The sun falls as the night falls. A spiky haired boy was currently in his dorm room reading a book as he had nothing else to do. Sleeping next to him was a blue haired nun that was fast asleep along with a doll shaped magic god.
Touma got a notification on his phone so he decided to check it, ''Hmm? An unknown caller?'' The boy had no idea who this mysterious caller could be but was also pretty curious on what business they had with him.
He clicked the green answer key and put the phone up to his ear, ''Hello this is Touma Kamijou?''
''It's fancy I am finally able to talk to you like this '' the mysterious voice replied
''Who is this?'' Kamijou said in confusion
''All you need to know is that I am of no threat to you. I just need to do an experiment if you don't mind.'' The mysterious voice replied
Touma was even more confused now, ''experiment?''
''Do not worry your not the only one being placed in it you will have 7 other companions''
Touma was still in fear of what this person's true game was but was curious to see how it plays out.
''So would you like to join us?'' the voice replies
Touma took a look at Index. He knew she would be worried if he was going to go on another adventure without her but he also didn't want to put her in danger at the same time. He got up and wrote a note and stuck it on the door, he grabbed 1,000 yen and placed it on the counter.
He put his phone back up to his ear ''Alright whatever it is I will do it but if your lying to me I promise I will make you regret it''
''Oooo- scary I don't want to mess with now do I?'' the voice replies.
''In order for you to be sent I will need you to point your phone towards your balcony''
Touma walked towards his balcony and opened the window. He grabbed his phone and shined it outside. Just then a bright light came from Touma's phone and formed some kind of portal.
''What the? This reminds me of alien movies!'' Touma screamed.
''Silly just walk through the door'' the voice replies.
Touma did so and walked into the portal and felt his entire body begin to get numb as he was teleported.
The Research Facility Box.
Touma had awoken in a big white box. It was quite large just for one person. He checked his pocket and noticed his phone was gone. ''Hello, is anyone there? Is this the facility?''
''This is definitely weird maybe I shouldn't have accepted that persons offer afterall..''
Just then the intercom was ringing.
''Hello Kamijou! It's me again you have arrived at the facility here we will test your powers and the levels of endurance you have!'' the voice replies
''What is this a fitness test?''
Kamijou just remembered something on the spot. ''Hey I thought you said 7 more people would be here with me?''
''That's right they should be teleporting over in 3...2….1.. NOW!''
Touma turned around to see 7 more light's shining in the room and then a big bright light covered the entire room. ''Gah'' Touma covered his eyes. When he opened his eyes again he saw some familiar faces.
''Where the hell did my coffee go!'' a brown haired woman was yelling.
''Aw man that was a good book where am I?'' a Blonde and surprisingly handsome man was talking.
''Woah teleportation whoever has the guts to move me like that I'm impressed!'' another spikey haired boy with a white cape has appeared.
''Dear god I was just in my fucking office how did I even end up here?'' a white red eyed devilish boy had appeared as well.
''Oh my this is quite the development OH IS THAT KAMIJOU-SAN?'' a bright gold haired bee type girl with sparkling eyes had appeared wearing a Tokiwadai winter uniform has appeared.
''Wait a minute that idot is here too?'' a brown chestnut haired girl with a clip in her hair with a Tokiwadai winter uniform has also appeared.
These 6 people were level 5's the strongest esper's in academy city known to man. They rank in 7.
1. Accelerator (Ability: Vector Manipulation)
2. Kakine Teitoku (Before was Beetle 05) (Ability: Dark Matter)
3. Misaka Mikoto (Ability: Electromaster)
4. Mugino Shizuri (Ability: Meltdowner)
5. Misaki Shokuhou (Ability: Mental Out)
7. Sogita Gunha (Ability: Unkown)
Finally there was one young man who also had blonde hair and was in a tracksuit. ''WAIT NO I WAS JUST GETTING TO THE GOOD PART!''
This man's name was Hamazura Shiage. ''Wait boss and Mugino? What are you guys doing here?''
The intercom rang again. ''Alright now that everyone has gathered we can begin testing your abilities!'' the voice replied.
