Percy Jackson

The darkness faded from Percy's vision as he opened his eyes, the sudden rush of sunlight nearly blinding him.

He looked up, half-expecting to see the elaborate castle still splayed out in front of him, but instead, a sweet, homey feel enveloped him as he saw cabins come into view. The familiar sounds of campers shouting as they climbed the rock wall and dueled in the arena, the laughs coming from the various cabins and strawberry fields.

Percy gave a smile, forgetting how much he'd missed it. He was home.

He looked around him, seeing the other members of the group splayed out around him, most sharing his reminiscent look. Before he could say a word, however, Chiron trotted into view, a soft smile on the older man's face.

"Ah, it's good to have you back," he said kindly, before gesturing up to the Big House. "Care to discuss your quest? Or would you prefer to rest?"

Percy looked around towards his companions, with a shrug. "I think we're actually pretty good, Chiron. I'd be fine with giving you a report."

The others nodded in agreement, before they turned and followed the centaur up towards the blue house on the hill.

After a considerable number of minutes, the reporting back had been finished. Chiron looked back at the group solemnly after hearing of such tragedy, but he lingered on the very existence of Primordia. "How is it possible that such a place exists which even the gods have no knowledge?"

Percy shrugged, before giving a small smile. "Well, Chiron, I think there will always be mysteries out there for us to find."

The wizened centaur returned my smile softly. "Your words are wise, Percy."

Annabeth looked towards him, raising her eyebrows. "I think that's the smartest thing I've ever heard you say."

The rest of the group, especially those Percy was most familiar with, nodded vigorously. He gave a sheepish laugh. She was definitely right.

Chiron continued. "But I think it's time for everyone to return home." Percy looked around towards the new friends he'd made with a newfound sadness. He'd lingered so much on the return to his own home, that he'd forgotten he'd have to part ways with the others as well.

"I'm sure Lady Hestia will return them with ease," Chiron mused, continuing on, "For now, I'll give you time to say your goodbyes while she is contacted."

As he left the room, Percy looked down. "It was really nice to get to know you guys. Even if it was risking our lives."

Tris looked towards him with a shrug. "Isn't it always?"

Percy let out a small laugh. "I'll miss you guys. We'll keep in touch, right?"

Katniss gave a nod. "If you ever need anything," she gestured to herself and Peeta, "You'll know where to find us."

Tris nodded, indicating herself and Four. "Us too."

Harry looked towards me, his green eyes shining into my own. "Consider us in."

Percy gave a forlorn smile, before giving a nod. "You can count on us."

Hugs were exchanged throughout the group, before Chiron reentered. "Lady Hestia is ready. It's preferred you prepare yourselves outside."
