Divergent

Chiron, the horse-man, led the foursome up to a blue house. As Tris looked down, there were more teenagers, all wearing those bright orange shirts. They were a shocking difference to Abnegation grey. There was a difference, not a single one had a gun. They each had either swords, bows, daggers, or other glinting weapons. None were guns, or any sort of civilized were all training, with the exception of a few.

They entered the porch. A pudgy man was playing some sort of card game with some humans with goat legs. Wait, humans with goat legs? Tris did a double take, pointing it out to Tobias. He didn't show any sort of disbelief, but a flash of surprise flitted across his face. The pudgy man looked up. "Ah Chiron, I see you've brought new campers. Make sure they don't interrupt. Hey!" he snapped at a goat-man. "Get me some wine!"

"Mr. D., remember your restrictions," warned Chiron. The man, Mr. D., glared at him, sighed, and told the goat-man, "I meant Coke." Chiron entered the blue house, and Tris, along with Tobias, Katniss, and Peeta, followed.

They went down some steps, and entered a room with some sort of large game board in the center. There were a few more teenagers around it, and they shot Tris and the others questioning looks. Chiron gave them glances, and they turned to him. He sat at one end, and gestured for six teenagers who were hanging together around the back of the group to come around him. Tris and the other three sat at the opposing end.

"So, do you know about Greek Mythology?" he asked. Tris exchanged looks with Tobias, then Katniss and Peeta. She turned back to Chiron. "No." Chiron sighed and began to explain.

~later~

"So you're saying that you're all the children of some immortal deity."

"Yes, except for these six." Chiron nodded at the six who were next to him.

"Who, or what, are they?"

"Witches and wizards."

~Much explanation, introductions, and surprises later~

Tris shook her head, trying to clear it. She was sitting near some heroes and wizards. Even in her head it sounded incredulous, but strangely. Tris trusted Chiron. "So why are we all here?" Chiron, once again, began to explain about a prophecy, different worlds, quest. When he was finished, Peeta spoke. "So we have to go on a quest thing to fight or whatever."

Chiron nodded. "In essence. You must leave soon, now if possible."

The girl with grey eyes, Annabeth, stood. "Chiron, we have no time to be formal. If evil is rising, we must face it. Who will go?"

Rachel, the girl who had turned green, said mysteriously. "Of the godly, the ones of the prophecy, and three assistants. Eight in total. From the others, they have been placed before you. Apollo has told me." Percy, the one who's dad was the god of the sea, stood. "Chiron, Camp Jupiter must be notified at once. Can me and Jason do this?"

Chiron sighed. "If you can behave, then yes." Percy smirked at the blonde boy, Jason, and Tris got a bad feeling. They left the room, and Chiron rose to his feet, erm, hooves. "You must prepare, we have little time."