''I freaking knew this was a fitness exam!'' Kamijou shouted
Accelerator turned to the intercom's direction and spoke, ''I don't have time for your petty fucking games send us back already''
''Wow, so forceful That's number 1 for you! Unfortunately I can not send you back just yet. I want to test everyone's abilities in this room. You have all survived next to impossible situations and I'm curious to see how strong you have all become! Therefore I will test your abilities in this room.''
''One more thing you can not escape this box it is made of particles that do not exist in this universe therefore none of your powers will work on it you will keep playing until I'm satisfied.'' The voice had a stern voice this time.'
''Tch'' Accelerator clicked his tongue.
''Oh so this is a challenge of guts huh? Well I'm down for some fun!'' Sogita exclaimed
''Are you an idiot or something? They are basically using us to gain more information on our powers, '' Mugino replied.
''Although if you were trying to gain more information on level 5's why did you bring two level 0's with us? How do they benefit this?''
Intercom rang. ''Oh trust us these boys have what it takes especially the spikey haired one.''
Mugino was in utter confusion, meanwhile the rest of the room already knew what Kamijou Touma was capable of.
''Alright that's enough explaining for now we will begin the experiments now! First up laser cannon's!''
Hamazura had a chill fall down his spine, ''Did they just say laser cannons?''
From the corner of his eyes the room filled with 7 laser cannons shooting at a specific target each individual level 5. They were locked and loaded and ready to fire.
''Charging… Firing in 3…..2….1.. FIRE!'' The cannons shot a bright green light directly at the group.
''OH SHIT'' Hamazura screamed while ducking near a corner.
Accelerator did not make a move, he just stood still and as soon as the laser hit him it reflected right back at the cannon.
Kakine raised his left and used some tiny particles of dark matter to disperse the beam.
Mugino used her own green beams and overpowered the laser with sheer force.
Misaka Mikoto used electricity to direct the beam towards the cannon and it exploded.
Sogita Gunha did not move, he simply said, ''Come on is that all you got!''. He moved his forehead directly to the beam and tanked the entire blast. He received not even a single scratch
Misaki ducked behind Kamijou ''Save me Kamijou-san!''
''Wait a minute who are yo- GAH!'' Kamijou immediately raised his right hand and negated the blast
''What are you doing behind him Shohoku!'' Misaka yelled.
''Ooh nothing hehehe!''
Intercom rang. ''Nice job everyone you are truly exceptional level 5's the next test will be one of speed you will have 5 minutes to run 70 miles''
''Ah shit.'' Kamijou knew he would not fair well against all the over power house level 5's in the room in speed let alone power.
''I'm getting annoyed with this already.'' Accelerator was in a bad mood.
''Misaka san! Would you mind doing me a favor and carrying me for this round?'' Misaki asked.
''You want me to carry a cow 70 miles?'' Misaka replied.
''Argh- so rude!''
Kamijou ran over to where Hamazura was. ''Hey man, how are you holding up?''
Hamazura took a glance at Kamijou then replied. ''It's fine I didint get to tell my girlfriend I would be sent into this white box but I guess since you and Mugino are here I should be fine. Just another day for us level 0's right?''
Kamijou knew Hamazura's pain all too well. He nodded and gave him a smile.
I'm glad I kept Index and Othinus out of this I hope they are safe as well...
''Alright everyone get in your positions we will now expand the void box.'' replied from the intercom.
The void expanded about 70 miles long. Now the room didn't feel as suffocating anymore.
''Ready... set... begin!''
Immediately as the test begin Accelerator switched on his choker. He took one step and pushed the ground so hard and then dashed across the void.
''Oh wow that guy has some Guts time to put in some extra work!'' Sogita took a running position. ''AMAZING DASH!'' Sogita was now running incredibly fast across the room.
''This is such a pain'' Mugino used her beams under her feet to accelerate her body movement.
''Hmph'' Kakine finally brought out his beautiful white wings using them to burst into a high speed flight.
Misaka was running across the room with Misaki on her back weighing her down. ''Agh your boobs are so big I can barely see the end''
''Shut up and run faster!'' Misaki yelled in Misaka's ear.
