UPDATE 2-29-05

Updated with Saiyuki drabbles. There are five in that chapter, all are challenge responses.

I was digging through my older unfinished fics, and I found that 'Count Cain' fic I started. It's pretty good; I did a little editing and added on. I will probably finish it in the next few months. I did notice something odd though.

When I start fics, somtimes they come to me as just one scene, or one line, and I have to build everything around that. If I start the fic but don't get to the scene in mind, I write a note at the end of what I have, reminding me of where I wanted to go with it.

At the end of the Cain fic, there is this:

Cain walked slowly around the corpse, his face impassive. Riff cradled Merry’s head to his chest as she sobbed, but his eyes followed Cain’s movements.

Now, I can't remember AT ALL what that scene is. It's completely random. It doesn't fit into the plot of the fic anywhere, and not in the scene that I found it.

So now I'm utterly confused at myself. XD

~'What does THAT mean?' - A guide~

Drabble = under 1000 words, usually less than 700. A drabble is ALWAYS one chapter only.

One-shot = One chapter. One-shots are complete, stand alone chapters.

Drabble challenge response = This means that someone gave me a drabble challege. Challenges usually have one line that must be used, and an EXACT WORD COUNT. So, if the story ends abrubtly, that's because I ran out of words.

Please, PLEASE don't review and complain about how short it is! That's how drabbles are supposed to be!

Gem Senshi History, Part One: Starlights, Stage ON! Author's Rating: 8 out of 10.

This story is going very well, I have a lot of it already wrtten. I plan to try and update with a chapter a week, or every two weeks. I haven't decided yet. In any event, it's going to be long!

Probably more Saiyuki stuff. I'm just getting into the fandom, and the muses have moved in and settled quite quickly.
