Heya there! Orpheus Michael Kidwell here and I suppose this is where I'm supposed to put down some stuff about myself, right?

Likes: Hm... well, I love reading and writing, also science and history. I also love incorporating things that I learn into my stories, so I'm always reading up new things as a way to expand my knowledge base. I also have a slightly obsessive fascination with mythology, religions and the occult. On a story-related note, I really like when the protaganist AND the side characters get lots of development, adorkable girls/guys paired with the hero/heroine and stories where a lot of worldbuilding has been done with a large plotline, especially one that's got some complexity to it. Oh, also, stories that incorporate historical and scientific accuracy and mythology (if applicable) into the story to some respect, even if its not a major part.

Dislikes: When it comes to stories, I cannot stand Mary Sues, have a large dislike for harems (unless they are done well), don't like dimensional hop crossovers very much except in very few cases and there are a few crossover categories that should never happen in my mind. Hm... I also don't like when someone gets an unexplained power-up or power-down for plot reasons without satisfactory reason given.