''Argh I swear once this is over!'' Misaka used a technique that another Tokiwadai student had taught her called Rampage Dress. This ability enables her to manipulate the electrical signals in her cells to draw out further strength. Allowing her to move even faster across the room.
Kamijou Touma and Hamazura Saige were dead last.
''Come on, come on!'' Kamijou screamed.
''This room is too damn long!'' Hamazura also screamed.
Meanwhile Kakine and Accelerator were neck and neck.
''Don't think I will let you pass me you bastard!''' Accelerator shouted.
''No need I will be the winner of this battle!'' Kakine replied.
''AMAZING PUNCH'' someone shouted from behind them.
Just then Sogita pushed passed both Accelerator and Kakine and reached the end of the void.
''What the hell?'' both Kakine and Accelerator said at the same time.
''Looks like I win!''
Later on everyone else crossed to the end of the void.
''Alright the results are in! Sogita Gunha got first place. Accelerator and Kakine tied for 2nd place, Mugino got 3rd place, Misaka and Misaki tied for 4th and Kamijou got 5th and Hamazura received 7th wonderful results everyone! I will give you all a break so you can get to know each other!'' The intercom shuts off and the room set back into the original 4x4 box square it was in the beginning.
Now all the level 5's were just sitting. It was quite awkward as no one was really saying anything.
10 minutes passed.
Accelerator's patience had exceeded it's limits. ''God dammint how much longer are we gonna be stuck here I'm tired of playing these games.''
Mugino gave Accelerator a disgusting look. ''Get your act together number #1 losing your head won't solve anything here''
''Tch'' Accelerator clicks his tongue.
''So how did you guys get here anyway?'' Hamazura replied to break the sudden change in atmosphere.
''I checked my phone before going to sleep in the bathtub and I got a call from an unknown number and I kinda just ended up here by going through a portal'' Kamijou stated.
Misaka was shocked. ''Wait a minute, portal? That's not how i got sent here also you sleep in a bathtub instead of your own bed?''
''One day you will understand the pain of having a roommate and only one bed, Misaka.'' Kamijou was starting to tear up.
''I also wasn't sent by a portal. I just got teleported here by my phone'' Hamazura was looking at them in confusion.
''Same as me'' Misaka replied.
Mugino nodded and so did Accelerator,Kakine and Misaki.
''I lost my phone while trying to save a dog falling from a plane. All I know was I was trying to fight some burglars and put some guts into them but they were weaker than me so they stood no chance but one of their phones shined a bright light and I got sent here!'' Sogita exclaimed
''So you're a vigilante..'' Mugino stated in a stern voice.
''No Mrs. I just fight whoever doesn't have Guts!''
And your also an idiot I see..
Kamijou looked around the room some more. ''Hey I just realized on 6 of the level 5's are here where is the 6th ranked one?''
Misaki turned towards Kamijou. ''Because of their powers I doubt they would be put in this type of facility not only that tracking them down is the hardest part''
''That's interesting'' Kakine formally known as Beetle 05 was very intrigued in the 6th level 5.
''Hey Accelerator, where is Last Order did she not teleport with you?'' Kamijou gave a concerned facial expression.
Accelerator sighed,''She's with Yomikawa at the moment I was in the office actually about to go see her before I got sent to this damn place''
''Last Order as in the 20001th clones of the Misaka sisters? And you're taking care of her? Didn't think you had it in ya number #1'' Mugino chuckled a bit
Accelerator was not interested in Mugino's reply and simply closed his eyes while clicking his tongue.
Misaki's expression turned into a disgusted one. ''I heard the #4 used to do work in darkness must be nice sitting on your ass all day since it got shot down.''
Mugino shot a green laser beam at Misaki. ''Gah-'' Misaki held up her hands.
''Argh-'' a stream of lightning dispersed the beam. ''Hey can we not try to fight in this small boxed room!'' Misaka shouted
''Shut it brat don't think I forgot about you a couple months ago.'' Mugino replied
''It's your own fault for challenging me and getting yourself injured'' Misaka replied.
