Kathryn was staring into her now-cold cup of coffee.
Chakotay frowned.
Usually she wasn't so pensive after meeting with admirals. In fact, she had always seemed to look up to Admiral Picard. So why did she seem almost depressed? "Everything alright?" he asked aloud.
Kathryn didn't look up from her mug of cold black liquid. "…I know it's not a competition. And far be it from me to be petty. But why isn't there a Janeway Day? I'm a role model. And I actually like my kids."
Oh. Right.
The "Picard Day" banner was a bit much.
"Waiter?" Chakotay flagged one down. A fresh cup of coffee would help.
