would be ready. Looking up, it seemed like the children had made their decision, they came over, and Bush boy, Tai i think it was? Said, "We appreciate the offer, and would be glad to have your help."
Mom smiled at them, and told them, "Alright, let's head to the beach then, and make camp there for the night." With that being said, we all headed off to the beach, unbeknownst we were being watched the whole time.
