Hey all, this will be my most ambitious story that I've ever written. I'm going to make an attempt to rewrite the SAO Alicization arc but with the added bonus of it being a Eugeo/Kirito story as well. An interesting fact: Cardinal was only required to obey Kayaba's orders when he possessed system authorization. This had not been previously relevant with Kayaba because Cardinal was intelligent enough not to disobey the man with authority. Kayaba had become used to control, but had now cut himself off from the outside world... and it's physical overrides.
