Author has written 21 stories for Harry Potter, Sailor Moon, Star Wars, Wheel of Time, Chronicles of Narnia, Carpathian Series, Watership Down, and Twilight. ATTENTION: If anyone would like my story "A Need For Memories" in a slightly different format (an easier to understand format, more than that I cannot say for fear they will take it down) than I have here, you can find it under aviendha15's account. BTW, In case anyone is wondering: I DO NOT LIKE PARODIES (in case some people don't understand the term: a story, movie, song, etc. that makes fun of one of the same.) I will NEVER watch Space Balls, or A Very Potter Musical or its sequal. Do not expect me to understand references to them in peoples' stories (or in reviews in my own). Thanks, anyway, that is how I feel. OKAY! LOOK PEOPLE, I KNOW THAT MOLLY AND ARTHUR WERE NOT AT HOGWARTS WHEN THE MARAUDERS WERE. I GET IT, OKAY?! READING WITH THE TRIO WAS NOT MY STORY TO BEGIN WITH AND ORCHIDTANI WAS THE ONE WHO PUT THAT IN THERE. IT WOULD BE TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO GO BACK AND REDO ALL OF HIS/HER STORY TO CHANGE THAT ONE FACT. I'M NOT CHANGING IT, OKAY?! SO WOULD PEOPLE STOP BRINGING IT UP?! DEAL WITH IT, OR STOP READING THAT STORY! "Alyssa Lies" My little girl made a new friend just the other day On the playground at school between the tires and the swing. But she came home with tear-filled eyes And she said to me, "Daddy, Alyssa lies." Well, I brushed it off at first 'cause I didn't know how badly my little girl had been hurt. Or the things she had seen I wasn't ready when I said "you can tell me." And she said: (Chorus) Alyssa lies to the classroom Alyssa lies every day at school Alyssa lies to the teachers As she tries to cover every bruise My little girl laid her head down that night to go to sleep As I stepped out the room, I heard her say a prayer so soft and sweet "God bless my mom and my dad And my new friend Alyssa I know she needs you bad." Because Alyssa lies to the classroom Alyssa lies everyday at school Alyssa lies to the teachers As she tries to cover every bruise I had the worst night of sleep in years As I tried to think of a way to calm her fears I knew just what it was I had to do But when we got to school on Monday, I heard the news My little girl asked me why everybody looked so sad The lump in my throat grew bigger with every question that she asked Until I felt the tears run down my face And I told her that Alyssa wouldn't be at school today 'Cause she doesn't lie in the classroom She doesn't lie anymore at school Alyssa lies with Jesus Because there's nothing anyone would do Tears filled my eyes when my little girl asked me why Alyssa lied Daddy, please tell me why Alyssa lies A song that I heard for the first time yesterday even though it has been out since 2006. It's based on a true story and written and sung by Jason Michael Carroll. Look it up on YouTube but be warned you'll need a box of tissues. Anyway, please people I beg you if you have even an inkling someone is being abused report it. Most states, I believe this can be done anonymously and if you are being abused and no one is listening there's a hotline or you could always pm me. I'm always willing to listen. The hotline is 1-800-422-4453. If you believe Jesus is the only way to be saved from your sins and is the only way to God, and therefore Heaven, copy and paste this onto your profile and add your name to the list:Kaisaan Greenleaf, Xaja Silversheen, Mystic Winter, Mrs. Fantasy, Dimcairien, SailorMartin3 If you believe in Jesus Christ put this in your profile and don't just ignore this, because in the Bible it says, ‘If you deny me, I will deny you in front of my Father in the gates of Heaven Even when you can’t see him GOD is there! If you believe in GOD put this in your profile Jesus had no servants, yet they called him Master... He had no medicine, yet they called him Healer... He had no army, yet kings feared him... He won no military battles, yet he conquered the world... He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him... He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today It happened many years ago The memories still haunt you though And who's to blame, you really don't know You're just locked all alone in these chains Some times it's hard to live at all The pictures of your history call Your mind's a decorated wall But the Lord has the cure for your pain It's time, come back to the land of the living Come home to the land of forgiving Jesus will be faithful to the end It's time, break the tangled web that binds you Let the grace of God unwind you Give the Lord your broken heart to mend It's time, it's time You've had your little victories But perfection's pretty hard to please And guilt is an annoying breeze That blows all that is peaceful away And your life is too short to go on living like this Or to brood over who's done you wrong If the years pass you by, look at all that you'll miss You've been walking in shadows too long It's time, come back to the land of the living Come home to the land of forgiving Jesus will be faithful to the end It's time, break the tangled webs that bind you Let the grace of God unwind you Give the Lord your broken heart to mend It's time, it's time (Wayne Watson: It's Time) For all of those who are living with the guilt of things unsaid, undone, things that can't be taken back, they can all be given to the Lord who will, and does, love you and can comfort you and release you from the crippling guilt so you can begin to live the life as he would want you to live it. (I originally wrote this with two people in mind: Professor Dumbledore and Severus Snape, but it applies to anyone, anywhere) If you believe this is true copy and paste to your web page. They say that into every life some rain must fall For the pain is no respector of the mighty or the small But sometimes it just seems so unfair To see someone who's had more than his shair Oh, it makes you wonder "Why?" And, Lord, I wouldn't second guess your mighty plan For I know you have a purpose that's beyond the scope of man If you look inside my heart, you will find That I have always been the trusting kind Oh, but still I wonder "Why?" I wonder "Why" Do the rainy days have to come When the storm clouds hide the sun I wanna