Accelerator sighed, ''And I have to be stuck in a room with these brats''
''You know I think this room could use a lot more Gu-''
''Shut it dumbass!'' everyone in the room shouted.
Hamazura was extremely worried for his life inside this room of monsters.
20 minutes had passed in the void-
Misaka Mikoto was very tired. She originally was sleeping in her dorm room when she got a notification on her phone and she checked it and it had a text message that said open. She clicked it and it sucked her into the Void Box and now she was here.
''Aw man If only there was a way to disable this barrier'' Hamazura stated.
Misaka just had a thought. She quickly walked over to Kamijou
''Hey, does your right hand not work here?'' Misaka asked the boy.
''I tried but nothing is working. Usually it negates whatever I touch,'' Touma replied.
''Right hand? So not even Kamijou's power can work here huh this seems more interesting by the second!'' Sogita was getting excited for some unknown reason.
''Wait a damn second if you're a level 0 how the hell do you have an ability?'' Mugino was curious as to why they sent two level 0's before.
''You saw it earlier when I negated the cannons anything I touch that is supernatural is negated automatically'' Kamijou replied
Mugino was in shock. ''What the hell how the hell can a level 0 have such a straightforward ability!''
''It seems that way at first but then you get used to it after you lose a couple of times.'' Accelerator replies.
''Wait you lost to him?'' Mugino was in shock once more.
Accelerator clicked his tongue. ''3 times to be exact''
''The same as me with Hamazura.. Dammit how are these level 0's getting the better of us!''
''Ha I knew Kamijou was strong you have some superb Guts man!'' Sogita congratulated Kamijou.
''That's my Kamijou-san!'' Misaki smiled brightly
Kamijou looked a bit nervous ''Heh thanks I guess?''
Misaka looked at the spiky haired boy and smiled.
''You really have gotten strong haven't you….''
Minutes passed and finally the intercom was ringing once more.
''Alrighty my fellow guest now that you are all rested up we can move to the final test of round 1!''
Misaka was confused. ''Round 1? How many rounds do we have to go through''
''Like we said as many as we have to until we are satisfied with the results!''
''This time we are going to be doing 1 on 1 battles to really gauge how strong you are individually! If you take a look at the screen over there you can see who you will be fighting!''
The Screen stated:
Round 1. Kakine Teitoku Vs Misaki Shoukhou
Round 2. Hamazura Saige Vs Mugino Shizuri
Round 3. Misaka Mikoto Vs Sogita Gunha
Round 4. Accelerator Vs Kamijou Touma
''What, I have to fight Mugino again! I didn't sign up for this at all I wish I could just stay at the hotel with Takitsubo!'' Hamazura cried out
Misaka gave a glance at Sogita. ''I fought him for a brief moment when I was in the level 6 experiment but I can't tell what his ability is.. This might be difficult''
Misaki was currently tugging Misaka's shoulder. ''Misaka-san! There's no way I can fight the #2 in this state please take my battle off my shoulders!''
Misaka was annoyed, ''I'm not picking up the slack for you If you can't keep up that's your own problem!''
Misaki was shocked ''MISAKA-SAN YOU ARE NO HELP AT ALL!''
The air then thinned as Kamijou and Accelerator were glancing at each other.
Kamijou sighed then said ''So this makes round 4 I believe? I guess I can't hold back.''
Accelerator clicked his tongue and replied with ''Do whatever you have to do but don't underestimate me Hero''
The battle against the level 5's along with two level 0's was about to begin.
Hello everyone it's me again! I know what you're asking. You're making ANOTHER fanfic when you haven't even finished the other 2 you have started? Well I am putting both of those two fanfics on hiatus for now it was a dumb idea I start 2 fanfics and try to do both at the same time. but since it's the summer I can consistently write chapters for this fanfic I really wanted to make a story where I box in the level 5's along with Kamijou Touma! This was just the introduction Chapter 2 will have a LOT more dialogue interactions and even some from the outside world in Academy City with some old and new characters and of course some backstories! Anyways I hope you have enjoyed as always leave a comment on how I can improve and I will do my best to make everyone happy!
