Hello, I'm Ciarán and I'm from London.

I'm a 23 year old Irish man going to uni and writing in my spare time. And work time, to be honest, since I'm studying creative writing. Maybe one day I'll get good at it.

My favourite hetalia character is Australia and I don't really write outside of Hetalia on here, not often. The groups I tend to focus on in my fics are the micronations, Oceanics, Balkans, Eastern Europe, the Nordics, Middle East, and BeNeLux.

The genres I'm interested in are adventure, historical, horror, westerns, tragedy and a whole lotta angst. I also try to include something that vaguely resembles romance from time to time. Okay, most of my fics have romance because I'm actually a hopeless romantic at heart. I also like steampunk, pirates, cowboys, apocalypse aesthetics and anything involving the sea. Funny enough, I also love comedy, which, given what I write, tends to give my fics some dark, messed up and at times downright tasteless humour. Apologies.

I like to write fanfics because I hope they'll help me become better at writing, as I want to write my own stories someday, and the fics I write help me to understand plot, characterisations and the psychology behind characters, and how to plan a story with all it's little details, twists and conclusions. It also gives me practice for researching historical items needed to make an accurate story. To be honest, I can definitely see an improvement since my first story!

Now, I should warn you that if you like happy stories with happy endings, then maybe my stories aren't for you. If you like angst/tragedy, then do continue and check out my stories. I have everything from historical to futuristic, and include a wide range of character/pairings (unless adding lots of characters/pairings does nothing to the plot and over-complicates things, then I don't bother). There's something for everyone (so long as you don't mind a little bit of blood and death). Most of the stories, however, also contain happy endings. Most.

So I have several stories on the go at the moment and would really appreciate any feedback on them so I can get better at writing. ...Pleeeease? I'm incredibly lonely and need my ego feeding. And I really want advice too, to be honest.