know "Why?" "Why?" (I wonder "Why") When the reasons aren't clear to me When it all is a mystery I want to know "Why?" And though down here I may not understand I won't let go of the Unseen Hand Oh no, for it holds the reasons WHY The Lord has never been afraid of honest prayer And he won't allow the burden to be more than you can bear When he knows that your trust is in him He doesn't mind the questions now and then Even if you wonder "Why?" I wonder "Why?" Do the rainy days have to come When the storm clouds hide the sun I want to know "Why?" "Why?" (I wonder "Why?") When the reasons aren't clear to me When it all is a mystery I want to know "Why?" And though down here I may not understand I won't let go of the Unseen Hand Oh no, for it holds the reasons WHY And though down here I may not understand I won't let go of the Unseen Hand Oh no, for it holds the reasons WHY (4-Him "Why?") I hold the Master's hand daily, it is a great comfort. If you believe this post it to your profile. If you would like to know more, send me a pm or e-mail me at [email protected]. I had kind of an epiphany the other day. I was listening to the song "Before The Morning" by Josh Wilson. It's a Christian song but it should speak to just about anyone. Anyway, the gist of the song is that though we all go through some tough times in life there is always something we can't see that is right around the corner that will someday put things in perspective. One of the lines of the song is: "life is not a snapshot, it might take a little time but you'll see the bigger picture..." Anyway, my epiphany (or as I call it my "well, duh" moment) was that no matter who you are, what you believe, etc that someday sometime in their lives people want a miracle, the thing is that they don't want the circumstances that would require one. If you've ever talked to yourself, copy this to your profile. If you cried during/after reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, copy this to your profile. If you cried when Fred Weasley died (in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows), and not afraid to admit it, copy, paste this on your profile. If you liked Snape after Deathy Hallows copy and paste this in your profile. If you ever read past two in the morning, copy and paste this to your profile. If you spend multiple hours each day reading or writing, or a combination of both, copy and paste this into your profile. If you are obsessed with fanfiction copy this into your profile. If you have ever read a 250 pg book in less than one day, copy and paste this into your profile If you loved DH, HBP, OotP, GoF, PoA, CoS, and SS/PS, and know what all those initials stand for, copy and paste this on your account. Her name was Auroura Her dad was a drunk Her only friend She always talked to it Until her parents A bruise on her leg But she grabs her bear She sits in the corner Such a bad life Then one night Then her mom suddenly She thrusted the blade The mom walked out Police showed up One officer slowly It must have been bad If you hate child abuse then repost this on your profile. Signs that someone might be being bullied at school: 1. Is reluctant or downright refuses to go to school. 2. Grades are slipping. 3. Spends most of their time alone and rarely talks about their friends. 4. When asked how school was, they always answer fine but don't want to talk about it. 5. Avoids public places, may hide in the library during lunch or after school. 6. Runs extra laps in PE so that they don't have to stand around with everybody else waiting for the teacher to start class. 7. Seems distrustful of other peoples' motives for asking simple questions or even talking to them. 8. Seems overly cheerful when there is an unexpected day off from school. People, there is NEVER a reason to bully someone. You don't know what it will do to people. What may seem like harmless fun or teasing can have far reaching effects. I don't care what they do or don't do, how they dress, how they act, what they look like, how they talk, etc. bullying is increasingly becoming one of the leading causes of suicide in the US. Personally (and I know some college people will disagree with me on this subject but I have to say it) hazing is just another form of bullying and is just as hurtful. Speaking from experience as someone who endured two years of being bullied (and I still don't know how I made it through) where every student in the school (and that is not an exaggeration) hated and made fun of me for something that wasn't my fault, I am still feeling the effects some twenty years later. I find myself spending most of my time alone, I don't trust people, I rarely, if ever, tell people personal stuff, I have few friends (although I have a large number of acquaintences). Bullying is not funny or harmless and even those of us who survive aren't what we used to be. SOMEONE LET ME KNOW, AS FAR AS THEY WERE ABLE, WHAT HOUSES THE ORIGINAL ORDER MEMBERS WERE IN IF THEY KNOW? I THINK IT WOULD HELP ME GET SOME PERSPECTIVE ON THOSE THAT WE DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT. THANKS. For those interested in watching a tribute to Fred and George I have a music video I made to the song "Remember Me This Way" by Jordan Hill at: Also, in case, there is anyone interested in putting their Reading the Books fic somewhere where it can be read I have a proboards page that hasn't been asked to take down the stories on it. At first I thought about putting rules on who could add their stories, but I have since changed my mind if you would like to add your story e-mail me or pm me. My e-mail adress is: IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN KNOWING HOW TO FIND MY READING WITH THE TRIO FIC THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN IT IS AT THE SITE BELOW BUT NOT ALL OF IT IS THERE. DON'T WORRY, THOUGH, I WILL BE ADDING THE REST OF THE CHAPTERS AND THEN UPDATING TO THAT SITE SO I AM NOT GIVING UP ON THAT FICTION. I HAVE FINISHED POSTING THE CHAPTERS UP UNTIL ORCHIDTANI STOPPED WRITING (THE FLIGHT OF THE PRINCE) AND WILL BE POSTING THE REST ASAP. I WILL LET YOU KNOW ON HERE WHEN I HAVE POSTED THE FINAL CHAPTER THAT I HAVE WRITTEN AND ALSO WHEN I HAVE POSTED A BRAND NEW CHAPTER. I INTEND TO FINISH DEATHLY HALLOWS. I AM NOT ABANDONING THE FIC.
