As Percy quickly ran back outside, his mind was racing and whirling thoughts. 'A fury, that can only mean Hades is after me, for some reason? She told me to confess for my sins and my stealing of the helm and bolt? What the hell is she talking about? The only two weapons like that from mythology, that i know of, are Hades' Helm of Darkness, and Zeus' Masterbolt. But surely if i had them, couldn't she have sensed them around me? That look Chiron and Grover shared tells me they know more than they are saying. What is going on?!

Am i going insane? Now that i think about it, are any of my powers mythological in nature? If a fury exists, and she talked about her lord, so Hades must exist, therefore, do the other gods and goddesses exist? Does that mean that my father is one of them? Is that even possible? Does mom know? Is Annabeth a demigod as well? If so, who is her godly parent? Too many questions and not enough answers.' All running rampant through his mind.

He took off, speeding past the school bus, right down the street, and after opening the door, he slammed into something hard, and falling on the floor. He heard a yelp, "OW. That hurt." looking down, he blushed, for he was laying on top of, what could only be described as a goddess of beauty.

She stood above average in terms of height, she had creamy, unblemished, fair skin tone, with bright blue eyes, long, luscious black hair, darker than a raven, with a big, firm, round breasts, that had to be at least a D cup, if not DD, with long toned legs that were packed with muscle, she wore high heels, a black mini skirt, a white button up blouse, over a black t shirt. This woman, was Diana, the princess of the amazons, and the daughter of Zeus, his cousin.

Sitting on the couch, talking animatedly with his mother, was a blonde girl, a few years younger than him, about nine or ten, he would say. She had long blonde hair, bright blue eyes, she wore simple blue jeans, and a blue shirt. Her skin tone was just as fair as Diana's. This girl, was Kara Zor El, his cousin.

"Ahem, if you two are done staring deeply and longingly into each other's eyes, then perhaps you could be a gentleman and help the woman up, Percy? Once that is done, perchance you could explain why you are home? Since by the time on the clock, you should be at school for another half an hour, and then another ten minutes before you got here?" Sally said sounding both amused and disapproving. Percy gulped, his mother was not someone he wanted to cross.

He got up, and sheepishly grinned down at the woman who was laying on the floor, he stuck his hand out, offering to help her up, "sorry for knocking you over ma'am. I was in a rush and i didn't think there would be anyone over here."

Diana for her part, smiled just a sheepishly, and took his offered hand, "no harm done, it was clearly an accident, i must confess, it wasn't to smart of me to stand right in front of the door."

Remembering his mother was still awaiting on an explanation for his early arrival from the school, he swallowed nervously, before saying what had happened.

"we, the school on the field trip that is, were at the museum, and something happened, like one of the past incidents happened." he said to her, not sure how to proceed with the two strange women in the room.

"Percy, explain exactly what happened at the museum, now." the last word was said so sternly, that any protests died before he could begin to form them, so he gave a shortened explanation of what the fury did and said. His mother and Diana just traded a look, Diana's was challenging, while Sally's was resigned.

"very well, it's clear i can no longer hide it from you. Percy there are some things you need to know, about your father, myself...and you. Things, that were with held from you for your first twelve years of your life. I just want you to know, that no matter what, you are my son and i love you, nothing will change that, okay?" Sally told Percy, he felt himself begin to shake, he didn't know what it was, but something was coming, he wasn't sure if he would like it either.

"Now this is very important, okay? So don't interrupt me. Twelve years ago, i had just graduated high school, and after spending the summer with a guy at Montauk, we were fooling around, when something fell from the sky. Upon getting to the site of the crash, we saw a spherical ship, inside that ship was a baby, and you Percy, were that baby. The man i was with at the time, is Poseidon, the Greek god of the seas. According to him, the ship is Kryptonian. A race of highly militaristic individuals, who lived on a dying planet. As far as he knew, you were the last survivor of the people from Krypton, until recently. I will come back to that later.

When I saw you, i knew right then and there, i wanted you, so i asked Poseidon, and he agreed, so we blood adopted you, and he also fed you some of his divine energy and essence, so that you are also his son. Before you ask, i was unable to have children, so adopting you was the best thing i could do, and even if i could have children, you would still be considered my son.

The powers you get from being a Kryptonian, or rather i should say, being a Kryptonian underneath a yellow sun, gives you immense physical strength, even greater than a god of strength, you have now developed heat ray vision, you have x ray vision, you have super smell and hearing and sight, you can fly, you can hold your breath for a long time, and i am sure you have many other, unworldly abilities that you haven't even begun to discover. I only know of them because you have used them, and Poseidon was told by Apollo, the Greek god of the sun.

From Poseidon, you have the ability to manipulate water, ice, the earth to an extent, you can communicate with all equine and aquatic life, you can summon and control all elements of a storm, whether it be lightning, wind, or water. You can create and crumble mountains, you can stop and cause volcanic eruptions if you wanted to.

Truly you are the most powerful demigod on the planet, maybe even in the history of the Greeco-Roman pantheon. If the other gods found out about you, well more than they already know, you would be in immediate, immense danger, which is why is why i spoke to your father, about how to help you, and he sent miss Diana here, to take you with her to her home, Themyscira, where she can help you train, so that you can protect yourself from the dangers that await you.

So now you know the truth, whatever you may think of me, or your father now, just know this, we didn't do this out of spite or anger, or jealousy, we did it because we love you, we wanted to protect you, we didn't want you to know just how bad the future might end up being for you. I am sorry." Sally had some tears falling down her face, as she got on her knees in front of Percy, with a pained, yet hopeful look in her eyes, asking for forgiveness, wanting the same love that he has shown her his entire life.

Percy was not sure on how to feel. Should he feel grateful, that he now knew why he was different? Or why he was so powerful? Should he be angry that he was lied to his entire life? No, he knew he wasn't angry, yes he was upset about being lied to, but they clearly loved him, after all, Poseidon sent his mom money to help her with bills, and even sent him presents for his birthday, as well as stuff for his mom on her birthdays. Poseidon was not obligated to gift him with items or powers, nor was he required to hide his existence. Percy knew, he didn't hold it to his mother, and he told her as much, "it's okay, i understand why you did it, i still love you mom."

Sally looked up, unable to believe what she just heard, yet seeing it in his eyes, she smiled a big and beautiful smile, before taking him into her arms.

"although i appreciate being told all of this, but i am curious, what about Annabeth, and that blonde girl over on our couch? Where and how do they fall into this? Who or what, exactly, is miss Diana? Is she Aphrodite by any chance? She looks beautiful enough." Percy spoke the last part of his sentence without even meaning to, and once he realized what he said, he blushed. Sally just laughed at her son, and his infatuation with the gorgeous amazon, not that she could blame him, truth be told, Diana had Sally herself practically salivating. Because yes, she was that damn gorgeous.

"Well Annabeth is a daughter of Athena, goddess of wisdom, among other things, and the girl on the couch is your, according to her, biological cousin, Kara Zor El, the last daughter of Krypton." Sally told him.

The now, newly dubbed Kara, looked over at Percy, and smiled a bright, beatific smile, and said, "Hiya cuz, what's up?" Percy just grinned back, knowing, that no matter what happens, no matter how much shit comes his way, with his cousin by his side, he couldn't or wouldn't lose.
