Thank you for waiting and sticking with the stories. My exams are finally over so I hope I can keep up with continuing this story. I don't own PoT. I hope y'all enjoy :))

Sakuno had no idea if her heart was beating fast because she was hitting her maximum stamina or that her hand was holding her long-time crush's hand. Either way, it was a good thing that her directionality had gotten better since he had arrived back from America. Her whole "Don't let Ryoma-kun find me at the camp" plan was completely obliterated when he appeared tonight at her court unexpectedly. It was only a short 5 minute run and she arrived at the location. The two were face to face with a small single unit cabin that was only around 300 square feet.

"A-ano, this is the place. It's usually reserved for former first stringers that come and coach, but there are less of them this year so this one is vacant. The tennis courts are just down the trail behind the home. It should be only a 5 minute walk for you." She sheepishly explained. Ryoma's eyes were wide. One because Ryuzaki had just almost said a whole paragraph without stuttering the whole time, two because she somehow knew of this place that was adequately suited just for him, and three she looked amazing with crystal sweat drops falling down her delicate face, hair swaying in the wind, and a small blush that was kissed by moonlight.

'Literally no need in denying it now' A voice in Ryoma's head laughed.

'Urusai, go away.' Ryoma replied. It took almost all of Ryoma's strength and mental capabilities to stop himself from wiping the sweat off her forehead and embracing her.

"Arigato, Ry-Sakuno." Ryoma whispered while pulling down on the bill of his cap. Sakuno gave Ryoma the pin for the place and told him not to worry about anyone barging in. She was assigned to care for this particular building.

"Ah! I should head back before Ann-chan and Tomo-chan realize I'm not in bed." She yelped looking at her phone and then excused herself from his presence and ran off. Ryoma was left alone in the pristine westerned style cabin, eyes wide at the sudden departure of his female counterpart. He then shrugged off his gear and hit the showers.

'Oh hello there lovesick boy!' Ryoma's innerself presented himself in his mind once more.

'Get out. I am not lovesick.' Ryoma replied.

'Nuh uh. I am not leaving' It replied.

'How can I make you leave?' Ryoma suggested.

'Accepting that I am a part of you and that we have feelings for Coach Ryuzaki's granddaughter. Since merging of the minds would just make me you.' It replied cockily.

'There is no way you are me. I just didn't get enough sleep last night because of Momo-senpai.' He replied to himself stoically.

'So you've been saying all day. As if I didn't notice you admiring her all night.' the voice baffled. At this point Ryoma wanted to punch himself. Even alone, he wasn't allowed to have any peace and quiet. Getting out of the shower he propped himself on the dark bed and tucked himself to sleep.

'Now there will be no excuses tomorrow.' His inner voice snarked.

Sakuno arrived into her unit just in time for her legs and brain to completely give in due to tennis and most importantly the events that had just gone down. She collapsed into her bed. The soft cotton covers engulfed her small frame as each muscle in her body began to relax. She finally felt the soreness sit into her body as her mind continuously replayed the events that had just occurred. She held Ryoma's hand and spoke a full sentence without stuttering 50% of the words! She felt heat rush to her face and she buried her face deeper into the pillow. Sakuno didn't want her excitement to wake up her room mates who were soundly asleep. "I should sleep too. Tomorrow is going to be a long day." Sakuno thought as her heavy eyelids fell and her mind sprinted to dream land.

Sakuno woke up to the sound of the alarm on her phone and groaned as she slipped out of bed. She groggily dragged herself out of the room and got ready for a quick morning shower. Her arms felt like anvils and her legs were trudging through thick mud.

"Ohayo Sakuno-chan!" She heard many other employees greet.

"Ohayo!" She replied cheerily, bowing to them in respect. She then walked into her room to wake up her friends.

"Ann-Chan! Tomo-chan! It's time to wake up." She gently nudged her friends in an attempt to wake them up.

"Mou… we have to prepare breakfast." She tried pressuring them further. All she got in return were grumbles. She sighed, it was definitely time for her secret weapon.

"There are girls fawning over Momo-senpai and Kaido-Senpai!" She almost yelled. Ann jumped out of her bed "He better not be flirting!" While Tomoka's eyes shot open as she yelled "He's taken!" The two light haired girls were then met eye to eye with a pleased Sakuno who was smiling very brightly.

"Now I know how to wake you guys up with a 100% success rate." Sakuno replied. Ann and Tomoka sighed and thought "Day by day she gets closer to becoming Fuji-senpai…" The two sleepy girls got ready with the pairing of endless complaints about their sore bodies. The Trio then arrived at the kitchen in which they were immediately assigned to different stations.

It wasn't long until all the players began making their way into the cafeteria for their breakfast. Sakuno being Sakuno's eyes immediately sought out a white fila cap with dark blue-green hair poking sticking from underneath. To her disappointment she was not able to identify anyone with the description she desperately wanted to see. It then hit her "what if he slept in?" Sakuno then excused herself from the kitchen and made a beeline towards the cabin in which her prince resided.

Ryoma's eyes fluttered open as his alarm went off. He checked the time to see he still had a good 10 minutes before breakfast so without question, his fingers automatically hit the snooze on his phone and he once more drifted into another dream of tennis and cherry ponta, and grape ponta. Unknowingly, his phone decided to run out of batteries since his charger was still in his room with Momo-senpai.

Sakuno quickly typed in the pin to enter the home. "Mou,.. Ryoma-kun's going to miss breakfast…" she mumbled as she excused herself into the home. She headed up the stairs into the loft and was welcomed with a sleeping teen. Mumbling incoherently the words of his favourite things. Tennis, Ponta, Karupin, and Mada mada dane. Sakuno giggled at the vulnerable state that he was in, sleeping soundly and letting his body finally relax. Sakuno walked over the side of the bed and took in 3 deep breaths and began to nudge the sleeping prince. It took her a good 5 attempts before the tired boy opened his eyes and rubbed them.

"Ohayo Ryoma-Kun!" Sakuno smiled as Ryoma stared back at her blankly, still trying to adapt to the wakefulness state that he had just been forced upon. It took Ryoma a good 3 seconds to register the person who had just spoken to him.

"Ah. Ohayo. What are you doing here?" He questioned.

"A-Ah, gomen Ry-Ryoma-kun. I didn't mean to bother you but breakfast already started… I was worried something happened to y-you." She managed to say in one quick breath. Ryoma stood up causing Sakuno to flinch a bit and walked into the washroom leaving a stunned brown-haired girl. Sakuno sighed and took a glance at her watch and almost screamed at the time. She had to head off to practice.

"S-sayonara Ryoma-kun!" She tried to yell as loud as she could so he could hear her from the washroom. She then dashed out and this time, left a stun boy in his pajamas holding a wet toothbrush.
